China’s New Silk Road through Syria provokes the US: The Sanctions only help China’s power to grow

A map of the likely final routes of the land and sea trade corridors which China is working to build in cooperation with local nations along the route goes a long way in explaining why the United States is conducting troop exercises, engaging in military conflicts and threatening new military conflicts in key spots along the New Silk Road.

The following map shows the routes of China’s New Silk Road. Each number corresponds to an area where US troops or their allies are either active in a conflict zone or have recently engaged in military exercises.

US gives green light to Turkey to launch military operation in north Syria

This is very big! With the Turks coming in from the Northeast,US troops being pulled out, the Russian built bridge across the Euphrates being able to handle 8,000 vehicles a day and Russia telling the US to get it's troops out of Syria this war may be over soon. We shall see!
Meanwhile the neocon traitors in the district of criminals and the wicked witch of Arkansas screaming blood murder that Trump is betraying our allies. The shit is hitting the fan politically! Big! Big! News day!

The United States has given the green light to Turkey to launch a military operation against Washington's long-time Kurdish allies in northern Syria.

The decision came after a phone conversation between US President Donald Trump and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday.

“Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into northern Syria,” the White House said in a statement.

US Troops Will Withdraw From Northeast Syria to Avoid Turkish Assault

In a surprise announcement late Sunday night, the White House Press Secretary released a statement that said, “Today, President Donald J. Trump spoke with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey by telephone. Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation in Northern Syria. The United States Armed Forces will not support or be involved in that operation, and the United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial ‘Caliphate,’ will no longer be in the immediate area.”

The statement does not make it clear if U.S. troops will fully withdraw from Syria or if they will just relocate. The statement also says, “Turkey will now be responsible for all ISIS fighters in the area captured over the past two years.”

Syrian war update: Russia builds bridge across the Euphrates

ALEXANDER MERCOURIS
Editor-in-Chief at The Duran.

The US proxy war against Russia in Syria is not being fought so much as it is being lost
In the complex three cornered fight for Deir Ezzor province in eastern Syria between the Russian backed Syrian army, the US backed Kurdish militia, and ISIS, the Russians and the Syrians have just taken a dramatic step to gain for themselves strategic dominance over the other two.

This takes the form of a bridge built apparently built under fire from ISIS in just two days by Russian engineers across the Euphrates river near the city of Deir Ezzor, which will make possible the sending of armoured units of the Syrian army across the Euphrates river to bring the fight against ISIS and conceivably the Kurdish militia to the territories they occupy on the river’s east bank.

From one of my top intel sources: a Russian S-500 missile battery is installed in one of the warships off the coast of Syria. The Russians obviously will not be forced into using it - as no one is going to attack a Russian warship. It is there with a specific purpose – and that, only the Defense Ministry knows.

Yes, you read it right: S-500. Which has already been tested. And the S-600 has already been designed.

Trump Cannot Be Anti-Globalist While Working With Global Elites

Early on I posted stories about Trump's bailout by the Rothschilds and Wilbur Ross. I posted stories about his profitable business dealings with George Soros. His connections to Israel and Jeffrey Epstein.
I decried him stuffing his cabinet with Globalist Swamp Critters. He has broken his promise on pulling back from all these wars. He has broken his promises on immigration. Hillary and Bill are still free and not indicted. I could go on and on. Sometimes it doesn't feel good to be right.

During the election it was unclear to me if Donald Trump was a puppet of the elites. He could have simply been a convenient scapegoat for the coming crash. Today, it is obvious that he is indeed controlled opposition.

US Stops U-2 Spy Planes' Flights after Iran's Missile Shield Starts Operation

"The US moves in the region are monitored every hour and for instance, the flights of the US U-2 planes which took off from Cyprus and flew twice over the region stopped after Iran made and operated Bavar 373 air defense system and after they found out that the system can trace and destroy them (the U-2 planes)," General Taqizadeh said, addressing a ceremony in Tehran on Saturday.

He added that Bavar 373 can intercept and destroy the most advanced US planes at the altitude of 27km and the range of 200km.

"Most US interests are within a distance of 220km from Iran and if they hit a blow to us, their interests will be attacked," General Taqizadeh said.

Iran Is China’s Secret Weapon for Killing off the US Dollar’s Global Reserve Status

There is a strong current of change affecting the international political arena. It is the beginning of a revolution brought on by the transition from a unipolar to multipolar world order. In practice, we are faced with the combination of several factors, including the application of US tariffs on Chinese exports, Washington’s sanctions on Iran, US energy self-sufficiency, the vulnerability of Saudi industrial facilities, and Iranian capabilities for resisting US attacks, as well as its exportation of large quantities of gas and oil to China. Everything converges on one factor, namely, the looming decline of the US dollar as the global reserve currency.

Beijing’s recent decision to grant a credit line of between 280 and 400 billion US dollars to the Islamic Republic of Iran is part of a broad-spectrum strategy that looks to the distant and not just immediate future.

Why China’s New WZ-8 Hypersonic Surveillance Drone is Very Bad News for the U.S. Navy

On October 1st China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) unveiled a number of new pieces of high end military hardware during a large scale parade in Tiananmen Square, staged to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and conclusion of the Chinese Civil War.

While the unveiling of the DF-41 hypersonic intercontinental range ballistic missile drew the most attention among the new weapons systems, it was perhaps the smaller WZ-8 hypersonic surveillance drones which had the most significant implications for the PLA’s future capabilities.

The real Axis of Evil consists of Washington-led NATO and its allies. The magnitude of the human and environmental catastrophe is unimaginable in scope. Western governments and their agencies send strong delusion to North Americans, who remain largely ignorant to the reality of the catastrophe being committed in their names.

The Western War Of Terror, to which our governments remain committed, loots public treasuries to commit and sustain an overseas holocaust, wherein the West and its agencies support, command and control the very same terrorism that they proclaim to be fighting.

