Only WOKE Institutions Will Get Infrastructure Bill Money

Democrats introduced their alleged “bipartisan infrastructure” legislation as the tamer of the Biden Administration-backed measures in front of Congress this fall. It also included another culture war win for Leftists.

Under section 60307 of the newly passed deal, American institutions that get funding from the infrastructure legislation are denied the power to support scientific facts about sex.

“No individual in the United States may, on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that is funded in whole or in part with funds made available to carry out this title,” the infrastructure bill reads.

YouTube Removing ALL Dislikes in Latest Effort to Prop Up Failing Media, White House

YouTube under CEO Susan Wojcicki announced Wednesday that they're going to remove "dislikes" entirely from public view.

They claimed in a statement that their intention is to "better protect our creators from harassment, and reduce dislike attacks."

"Creators" in this case means the failing media and the White House, all of whom are downvoted to hell on all their videos.

Americans Missing Trump So Much, Liberals Telling Biden Don't Bother Running

When the Boston Herald's columnist start telling democrats not to bother running for office, it must be bad. That is exactly what has been happening in newspapers all across America, respected leftist journalists telling the leader of the Free world to not even bother running for office. Perhaps, it is Biden's lagging polls as it seems, no one in America wants a Joe 2.0.

With precisely one year until the midterm elections, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats in Congress face dismal ratings that show they could be in for a rout in 2022, according to a new USA Today/Suffolk University survey.

The poll, which was conducted after the Tuesday elections before House Democrats passed the popular infrastructure bill on Friday, reveals Biden with almost rock-bottom approval ratings, Harris with even worse numbers, and Democrats trailing by a broad margin on the generic congressional ballot.

Pfizer, unions, others donated $61.8 mln for Biden's inaugural

U.S. President Joe Biden raised $61.8 million for his inauguration events, receiving large contributions from corporations, labor unions and wealthy individuals, according to a financial disclosure.

The Democratic president's inaugural committee took in $1 million in contributions each from about 10 big companies, including Pfizer Inc (PFE.N), the maker of one of the COVID-19 vaccines being deployed in the United States, as well as from AT&T Services Inc (T.N), Bank of America Corp (BAC.N) and Boeing Co (BA.N).

Corporations making $1 million donations also included Uber Technologies Inc (UBER.N), Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N) and Qualcomm Inc (QCOM.O), according to the filing submitted on Tuesday with the Federal Election Commission.

The committee also received $1 million from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a major labor union.

About a dozen individuals donated $500,000 each, according to the filing.

Gun Control Dooms Dems In Securing Rural Votes

I don't know about you, but though I'm a conservative (or at least conservatarian), I'd love to actually have an election where it was difficult to choose between the two major parties. Since the Second Amendment is by far the most important factor in my vote, however, it's been really easy to decide where my vote is gonna go. But based on the absolute ass-kicking delivered to the Democrats last Tuesday in my home state of Virginia, you'd think they'd get the message that maybe it's time to move on from their goals of disarming American citizens. Based on the reaction so far, though the Democrats are in deep denial or simply unwilling to waiver on their commitment to denying Americans their Second Amendment rights, and disparaging those who exercise them.

Build Back Better Legislation Would Hamper Worker-Deprived Sawmill Industry

A few in the industry made up the Today’s Sawmill Challenges at the Railway Tie Association’s annual meeting in St. Louis last week.

With the housing market boom and COVID-19 pandemic, railroad wood crossties have taken a back seat to other products in the nation’s sawmills. Supply chain issues are constant, and with the older workers opting out the problem does not seem to have a solution in the near future.

“There are not enough people on the ground in the lumber industry,” Frank Wilson of Wilson Brothers Lumber said.

Paul Gaines from Madison County Wood Products echoed Wilson’s concern, and said wages in the sawmill industry are up 20%.

Itamar Ben-Gvir: With rise of a Jewish supremacist, Israel's Likud is pulled far-right

For many years, Itamar Ben-Gvir was a political outcast in Israel. He was educated in Rabbi Meir Kahana’s Kach party with its official platform advocating the nullification of Israeli citizenship for the state’s Palestinian citizens.

