Uniquely Talented: Only the Democrats Could Have Lost to Trump

A great uproar goes forth from the enemies of the Trump Beast, with much gnashing of hair and pulling of teeth. He will be a terrible President, they say, and they may well be right. There are ominous signs, particularly as regards foreign policy, and he seems radically incoherent and contradictory. Interestingly, his critics have no slight idea why he won. The reason is obvious: He won because everybody was campaigning for him, in particular the media, Hillary, Black Lives Matter, Obama, Democrats, and far leftists. Everybody worked for Trump. He couldn’t lose.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio—With the help of celebrities and professional activists, protests of the Dakota Access Pipeline in North Dakota attracted international attention. The shouting and violence have drawn sympathy from people who are hearing only one side of the story — the one told by activists.

Were the full story to be heard, much, if not all, of that sympathy would vanish.

Child Labor' Attack on Trump Education Pick Is the Dumbest Thing You'll Read Today

President-elect Trump announced on Wednesday that billionaire Republican donor Betsy DeVos, a school choice activist, was his pick to head the Department of Education. The left immediately commenced a collective tantrum over the school choice issue—the New York Times shrieking in a headline that she has "steered money from public schools"—and promptly declared DeVos unfit for the position based on that single issue.

Alana Horowitz Satlin, the assignment editor at Huffington Post, is also concerned about that issue, but in a breathless essay on Thursday, she also informed readers of an even more egregious sin in DeVos's past—something so fearful that it would irrevocably endanger the children of America. Betsy DeVos, you see, supports child labor. That's right. It says so right there at the Huffington Post under the headline "Group Funded By Trump’s Education Secretary Pick: ‘Bring Back Child Labor'":

The numbers are in: Trump wins Michigan by 10,704

In the closest race for president in Michigan's history, Republican Donald Trump is hanging on to a 10,704-vote win over Democrat Hillary Clinton.

The Michigan Secretary of State posted results Wednesday that were submitted by the state's 83 county clerks on Tuesday after the votes were reviewed and certified by each county.

Before that compiled count, Trump held a 13,107-vote lead over Clinton. But after each county certified its results, the lead shrunk to 10,704, with the biggest chunk coming from Wayne County, which showed that Clinton had gotten 565 more votes than originally tallied by the county.

Meet the Obama voters who came out for Trump

Dan Nainan, 35, is the son of Japanese and Indian immigrants. He lives in Manhattan where he works as a comedian. In 2008 and 2012, he enthusiastically voted for Barack Obama, citing the Affordable Care Act and Obama's support of marriage equality as major pluses. Last Tuesday, he voted for Donald J. Trump.

A week out from the election of Donald Trump, the standard narrative around his surprise win looks something like this: Hillary Clinton's campaign failed to energize the young, diverse coalition that supported Obama, while Trump brought out surprise numbers of white, working class folks. Yet, while there are a host of complicated explanations for Clinton's loss, it can't be entirely explained by which side best rallied its base: some Obama voters crossed the aisle for Donald Trump.

MAX BEX ALERT: Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say

By Craig Timberg November 24 at 8:27 PM
The flood of “fake news” this election season got support from a sophisticated Russian propaganda campaign that created and spread misleading articles online with the goal of punishing Democrat Hillary Clinton, helping Republican Donald Trump and undermining faith in American democracy, say independent researchers who tracked the operation.

Russia’s increasingly sophisticated propaganda machinery — including thousands of botnets, teams of paid human “trolls,” and networks of Web sites and social-media accounts — echoed and amplified right-wing sites across the Internet as they portrayed Clinton as a criminal hiding potentially fatal health problems and preparing to hand control of the nation to a shadowy cabal of global financiers. The effort also sought to heighten the appearance of international tensions and promote fear of looming hostilities with nuclear-armed Russia.

Potential Trump Education Chief Pick Betsy DeVos is Pro-Common Core, Family Donated to Clinton Foundation

Trump is going down fast!

Citing many of the reported potential candidates’ associations with ardent Common Core supporter Jeb Bush, Tuttle and Robbins note:

DeVos has served on [Jeb Bush’s] foundation’s board of directors. Among these “experts” from Jebworld are alumni of Bush’s Chiefs for Change (Gerard Robinson and Tony Bennett) and former members of Bush’s gubernatorial education team (Hanna Skandera). All of these candidates predictably support progressive education in general and Common Core in particular. Indeed, Bennett was booted out of his position as Indiana State School Superintendent for that very reason. Why would Trump even consider someone coming out of the environment on which he heaped such scorn during the campaign?