David Icke: Who Did 9/11 and Why? Part One of a Two-Part Interview

David Icke’s new book The Trigger really triggers some people…like The Washington Post‘s passive-aggressive book reviewer Ron Charles, who brags, shedding crocodile tears all the while: “I banned a book. Or at least I helped get it banned, which makes Banned Books Week a little awkward for me this year.”

If Icke is such a nut, and The Trigger is just “harebrained word vomit,” why would anyone—least of all a Washington Post book reviewer who pretends to hate censorship—feel the need to have it banned? The likely answer, of course, is that Charles knows or suspects, consciously or unconsciously, that Israel was behind 9/11.(1)

And why wouldn’t he? Even the most naive and cursory observer of 21st century geopolitics can see that Israel was the biggest beneficiary of 9/11, which brainwashed the whole world to hate Israel’s Muslim enemies, and hijacked the American military to attack and/or destroy nations that Israel considered a threat.

A brief, unhappy history of Israeli massacres

It would be nice to think that, as an Israeli officer once put it, “This time we went too far” — that the killings of 17 unarmed protesters in Gaza by Israeli riflers across a security fence on Friday would cause the world to sanction Israel for its conduct. But if you look over Israel’s history, you find that the massacre has been a ready tool in the Israeli war-chest; and Israelis have not been prosecuted for carrying them out. Indeed, a couple of those responsible later became prime minister!

Here, largely from my own memory, is a rapidly-assembled list of massacres, defined by Webster’s as the killing of a “number of usually helpless or unresisting human beings under circumstances of atrocity or cruelty” (and yes, a couple precede the birth of the state).

US-Saudi-Israeli alliance against Iran floundering in crisis: Haaretz

An anti-Iran alliance forged between the leaders of the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia is faltering as each have become overwhelmed by their own dilemmas, Israel's leading daily Haaretz reports.

“The three leaders who have led the anti-Iran line in recent years were each absorbed in his own domestic crisis this week,” Haaretz wrote on Thursday.

The Israeli paper pointed to the recently intensified impeachment inquiry surrounding US President Donald Trump and pre-indictment hearings threatening the tenure of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the past week as signs that the two leaders were mired in crisis.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The more the internal bickering continues in the US, Israel, and Saudi Arabia, the less energy can be expended toward any kind of an alliance between the three countries and Israel against Iran.

FLASHBACK - $37 screws, a $7,622 coffee maker, $640 toilet seats; : suppliers to our military just won’t be oversold

As a citizen who has always paid his taxes honestly and without complaint, I am sometimes depressed when I read in the paper about some corporation that has grossly overcharged the government for something I was helping to pay for.

Of course most of our taxes go for weapons, and weapons are so expensive that few of us can feel that we are contributing in any substantial way to any one weapon.

For example, I have been paying taxes for 40 years, but one day I was driving along the San Diego Freeway through Camp Pendleton when a Marine helicopter flew over the car; I realized then that all the taxes I had paid in all my life would not pay for that one helicopter.

'A Racket, in Short': Praising Putin, UK Chief of Defence Staff Exposes NATO's True Nature

On 29 September, General Nick Carter, chief of UK Defence Staff made an incendiary speech to the Cliveden Literary Festival. A number of his comments sparked widespread outcry – not least his suggestion the distinction between conflict and peace no longer existed, and Britain was effectively “at war”.

Chief of UK Defence Staff, General Nick Carter has claimed the new dynamic stemmed from battling unrelenting cyberattacks from "hostile" states such as Russia each and every day.

The Russian Embassy in the UK promptly issued a statement, calling Carter's rhetoric “a matter of concern”, and accusing the General of promoting non-existent threats in order to justify war budget increases.

“[Carter] states in modern conditions the familiar line between war and peace is erased, and he feels he is now at war because of increased competition between world powers and the struggle of ideas between states and non-state entities," the press service said.

IRGC Chief Commander Warns Israel to Be Wiped Off Political Maps If It Wages New War

A senior Iranian military commander hailed the country’s deterrence system as one that has helped keep enemies at bay and offset economic pressures exerted on the Islamic Republic by the US and its allies over the past year.

The chief commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) has cautioned Israel against waging a new war, saying any such “mistake” would lead to annihilation.

To prove the point, Major General Hossein Salami, when taking the floor at a meeting of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei with senior commanders of the IRGC on Wednesday, stressed that Tel Aviv is no longer viewed as a threat due to an upgrade in his country’s deterrence capacity.

“Any new war will lead to the total disappearance of this regime from the world’s political geography”, he uttered, adding that Israel is well aware any small mistake “will be its last”.

Webmaster's Commentary:

General Salami, a word, please: this rhetoric is absolutely not helping with any ratcheting down of tensions, which should be your and your Israeli counterpart's most vital mission right now.

I would like to hope that the above-made speech was engineered far more for domestic consumption rather than international consumption.

Yes, the world understands that Iran, like Israel, has some very intense, complex, and highly effective weaons.

But General, you and I both understand that all it is going to take, may well be just one stupid miscalculation, or one small screw-up by the chain of command on either side, to send this world down a path to World War III.

I have seen images of you on-line, and would possibly imagine that you have a grand-child, or grand-children by this time in your life; perhaps, so does your Israeli counterpart.

Peace is a hard choice, when so many batty people in power, are screaming for war; but I am asking both you, and your Israeli counterpart, to make that hard choice, to insure a peaceful future not only for your families' children; but also, for all children on this earth.

Whistleblower accuses largest US military shipbuilder of putting ‘American lives at risk’ by falsifying tests on submarine stealth coating

America's largest military shipbuilding company has been accused of falsifying tests and certifications on stealth coatings of its submarines "that put American lives at risk," according to a complaint filed in federal court last month.

Huntington Ingalls Industries, a spinoff of Northrop Grumman's ship-building wing, "knowingly and/or recklessly" filed falsified records with the Navy claiming it had correctly applied a coating, called a Special Hull Treatment, to Virginia-class attack submarines which would allow the vessels to elude enemy sonar, the Sept. 26 complaint alleges.