Kach was such a racist party that members of Likud, then the leading right-wing party, would walk out of the Knesset plenum whenever Kahana spoke from the podium.

After Kach - the only Jewish political entity in Israel ever defined as a terrorist organisation - was outlawed, Ben-Gvir continued his violent activism against Palestinians and was charged eight times for it, including for incitement to racism and support for a terrorist organisation.

Judge dismisses portion of inauguration lawsuit against Trump Organization

The Trump Organization secured a partial victory on Monday as a Washington, D.C., superior court judge dismissed a portion of a lawsuit brought by the D.C. attorney general over actions by former President Donald Trump's 2017 Presidential Inaugural Committee.

The judge dismissed a claim by D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine that Trump's inaugural committee "wasted" $1 million in rented ballrooms at Trump's Washington, D.C., hotel, writing that they have not met the standard of proof that would allow that part of the lawsuit to proceed.

"In short, there is no genuine dispute that the value paid for the space at the Trump Hotel reaches the extreme burden that Plaintiff need to carry a waste claim to its fruition," Judge José López wrote.

The committee is demanding records and testimony from witnesses including individuals who served as White House officials at the time of the January 6th attack on the Capitol," the press release said.

Former officials including Trump Deputy Chief of Staff Christopher Liddell, Personnel Director John McEntee and personal assistant Nicholas Luna also received subpoenas in addition to McEnany and Miller.

Court reverses $465mn judgment against Johnson & Johnson over opioid case

A $465 million judgment against pharma giant Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries for allegedly violating a public nuisance law over its sale of huge quantities of opioids has been thrown out by Oklahoma’s Supreme Court.

The five-to-one judgment found that J&J had no liability for the opioid crisis that has devastated Oklahoma’s population, arguing instead that “the district court’s expansion of public nuisance law went too far.”

“Oklahoma public nuisance law does not extend to the manufacturing, marketing, and selling of prescription opioids.”

Speaking to an audience at Texas A&M University, Republican Senator Ted Cruz said that he could understand the sentiment of people who wanted Texas to become independent of the U.S. but that he wasn’t “there yet” in regards to Texas secession, according to Business Insider.

“If the Democrats end the filibuster, if they fundamentally destroy the country,” Cruz said, “if they pack the Supreme Court, if they make DC a state, if they federalize elections, if they massively expand voter fraud, there may come a point where it’s hopeless.”

The Demonization of Core Americans

A seldom-explained problem slowing the Democrats’ march to a permanent one-party state is that while their electoral grand strategy is impressively opportunistic, sleazy, and dangerous to the country, Democrats don’t like to think of themselves as the cunning bad guys.

Therefore, they blow elections, such as last week’s governor’s race in Virginia, by taking their own rationalizations for their schemes at face value. Ironically, the Democrats’ success at generating talking points for the press makes it hard for them to remember that their gambits are ruses rather than ethical imperatives. So they wind up taking their stances too far for their own electoral good.

Analyst: As Steele Dossier Source Charged With Lying, All Roads Lead to Hillary Clinton Campaign

Igor Danchenko, a key source for British ex-spy Christopher Steele, was arrested on 4 November in Northern Virginia on an indictment by Special Counsel John Durham, who is looking into the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation. Why did Durham pick Danchenko as his next target and who's next?

Danchenko is charged with making false statements to the FBI, just like Michael Sussmann, former counsel for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee, who was indicted by a grand jury on 16 September.

While some observers suggest that Sussmann's indictment was largely triggered by an expiring statute of limitations on the crime, the timing of Danchenko's arrest – immediately after the Virginia gubernatorial elections – was apparently chosen to avoid suspicions of political interference, according to Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist.

Judge Frees J6 Prisoner Once He Denounced Trump and Promised Not To Watch TV News

“I object, Your Honor! This trial is a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of two mockeries of a sham!”

