Judge halts Biden vaccine mandate in 10 states

A federal judge in Missouri has blocked US President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in 10 states, saying that it would need approval from Congress – which it does not have.

US District Court Judge Matthew Schelp issued a preliminary injunction on Monday, blocking the White House’s order that all workers employed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) had to be vaccinated by January 4, 2022 or face losing their jobs.

“The nature and breadth of the CMS mandate requires clear authorization from Congress—and Congress has provided none,” Schelp said, adding the injunction is warranted by the “vast economic and political significance” of the mandate.

BREAKING: Biden says 'no new lockdowns' if everyone wears a mask and gets vaccinated

President Joe Biden spoke to the American public on Monday morning to address the new Omicron variant of COVID-19, first discovered in South Africa. He touted his administration's quick action in shutting down travel from several African countries, but also advised the public not to panic.

"If people are vaccinated and wear their mask, there's no need for lockdown," Biden said in response to a reporter's questions about any impending societal shutdowns.

Note To Biden: Gun Stores Aren’t Responsible For Veteran Suicides

Suicide is a serious problem, but it’s especially problematic among veterans. Many of the brave men and women who fought for our nation and survived find they can’t seem to make it through peace quite as well, so they claim their own lives. -- Few people don’t see this as a significant issue. The problem is that we rarely agree on how to address it. -- After all, we live in a world where President Joe Biden seems to blame gun stores for those veteran suicides.

Joe Biden touts “well-stocked shelves” as major retailer announces long list of shortages across the southeast

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Joe Biden made sure to remind Americans that Big Government is meeting the “needs” of the public, and that his administration is in full control over the food supply. Pretending that the economy is in a state of recovery, the Biden administration ignores the growing problems of rapid inflation and food rationing. Reading from his weekly propaganda script, Joe Biden touted that grocery stores were “well-stocked with turkey” and “everything else” that Americans “need.” He made the announcement at the same time Publix announced a long list of food item shortages across 1,280 stores.

Lindsey Graham is helping Biden judges get confirmed…

Graham emerges as go-to ally for Biden’s judicial picks

Lindsey Graham is quietly emerging as the most frequent supporters of Biden’s judicial nominees.

“He believes presidents who win the election get to appoint judges, subject obviously to extreme cases, and I think he’s following through on it,” said Russell Wheeler, a fellow with the Brookings Institution who studies judicial confirmations.

Graham has touted his willingness to support a president’s judicial nominees even if he doesn’t agree with their philosophy, noting he was one of nine GOP senators who voted for Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s Supreme Court nomination in 2009 and one of five who supported Elena Kagan a year later.

US to Expel 27 Russian Diplomats in January

In a weekend interview, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov revealed that 27 Russian diplomats are to be expelled from the United States by January 30, along with their families.

The expulsions are related to expiring visas. 24 diplomats had been expelled for the same reason in September. Officials say that there have been widespread delays in getting visas renewed.

Antonov said he views this as an effort to “squeeze” Russian workers, and cautioned that they are facing “a serious staff shortage.” The State Department said the move was not directed at Russia and was “nothing new.”

Russia’s Foreign Ministry reported that as of late October, 200 Russian diplomats were working in the United States. Maintaining those diplomats may be a challenge with the visa delays.

The Biden Administration’s Missile Sale to Saudi Arabia Is Offensive, and Must Be Stopped

The Biden administration’s decision to sell $650 million in air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Saudi Arabia is a violation of President Biden’s pledge to treat Saudi Arabia as a “pariah” and to end the sale of weapons that can be used in its brutal war in Yemen, a conflict in which nearly a quarter of a million people have died since it was initiated in March 2015.

To their credit, Senators Rand Paul (R-KY), Mike Lee (R-UT) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) have introduced a joint resolution of disapproval to stop the sale, which is likely to be voted on this week. It deserves support in the service of peace, human rights, and an end to the catastrophic suffering in Yemen.