Commandant: Marines ‘Not Optimized For Great Power Competition’

In his first public remarks since taking office in July, Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger wasted no time today in proclaiming the Corps unready for confrontation with rivals like China or Russia. The Corps “is not optimized for great power competition,” he said at the Heritage Foundation. “It is not optimized to support a naval campaign. It is not optimized to support the fleet through missions like sea denial. And it is not optimized to deter a pacing threat,” he said.

That damning assessment didn’t come with the standard Washington call for bigger budgets, however. Instead, the general acknowledged that thanks to the ballooning federal deficit, the work of reshaping the Corps will have to occur within “flat or declining” budgets for the foreseeable future, a view shared by the federal government’s own estimates.

DARPA wants a robotic satellite mechanic launched by 2022

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is on track to announce a new commercial partner for its robotic servicing payload by the end of the year, with plans to have a spacecraft in orbit in 2022.

“I’m standing here with a smile on my face. The program is moving forward and things are looking good and we’re very hopeful,” Joe Parrish, program manager for the Robotic Servicing of Geosynchronous Spacecraft program at DARPA, said at the 2019 Global Satellite Servicing Forum Oct. 1. “We’re looking to launch RSGS in late 2022.”

RSGS is intended to deliver a GEO spacecraft with a payload consisting of two large 2 meter arms and a number of tools that will allow it to perform maintenance and other work on satellites in GEO. The spacecraft will perform four main functions in space: inspection, orbital adjustments, anomaly resolution and installation of self-contained payloads.

Diverse, layered missile defense is key to killing drone swarm

The oil field attack was significant, as it cut Saudi oil production in half — a significant hit to the world’s production. Tensions in the region have been higher than usual in the face of the ongoing conflict in Yemen, the American diplomatic and trade pressure on Iran, Iran’s hostile actions against shipping (mining two vessels and highjacking others), and most recently “offering” at a U.N. Trump Administration Reignites War Against Syria

The neocons are not about to give up and admit defeat. Due primarily to Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah, the presence of the Islamic State is now considerably reduced in Syria.

This is, of course, unacceptable for the neocons and Trump’s State Department, so last week Sec. State Pompeo accused Syria once again of using chemical weapons.

There is no evidence this incident occurred. This is the case with all of the supposed chemical attacks in Syria.

From The Guardian, May 22, 2019.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So what is the White House's next step in this flummoxed, fluster-cluck of an accusation?!?

And to all people familiar with how this stuff works out there, who are also Rivero's Rangers; IF this actual attack happened last May, how reasonably long, please, before an incontrovertible verdict to come back as to whether, or whether this was not a use of chemical weapons?!?

So is DC going to decree that all Iranian ships be interdicted in the High Seas, for fear of carrying their oil to some other part of the world?!?

And would such action not be tantamount to a declaration of war against both Syria and Iran?!?

Folks, this is absolute madness, writ large.

Iran Is China’s Secret Weapon for Killing off the US Dollar’s Global Reserve Status

In geographical terms, this implies a future shift of military forces away from the Persian Gulf, Middle East and North Africa to the Far East. This is for the purposes of containing and surrounding (militarily, economically and technologically) Washington’s primary peer competitor, namely China.

Beijing, in response to this encirclement, has a card up its sleeve. It can seek to replace the reserve-currency status of the US dollar by not only coming to Iran’s aid, which is fundamental to its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), but also, at a later stage, seeking to woo Saudi Arabia (and OPEC) away from selling oil exclusively in US dollars. Moscow, with the development of OPEC+, can help its Chinese ally, shaping the LNG market with prices quoted in currencies other than the US dollar. Currently, Beijing and Moscow are trading in hydrocarbons by completely bypassing both the SWIFT payment system as well as the US dollar.

Trump and Money Are Shielding Saudi Arabia From Accountability for Khashoggi's Killing

President Trump’s protection of Saudi Arabia is at best a temporary shield. Veterans, peace and human rights groups, and other interest groups have been pushing Congress to block U.S. military support for the kingdom by invoking provisions of the War Powers Resolution and making amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act. Human rights organizations also have pushed beneficiaries of Mohammed bin Salman’s private charity — among them the New York Public Library and the United Nations—to abandon their connection to the foundation, which the crown prince uses as a propaganda platform.

Yet, one year after Khashoggi’s killing, and 4 ½ years into the brutal Saudi-led intervention in Yemen, Congress and the president have yet to hold Saudi Arabia accountable. That cannot be allowed to stand. On the anniversary of Khashoggi’s murder, we owe it to him to stand up to the Saudi lobby and the president, and once and for all punish the Saudi government for what it has done.

Martial Law Unfolding In Iraq: 30 Protesters Shot, Internet Blackout, 24-Hour Curfews

Now in their third day, mass anti-government protests across Iraq have resulted in 30 dead and over 1000 wounded, amid a brutal police crackdown which has involved unprepared security forces firing live rounds on demonstrators.

Several major cities are now under curfew and the government has cut internet access for much of the country. In a signal of just how dire and growing the mayhem is, Iran has now sealed key border crossings with Iraq just ahead of an annual Shia pilgrimage this month, where crucial Iran-Iraq border crossings swell with pilgrims.

Webmaster's Commentary:

folks, Iraq was allegedly "conquered", and given a (US-Centric) government; what has happened since then, has been one of the greatest transfers of wealth away from the Iraqi people, and toward the monied who are in favored positions to profit handsomely from Iraq's current corrupt leadership.

And my big question, having seen that Moqtada Al Sadr was in Iran this week, ( ON 9/11) and allowed himself to be photo-blogged with Supreme Leader Rouhani, and the leader of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, just what the heck he might be up to, right now?