West Michigan Politics reported that, like Donald Trump himself, the DeVos family has donated to the Clinton Foundation:

According to a WMP analysis of Clinton Foundation records, the DeVos family donated between $60,000-$130,000.

“Fake news” has become a hot issue following the surprise US election victory of maverick business tycoon Donald Trump. The Upcoming War On The Alternative Media By The Deep State Mainstream Media

This declaration of war was typified by Google and FaceBook
The Mainstream Media (“MSM”), fully owned and co-opted by the Deep State Plutocrat/ Oligarch Elite, are extremely unhappy that Donald Trump won the 2016 Election.

They did not bank on this, and were completely and totally confident that their trillions of dollars of money issued by the Federal Reserve and international central banks, control of the National Security State as represented by the Military Industrial Complex, and bought and paid for representatives in the United States Legislature (Congress and Senate), Executive Branch, and Judiciary would have ensured their victory.

So what turned this election around, to upset the proverbial apple cart and deliver the Presidency to Donald J. Trump?

The Quacking of Ducks

Here’s the trouble.

Most people can’t read… and so, can’t think.

Not quite literally, perhaps. But, meaningfully. They have been taught – very deliberately – to be sloppy and fluid with words. A given word has a vague, constantly shifting meaning – that meaning transmitted and accepted by a kind of semi-conscious collective osmosis. You “get the drift” – and the word is henceforth used accordingly. It is not necessary to formally announce the new meaning. It just sort of happens.

Examples include liberal and fascist.

Food-Stamp Growth May Be Behind the Midwest's Flip to Trump

In an earlier post we looked at nationwide growth in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as "food stamps."

We found that, thanks to many years of accelerated growth in the program under both George W. Bush and Barack Obama, 1 in 7 Americans now participate in the food stamp program.

There are, however, very large differences from state to state in how much the food stamp program has expanded. If we look at growth in the program from the year 2000 to 2015, we find growth varying from 641 percent growth in Nevada, to 54 percent growth in Wyoming:

Politics In The Matrix: Trump Won’t Prosecute Hillary Clinton

Multiple media outlets are reporting that Trump will not attempt to prosecute Hillary Clinton. This is on the level of lowering the window shades for a vampire as dawn breaks. Hillary was certainly guilty in the email case, and the Clinton Foundation is a pay-for-play money laundering operation of global proportions—a private and parallel State Department, in which cash is the only standard for “diplomacy.” And these charges are mere low-hanging fruit on the Clinton crime family tree.

Pursuing justice is supposed to be a Trump hallmark.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Yesterday I suggested that Trump was trying to make a deal with Hillary in which he would not criminally prosecute her if she would back off the protests, tinkering with the electoral college and generally trying to undermine and delegitimize him.

It would appear that Hillary has decided not to accept, as the protests are continuing, 6 Democratic crybabies are launching another attempt to subvert the electoral college, and today Hillary is claiming Russia and Trump rigged the elections (but in just three states she lost).

These idiots are going to trigger a civil war if they keep this up!

President-elect Trump, this is very awkward. I did not vote for you, but I find myself with a burning desire to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You may be unaware, but by winning this election you have unleashed and unified progressive voices from every corner of American society. The same unifying phenomenon is taking place in all corners of the world. It would have never happened without you. So, thank you Mr. Trump.

It Is Up To Us — Paul Craig Roberts

Did Donald Trump win the election because he is a racist and misogynist and so are the American people?

No. That’s BS from the Oligarchs’ well-paid whores in the media, “liberal progressive” activist groups, think tanks and universities.

Did Trump win because he stole the election?

More BS. The Oligarchs controlled the voting machines. They failed to steal the election, because the people outsmarted them and told the pollsters that they were voting for Hillary. This led to the presstitutes’ propaganda that Hillary was the certain winner, and the Oligarchs believed their own propaganda and didn’t believe it necessary to make certain of their victory.

Trump won the presidency because he spoke directly and truthfully to the American people, telling them what what they knew to be true and had never before heard from any politician:

Obama reaches 1,000 commuted prison sentences: President has now shortened more jail terms than his 11 predecessors PUT TOGETHER

President Barack Obama surpassed the 1,000 mark for commutations granted during his presidency on Tuesday after shortening sentences for 79 people.

Obama has been granting commutations at rapid-fire pace in his final months in office.

All told, he's commuted more sentences than the past 11 presidents combined, the White House said.

