Novak Djokovic leaves Australia after court rejects visa challenge

Tennis star Novak Djokovic has left Australia without contesting the Australian Open after losing a legal challenge against a decision revoking his visa for the second time.

Djokovic departed on an Emirates flight from Melbourne on Sunday, bound for Dubai.
In a virtual hearing earlier on Sunday, three Federal Court judges unanimously dismissed Djokovic's application to overturn the immigration minister's decision to cancel his visa, but did not publish reasons for the ruling.

The world No. 1 was scheduled to play Monday night in the Australian Open in Melbourne, where he had hoped to win a record-breaking 21st men's grand slam title.

Diplomatic passport could give Djokovic protection from deportation ahead of looming decision from Immigration Minister

A diplomatic passport awarded to Novak Djokovic 11 years ago may have been the key to the tennis champion avoiding deportation.

Immigration Minister Alex Hawke has brought the ongoing saga around Novak Djokovic’s vaccine exemption to an end, confirming the tennis star's visa would be cancelled.

But while deportation under the Migration Act would offer Djokovic little recourse to appeal, the forgotten diplomatic passport was thought might provide Djokovic with a saving grace.

The Serbian Embassy confirmed Djokovic held both a normal Serbian passport as well as a Diplomatic one awarded to him following Serbia’s successful 2011 Davis Cup championship, the Herald Sun reported.

‘No words can describe the pain’: Mom shares how 5 days after second Pfizer shot, her baby died

An Australian mother shared this month that five days after she received a second dose of the Pfizer shot her full-term unborn baby girl died from a brain hemorrhage.

Stephanie Whitmore said she is sharing her story because she “was all for” the COVID shot, but she believes the Pfizer shot is the cause of her daughter Isabella’s death.

Whitmore told in writing how she took the advice of her doctors to take a COVID shot in order to “keep [her] family and baby safe,” and went on to receive her first dose of the Pfizer jab on September 13, 2021. At the time, she “didn’t have any reactions whatsoever.”

On October 4, 2021, she received her second Pfizer shot. “My baby was healthy and perfect through the entire course of my pregnancy,” she wrote. “She was due any time now, two days after my second Pfizer vaccine dose.”

For the first time, New South Wales (NSW) has seen more fully vaccinated patients hospitalised with COVID-19 compared to the number of unvaccinated patients as the Omicron outbreak continues to edge toward its peak.

Data published by the NSW government’s COVID-19 Critical Intelligence Unit has revealed that as of Jan. 9, 68.9 percent of COVID-19 patients aged 12 and over in hospitals had two doses of the vaccine, with 28.8 percent unvaccinated.

The number of double-dose vaccinated patients in intensive care units (ICUs) also surpassed those of the unvaccinated, with 50.3 percent of the vaccinated presenting to ICU with COVID-19, more than the 49.1 percent who are unvaccinated.

However, based on the data presented, unvaccinated individuals appear to be six times more likely to be hospitalised and nearly 13 times more likely to be sent to ICU than those who are fully vaccinated.

Italy’s expanded COVID-19 vaccine mandate BANS unvaccinated people from work and public life

Italy has essentially declared war on citizens who are afraid to get vaccinated against COVID-19, mandating that everyone over 50 get the jab and tightening the rules for its “green pass.” -- Last week, they announced that all people over 50 will join all healthcare workers, school and university staff, military members, and police officers in being required to have the vaccine. Around 28 million of the country’s 59 million inhabitants are over the age of 50.

Australia has recorded 12 times more Deaths in 10 months due to the Covid-19 Vaccines than Deaths due to all other Vaccines combined in 51 years

Data published by Australia’s Medicine Regulator confirms that there have been twelve times as many deaths reported as adverse reactions to the Covid-19 vaccines over a period of just ten months than deaths reported as adverse reactions to every other available vaccine combined over a period of 51 years.

The Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is the medicine regulator for the Australian Government, and as part of the Department of Health, the TGA regulates the quality, supply, and advertising of medicines, pathology devices, medical devices, blood products and most other therapeutics.