Please remember; this guy is like a "father figure" to many young Shia Iraqi men, and his "Mahdi Army" fought both the Sunni militias, and occasionally US forces as well, and with some very intensely-won results.

Reports indicate that he is constantly in touch with the former "high commanders" of this group,so I am asking myself; how long would it take Al Sadr to "get the band back together" to fight this corrupt government at every turn?!?

What if he has discovered that his " political clout" in the last election, seeing that his party now has a plurality from the last Iraqi elections, was not enough to rid Iraq of the intense corruption which has plagued it, ever since the US invasion/occupation?!?

I would like to hope that this is keeping SOME FOLKS in the Pentagon and State Department up at nights; it sure the heck does for me!!

Is There A Ukrainian Armageddon Dead Ahead For Dems?

Authored by Graham Noble via LibertyNation.com,

For three years now, Americans have been hearing the cry “no one is above the law.” Those who have been repeating that mantra – aimed at President Donald Trump – seem to feel, however, that they themselves truly are above the law. As the Democrats’ Ukraine scandal unfolds, this becomes harder to ignore.

Democrats and their media underlings are now furiously attempting to bury the entire Biden-DNC-Clinton-Ukraine web of corruption and complicity. Biden himself has even called upon the media to deny Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, the opportunity to speak about Ukraine. That fact in itself can only cause one to wonder what the Democratic Party’s 2020 frontrunner is afraid of.

Peter Schiff: The Party Is Over

Via SchiffGold.com,

As Peter Schiff put it in his podcast, if the first trading day of the fourth quarter was a sign of things to come, bulls on Wall Street are in for a rough end to the year. In fact, Peter said the party is over and you don’t want to be the last one to leave.

The Dow was down 343.7 points and the Nasdaq shed 90 on a day that started out all sunshine and roses.

For a couple of days, the economic news wasn’t quite as bad as it could have been, or maybe some of the numbers actually were a little better or beat the numbers, and I think there was some idea that, hey, maybe the economy is not as bad as some people had feared, but then reality reared its ugly head at 10 a.m. when we got the ISM Manufacturing numbers.”

Pompous Pompeo is pontificating about Syria using gas again so Russia is practicing air defense, anti-submarine warfare and sea rescue. Interesting!

The Russian Northern Fleet’s missile cruiser Marshal Ustinov currently on its long-distance deployment to the Mediterranean Sea held a series of shipboard exercises, including air defense drills, the Fleet’s press office reported on Wednesday.

“The ship’s crew held air defense and anti-submarine warfare exercises, and also practiced the ship’s protection and defense during a sea transit,” the press office said.

DoD Creates New Office to Focus Solely on China

In recent years, Pentagon officials have been hyping China as one of the main threats to U.S. interests in the world, and in June the Department of Defense created a new office that will focus solely on China.

The deputy assistant secretary of defense (DASD) for China is one of four DASDs who work under the assistant secretary of defense for Indo-Pacific security affairs. The other three DASDs include one for Afghanistan, Pakistan and Central Asia, one for East Asia, and one for South and Southeast Asia. The new China position is the only DASD that will focus on one country.

According to a statement released by the Department of Defense, the new position will serve as “principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense on all things China and will be the single hub for policy and strategy development, oversight, authorities review, and national-level interagency integration to align the Department’s efforts on China.”

Ex-Pentagon official says he was pushed out for saying defense companies were ripping off DoD

A former Pentagon official claims he was forced out of his job for trying to stop defense industry from gouging taxpayers for millions of dollars, Martin de Bourmont and Sharon Weinberger of Yahoo News first reported on Tuesday.

Former Defense Department contract negotiator Shay Assad said he decided in October 2018 that he would retire after he was blamed for the Pentagon's failed effort to pay defense companies less money to cover large costs that they incur at the start of their contracts, according to Yahoo News.

The Defense Department decided on Oct. 26 to transfer Assad to a new position within the Defense Contract Management Agency, according to a memo viewed by Task & Purpose. He retained the same pay and his status in the civilian promotion system.

Retreat from Qatar suggests US is preparing for war

Amid escalating Iranian threats and attacks targeting Saudi oil facilities, shipping, and a $110 million US drone, one would expect America to be strengthening its military presence in the Gulf.

But, no, quite the contrary. In an unannounced operation, which the Washington Post was invited to observe, the US this week transferred the command and control center of its air operations in the Middle East from its long-established base in Qatar to South Carolina.

Saudi Elites Question MbS' Ability To Lead World's Largest Oil Exporter After Aramco Attack

Sources told Reuters that members within Saudi Arabia's ruling family and business elites are increasingly becoming frustrated with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) after the largest-ever attack on Saudi oil facilities on September 14, reported Reuters.

Distinguished members within the ruling Al Saud family have expressed deep concern about MbS' ability to defend and lead the world's largest oil exporter, according to a senior foreign diplomat and five sources with ties to the Al Saud family, all spoke on condition of anonymity to Reuters.

Some of the sources said the September 14 attacks fueled unwanted tensions in the Middle East, especially the threat of imminent war with Iran.

"There is a lot of resentment" about the crown prince's ability to lead, said one of the sources, a member of the Saudi elite with royal connections. "How were they not able to detect the attack?"

Webmaster's Commentary:

Well, can you blame the Royal House of Saud. that they are absolutely gobsmacked by this guy's inability to put down "primitive hostiles", the Houthis in Yemen, who have managed to embarrass Saudi Arabia's military with both some incredible hits on Saudi oil refinery structure, and the capture of Saudi forces inside Saudi Arabia, plus that nasty little carving up of Adnan Kashoggi, shrieking his lungs out while getting dismembered, about which the whole damn world knows?!?

Timing... is everything.

And over this last weekend, PBS aired a documentary indicating that Prince Mohammed bin Salman wanted to recognize Israel, in return for the US' assistance in getting rid of the Iranian oligarchy running the country.

MbS ‘Ready to Recognize Israel in Return for US Help’

But remember: this documentary was shot in 2017; not this last weekend.