Most of those who have received clemency are nonviolent drug offenders, though many were also convicted of firearms violations related to drug crimes.

A significant portion had been serving life sentences.

The medal, which has existed in some form since the Truman administration, has been given at Obama's discretion more than any other president, and according to the Washington Post, he has honored women and people of color at a rate higher than any of his predecessors. For example, this year's awardees includes Motown soul singer Diana Ross, TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, veteran actress Cicely Tyson, artist and designer Maya Lin.

Rock legend Bruce Springsteen, Motown soul singer Diana Ross, former basketball champions Michael Jordan and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and actors Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro and Robert Redford and Saturday Night Live creator and producer Lorne Michaels will also be awarded the medal at the White House ceremony.

Trump aide Kellyanne Conway: No plan to pursue charges against Clinton

President-elect Donald Trump's administration will not pursue further investigations of Hillary Clinton related to her private email server or the Clinton Foundation, Trump's former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said Tuesday, a significant break from a major campaign promise.

"I think when the President-elect, who's also the head of your party, tells you before he's even inaugurated that he doesn't wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content" to fellow Republicans, Conway said in an interview on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am being flooded with angry emails right now, and I too am greatly disappointed that the United States still has a criminal class that is above the law. In one stroke, Trump has already damaged his credibility as chief enforcer of the US laws. A lot of the support he had to win this election will likely abandon him on the re-election.

However, politics is a practical profession, so let us take a closer look. The fact that Conway delivered this statement signals this is (as even CNN notes) a political message rather than a legal one.

Trump knows that the rioting in Portland and elsewhere, along with the threats against the electors, is organized by a group of people deathly afraid of going to jail, and even willing to assassinate him to avoid their day in court.

So, what I expect has happened is that a deal had been made for Hillary to fade quietly into private life in exchange for calling off the riots and threats to the electors, which I suspect we will see vanish in the next few days.

I don't like this decision, but I understand why Trump may have seen this as the best way to quiet down those trying to delegitimize him before he even takes the oath of office. And if I am correct that Hillary was selling US secrets to foreign interests with that private email server and using the Foundation to collect and launder the payments, then Trump doesn't need a scandal on such a scale to be made public and delegitimize the entire government he is about to take charge of. Like I said, I don't like this decision, but I understand why Trump may have seen this as the optimal course.

Connecting Two Continents: The Ultimate Engineering Challenge

The $65 billion project aims to feed North America with raw goods from the Siberian interior and beyond, but it could also provide a key link to developing a robust renewable energy transmission corridor that feeds wind and tidal power across vast distances while linking a railway network across 3/4 of the Northern Hemisphere.

Dear President Trump: Just Say No to the Neocons

President-elect Donald Trump in his April 27 foreign policy speech, in which he said:

“My goal is to establish a foreign policy that will endure for several generations. That’s why I also look and have to look for talented experts with approaches and practical ideas, rather than surrounding myself with those who have perfect résumés but very little to brag about except responsibility for a long history of failed policies and continued losses at war. We have to look to new people.

“We have to look to new people because many of the old people frankly don’t know what they’re doing, even though they may look awfully good writing in The New York Times or being watched on television.”

Trump?

Trump Prepares to Take Over the Fed

Now their little party is coming to an end.

In Donald Trump’s first four years as president, he will not only choose three judges for the Supreme Court, he’ll also pick five of the seven members on the Fed Board of Governors. It would be impossible to overstate the effect this is going to have on the nation’s economic future. With both houses of Congress firmly in the GOP’s grip, we could see the most powerful central bank in the world transformed into a purely political institution that follows the diktats of one man.

Overnight 'riot' leads to clash between pipeline protesters, law enforcement at bridge site

The burned out vehicles were the same ones the protesters burned on the bridge several days earlier. They are also killing local ranchers livestock! Alinskyite tactics people!

MORTON COUNTY, N.D. — Pipeline protesters attempted to remove burned out vehicles blocking the Backwater Bridge on Highway 1806, which led to an hours-long standoff with police using fire hoses to repel protesters on Sunday night, Nov. 20.

Scott Hennen: Dakota Access Pipeline protesters aided, trained by Seattle pros

How about some balanced coverage.

FARGO—It's been more than three months, and the anti-Dakota Access Pipeline protesters who claim to be defending tribal lands and water have only escalated their tactics in Morton County, N.D.

Between setting fires that have made a bridge impassable, throwing Molotov cocktails at law enforcement and killing local livestock, these protesters have been causing fear, terror and economic devastation.

