Cops Investigated Themselves, Found They Did Nothing Wrong When Dragging Paraplegic Man From Car By His Hair

As TFTP reported in September, Clifford Owensby of Dayton, Ohio, learned the violent and oppressive lengths the American police state will go to enforce window tint extortion laws. Owensby, who had committed no crime, was targeted by police, assaulted, and then sent on his way because of the arbitrary darkness of his window tint. Days later, body camera footage was released by police, showing just how brutal cops are willing to be over the darkness of a man’s windows — and skin too.

Shockingly, Everytown blames gun rights for gun deaths

Most people don’t really know how to read a study. It’s not something we’re taught in school, after all. So, when a study that blasts gun rights comes out, most people take it as a matter of faith that it’s accurate. After all, these are the experts, right.

Not really. -- As a 2015 hoax showed, most reporters don’t actually dig any deeper when a press release drops into their email. They just accept it at face value.

U.S. media finally comes around, declares that government false flags are not crazy conspiracy theories after all

While the mainstream outlets have claimed for months any mention of a false flag was nothing more than a baseless conspiracy theory, that now appears to have changed, as reported by Caity Johnstone:

In a drastic pivot from typical denunciations of false flag operations as conspiratorial nonsense that don’t exist outside the demented imagination of Alex Jones, the US political/media class is proclaiming with one voice that Russia is currently orchestrating just such an operation to justify an invasion of Ukraine...

McLaughlin Poll: Trump Trounces Hillary Clinton in 2016 Rematch

Hillary Clinton faces long odds in trying to win the Democrat presidential nomination for a second time, let alone the general election, according to a new McLaughlin and Associates survey.

Clinton, defeated by then-candidate Donald Trump in 2016, loses a rematch 51% to 41%, the McLaughlin poll found. That's only slightly better (51%-40%) than Vice President Kamala Harris would do against Trump.

The McLaughlin poll taken Jan. 13-18 also found that Trump defeats President Joe Biden 49% to 44% in a 2020 rematch.

"Buyer's remorse for President Trump is as strong as ever. President Trump dominates the potential GOP primary field," Pollster John McLaughlin told the Washington Examiner.

Kevin McCarthy: ‘We Can Fix This Country … If We Fire Nancy Pelosi’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s bad week is only getting worse by the day.

Pelosi is embroiled in the controversy surrounding lawmakers and shady trades. She was also mocked on social media for handing out masks to members of Congress that had “made in China” on them.

GOP House Leader Kevin McCarthy is telling voters that in November, they can “retire” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi once and for all.

McCarthy spoke on Fox News about November’s midterm elections and the state of the country under Joe Biden in the White House and Democrats controlling both chambers of Congress.

The California Republican said the best thing voters can do is “fire” Pelosi and give Republicans back control of the House.

Only 10 Percent Of J6 Committee Subpoenas Relate To The Capitol Riot

The House Select Committee established to probe the Capitol riot is not interested in probing the Capitol riot.

According to a Federalist analysis of the 84 subpoenas publicly issued by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Select Committee on Jan. 6, only 8 have targeted individuals or groups with any connection to the Capitol riot. The rest have taken aim at former government officials and private citizens in a smear campaign for exercising their constitutional right to protest.

The 84 subpoenas do not include the more than 100 seeking the telephone records of individuals whose identities remain under seal, both from the public and from those whose privacy the committee seeks to violate.

UPDATE: Elections Expert Reveals Over 550,000 Registered Voters In Wisconsin Have a Registration Date of 1/1/1918 – 115,252 of Them VOTED in 2020 (VIDEO)

On Wednesday, the Wisconsin Assembly held another election integrity hearing to present evidence of voter fraud and irregularities that have been found in their investigation of the rigged 2020 election.

And just like last month’s election hearing, they dropped some serious bombshells.

Yesterday’s hearing built on those findings and presented more questions for the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), which has failed to answer previous questions on the 2020 election.

They did however respond to the reported 119,283 active voters who have been registered for over 100 years, but their weak response just didn’t cut it.

Wisconsin Assembly Attorney Dean O’Donnell, who is an expert analyst on the election integrity team, called out the official explanation that was given, saying “it does not hold water,” before dropping some more of his team’s jaw-dropping findings of corruption in the 2020 election.

Carhartt, which makes clothes worn mostly by rural conservatives, defies Supreme Court decision on covid “vaccines,” says employees still need to get jabbed anyway

The Carhartt brand is (or was) popular among farmers and other rural dwellers, many of whom are conservative who do not support this type of medical fascism. -- As word gets out about Valade’s position in support of pharmaceutical rape, the company, which has been manufacturing workwear since 1889, is likely to experience a widespread boycott. -- “Wow @Carhartt is subjecting their employees to medical abuse,” tweeted conservative commentator Elijah Schaffer. “Very bad look. Definitely should stop buying their products if you do.”