So the timing of its release was intended to create a very different mindset of the Saudi Royal Family than that upon which many Americans had based their understanding of this country and its leadership.

We notice the following, printed last year, regarding the personal wealth of this family:

Saudi Family's Walth Could be more than $ 1 trillion

Were I Prince Salman, I would immediately request a peace deal with the Houthis, creating as favorable a set of circumstances for Saudi Arabia as was humanly possible.

I would then formally reach out to Israel for a trade deal which not only benefits Israel, but the entire Middle East, including Gaza and the West Bank (for which the current Kusher proposal has absolutely nothing, except exile, extinction and despair).

And the recurring question in MbS's head should be the following; "I have about 2,000 relatives, out of the 12,000 in the family who actually hold the purse strings here.

Now, which of those 2,000 relatives have both assassins on speed dial, and a very single-minded desire to have me "neutralized", in the worst possible way for a human to die?!?!?

MBS must shelve his vicious war in Yemen

Never underestimate the power of blowback. Right now, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman (MBS), the de facto ruler of the House of Saud, is staring at it, an ominous abyss opened by the Houthis in Yemen.

This past weekend, Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier Yahya al-Sari clinically described how Ansarallah, also known as the Houthi rebel movement, aided by what Yemenis describe as “popular committees,” captured three Saudi brigades of 2,400 – ragged – soldiers, plus Yemeni and Sudanese mercenaries as well as several hundred battle vehicles. At least 500 Saudi soldiers were killed, Ansarallah said. (A spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition denied the claim).

The American Empire's Unraveling: White Female Marine General Claims the Military's Diversity Is Our Greatest Strength Over the Homogeneity of Russia and China....

In Moscow and Beijing tonight, generals from these nation’s respective militaries are laughing. Construction of US’s INF-Violating Missile Shield Site in Poland Almost Complete – Report

Moscow has repeatedly voiced concerns over the deployment of US missile defence system components in Poland and Romania, alleging that the MK-41 interceptor launchers could easily be used to fire offensive nuclear-tipped Tomahawk cruise missiles at targets inside Russia.

Construction of the Aegis Ashore facility in Redzikowo, northern Poland is nearing completion, with US Missile Defence Agency director Vice Adm. Jon Hill carrying out an inspection tour of the facility late last week, Defense Blog has reported.

Hill reportedly inspected multiple sites on the base, including the multipurpose and housing unit, galley, and the inside of the Aegis Ashore deckhouse structure, which contains the system’s command and control system.

Three Saudi Brigades Annihilated in Devastating Houthi Offensive in Saudi Arabia

Many may have hitherto been led to believe that the Houthis were a ragtag armed force lacking in sophistication. Many, seeing the drone and missile attacks on Saudi oil plants, may have declared it to be a false-flag attack carried out by Riyadh to boost Aramco’s market value; either that or it was an operation carried out by Iran or even Israel. On Saturday September 28, the Houthis put paid to such speculation by confirming what many, like myself, have been writing for months; that is, that the asymmetrical tactics of the Houthis, combined with the conventional capabilities of the Yemeni army, are capable of bringing the Saudi kingdom of Mohammed Bin Salman to its knees.

Stealthy no more? A German radar vendor says it tracked the F-35 jet in 2018 — from a pony farm

In the illustrious history of the F-35 fighter jet, add a pony farm outside Berlin as the place where one company claims the plane’s stealth cover was blown.

The story that follows is a snapshot in the cat-and-mouse game between combat aircraft — designed to be undetectable by radar — and sensor makers seeking to undo that advantage. In the case of the F-35, the promise of invisibility to radar is so pronounced that it has colored much of the jet's employment doctrine, lending an air of invincibility to the weapon: The enemy never saw it coming.

But technology leaps only last so long, and Russia and China are known to be working on technology aimed at nixing whatever leg up NATO countries have tried to build for themselves.

The Army will practice rapidly deploying soldiers across the Pacific next year in a message to China

About a year from now, the Army plans to practice rapidly deploying 8,000 to 10,000 soldiers from the mainland through Western Pacific islands and into nations around the East and South China Seas for training that will send a message to China.

The first "Defender Pacific" — the Pentagon's most significant exercise for the region in 2020 — is expected to be followed by an even bigger version involving more than 10,000 mainland soldiers.

F-35 Still Lacks Key Testing Accreditation, Despite Being in Full Production

Even though several militaries are flying the F-35 Lightning II in combat or potential combat situations, the stealth aircraft still hasn’t completed part of its Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E), typically a necessary step for US jets to enter full production.

One phase of the F-35’s IOT&E remains incomplete, despite the aircraft being approved for full-scale production and more than 400 of the advanced jets rolling off Lockheed Martin’s assembly line: the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE), an advanced simulator that’s lagged behind in development for years.

“The JSE is a man-in-the-loop, F-35 software-in-the-loop mission simulator intended to conduct IOT&E scenarios with modern threat types and densities that are not able to be replicated in open air,” including weather, geography and range, according to a Fiscal Year 2018 handout on the F-35 program by the Director of Operational Testing & Evaluation (DOT&E).

Somali Militants Raid American Military Base Near Mogadishu

A US special forces military base that's also used to launch drone strikes on Al Qaeda and ISIS factions active in North Africa was attacked by a band of Somali insurgents on Monday, who also carried out an attack on a European military convoy, the AFP and Reuters report.

he American base, reportedly located in the town of Baledogle, was hit with an explosive, followed by small arms fire. The base is located about 60 miles west of Mogadishu, the Somali capital. It was unclear whether anybody was seriously injured during the attack.

The militant group Al Shabaab took credit for the string of attacks, and issued a statement about the raid on the American base.

Ron Paul Asks: "Impeachment... Or CIA Coup?"