What I've also noticed is that these eco-terrorists seem well trained and well organized, as if professionals were helping them. Who might these professionals be?

The other day, I noticed someone in Bismarck wearing a fleece vest with a logo for "Pyramid Communications" and decided to look up who they were. Pyramid is a Seattle-based communications firm that claims to give "voice to good causes."

STEVIE VAN ZANDT CALLS OUT CAST OF HAMILTON FOR BULLYING ITS AUDIENCE

Stevie Van Zandt, longtime member of Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band, actor, and activist, doesn’t have much in common politically with Vice President-Elect Mike Pence, but apparently Mr. Van Zandt has even less in common with what he described as bullying tactics by the cast of the Broadway play Hamilton. The iconic rock guitarist blasted the Broadway ensemble for its lack of respect and then pushed back against anyone who thought that behavior was acceptable.

Trump has a plan for government workers. They’re not going to like it.

President-elect Donald Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress are drawing up plans to take on the government bureaucracy they have long railed against, by eroding job protections and grinding down benefits that federal workers have received for a generation.

Hiring freezes, an end to automatic raises, a green light to fire poor performers, a ban on union business on the government’s dime and less generous pensions — these are the contours of the blueprint emerging under Republican control of Washington in January.

Russia hands US its behind - Response to John Kirby

While US State Department dodging questions into its allegations is nothing new, the spokesperson John Kirby has recently gone the extra mile. Kirby stated that he would not be treating RT as an equal media organisation, to the likes of western mainstream media. Referring to the fact that Russia Today is "state sponsored" media, this apparently obliterates his responsibility to provide evidence into allegations of "Russian bombing of hospitals in Syria."

The new special relationship: what does Putin want from Trump?

The unlikely love-in between the president-elect and a former KGB agent who built a career on hating America has spooked many US allies. And it raises serious questions – from the fate of Edward Snowden to whether GCHQ’s secrets are safe

Webmaster's Commentary:

Career of hate? Look who has been bashing and demonizing Russia for the last few years and how many western political careers were built on it! It has been obvious that the US misses the glory days of the Cold War of the 1950s and 1960s, when all they had to do was wag "Commies" at the American people, who would respond as conditioned in public school by wetting themselves, and flinging their money and children into war after war after war.

It is equally obvious that, rather than spend the American peoples' tax money on the American people, the US Government has tried to revive that Cold War, to go on plundering the taxpayers and feeding their favorite defense contractors, who in exchange, make lavish contributions to political campaigns of the war hawks!

As a result, the US spends more on weapons than the next 26 nations ... combined! One need only look at the list of who is invading/drone-striking/overthrowing whom for the last 15 years to see who the real threat to peace in this world is!

Facebook CEO has outlined a plan for cracking down on fake news which urges users to use "legitamte fact checking organizations" such as Snopes and Politifact to verify the authenticity of a story.

Critics note, however, that that the fact checking from these organizations have been been just as highly biased against Donald Trump and in Hillary's favor as the corporate media coverage.

Ari Emanuel Meets With Donald Trump, But Not for a Cabinet Position

WME/IMG co-CEO Ari Emanuel chatted with Donald Trump as the president-elect held a series of meetings at his New Jersey golf club on Sunday.

Despite some speculation, however, the meeting was not in regards to a potential cabinet position for Hollywood big-wig Emanuel, a source tells Variety. Rather, Emanuel simply wanted to meet with Trump to address some concerns, and provide his point-of-view to Trump as he forms his new administration.

Emanuel is a Democrat who supported Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. His brother Rahm Emanuel was President Obama’s chief of staff and is now the mayor of Chicago.

Russian government spokesperson says 'the Jews' knew Donald Trump would win US election

Nope! Putin and Lavrov have not been fooled.

Russia’s foreign ministry spokeswoman has claimed “the Jews” knew Donald Trump would win the US election.

Maria Zakharova told a TV chat show in Russia that to gauge such political outcomes in the future, “don’t read the mainstream newspapers”.

“Our people in Brighton [Beach] will tell you everything,” she said, referring to a district of New York which is home to a large number of Jewish emigres from the former Soviet Union.

Putting on a mock-Jewish accent, the 40-year-old said Jewish people had told her: “‘Understand this – we'll donate to Clinton, of course. But we'll give the Republicans twice that amount.’

“That was it. The matter was settled for me, personally.”