However, a Freedom of Information request made by Doctors for Covid Ethics back in February 2021 revealed that the TGA never saw the extremely limited study data for the Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 vaccine prior to granting it emergency approval and deeming it safe to be injected into the arms of Australians.

Battleground Melbourne [Documentary]

The last 18 months has seen Melbourne, Australia, fall from ‘Most Liveable’ to ‘Most Locked-down’ city in the world. It’s an astonishing fall which has brought with it previously unthinkable levels of civil unrest and government repression and sparked protests around Australia and throughout the world as scenes reminiscent of the USSR or CCP have gone viral.

The fact that these scenes are playing out on the streets of a city in a wealthy and ‘free’ country makes this an ominous warning for all. If it can happen here, it could happen anywhere.

Battleground Melbourne tells this story from the perspective of the activists and journalists who tried to save the city of Melbourne.

This is our story.

DAN WOOTTON: Djokovic is the whipping boy for angry Australians who realise their two-year obsession with zero-Covid has done their country more harm than good but still can't bring themselves to admit it

The shameful and scandalous Novak Djokovic court case was, like so many other pandemic-era made-for-media events, pure Covid theatre.

While the Serb has now become an international symbol for fighting against coronavirus tyranny, the unsavoury saga shows just how far usually freedom-loving Australia has fallen down the rabbit hole of virus-inspired authoritarianism over the past two years.

The vicious attitude from local politicians and most Aussies shows the real dangers of a Zero Covid policy.

As I've been warning since 2020, it makes society nasty and inward looking – millions of paranoid residents now suspiciously regard international arrivals, even those with Australian passports – even sometimes their own relatives - as plague rats, determined to spread 'deadly' Covid Down Under.

Australian Police Tear-Gas Angry Crowd Of Djokovic Supporters

Police in Australia pepper-sprayed a mob of supporters of tennis champion Novak Djokovic on Monday evening in Melbourne after the crowd began blocking car traffic and standing on a vehicle they thought carried Djokovic. The uproar took place outside Djokovic's lawyer's office.

As we reported earlier, Djokovic was freed from Australian detention on Monday by a judge who ruled the government had made a mistake canceling his visa. He is planning on staying in Australia to try and compete in the Australian Open in Melbourne next week, where he will be angling to clinch his 21st Grand Slam title, which would put him ahead of Roger Federer for most wins.

Scuffles broke out between police and Serbian fans on Monday in the city's business district, with protesters pepper-sprayed, after a suggestion that he was to be put back in detention despite a court freeing him to play.

With Djokovic the focus of rowdy supporters who include anti-vaxxers, the uniformed presence will be beefed up when the event begins on Monday.

Australia, Japan sign defense pact as China concerns loom

The leaders of Japan and Australia signed a “landmark” defense agreement Thursday that allows closer cooperation between their militaries and stands as a rebuke to China’s growing assertiveness in the Indo-Pacific region.

New Japan-Australia military pact takes anti-China coalition to new level

The signing of the Reciprocal Access Agreement between Japan and Australia today marks another step forward in the weaving together of a China-containment coalition in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement allows the militaries of both countries deep access to each others’ airbases, ports, logistics and infrastructural facilities. It will thus make it easier for troops from both countries to train, exercise, and operate together for any future war with China.

The latest pact is a part of a wider arc of informal and formal security arrangements, known as minilaterals, that the United States has led or backed in Asia. Australia is emerging as the most reliable U.S. partner in almost all these arrangements. With membership in the Quad (U.S.-Japan-Australia-India), AUKUS (Australia-U.K.-U.S.), and the Trilateral Security Dialogue (U.S.-Australia-Japan) Australia seems eager to take on a role as Washington’s most consequential subordinate in attempting to stop China’s rise.

Calls grow urgent for improving Guam’s missile defenses

The tiny U.S. territory of Guam would play an outsized role in a U.S. war in the Pacific—and that’s why the Pentagon must urgently improve the island’s missile defenses, current and former military officials said Tuesday.