Authored by Ron Paul via The Ron Paul Institute for Peace & Prosperity,

You don’t need to be a supporter of President Trump to be concerned about the efforts to remove him from office. Last week House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced impeachment proceedings against the President over a phone call made to the President of Ukraine. According to the White House record of the call, the President asked his Ukrainian counterpart to look into whether there is any evidence of Ukrainian meddling in the 2016 election and then mentioned that a lot of people were talking about how former US Vice President Joe Biden stopped the prosecution of his son who was under investigation for corruption in Ukraine.

Democrats, who spent more than two years convinced that “Russiagate” would enable them to remove Trump from office only to have their hopes dashed by the Mueller Report, now believe they have their smoking gun in this phone call.

'Schoolboy' Hong Kong protester is 'critical' after being shot in the chest with a live round by police as activists stage violent 'Day of Grief' rallies to defy Communist rule on China's 70th National Day

A Hong Kong protester has been shot in the chest during clashes with police, according to police sources.

The demonstrator was said to be disoriented while being taken to Princess Margaret Hospital after being hit in the left chest during rallies in the city's Tsuen Wan district.

Debris from the bullet was lodged in his chest only three centimetres from his heart and he is in critical condition, according to reports. He is said to be a secondary school pupil.

Footage posted by The Hong Kong University Students' Union apparently shows a police officer drawing the gun and shooting a male activist at close range as the protester beat the officer with a baton.

Saudi leaders sent messages to Iran's president: Spokesman

The spokesman for Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's administration has confirmed that Saudi leaders have been sending messages to Iran's president through a head of state, though refraining to give any details on the nature of those messages.

Ali Rabiei made the remarks during his weekly press briefing in Tehran on Monday, when he was asked about reports denoting that the Saudi leadership has been sending messages to Iran's chief executive.

“Yes, this is true that they have sent messages to Mr. Rouhani through a head of state,” Rabiei noted, adding, “We must see signs of it [Saudi’s goodwill] without any ambiguity, and the first sign of it is to stop the aggression against Yemen and put an end to the massacre of Yemenis.”

in his interview with 60 Minutes, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman tried to do some damage control on the assassination of Jamal Khashoggi, and the ongoing war in Yemen. The focus ultimately was brought back to the Saudis’ favorite topic, Iran.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The above bit comes from the Iranian blog, Presstv.com, making it appear that the Houth military triumphs in Saudi Arabia, are giving that country a reason to begin to attempt to open some kind of dialogue their Iranian counterparts in Tehran, something which would hardly been imaginable, as a possible step, even a month ago.

Unfortunately, the piece in antiwar.com, would have the world think the opposite, and is titled: Saudi Prince Warns of Escalation With Iran, Higher Oil Prices<

The problem for this battered, recycled threat to become resurgent, is that Iran hasn't really done anything wrong, other that refuse to sell their oil in US dollars.

And it did, until very recently honor the P5+1 deal, until, of course, the US government reneged on it earlier this year, as a personal favor from President Trump to Israel's Prime Minister, Netanyahu, and to his most prolific US suporter, Sheldon Adelson.

The Houthi timing on this attack, was nothing less than brilliant, even if that brilliance might well be chalked up to " amazing unexpectedly good timing" on the Houthi's part, relative to what is happening in the US geopolitical-grinder: because here you have Saudi Arabia's BFF in the Middle East, the ruler of the Unhinged, Surveilled State of Amerika, chokingly caught up in the throes of yet another impeachment "wang-dangorama", this time concerning Ukraine, and American Pols on both sides of the isle, terrified that they will lose their "seat at the public trough.

I have not yet heard one note from those alleged "Congressional Representatives on this issue, as they are so completely focused on not getting impeached, or charged, that suddenly, it appears that Iran and Saudi Arabia are suddenly, and absolutely, on their own here.

Unless President Trump is thoroughly ready to create some very bold actions
to prevent this from escalating into a fell-scale war (unless that is the absolute goal of bringing Iran down,, that will be precisely what he will be getting; and with the added caveat, that Russia will not allow Iran to go down in flames, if there is something they can do to prevent it.

Mr. President, please; War with Iran, over Yemen?!?

And just one final question, sir; when will the US government be ready to declare a draft, which will be horrifically necessary, if we declare war against Iran?!? The above bit comes from the Iranian blog, Presstv.com, making it appear that the Houth military triumphs in Saudi Arabia, are giving that country a reason to begin to attempt to open some kind of dialogue their Iranian counterparts in Tehran, something which would hardly been imaginable, as a possible step, even a month ago.

Unless President Trump is thoroughly ready to create some very bold actions
to prevent this from escalating into a full-scale war, that will be precisely what he will be getting; and with the added caveat, that Russia will not allow Iran to go down in flames, if there is something they can do to prevent it.

With Biden and Trump in the political fight for their lives, I would like both of them to remember a phrase from both physics and politics; "nature abhors a vacuum"; so what happens now if the Saudis are militarily defeated by those Houthi forces, who were " held in so low in esteem" they weren't worthy of any consideration whatsoever, just a couple of months ago, but have become really formidable and capable fighters as well as diplomats?!?

Perhaps now, might be a time for intelligent, fresh thinking on this issue, that does not get the US military dragged down into another sucking, sinkhole of another protracted war.

YEMEN: HOUTHIS RELEASE 350 PRISONERS INCLUDING 3 SAUDIS

This is the most significant of a string of cross-border raids carried out by the Houthis, although Saudi Arabia has yet to confirm the attack.

The Houthi’s Committee for Prisoners Affairs (NCPA) said: “We have presented to the United Nations a unilateral initiative to release 350 prisoners and detainees from the other party who were included in the Stockholm agreement statements,”

Abdul Qader Al-Murtada, head of the NCPA, explained that among the released prisoners are all the inmates who survived from the Saudi air strikes on Dhamar prison earlier this month, which killed over 100 non-combatants.