The Second Amendment Foundation scored a double victory in California with a unanimous 9th U.S. Circuit Court panel declaring COVID-19 related shutdowns of gun stores and shooting ranges in Los Angeles and Ventura counties were unconstitutional. -- The cases are known as McDougall v. Ventura County and Martinez v. Villaneuva. In the McDougall case, SAF was joined by the California Gun Rights Foundation (CGRF), Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), and two private citizens. In the Martinez case, SAF was joined by CGRF, FPC, and the National Rifle Association.

Liberties Only Kept Safe by Limitation of Government Power

I was recently struck by the explosion of the federal government’s size and reach, as well as its apparent ambition to super-size itself even more, in an unusual way.

I had been looking up something in one of my old public finance textbooks, when I came across a section on the size and growth of government. What struck me was that the authors used exclamation points (an almost extinct species in such writing) over two decades ago to describe government’s expansion, particularly at the federal level. But the rate at which government has recently metastasized leaves those exclamation points in the dust. We would also have to use all caps today (as in “YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE WON”). From said book: total expenditures by all levels of government in 1990 were substantially smaller than just one of the recent stimulus bills.

Sens. Manchin, Collins Lead Talks on Overhauling Vote Law

A bipartisan group of U.S. senators is discussing a scaled-back law focused on safeguarding election results and protecting election officials from harassment following Democrats' twin defeats on a voting-rights bill.

Lawmakers led by Republican Sen. Susan Collins of Maine and including conservative Democrats Joe Manchin of West Virgina and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, are due to meet virtually on Friday to discuss reform of the 1887 Electoral Count Act, sometimes called the ECA, which allows members of Congress to dispute presidential election results.

Collins, who said her group includes six Democrats, told reporters on Thursday that the aim is "an election reform bill that is truly bipartisan, that would address many of the problems that arose on Jan. 6 and that would help restore confidence in our elections."

Azerbaijan Inquiry Is Basis for FBI Raid of Rep. Cuellar's Home

The FBI has raided the home of Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, amid a federal investigation into the former Soviet state of Azerbaijan and its ties to U.S. businessmen, according to ABC News.

Cuellar, a Democrat, has been heavily critical of the Biden administration's handling of conditions at the U.S.-Mexico border in west Texas, where his district lies.

Any raid on Cuellar's home was "court-authorized," an FBI spokesman told ABC News.

A source told ABC News it is not known if Cuellar is a target of the investigation.

Cuellar said in a statement he "will fully cooperate in any investigation" and that he is "committed to ensuring that justice and the law are upheld."

Cuellar has been a co-chair of the Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus, and has met with Azerbaijan officials, including Azerbaijan Ambassador Elin Suleymanov, according to the report.

Pelosi’s Got a Trick Up Her Sleeve to Shove Biden’s “Build Back Better” Through Before Midterms

Breitbart reported that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters during her weekly press conference on Thursday that “chunks” of President Joe Biden’s stalled $2 trillion Build Back Better package may be renamed to ensure the legislation would pass before the 2022 midterms.

Pelosi acknowledged she “may have to rename” the package to accommodate Biden’s thinking that the package should be passed in “chunks” instead of one lump sum.

“Chunks’ is an interesting word,” Pelosi said about Biden’s comments on Wednesday. “What the president calls ‘chunks’ I hope would be a major bill going forward. It may be more limited, but it is still significant.”

‘DEMS DON’T ACCEPT ELECTIONS THEY DON’T WIN’: Hawley Torches Biden for Suggesting Midterms Might Not Be Legitimate

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) blasted President Joe Biden for recent remarks suggesting the passage of the voting rights bill may have bearing on whether or not the midterm elections are legitimate. Here’s what Joe said earlier this week when a reporter asked him if the midterm elections will be fair if the voting rights bill isn’t passed:

“It depends on whether or not we’ll be able to make the case to the American people that some of this is being set up to try to alter the outcome of the election.”

Hawley says Biden is already making excuses for November:

Trump Blasts Georgia Election Probe

Former President Donald Trump ripped into Georgia’s ongoing 2020 election investigation on Friday following a report that the Fulton County District Attorney's office requested a special grand jury in her criminal probe into Trump's actions.

"So let me get this straight, I am being investigated in Georgia for asking an Attorney General with many lawyers and others knowingly on the phone to look for corruption, which definitely took place in the Georgia Presidential election — but the people who committed the crime are in no way, shape, or form under investigation and are instead being protected?" Trump said in a statement.