Neocon ‘Blasts from the Past’ Threaten to Undermine Trump Presidency

During his uphill campaign for the Republican Party presidential nomination and subsequent race for the White House, president-elect Donald Trump called NATO «obsolete», implied that Russia had not committed «aggression» by re-incorporating Crimea following a popular referendum in that region, and proclaimed he would be an «honest broker» in negotiations between Israel and Palestine. These may be mere words, not backed up by U.S. foreign policy changes, if Trump continues to bring discredited neo-conservatives – neocons – from the administrations of Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush into his inner circle of advisers and, potentially, into senior national security and foreign policy positions in his administration.

People once confined to the political fringes will be at the center of power in Donald Trump’s White House.

Of the people tapped so far by President-elect Trump, only one — Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus — is identified with the party’s mainstream. Priebus will be chief of staff in the Trump White House.

The other names tapped for important positions are outsiders, albeit to varying extents.

Donald Trump, America’s first independent president

Viewed through any conventional lens, President-elect Donald Trump’s candidacy was improbable from start to finish. OBAMA TRIES TO PASS LAST SECOND EXECUTIVE ORDER, FURIOUS AFTER CONGRESS BLOCKS HIS ATTEMPT

Considering the fact that Obama is leaving, there were fears that he was going to pass some legislation that would affect the country and be nearly impossible for Trump to repeal. These were going to be called the “Midnight Rules” and it was going to ensure that Trump was going to have some issues before tackling the issues he wanted to tackle the most.

Except that fear is NO MORE. The House of Representatives passed legislation, by a margin of 240-179, allows Congress to undo any of the last-minute rules and regulations that were going to be put on the books before President Obama leaves office.

But Trump’s supposed aversion to lobbyists has not harmed the fortunes of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, one of Trump’s earliest and most visible supporters, now a vice chair of the transition team and a rumored frontrunner for the influential post of national security adviser.

On election day, Flynn published an opinion piece for The Hill urging U.S. support for Turkey’s controversial strongman president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and pushing for the extradition of Erdogan’s political rival, Fethullah Gülen, who now resides in Pennsylvania.

America Called Bullshit on the Cult of Clinton

Ever since Donald Trump won the presidential election, all eyes, and wringing hands, have been on the white blob who voted for him. These "loud, illiterate and credulous people," as a sap at Salon brands them, think on an "emotional level." Bill Moyers warned that ours is a "dark age of unreason," in which "low information" folks are lining up behind "The Trump Emotion Machine." Andrew Sullivan said Trump supporters relate to him as a "cult leader fused with the idea of the nation."

What's funny about this is not simply that it's the biggest chattering-class hissy fit of the 21st century so far — and chattering-class hissy fits are always funny. It's that whatever you think of Trump (I'm not a fan) or his supporters (I think they're mostly normal, good people), the fact is they've got nothing on the Clinton cult when it comes to creepy, pious worship of a politician.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I keep getting emails from the buttercups, filled with often inaccurate reports of what Trump is doing and always asking, "See? See? Do you regret supporting Trump now?"

My answer is a firm "No!"

I said from the start that I did not agree with Trump on many issues, and see him as dangerously naive about the darker side of Washington DC, on a par with Jimmy Carter.

But I was not working FOR Trump so much as I was working AGAINST the Clinton/Bush narcocracy and an arrogant entrenched establishment long past its sell-by date, that still believes power is their hereditary right!

Installing a Torture Fan at CIA

President-elect Donald Trump’s selection of Kansas Congressman Mike Pompeo, an open aficionado of torture practices used in the “war on terror,” to be CIA director shows that Trump was serious when he said he would support “waterboarding and much worse.” Earlier, there had been a sliver of hope that that, while on the campaign trail, Trump was simply playing to the basest instincts of many Americans who have been brainwashed – by media, politicians, and the CIA itself – into believing that torture “works.” The hope was that the person whom Trump would appoint to head the agency would disabuse him regarding both the efficacy and the legality of torture.

Trump won the popular vote?

Based on reports in mainstream media, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote for President. The facts, however, indicate otherwise. Before getting into that, we should consider why that is important.

The answer is that most people think that whoever gets the most votes is supposed to be the winner. The Constitution, on the other hand, says otherwise. When the Constitution was written, it was understood that the federal government was beholden to the states that created it, not to the general citizenry. Voters chose their state representatives, but the states chose the Senators and the President.

It was an excellent arrangement to diffuse political power and preserve state supremacy. To make it work, the President is to be elected by delegates chosen by the political parties within each state every four years for that task. This group is called the Electoral College.

