Cops Investigated Themselves, Found They Did Nothing Wrong When Dragging Paraplegic Man From Car By His Hair

As TFTP reported in September, Clifford Owensby of Dayton, Ohio, learned the violent and oppressive lengths the American police state will go to enforce window tint extortion laws. Owensby, who had committed no crime, was targeted by police, assaulted, and then sent on his way because of the arbitrary darkness of his window tint. Days later, body camera footage was released by police, showing just how brutal cops are willing to be over the darkness of a man’s windows — and skin too.

Shockingly, Everytown blames gun rights for gun deaths

Most people don’t really know how to read a study. It’s not something we’re taught in school, after all. So, when a study that blasts gun rights comes out, most people take it as a matter of faith that it’s accurate. After all, these are the experts, right.

Not really. -- As a 2015 hoax showed, most reporters don’t actually dig any deeper when a press release drops into their email. They just accept it at face value.

U.S. media finally comes around, declares that government false flags are not crazy conspiracy theories after all

While the mainstream outlets have claimed for months any mention of a false flag was nothing more than a baseless conspiracy theory, that now appears to have changed, as reported by Caity Johnstone:

In a drastic pivot from typical denunciations of false flag operations as conspiratorial nonsense that don’t exist outside the demented imagination of Alex Jones, the US political/media class is proclaiming with one voice that Russia is currently orchestrating just such an operation to justify an invasion of Ukraine...

Carhartt, which makes clothes worn mostly by rural conservatives, defies Supreme Court decision on covid “vaccines,” says employees still need to get jabbed anyway

The Carhartt brand is (or was) popular among farmers and other rural dwellers, many of whom are conservative who do not support this type of medical fascism. -- As word gets out about Valade’s position in support of pharmaceutical rape, the company, which has been manufacturing workwear since 1889, is likely to experience a widespread boycott. -- “Wow @Carhartt is subjecting their employees to medical abuse,” tweeted conservative commentator Elijah Schaffer. “Very bad look. Definitely should stop buying their products if you do.”

Gun Rights Prevail : California Counties Lose in Court Over Covid Closures Of Gun Stores & Ranges

The Second Amendment Foundation scored a double victory in California with a unanimous 9th U.S. Circuit Court panel declaring COVID-19 related shutdowns of gun stores and shooting ranges in Los Angeles and Ventura counties were unconstitutional. -- The cases are known as McDougall v. Ventura County and Martinez v. Villaneuva. In the McDougall case, SAF was joined by the California Gun Rights Foundation (CGRF), Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), and two private citizens. In the Martinez case, SAF was joined by CGRF, FPC, and the National Rifle Association.

Americans Get a Peek Inside Fauci’s Home Office And What’s Hanging On His Wall Raises Eyebrows

If you thought the magazine cover was questionable, what Fauci’s got hanging on his office wall will really raise your eyebrows.

Not only does he have a bobblehead of himself sitting atop the desk, that’s weird enough, but on one wall he has a GIGANTIC portrait of himself hanging.

Poll: Voters Want Companies to Sell Things, Not Push Wokeness

America’s companies seem fully intent on selling wokeness rather than products. Whether it’s changing their corporate image to a rainbow version on social media (except on the Middle East-focused accounts), hiring based on “diversity” rather than merit, or pushing any other form of leftism via what decor is chosen, what messages are promulgated on corporate America, and what causes (like BLM) are donated too, corporations are pushing leftism in any way they can.

That’s a major problem for them, because a recent poll showed that Americans would much rather their corporations sell products rather than wokeness.

Azerbaijan Inquiry Is Basis for FBI Raid of Rep. Cuellar's Home

The FBI has raided the home of Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, amid a federal investigation into the former Soviet state of Azerbaijan and its ties to U.S. businessmen, according to ABC News.

Cuellar, a Democrat, has been heavily critical of the Biden administration's handling of conditions at the U.S.-Mexico border in west Texas, where his district lies.

Any raid on Cuellar's home was "court-authorized," an FBI spokesman told ABC News.

A source told ABC News it is not known if Cuellar is a target of the investigation.

Cuellar said in a statement he "will fully cooperate in any investigation" and that he is "committed to ensuring that justice and the law are upheld."

Cuellar has been a co-chair of the Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus, and has met with Azerbaijan officials, including Azerbaijan Ambassador Elin Suleymanov, according to the report.

Aid Flights Arrive In Tonga After Volcanic Eruption

The first flights carrying aid to Tonga have finally arrived. Planes from New Zealand and Australia arrived on Thursday carrying fresh water and other supplies.

The South Pacific island nation was hit by tsunami, which was triggered by an underwater volcanic eruption last week. The deliveries came after the nation’s main airport runway was cleared of ash.

“It has taken some days now for the airfield to be cleared sufficiently for us to land there, but there’s still remnants of volcanic ash on the runway and in the area of the flight line area which does complicate our capacity to the airfield, ” explained Dean Bolton, Squadron Wing Commander for the Royal Australian Air Force. “However, we successfully landed and delivered the aid as tasked.”

M&M's re-designed its characters to be "progressive" and they look virtually identical to the old version except now they're all apparently woke

It's always exciting when a 70-year-old corporate candy mascot gets a major makeover. Who could pretend not to be jazzed about such a once-in-a-generation cultural event?

But, um, somebody needs to tell M&M's that when you re-design your characters, you're actually supposed to, you know... re-design your characters:

Joe Biden one year on: Has the United States become ungovernable?

One of Joe Biden's central election campaign themes was restoring unity to an angry and divided nation. Twelve months after assuming office, things aren't any better, writes Nick Bryant.

Long before the sun had risen over the dome of the US Capitol on the day that Joe Biden was sworn in as president, technicians on the inaugural platform tested the teleprompter he would later read from by scrolling through America's most celebrated sermon:

"Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure."

Court slams CA COVID shutdown of gun stores

You cannot bar people from buying guns, especially not with the argument, “It’s for your own good.” That’s essentially what the lockdown of gun stores was about. They decided you couldn’t exercise your rights because they figured it was unsafe, in this case, because of COVID. - It’s really only a matter of time before someone seriously tries to push for closing gun stores forever with that rationale if we’re not careful. Making damn sure the courts respect our rights is the only real way to prevent it.

By the Numbers, a Failing President

What is the message that the totality of these numbers conveys? -- Democrat and media obsession with Jan. 6, their vast exaggeration of what happened, and the campaign to indict the GOP as a mortal threat to “American democracy” has failed as a strategy. And Biden’s presidency is seen by the people he leads as a failing presidency. -- If the election of 2022 were held next Tuesday, Democrats would be swept from power in both houses of Congress, and a Republican Congress would face a lame-duck President Joe Biden for the next two years.