Fielding Mellish, in Woody Allen’s 1971 film Bananas, could easily have been talking about the treatment of Jan. 6 defendants in D.C. district court judge Amy Berman Jackson’s courtroom.

Last week, Jackson entertained a motion by 35 year-old Buffalo, New York native Michael Sibick for bail release.

Unlike most other Jan. 6 detainees – who are accused of glammed-up trespass and disorderly conduct offenses – Sibick faces heavy-duty charges.

Sibick was arrested on March 12 for assaulting and robbing a Metropolitan Police Department officer of his police badge and radio during the Jan. 6 melee. He stands indicted on 10 counts, including obstruction of an official proceeding, robbery, and engaging in physical violence on the Capitol grounds.

He was denied bail soon after his arrest, a decision that was affirmed by the D.C. Court of Appeals.

Joe Biden Condemns GOP Effort to Strip Committee Chairmanships from Republicans Who Voted for His Agenda

President Joe Biden complained Tuesday that House Republicans were considering stripping committee chairmanships from Republicans who voted for his infrastructure bill on Friday.

“I’ve never seen it like this before,” Biden said. “It’s got to stop for the sake of America.”

Punchbowl News reported that many Republican members of the House were critical of the 13 Republican lawmakers who voted for Biden’s agenda, and that as a result, there were discussions about stripping their committee assignments as punishment.

Conservatives narrowed in on Rep. John Katko (R-NY), the ranking Republican member on the Homeland Security Committee, who also voted to impeach President Donald Trump, voted to create an independent commission to investigate the riots on Capitol Hill on January 6th, and also joined Democrats by voting to strip Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of her committee assignments.

Oklahoma court overturns $465m opioid ruling against Johnson & Johnson

The Oklahoma supreme court on Tuesday overturned a $465m opioid ruling against drugmaker Johnson & Johnson, finding that a lower court wrongly interpreted the state’s public nuisance law in the first case of its kind in the US to go to trial.

The ruling was the second blow this month to a government case that tried to hold drugmakers responsible for the national epidemic of opioid abuse. Public nuisance claims are at the heart of some 3,000 lawsuits brought by state and local governments against drugmakers, distribution companies and pharmacies.

The court ruled in a 5-1 decision that in 2019 a district judge, Thad Balkman, was wrong to find that New Jersey-based J&J and its Belgium-based subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals violated the state’s public nuisance statute.

“The court has allowed public nuisance claims to address discrete, localized problems, not policy problems,” said the opinion written by Justice James R Winchester.

Dr. Mercola Files Lawsuit Against US Sen. Elizabeth Warren

In early September 2021, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren sent a letter1 to Andy Jassy, chief executive officer of Amazon.com, demanding an “immediate review” of Amazon’s algorithms to weed out books peddling “COVID misinformation,” stressing that Amazon’s sale of such books was “potentially unlawful.”2,3,4

Warren specifically singled out my book, “The Truth About COVID-19,” co-written with Ronnie Cummins, founder and director of the Organic Consumers Association (OCA), as a prime example of “highly-ranked and favorably-tagged books based on falsehoods about COVID-19 vaccines and cures” that she wanted banned.

“Dr. Mercola has been described as ‘the most influential spreader of coronavirus misinformation online,” Warren wrote,5 adding: “Not only was this book the top result when searching either ‘COVID-19’ or ‘vaccine’ in the categories of ‘All Departments’ and ‘Books’; it was tagged as a ‘Best Seller’ by Amazon and the ‘#1 Best Seller’ in the ‘Political Freedom’ category.

Historic wins in Virginia illuminate growing diversity in Republican ranks

The historic election wins by Lt. Gov.-elect Winsome Sears and Attorney General-elect Jason Miyares in Virginia showcased the increasing diversity among Republicans and the party’s success in recruiting women and minority candidates to deliver a conservative message of freedom and opportunity.

Ms. Sears, the first Black woman elected statewide in Virginia, and Mr. Miyares, the first Hispanic to win statewide in the commonwealth, swept into office with Republican Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin in a state that has been trending blue for more than a decade.