The Age of the Honey Badger Dawns

This time was different.
The mainstream media and the Democrats brought every weapon they had to the fight against Stephen K. Bannon — and, by extension, Donald Trump, and 61 million deplorables.

For the first 24 hours, they had total control of the debate, and near-total control after that. They defined Bannon, and Breitbart, as antisemites, white nationalists, neo-Nazis. Who could survive that?

And yet Trump did not waver, and the Republican Party did not bend, and the conservative media did not break.

This time, there were no betrayals — no political leaders who tried to help themselves by abandoning the victim of an entirely false and unjustified attack.

Even most of Bannon’s critics and rivals in the conservative media declined to condemn him.

They understood: these were lies. And they knew: if we yield now, they will never stop.

Former US Intelligence Chief Admits Obama Took “Willful Decision” to Support ISIS Rise

If one was only to read mainstream news in the West, you would probably be inculcated with the myth that Islamic State (ISIS) appeared almost out of thin air and many governments in the Western world have been completely shocked by the rise of this terror group. Perhaps you would correctly blame the 2003 invasion and occupation of Iraq as a major reason why such extreme groups gained power in the region, in addition to blaming certain governments for supposedly marginalizing Sunni’s.

But what most mainstream readers will be miserably ignorant of is the fact that one of the main opposition groups fighting the Bashar al-Assad government in Syria has been ISIS itself, a group that has been trained, funded, aided and armed by NATO countries in collusion with Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel (to name a few). This reality has been completely omitted in numerous corporate media publications, once again demonstrating the inept and deceptive nature of mainstream news.

DONALD TRUMP HOPES TO ABOLISH INTELLIGENCE CHIEF POSITION, REVERSE CIA REFORMS

DONALD TRUMP’S NATIONAL security team is discussing plans to dismantle the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the organization that was created in response to the 9/11 attacks, according to an adviser to the president-elect and a former senior intelligence official. The news comes as the current director of national intelligence, James Clapper, announced his resignation Thursday.

The Trump national security team has been meeting in recent days, planning the removal of the cabinet-level position and assessing how to fold parts of the organization into the 16 federal intelligence agencies it oversees, according to both people with knowledge of the plans. If the restructuring is accomplished, it would undo legislation passed by Congress in 2004, dismantle the biggest American intelligence bureaucracy created since the end of World War II, and roll back a key recommendation of the 9/11 Commission.

Trump demands apology from Hamilton cast after Mike Pence booed

After audience jeered vice-president elect at New York musical, actor addressed him from stage: ‘We are the diverse Americans anxious you will not protect us’

The US vice-president elect, Mike Pence, was booed by a theater audience when he attended the hit hip-hop musical Hamilton in New York on Friday night – and then had a message about protecting diversity delivered to him from the stage after the curtain call.

On Saturday, President-elect Donald Trump accused theatre-goers of having “harassed” Pence, writing on Twitter: “Our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater by the cast of Hamilton, cameras blazing. This should not happen!”

He also demanded an apology: “The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!”

President Obama is not too happy about the fact that Donald Trump is going to succeed him as president, but he’s still pretty satisfied with the legacy he’s going to leave behind.

For example, during a press conference earlier this week, Obama congratulated himself for leading an administration “without significant scandal.”

That does it. Mandatory weekly drug testing for Presidents!

Dear President Trump: Just Say No to the Neocons

Tell Eliot Cohen to get lost.

For the central canon of the neocon creed has been and always will be a militant internationalism.

The kudzu vine is one of the most invasive plants in existence: you cut it back, but that just emboldens it! You dig it up, but it keeps returning, stronger than ever. It is, in short, the horticultural equivalent of the neoconservatives, who have survived in spite of leading us over a cliff in Iraq, being roundly repudiated by the voters in the last three presidential elections.

Banned At Alex Jones Again!

Don't criticize Donald Trump's appointment of Pompeo or Sessions or he will turn you off. Don't try to post same here. The story will never make it up.
Pompeo wants to kill Snowden and Assad and continue the war in Syria even if it means war with Russia. He co-authored the pro Monsanto labeling law and has business associations with the Koch brothers.
Sessions is an Old Drug Warrior. If Trump appoints a neocon like Bolton to State or Defense I would say that most of us have been had once again.
P.S. Took issue with P.J. Watson for putting up the article on the ambulance being blocked and a man dying without time stamps on the tweets. I found the vid with the time stamps which proved the falsity of the story as presented at Infowars. P.J. put up a story about how the liberal media is manufacturing fake news and that seemed to be the place to comment and call him. That could have got me banned too.