"The people looking for the crime are being hounded and the people who committed the crime are being protected. This is not the American way."

Democrat Rep Calls GOP, Manchin, And Sinema ‘White Nationalists’ For Supporting Filibuster

Far-left Democrat Representative Mondaire Jones, in a speech on the House floor, labeled senators who voted against changing filibuster rules to push through voting reform legislation, including Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin, as “white nationalists.”

A bipartisan group of senators on Wednesday voted against changing rules for what Jones describes as the “Jim Crow filibuster,” a term meant to perk up ignorant progressives who have no idea what it means.

“As you just heard, we are living through the worst assault on the right to vote since Jim Crow,” Jones (D-NY) declared. “And yesterday, on the Senate floor, white nationalists used the Jim Crow filibuster to block voting rights legislation.”

ERIC Investigation, Part 2: The Largest U.S. Counties Removed Only ZERO to TWO Ineligible Voters From Their Voter Rolls the Last 4 Years

On Thursday The Gateway Pundit revealed Democrats and leftists have fought ferociously to prevent the cleanup of State voter registration rolls. Recognizing a potential niche, left-wing activists created ERIC to clean voter rolls their way, using their rules. So in 2012 the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) was formed as a membership organization primarily for blue States. ERIC is essentially a left wing voter registration drive disguised as voter roll clean up. But it’s been gaining traction in Red States too. Originally funded by the Soros Open Society, it is now responsible for cleaning the voter rolls in 31 States, plus D.C. A top election official from each member State is appointed a seat on the ERIC Board or as an Officer, all unpaid positions.

As we reported — The ERIC database is comprehensive and would be one of the most coveted by bad actors looking to influence an election.

The approval of Congress has fallen five points since December.

The last time the overall congressional job rating was lower was in the December 2020 Gallup poll, which found 15% approved of the job performance Congress was doing, while 82% disapproved.

Court slams CA COVID shutdown of gun stores

You cannot bar people from buying guns, especially not with the argument, “It’s for your own good.” That’s essentially what the lockdown of gun stores was about. They decided you couldn’t exercise your rights because they figured it was unsafe, in this case, because of COVID. - It’s really only a matter of time before someone seriously tries to push for closing gun stores forever with that rationale if we’re not careful. Making damn sure the courts respect our rights is the only real way to prevent it.

By the Numbers, a Failing President

What is the message that the totality of these numbers conveys? -- Democrat and media obsession with Jan. 6, their vast exaggeration of what happened, and the campaign to indict the GOP as a mortal threat to “American democracy” has failed as a strategy. Hannity and Kayleigh McEnany coordinated to silence ‘stolen election talk’….

The J6 committee’s request to sit with Ivanka Trump is further highlighting the close relationship Sean Hannity had with her father’s White House. A letter from the panel to Ivanka Trump includes portions of text exchanges from Hannity and Kayleigh McEnany related to January 6th and the stolen election.

“1- No more stolen election talk,” Hannity texted McEnany, who herself sat down with committee investigators last week after being subpoenaed. Per the letter, he continued, “2- Yes, impeachment and the 25th amendment are real and many people will quit.”

McEnany responded “Love that. Thank you. That is the playbook. I will help reinforce.”

In another partial exchange, Hannity said it was “key” to keep President Trump away from certain people, writing, “No more crazy people,” to which McEnany responded, “Yes, 100%.”

Democrats Hide HR1 In NASA Bill To Sneak Through Radical ‘Election Takeover’ Fraud

Democrats are scheming to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, HR1, combined with the Freedom to Vote Act, HR4, for election reform by tucking them into previously passed legislation extending NASA’s authority to lease its facilities. But the bills have nothing to do with NASA and are essentially a “mechanism to strip states rights to enforce voter ID laws,” according to Republican Representative Kat Cammack of Florida. She said the Democrats’ goal is to remove requirements to show a voter ID to register to vote, or to actually vote.

The Soros Dozen: Big City Prosecutors Backed by George Soros

Left-wing billionaire and Democrat donor George Soros has turned his attention in recent years to local races for prosecutor, using his money to elect “progressives” who push “criminal justice reform” and support the Black Lives Matter movement.

The rise of these Soros-backed prosecutors has coincided with a massive surge in murder and crime in many Democrat-run cities, including many where these prosecutors have implemented radical policies toward policing and incarceration.

Most recently, for example, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón has faced criticism for his radical reforms in the year since he took office, while murders soared. “The city last year experienced 397 murders, up 11.8 percent from the 355 the previous year, and a 53.9 percent increase from the 258 in the pre-pandemic year of 2019,” Los Angeles magazine noted.