“The reality is we have to defend Andersen [Air Force Base], the submarine base, and more broadly Guam, and that investment is clearly called for in this year’s” National Defense Authorization Act, Mark Montgomery, a retired rear admiral and former director of operations for U.S. Pacific Command, said at a Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance livestream event. “I tell you who’s not delaying in their development of capabilities and capacity: that’s the Chinese. And every year we delay makes the problem harder and the solution more expensive. So, we really need to get on that this year.”

Australia rules out COVID-19 lockdowns despite Omicron surge

Australia must move past "the heavy hand of government" and authorities must stop shutting down people's lives with COVID-19 lockdowns, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Tuesday, as a new pandemic high of 4,600 infections in the country were reported.

COVID-19 cases have been breaking records over the last several days, the surge fuelled by the more transmissible Omicron variant, but Morrison insisted that limiting the spread of the virus comes down to personal responsibility.

Swift lockdowns and strict social distancing rules have helped Australia to keep its COVID-19 numbers relatively low at around 260,000 total cases and 2,154 deaths. But most of the country has been reopening over the last few weeks after higher inoculations despite the threat from the Omicron variant.

The horrifying vaccine damage testimonies of Australia’s silenced nurses

‘I’ve seen suffering amongst people on a level that I’ve never seen before. In the last week, I went to my 13th death or cardiac arrest and subsequent death post the vaccine’ – Paramedic, Queensland Ambulance Service

LAST week a regular reader of TCW Defending Freedom sent me a film that, despite all I already knew about Covid vaccine adverse reactions, injuries and deaths, shocked me to the core. In it more than a dozen Australian nurses and paramedics give their testimonies of what they’ve been witnessing and dealing with daily. They fear speaking out loud and openly such is the culture of silence and denial, a culture which defies conscience and medical ethics. Their voices and faces are disguised because they fear for their jobs: ‘It’s been made very clear by our registry board AHPRA that any form of speaking out against the narrative could lead to deregistration. And Queensland Ambulance has made that clear as well.’

France Draws Ire in Pacific Islands as New Caledonia Referendum Goes Ahead

New Caledonia is pushing ahead with a referendum on independence from France this weekend, despite concerns that a boycott by pro-independence parties who oppose holding the poll amid the coronavirus pandemic risks an outbreak of violence.

New Zealand Prime Minister: "There will be no endpoint to the vaccines"

The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Arden, went on television today to tell her countrymen "There's not going to be an endpoint to the vaccines." Apparently she has no clue that the endpoint may have to be if her countrymen end . . . her.

In a stunning act of arrogance, Arden told TV viewers "We're rolling out boosters and if someone hasn't gotten a vaccine in six months, we need them to come back in . . . or we need to go to them."

All for a disease that's so terrible and deadly, people have to be tested to see if they even have it; and for a vaccine that's so wonderful, people have to be threatened and coerced to take it. This appears to many people to be literal insanity.

Here's a clip showing the Prime Minister telling everyone there is no end to the vaccines:

Pentagon Plans to Upgrade Bases in Guam and Australia to Confront China

On Monday, the Pentagon released a summary of its Global Posture Review (GPR), which calls for improvements at bases in Guam and Australia so the US can better confront China in the region.

Countering China is the Pentagon’s top priority, but the GPR does not call for a major reshuffling of forces since the US is still fighting wars in the Middle East and Africa and is working with NATO to further militarize areas near Russia.

A Pentagon official told reporters that the region it calls the Indo-Pacific, which stretches from India to the eastern Pacific, is the “priority theater” and that China is the “pacing challenge” facing the US military. Besides improving bases in Guam and Australia, the GPR also called for more cooperation with allies in the region against Beijing.

“There was nothing but fear, hunger, and terror,” Seda said, referring to the riots which broke out last Wednesday after protesters stormed the parliament and set fire to buildings and shops, leading to the deaths of three and the arrests of dozens, according to local media.

Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare declared a 36 hour curfew in Honiara and asked for help from his country’s neighbours. Australia and Papua New Guinea sent 150 peacekeepers on Thursday and Friday, helping to quell the unrest in the nation of 800,000 people.

Australian army begins relocating covid-“positive” cases to quarantine (concentration) camps

After a mere nine people tested positive with fraudulent PCR tests, the Australian army rounded them up and took them to the Howard Springs quarantine camp in Darwin. This occurred right after new “hard” lockdown measures were instituted in the communities of Binjari and nearby Rockhole. -- “Residents of Binjari and Rockhole no longer have the five reasons to leave their homes,” announced Northern Territory chief minister Michael Gunner.

Fiji Dispatches Troops to Honiara as Solomon Islands Announces State of Public Emergency Until March

Three people were killed and several injured in massive protests in Honiara that erupted last week, demanding Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare's resignation. The four-term prime minister has blamed foreign powers for the violent rioting to topple his government.
A total of 50 Fijian troops will be sent to the Solomon Islands to maintain law and order in the wake of deadly anti-government riots, Fijian Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama announced on Monday.

Bainimarama said that troops, led by Major Toni Keve, will be embedded with the Australian Defence Force present on the ground to assist the Solomon Islands Police in curbing the unrest.

The prime minister said that reinforcements are being sent "out of concern for the safety and well-being of our Pacific sisters and brothers in the Solomon Islands".

The PM has also put another 120 troops on standby for deployment to help maintain security in Honiara.

Chinese Spy Ship Stayed 3 Weeks Off Australia's Coast, Observing Military Bases

On Friday Australia's Defense Minister Peter Dutton called out China for its disconnect between presenting itself as committed to peace versus the reality. "We’re all familiar with the frequent claims of the Chinese government that it is committed to peace, cooperation and development," Dutton began in a speech in Canberra.

"And yet we bear witness to a significant disconnect between the words and the actions. We’ve watched very closely as the Chinese government has engaged in increasingly alarming activities," he added. Just prior to his remarks the Aussie government revealed this weekend that a Chinese spy ship was recently observed spying along the Australian coast line, where it stayed for three weeks.

UPRISING: Australian MP Calls on Citizens to Revolt - Compares Leaders to Hitler and Stalin (Video)

“The totalitarian path we are unquestionably on has never ended well.” – MP George Robert Christensen

Queensland MP George Robert Christensen has called on citizens to rise up against coronavirus lockdown measures and vaccination mandates. He compared governments promulgating such measures to totalitarian regimes responsible for the most horrific atrocities.

On Wednesday, Christensen said in parliament that Australian State Premiers are “drunk on power” and “trying to out tyrant each other”. He also noted that non-vaccinated Australians are increasingly “demonized, ostracized, and socially eradicated.”

No Justification

The MP explained that totalitarian regimes responsible for the most heinous atrocities of the Twentieth Century: Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, didn’t get there overnight.

US Refuses to Engage With Marshall Islands on Damage Caused by Nuclear Weapons Tests

The US is refusing to engage with the Marshall Islands on compensation for environmental and health damage caused by the dozens of US nuclear weapons tests carried out in the 1940s and 50s, The Associated Press reported Thursday.

The Marshall Islands are home to a major US military base and are essentially treated as a US territory under an agreement known as the Compact of Free Association. But the agreement is due to expire soon, and the dispute over the nuclear weapons test has some members of Congress concerned.

The US lawmakers are not worried that the people of the Marshall Islands haven’t been properly compensated. Instead, they fear China could move in. “China is all too ready to step in and provide the desperately needed infrastructure and climate resiliency investment that is sought by these long-time partners,” 10 Democratic and Republican House members wrote in a letter to National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

Delingpole: Australian Army Puts Covid 19 ‘Close Contacts’ Into Quarantine Camps

Quarantine camps for the unvaccinated. What for months has been dismissed as an idle conspiracy theory is now coming horribly true in Australia’s Northern Territory under the region’s tinpot dictator Michael Gunner.