Donald Trump offers CIA director post to Rep. Mike Pompeo – report

This is worse than Sessions.

President-elect Donald Trump has offered the job of CIA director to Congressman Mike Pompeo (R-Kansas), according to Reuters.

The Republican has been outspoken on his views regarding NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, telling C-Span in February that he hopes Snowden will get the death penalty for revealing secrets about the US domestic surveillance programme.

Obama Should Pardon ‘Dreamer’ Immigrants, Democrats Say

Laura Litvan

November 17, 2016 — 11:25 AM PST Updated on November 17, 2016 — 2:43 PM PST
A group of House Democrats called on President Barack Obama to pardon about 750,000 young undocumented immigrants who are temporarily shielded from deportation under a 2012 executive order, a move that reflects growing concern about a shift in immigration policy expected after President-elect Donald Trump takes power in January.

Spy Chief Admits US Doesn’t Know How Wikileaks Got Hillary Emails

One more lie has been exposed as Fake news involving a Hillary Clinton lie that was supposedly fact checked and then echoed throughout the corporate media echo chamber.

It's part of a year long pattern of media lies which has resulted in corporate media news outlets losing nearly all of the public's trust.

Just a few weeks ago, Hillary and the democrats were running around blaming everything on the Russians and in the Presidential Debate she lied to the public stating the WikiLeaks emails shouldn't be trusted because they were hacked by Russia.

Jeff Sessions U.S. Attorney General? Trump comments stir speculation

This is really bad. This guy will start the War On Pot back up full bore unless Donald Trump reins him in.

President-elect Donald Trump hasn't yet announced the members of his cabinet but a brief statement issued Thursday could be an indication Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions is headed to the Justice Department.

Sessions, the first Senator to endorse the business-mogul-turned-politician, met with Trump at his New York office yesterday.
The Trump transition team – lead by Vice President-elect Mike Pence and with Sessions as a vice-chair – issued a statement about the meeting:

The Trump voters you don't know

The Trump voters you don't know

UNDERSTANDING EACH OTHER There's a fear in blue America that a groundswell of racism propelled Donald Trump to victory. But statistics – and conversations with the voters who turned the election – don't bear that out.
By Staff NOVEMBER 17, 2016

“I don’t think Trump supporters are racist, because then I’d be racist,” said the African-American woman from Conyers, Ga., just before the election. “He’s just expressing how people feel.”

Minorities for Trump
Even among minorities, Trump performed surprisingly well – at least in relative terms. In an election that stirred up so much racial tension, Trump managed to win more black and Hispanic votes than Mitt Romney in 2012. Trump’s 8 percent of the black vote was up two points from Mr. Romney, as was his 29 percent of the Hispanic vote.

Trump passes on State Department’s help in first dealings with world leaders

WASHINGTON
Donald Trump’s first interactions with heads of state as president-elect have bypassed the State Department’s help with background briefings and logistics.

The president-elect met with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for 90 minutes in Trump Tower on Thursday, his first face-to-face meeting with a foreign leader since the election.

“I am convinced that Mr. Trump is a leader whom I can have great confidence in,” Abe said after the meeting.

Presidential Elections:  Myths and Deceits

Trump will not confront Wall Street, the multi-nationals, the military industrial complex or the pro-Israel billionaires and lobbies.  US workers will find very few new well- paying jobs except in select infrastructure projects.  The industrial rust belt will continue to rust.  The tens of thousands of public sector workers and professional slashed by Trump’s pledge to cut government will not find decent jobs in the private sector.

Donald Trump’s Moment: Will It Last? - by Lawrence Davidson

On election day Hillary Clinton, with all her data specialists and poll gurus, came up short. The morning after, they didn’t know what hit them - that is, the unexpected fact that statistical data and real life don’t always coincide. People often tell pollsters what they think the pollsters want to hear, or what media tells them is the expected answer, while clandestinely harboring different opinions that they share only with their family, friends and drinking buddies.

Jesse Jackson Tells Obama: Give Blanket Pardon To Hillary Clinton

Shortly after a haggard-looking Hillary Clinton made her first public appearance since the election, Jesse Jackson called for President Obama to issue a blanket pardon to Hillary Clinton before he leaves office, just like Ford did for Richard Nixon. Speaking at President Gerald Ford's alma mater, while stopping short of saying Clinton did anything wrong, Jackson told a large crowd of University of Michigan students, faculty and administrators gathered at daylong celebration of his career that Obama should short-circuit President-elect Donald Trump's promised attempt to prosecute Hillary Clinton for use of a private e-mail server.