Biden Shouldn't Be Picking 'Amateur Diplomats' for Critical Diplomatic Posts, Ex-Official Warns

The president vowed not to hire anyone solely for being a major donor. Still, he has so far appointed 25 donors to his campaign as ambassadors - presumably for their skills.

US President Joe Biden should appoint more seasoned diplomats to critical ambassador posts instead of picking "amateur diplomats", a former director of global engagement for Barack Obama, Brett Bruen, has suggested. He warned that failing to do so would undermine America's already complicated position in the world.

"These aren't the good ole' days […] Our position in the world has weakened significantly and we no longer have the luxury of sending amateur diplomats abroad", Bruen stated in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

I guarantee that most ordinary folks have no idea… When the truck’s stop rolling, it’s over. Here it comes: Food prices set to skyrocket throughout 2022 as rising costs hit small-to-medium-sized farms

Joe Biden is quickly becoming known as ‘The Inflation President’ as prices rise on just about everything that Americans need to survive, including food. -- And what’s more, prices are not expected to drop anytime soon because this administration is simply not competent. -- The Epoch Times reports that due to ever-rising costs on small to mid-sized farms, food prices are set to skyrocket at least through 2022 and likely beyond, meaning wage gains that Americans experienced throughout the Trump administration are quickly dissipating as they pay more at the grocery store, the gas pump and in monthly energy and clothing expenses.

Beware Biden’s Desperate Anti-Gun Pivot, When All Else Fails Confiscate Guns!

To be clear, such a move would be clearly unconstitutional, and the ATF certainly lacks the authority to impose such a rule. However, that hasn’t stopped this crowd before. Biden or whoever else is really calling the shots has shown they don’t care about the constitution or the rule of law. If they did, the Supremes wouldn’t have pulled down their drawers and given them a public spanking for trying to reinvent OSHA’s authority with their vaccine mandate, which Biden’s own chief of staff Ron Klain admitted was a “workaround” of the United States Constitution. -- The timing of such an anti-gun workaround couldn’t be better for Joe. Destroying the Supply Chain One Mandate at a Time

Only 55% of US truck drivers are currently vaccinated; 9% plan to take the vaccine, but 36% refuse. The Supreme Court’s ruling to end Biden’s vaccine mandate for private corporations did not expand to border laws. The US Department of Homeland Security is already warning travelers to expect border crossing delays once this mandate goes into effect. This will have a negative chain reaction — driver shortages will lead to supply shortages, which will lead to higher prices for both businesses and consumers. If these mandates continue, expect the supply chain crisis to continue as well.

What East Germany Can Teach Americans about the Current Supply Chain Crisis

What is happening with our supply chains? They seem very rusty, if not altogether broken. There are numerous ships at several California ports waiting patiently to be unloaded. We are talking thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of gigantic railroad car sized containers, all just sitting there; well, floating there. Meanwhile, our supermarket shelves are sometimes as much as half empty. Grocers are all too often out of the foodstuffs and other things we used to take for granted.

Democrats Believe Biden AG Merrick Garland Will Prosecute Trump Over January 6

Several Democrats told The Hill that there is a “good chance” the Department of Justice will want to prosecute Trump, who has been blamed for “inciting” the riot at the Capitol.

To date, Merrick Garland has not specifically said that he plans to prosecute Trump.

Senate Democrats also gave no direct evidence that Garland plans to pursue prosecution, which begs the question of why The Hill was asking Democrats about it.

Still, The Hill reported that Democratic Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Tim Kaine said the DOJ could have evidence to prosecute Trump without specifics.

Who’s “Cleaning” Our Voter Rolls? Soros Founded and Funded ERIC Is Now Used In 31 States

For decades the Democrats and leftists have fought ferociously to prevent the cleanup of State voter registration rolls. Recognizing a potential niche, left wing activists created ERIC to clean voter rolls their way, using their rules.

ERIC located 17 million new voters for the 2020 election, the most in the history of their organization. For comparison, they only found 5.7 million in 2012, Obama’s reelection.

Democrats fail to advance voting rights law as Senate holdouts defend filibuster

Senate Democrats failed again to pass sweeping new voting protections on Wednesday, in what may be the most brutal blow yet to efforts to strengthen protections for voters at a perilous moment for US democracy.

Just as they have done four other times in recent months, all 50 Republicans united in their opposition to the measure. They relied on the filibuster, a Senate rule that requires 60 votes to advance legislation to a final vote.

Despite heavy pressure from Joe Biden and fellow Democrats, two senators, Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, have dug in defending the measure, preventing Democrats from getting rid of it.