Gunner, the Northern Territory Chief Minister, has proudly boasted that 38 ‘close contacts’ of positive Covid cases have been transferred to quarantine camps in army trucks.

Melbourne Turned Out — People No Longer Tolerate The Lies

I was at the protest today. It started with a collection of drummers on Bourke street. At first, it seemed a fairly small crowd, but as the people started to move it grew… and grew. I tried to look for Diane De Vere in her orange hat, but the search was in vain as the crowds stretched back block after block. I circumvented some of the streets and arrived at Treasury Gardens ahead of the march. I was there on the corner for about 45 minutes as the people entered the gardens.

I met some wonderful people — ordinary people — that were never concerned with politics before, but have now become acutely aware that their freedoms are at stake. They were both labor and liberal, but it seems they’d rather have Riccardo Bosi in a position of power now. I spoke to a Channel 7 street reporter and questioned him on the vaccines. He had no idea that over 18,000 deaths have been reported on the CDC site. And he didn’t seem to think that was a problem. What?

Why rioters are burning and looting in the Solomon Islands

Angry riots that left buildings burning in the Solomon Islands capital on Thursday are the latest flare-up in two decades of tensions in the Pacific nation that have often ensnared Chinese businesses.

The recipe for the crisis is a complex mix of youth unemployment, anger over anti-coronavirus controls, historical inter-island rivalries and a festering dispute over whether the Solomon Islands should have switched diplomatic recognition from Taiwan to China.

Philippines rejects China’s demand to remove ship from shoal

The Philippines’ defense chief rejected on Thursday China’s renewed demand that it remove its outpost on a disputed South China Sea shoal and said Chinese coast guard ships should leave the area and stop blocking Manila’s supply boats.

Philippine forces use a grounded warship, the BRP Sierra Madre, as an outpost on the submerged but strategic shoal that is at the center of an ongoing dispute with China.

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said the Second Thomas Shoal lies within the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines under the 1982 U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea, which China has ratified. He said a 2016 ruling by a U.N.-backed arbitration tribunal also invalidated China’s claims to the busy waterway, leaving them without any legal basis.

Covid Concentration Camps for Australians; It’s Happening

Watch this shocking video made by June Mills, an aboriginal elder in the Northern Territory. As she excoriates the fascist Chief Minister of the Territory, Michael Gunner, and calls on her people in other towns to report on what’s happening to them and what the Army is doing, ask yourself: Is this the irrational raving of a woman who’s gone over the edge, or is this exactly how a sane person would react when government killers are loose in her neighborhood?

Disturbing Details Emerge from Inside Australian Quarantine Camps

Details about life inside the Australian quarantine camps are beginning to leak out through the internet. Although the information cannot be directly verified, due to the importance of this issue, TheCOVIDWorld has decided to report on this story since it’s unlikely the Australian government is going to release such information themselves.

An anonymous poster has detailed their experiences in an Australian quarantine camp. The poster claims he was confined after flying into Australia from Singapore.

Despite being vaccinated and having taken 3 tests on his trip, which were all negative, he was forced to attend the camp.

In the post, the writer says that he was forced onto a bus with blacked-out windows by armed guards for a two-hour ride to the quarantine camp. Inmates are allegedly forced to take the vaccine, but also tested regularly and watched by cameras and armed guards. Detainees are charged $2,500 for their two-week involuntary stay.

Australian Army Begins Transferring COVID-Positive Cases, Contacts to Quarantine Camps

Australian Army Begins Transferring COVID-Positive Cases, Contacts to Quarantine Camps | 23 Nov 2021 | The Australian army has begun forcibly removing residents in the Northern Territories to the Howard Springs quarantine camp located in Darwin, after nine new Covid-19 cases were identified in the community of Binjari. The move comes after hard lockdowns were instituted in the communities of both Binjari and nearby Rockhole on Saturday night. "Residents of Binjari and Rockhole no longer have the five reasons to leave their homes," said Northern Territory chief minister, Michael Gunner, referring to the country's five allowable reasons to avoid lockdown (buying food and supplies, exercising for up to two hours, care or caregiving, work or education if it can't be done from home, and to get vaccinated at the nearest possible location).