"It would be a monumental moral mistake to pursue the indictment of Hillary Clinton," Jackson said and added that issuing the pardon could help heal the nation. In 1974, Ford, a University of Michigan alumnus, issued a full and complete pardon of Nixon for any crimes he may have committed. He said the pardon was in the best interests of the nation.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A pardon for Hillary is an admission crimes have been committed, and covered up!

TRUMP PICK FOR SECRETARY OF DEFENSE WANTS TO CONFRONT RUSSIA

For those who believe Donald Trump will put an end to decades of war and interventionism, consider his possible selection as secretary of defense. Senator Tom Cotton is a senator from Arkansas. He sits on the Armed Services Committee and is a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan occupations. Cotton is considered a “hawk,” in other words, a neocon. Speaking at the Defense One Summit in Washington Thursday, Cotton said Trump will confront Russia. “I believe Donald Trump will be viewed, not just by Putin but by other world leaders, as taking a tougher line” against Russia, he said. Russia “has to have a new set of boundaries. They have to recognize that we are going to stand by our alliance structures,” according to the senator.

by Jason Ditz, November 16, 2016

Is Obama Staging a Color Revolution in the US

The recent victory of now President-elect Donald Trump has taken a lot of Americans by surprise. But it would be safe to say that the corporate ruling elites that went all in on Hillary Clinton were literally shocked by her defeat. Without her at the head of the state they fear they may not be able to carry on spreading the corruption, which is believed to be at the foundation of the Clinton clan, or carry on waging wars upon other states which includes arming terrorists responsible for killing thousands of civilians around the world.

And even though the corporate elites have formally acknowledged Trump’s victory, they are pressuring the current government to fight the next US President tooth and nail, until all resources are exhausted.

Mexico, China, Israel and two dozen more: Trump transition says world leaders from all over are calling to talk - after the New York Times listed just four

Donald Trump and Mike Pence have spoken with more than two dozen heads of state since their stunning election victory eight days ago, their transition office said Wednesday.

The list includes Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, leader of the nation Trump bashed the most on the campaign trail. The two men met in Mexico City on August 31.

It also includes Russian President Vladimir Putin, the bogeyman blamed by the Democratic Party for interfering in America's election by allegedly orchestrating a vast email hacking enterprise aimed at undermining Hillary Clinton.

Little-noticed law gives Trump unexpected power to undo the mischief of bureaucrats

Dozens of major regulations passed recently by the Obama administration — including far-reaching changes on health care, consumer protections and environmental safety — could be undone with the stroke of a pen by Donald J. Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress starting in January, thanks to a little-used law that dates back to 1996.

And it comes with a scorched-earth kicker: If the law is used to strike down a rule, the federal agency that issued it is barred from enacting similar regulation again in the future.

The obscure law — called the Congressional Review Act — was passed 20 years ago at the behest of Newt Gingrich, then the House speaker and now a member of Mr. Trump’s transition team. It gives Congress 60 legislative days to review and override major regulations enacted by federal agencies. In the Senate, the vote would not be subject to filibuster.

AMERICAN UPRISING

This wasn’t an election. It was a revolution.

It’s midnight in America. The day before fifty million Americans got up and stood in front of the great iron wheel that had been grinding them down. They stood there even though the media told them it was useless. They took their stand even while all the chattering classes laughed and taunted them.

They were fathers who couldn’t feed their families anymore. They were mothers who couldn’t afford health care. They were workers whose jobs had been sold off to foreign countries. They were sons who didn’t see a future for themselves. They were daughters afraid of being murdered by the “unaccompanied minors” flooding into their towns. They took a deep breath and they stood.

They held up their hands and the great iron wheel stopped.

'Not going to put RT on same level with rest of you’: John Kirby loses temper during briefing

Webmaster's Commentary:

John Kirby accuses Russia of bombing Hospitals but says he is not accusing Russia of bombing hospitals....? The USA has not seen the bombed hospitals. Then, he can't name the hospitals. Then he does not know the sources that gave them the information, (we will tell you later when I can't name any and embarrass me on camera). Then he says RT is not a credible News organization (like CNN and the others that told us of Saddam's weapons of mass destruction). Then another reporter from some other agency tactfully tries to tell Kirby the question is a good one, and his only reply are insults to RT, but again, he can't justify his insults.