Trump, FDR, and War

President Trump’s campaign of “maximum pressure” against Iran reminds me of President Franklin Roosevelt’s similar campaign against Japan prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

Trump’s brutal economic embargo on Iran brings to mind what FDR did to Japan. The difference, however, is that Trump’s objective seems different from that of Roosevelt.

When Trump withdrew the United States from the accord that it had entered into with Iran under the Obama administration, it was with the aim of arriving at a new accord. Trump figured that by squeezing the economic life out of the Iranian citizenry with his embargo, he could induce Iran’s rulers to return to the bargaining table and enter into a new agreement, one that would be satisfactory to Trump, which he could then trumpet in his campaign for reelection.

Attempted gun confiscation triggered American Revolution: Letter to the Editor

I am dismayed by what I have been reading, hearing and seeing on the 2nd Amendment. People calling for curbs on the 2nd Amendment.

These people seem to forget the 2nd Amendment protects the freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion and freedom of assembly. The Founding Fathers realized an armed citizenry is essential to keep a tyrannical government at bay.

What most people fail to realize (because they are not taught it) is the match that ignited America’s War for Independence was not excessive taxes, or the lack of representation, or trade restrictions, or the lack of trial by jury (as important as these issues were). The match that ignited America’s War for Independence was attempted gun confiscation.

Dems Propose First Gun Grab Since Lexington And Concord

Mandatory gun buyback' is a silly euphemism.
By David Harsanyi

What Democrats propose can be more accurately described as “the first American gun confiscation effort since Lexington and Concord,” or some variation on that theme.

I’m certain nothing in the Second Amendment mentions hunting, because the right of self-defense—an individual concern, as well as a collective one—has nothing to do with shooting deer, and everything to do with protecting Americans from those who endeavor to strip them of their inalienable rights.

If you think you’re going to have overwhelming support for “mandatory gun buybacks” when people learn that you’re really talking about “the confiscation of 20 million guns,” you’re fooling yourself.

Time Travel Back to Shot Heard 'Round the World

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,Their flag to April's breeze unfurled;Here once the embattled farmers stood;
And fired the shot heard 'round the world.

Lest we forget, this country was forged out of a concerted desire to free the shackles of the British Empire, so that colonies could chart their own course for individual state governments.

Stand abreast with the Lexington Massachusetts farmers as the echo of the first crack of defiance was heard throughout the globe. The significance of the “Shot Heard Round the World” is nicely summed up by Chuck Baldwin. He submits that these “two elements of American history are lost to the vast majority of historians today: 1) it was attempted gun confiscation by the British troops that ignited America’s War for Independence, and 2) it was a pastor and his flock that mostly comprised the “Minutemen” who fired the shots that started our great Revolution.”

How the Saudi Oil Field Attack Overturned America’s Apple Cart

For all their overwhelming firepower, the U.S. and its allies can cause a lot of misery in the Middle East, but still can’t govern the course of events.

In spite of a $68 billion a year defense budget – the third highest spending of any country in the world – with a world-class air force and supposed state-of-the-art anti-aircraft system, a handful of bargain basement drones and cruise missiles slipped through the Saudi radar and devastated Riyadh’s oil economy.

This is hardly an historical first. British dragoons at Concord were better trained and armed than a bunch of Massachusetts farmers, but the former were 5,000 miles from home and there were lots more of the latter, and so the English got whipped.

First Flight of Iran's Qaher F-313 Imminent? Capabilities of Iranian Military Aviation Indicate a Basic Stealth Jet is Possible

The Iranian armed forces have recently announced the imminent first public flight of a new indigenous fighter jet of unknown designation, leading to much speculation as to the platform set to be unveiled and whether the Qaher F-313 stealth fighter was the aircraft referred to.

While it cannot be verified at this point whether the Qaher F-313 is or is not a genuine stealth fighter, the prospect for such a program may not be as impossible as Western and Israeli sources have claimed. Firstly one must consider Iran's substantial military industrial capabilities, which supply the vast majority of the country's defence needs independently, effectively and an extremely low cost.

While the variants of the Musudan in Iranian service are unknown, the most advanced are though to have a range of over 4000km.

This would provide Iran with a significantly more powerful means of striking targets further afield such as U.S. military bases in Eastern Europe and Africa, with attacks from multiple warheads notably considerably more difficult to intercept than those by a single warhead.

America’s Banality of Evil

Many Americans don’t think of sanctions as weaponry of war. That’s because they seem so benign. After all, they are just rules and regulations. What’s the big deal, right? No bombs are dropping. No troops are invading and occupying Iran. No shootings. No torture.

In fact, sanctions aren’t really so much a weapon of war as they are a weapon akin to terrorism. That’s because they don’t target enemy troops, as is done in war, but instead target the civilian population of a nation as a way to achieve a political goal.

That’s what terrorists do too. They also kill innocent civilians as a way to achieve a political goal. Terrorism and sanctions are the weapons of the coward because the civilians they target have no real way to defend themselves against a suicide bomb or economic sanctions.

The remarks came on Friday, a day after the US concluded that the Assad regime had again used chemical weapons this year, soon after starting an offensive to reclaim the rebel-held north-western province of Idlib.

3 Saudi brigades destroyed

Pretty much an entire division.

The operation resulted in the complete destruction of three military brigades of the enemy (Saudi) forces, seizure of large quantities of military equipment, including hundreds of vehicles and armored vehicles, capture of thousands of enemy forces, mostly traitors and the beguiled (Saudi-sponsored Yemeni militiamen loyal to Yemen's former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi). Hundreds more were killed and wounded in the process as well,” Saree pointed out.
Only 72 hours after the start of the operation, our forces laid full siege to enemy troops. Three brigades of traitors with units of the Saudi army were completely destroyed, and scores of people taken hostage,” Saree said.