Craig Kelly addresses MASSES in the 'most oppressed city in the world'

United Australia Party leader Craig Kelly travelled to Melbourne where he fronted the ‘Kill the Bill’ protest which has flooded the streets of Melbourne over the weekend.

According to reports, tens of thousands of people gathered in front of Parliament to rally against Daniel Andrews and his notorious Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021. It was the largest protest in Melbourne since the beginning of pandemic two years ago.

Craig Kelly has been one of the loudest voices standing against excessive pandemic powers and mandatory vaccinations.

“People are not going to put up with this bullsh-t anymore. This is the most locked-down city in the world. It is the most oppressed city in the world. The science shows there is no cause for this. People are going to stand up for their rights,” said Craig Kelly, Member for Hughes.

Tens of thousands march ‘for freedom’ in Australian cities (VIDEOS)

Protesters thronged the streets of Australian cities on Saturday, demanding an end to what they called the “tyranny” and “oppression” of lockdowns, vaccine mandates, and the proposed expansion of the government’s pandemic powers.

In Melbourne, Sky News reporter Sophie Elsworth described “tens of thousands of people streaming through the streets.” The march came after a week of smaller protests aimed at Victoria Premier Dan Andrews’ controversial pandemic bill, which if approved by the state’s legislature would allow Andrews and Health Minister Martin Foley to declare an indefinite state of emergency and issue public health orders by decree – including “any order… that the minister believes is reasonably necessary to protect public health.”

China Deems Australia 'No Longer Peaceful', But Now "Saber Wielding" After Sub Deal

China’s acting ambassador to Australia, Wang Xining, said by seeking nuclear submarines under the AUKUS military pact, Australia will turn to "saber wielding" rather than being a "peace defender."

In an interview with The Guardian published Thursday, Wang said he used to view Australia as a peace-loving nation, but now that it is seeking nuclear-powered submarines designed for long-range attacks, that view has changed. "So who are you going to attack? You are no longer a peace lover, a peace defender, you become a saber wielder in certain form," he said.

Australia Ordered Care Home Staff to Stay at Home Causing Unattended Residents to Die en Masse in Horrific Conditions

Residents at a Melbourne aged care home were subjected to inhumane and degrading treatment during a Covid-19 outbreak when 50 of them died, an inquest has been told.

The inquiry into the deaths at St Basil’s Home for the Aged in Fawkner during the state’s second outbreak in 2020 opened on Monday with the names of each of those who died read out in court.

Of the 117 residents living at the home, 50 died in July and August 2020.

In an opening statement counsel assisting Peter Rozen QC said staff at the home were deemed ‘close contacts’ and furloughed on July 22, with the Commonwealth taking over the home despite multiple warnings that regular staff should not be replaced.

He said one doctor involved in the response, Dr Rabin Sinnappu, warned that furloughing St Basil’s staff would result in disaster, while another doctor described it as a ‘shocking’ idea.

Ex-labor MP vows to vote against controversial pandemic bill | Coronavirus

Nov 17 06:19

Goodbye Premier Dan Andrews. The Melbourne Rebellion Has Begun.

Even though I have the opportunity to vent nonstop about the COVID War, day in and day out, I was surprised at just how much more bottled-up emotion and PTSD I still have, when this video made me cry.

It is a happy video about Australia!

What looks like tens of thousands of Melbournians gathered in front of the Parliament House of Victoria with very high energy to protest all things COVID.

There were a lot of Trump flags and LGBTQ flags and hand-made billboards railing against corrupt politicians and Big Pharma.

Claire Woodley, daughter of Australian Singer-Songwriter, Bruce Woodley, of the hit folk anthem, I Am Australian led the crowd in a rousing mass performance of the song.

It’s incredible what a mass-expression of patriotism can be like when there are no FBI in the crowd to Astroturf violence.

There were no police to be seen.
