Art teacher, Lillian White, was fired on September 5 for wearing BLM face mask
White, who has taught for 10 years, was a teacher at Great Hearts Western Hills
The words 'Black Lives Matter' are written on one side of the mask while the other side reads, 'Silence is Violence'
White started wearing the mask to show support for black students and faculty
She said her first warning came two weeks after she began wearing the mask