The result has been difficult for Democrats to digest. They have heralded themselves as warriors for minority communities and cherished opportunities to boast about breaking through glass ceilings.

White House Tells Businesses to Ignore the Federal Court Order That Halted Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Over “Grave Constitutional Issues”

By Jon Miltimore

On Saturday, a federal court halted the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more workers, citing possible “grave statutory and constitutional issues.”

The emergency stay, issued by the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals, puts a hold on the administration’s requirement that those workers be vaccinated by Jan. 4 or face other measures, such as weekly tests and mask requirements.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry had argued the Biden administration “could not impose medical procedures on the American people without the checks and balances afforded by the constitution.”

On Monday, despite the court’s order, the White House said companies should proceed with President Biden’s vaccine mandate, which carries fines up to $700,000 on companies that do not comply...

Indonesian Court Allows Internet Blocking Amid Social Unrest

By Global Voices Southeast Asia

On October 27, Indonesia’s Constitutional Court ruled that it is constitutionally acceptable for the Indonesian government to block and throttle the internet in times of social strife. The ruling ended a more than two-year-long dispute over the government’s decision to block internet access on the island of Papua amid protests and demonstrations. The decision is part of a larger pattern of Indonesia’s diminishing speech rights in recent years.

Activists say the ruling further erodes digital freedoms in the archipelago and sets a dangerous precedent for free speech in Southeast Asia. Reporters also note that the decision makes it difficult for journalists to report on conflict or spread relevant information...

Stop Looking At Danchenko, Start Looking At Andrew Weissmann & Robert Mueller

TechnoFog has a good outline on the background of Igor Danchenko and the DOJ/FBI team effort to avoid undermining the Steele Dossier. {SEE HERE} The accurate analysis ends with the following question, also posed by Sergei Millian: “Why was the DOJ/FBI covering for Danchenko“?

To my friends in the truth media, the answer is inside the information previously released {See Here} which we have covered for a long time; and which the righteous media (Mollie Hemmingway, Lee Smith, Kimberley Strassel, etc) are hopefully only a few weeks away from outlining.

The DOJ/FBI coverup, which included being purposefully blind to the 2017 Danchenko revelations, was not done to protect Danchenko. It was done to protect Andrew Weissmann and Robert Mueller.

House Version Of Biden's SALT Economic Agenda Set To Predominantly Benefit Wealthy, High Tax States

The House's version of Biden's agenda increases the cap on the SALT write-off to $80,000, up from a $10,000 limit that was put in place in 2017, Bloomberg reported.

“POLITICS IS A TOTAL SHAM”: AARON RODGERS DESTROYS BOTH PARTIES, CHAMPIONS BODILY AUTONOMY, BECOMES UN-CANCELABLE

“People are constantly trying to use you to help them create the particular illusions by which they live. This is particularly true of the collective illusions which sometimes are accepted as ideologies. You must renounce and sacrifice the approval that is only a bribe enlisting your support of a collective illusion… You must be willing, if necessary, to become a disturbing and therefore an undesired person, one who is not wanted because he upsets the general dream.” ~-Thomas Merton

Currently, Green Bay Packers’ star quarterback Aaron Rodgers is lighting up the media airwaves, triggering supporters of vaccine mandates and receiving a slew of backlash. Nikki Haley Slams AIPAC for Tolerating Supporters of Iran Deal

Former governor and Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley used an address at the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) to rip into the AIPAC lobbying group for having any tolerance at all of supporters of the Iran nuclear deal.

Haley went on to argue that AIPAC is too interested in bringing Democrats aboard for the sake of bipartisanship. She warned this would encourage bad behavior.

All of this is built around Haley’s supposition that the Israel lobby is championing a very specific far-right interpretation of Israeli interests, hostile to the Iran nuclear deal and likewise opposing a two-state solution.

The reality is that this is nowhere near a universal position within Israel, nor is it AIPAC’s. They leave open the possibility of supporting the Iran deal, and unsurprisingly don’t excommunicate US politicians who take the same position.