How Yemen’s Houthis are bringing down a Goliath

‘From a military perspective, nobody ever took our forces in Yemen seriously,’ scholar says:

Hassan Ali Al-Emad, Yemeni scholar and the son of a prominent tribal leader with ascendance over ten clans, begs to differ. “From a military perspective, nobody ever took our forces in Yemen seriously. Perhaps they started understanding it when our missiles hit Aramco.”
Al-Emad said: “Yemeni people have been encircled by an embargo. Why are Yemeni airports still closed? Children are dying without treatment. In this current war, the first door [to be closed against enemies] was Damascus. The second door is Yemen.” Al-Emad considers that Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Sayed Nasrallah and the Houthis are involved in the same struggle.

ESCOBAR: HOW YEMEN'S HOUTHIS ARE BRINGING DOWN A GOLIATH

SOURCE: PEPE ESCOBAR VIA THE SAKER

“It is clear to us that Iran bears responsibility for this attack. There is no other plausible explanation. We support ongoing investigations to establish further details.”

The statement above was not written by Franz Kafka. In fact, it was written by a Kafka derivative: Brussels-based European bureaucracy. The Merkel-Macron-Johnson trio, representing Germany, France and the UK, seems to know what no “ongoing investigation” has unearthed: that Tehran was definitively responsible for the twin aerial strikes on Saudi oil installations.

“There is no other plausible explanation” translates as the occultation of Yemen. Yemen only features as the pounding ground of a vicious Saudi war, de facto supported by Washington and London and conducted with US and UK weapons, which has generated a horrendous humanitarian crisis.

So Iran is the culprit, no evidence provided, end of story, even if the “investigation continues.”

The collapse will be LOCAL: Former military intelligence, special forces veterans explain why your proximity to left-wing cities may determine your fate

(Natural News) With all the talk about the risk for civil war in America — and the new Nancy Pelosi push for impeachment that will drive America into more conflict — it’s crucial to realize how your proximity to left-wing population density hubs will largely determine your fate.

Here’s what I learned, in the aggregate, from multiple sources, many of whom have operated inside collapsing, war-torn cities and countries:

There won’t be a nationwide kinetic civil war fought like America’s first Civil War. Instead, outbreaks of kinetic violence will be very limited to the areas in and around high-density population centers dominated by Leftists (i.e. Antifa and similar left-wing lunatics).
This means your proximity to left-wing cities largely determines your risk of being caught up in any kind of kinetic engagement. The closer you are to the “zombies,” the worse off you’ll be when it hits the fan.

9/11 HIJACKERS: SAUDI 'DON'T ASK, DON'T SEE' POLICY REVEALED

ith the US renewing its controversial “alliance” with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with oil production in the Kingdom under siege, and talk of war against Iran ramping up, the thorny issue of the Saudi role in the 9/11 terrorist attacks remains uncomfortably in the background.

For 18 years now, investigative journalists have faced daunting obstacles in seeking answers about the 9/11 attacks. Of the 19 hijackers, 15 were Saudi citizens. Perhaps the greatest hurdle comes when asking about connections between the hijackers and high-ranking Saudi Arabian officials.

Redactions, delays, denials, misdirection, and conflicting statements show a pattern — all of it in one direction and, intentionally or not, to the benefit of the Kingdom.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It is also interesting to note, that Prince Bandar bin Sultan. died in July of this year; of course, there were the requisite condolences from various heads of state, etc., but there is very little said, about how the man actually died.

I would tend to politely suggest, that his death was not a "family affair" where close family were quietly ushered into a clean, caring hospice environment, with all the modern "bells and whistles" existed, to usher him into the next "kingdom" with prayer. The net is rife with speculation on this, but there are is a reasonable possibility which may, in retrospect, make sense, looking at how he had positioned himself both personally, and professionally, both within the government of the House of Saud, and as one very familiar with those who ascended the very top Tier in the Bowels of Power in the US: The Bush Dynasty.

Some say that he was assassinated by the Syrians, for having attempted a regime change in Damascus. Syria eliminates Bandar bin Sultan in retaliation for Damascus bombing

The following link is also useful:

Saudi Aravbia Intelligence Headquarters and Saudi Deputy Intelligence Killed as Payback.

However it happened, the death last July renders him "conveniently incapable" of testifying or adding anything more to the class action suit, brought against him by families of 9/11 victims.

The Illusion of Control, by Robert Gore

The illusion of control that has sustained the US’s nominal government and its behind-the scenes power since World War II is fading both at home and abroad. In many areas the US military is no longer unquestionably superior and in some is demonstrably inferior. As military prowess goes so goes the American empire. Amplifying the decline and compounding its severity are the US’s perilous finances, deteriorating economy, and mounting political unrest.

If the US can’t defeat insurgents in smaller countries despite its overwhelming advantages in conventional military power, what would happen in a match with someone its own size, another superpower? Here the illusion of control is most deadly.......

At UN Session, US Empire in Decline and Global Solidarity on the Rise

The US Military is a Great Threat to our Future

It also leaves behind toxic pollution from burn pits and weapons such as depleted uranium (DU). The use of DU violates international law, including the Biological Weapons Convention. As described in David Swanson’s article about a new study, which documents the horrific impact of DU on newborns in Iraq,

“…every round of DU ammunition leaves a residue of DU dust on everything it hits, contaminating the surrounding area with toxic waste that has a half-life of 4.5 billion years, the age of our solar system, and turns every battlefield and firing range into a toxic waste site that poisons everyone in such areas.”

The Coup Has Begun – The Empire Strikes Back Everywhere

“I am altering the deal, pray I don’t alter it any further.”
Darth Vader, “The Empire Strikes Back”

You know I think there are no coincidences in politics. Everything happens on a particular schedule. So when I see a day as crazy as today I have to ask the question, “Why this, why now?”
Look at the headlines and you’ll see what I’m talking about. All of these things happened since I woke up at 7:30am on Tuesday in Florida:

Democratic referenda are ignored. Bitcoin mysteriously has its network attacked. Unpopular parliaments ignore the people and remain in power. Centuries of tradition and convention thrown out the window to serve the next big thing.

It’s a coup folks.