Kremlin outlines who it believes is behind ‘hysteria’ around possible Ukraine invasion

Suggestions that Russia is planning an attack on Ukraine are completely groundless, and the entire scenario is being whipped up by media outlets, with the backing of top political leaders in Kiev, the Kremlin claimed on Sunday.

Speaking to the press, President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov slammed the accusation as simply “wrong.”

“This hysteria, which is being stirred up now in the Anglo-Saxon media, in the Ukrainian media, and is supported by Ukrainian politicians led by the head of state [President Volodymyr Zelensky], is absolutely unacceptable,” Peskov said.

“The very allegations that Russia is going to attack someone, and accusations that Russia is somehow being aggressive, are completely groundless,” he continued.

US dangerously misguided in believing Russia won’t respond to NATO threat — ambassador

The assumptions heard in the United States that Russia is likely to be frightened with NATO capabilities in Ukraine and the Black Sea are dangerous delusions, Russia’s Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said on the YouTube channel Soloviev Live on Saturday.

"NATO states are taking over the Black Sea, Ukrainian territory. There are assumptions, which are voiced here, that certain daredevils or a group of combatants may turn up in Ukraine, who will try to test the strength of Russian defenses, expecting that we will not respond fearing the NATO potential. I would like to say and emphasize unequivocally that it is a very dangerous delusion," the diplomat said.

Antonov pointed out that Washington is increasingly expanding the range of weapons delivered to Ukraine.

Biden 'Forgets' To Close The Southern Border Against 'Omicron' Variant

Much has been made of the news that Joe Biden has shut the door to eight countries over the new 'omicron' COVID variant. AT deputy editor Andrea Widburg has an excellent piece today on that here.

Some of the implications, of course, are vaguely comical. Biden's White House medical advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the so-called "expert" and voice of "science" he touted was last seen recommending against the closure of air travel.

Joe, of course, did it anyway, signaling that Fauci's expertise to him is all about what's politically useful and, apparently, this wasn't.

After all, country after country was shutting its air travel from countries where that variant is present. According to Axios:

Countries across Europe and Asia are rushing through new travel restrictions in response to a new COVID variant identified by scientists in South Africa.

Why Washington's 'Russian Invasion' Scare is Cover for Kiev's New Offensive Against Donbass

The US media is continuing to speculate about Russia's alleged plans to invade Ukraine, despite Moscow repeatedly shredding the groundless rumour and warning that the fuss is aimed at covering NATO's own aggressive designs in the region. Mark Sleboda, an international affairs and security analyst, has shed light on emerging geopolitical trends.

Washington is bracing for an "imminent invasion" of Ukraine by Russia: former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul has released a series of tweets claiming that Ukrainian civilians will fight to the bitter end against Russian "occupiers". For his part, Hollywood star Sean Penn arrived in Ukraine to film a documentary about "Russian aggression", being photographed in combat gear and a helmet as he visited Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk region last week.

Biden to Increase U.S. Oil Lease Fees 50% While Accusing ‘Big Oil’ of Anticompetitive Activities

The Biden-Harris administration issued a report Friday to increase the price of oil leasing fees on federal lands in the United States by 50 percent—even while accusing oil companies of artificially increasing prices through illegal and anticompetitive actions.

Despite record-high gasoline prices impacting American families across the country with winter around the corner, the Biden-Harris administration is recommending Congress hike the cost of oil leases on government lands from 12.50 percent to 18.75 percent.

The President Owes Kyle Rittenhouse An Apology

Joe Biden may have issued a statement condemning hatred and division, but his press secretary is busy promoting them from the podium with her odorous attack on Rittenhouse even after the jury in Kenosha carefully weighed the evidence and found the teen not guilty of any crime. This is the administration that was supposed to be all about unifying us as Americans, right? We were told that Biden was going to restore civility to the political process. Instead, he can’t even say “I’m sorry for calling you a white supremacist” to an 18-year old who was falsely smeared by his own campaign. -- It’s disgusting. It’s shameful. And it’s par for the course for Joe Biden, who had no trouble apologizing to world leaders for President Trump leaving the Paris Climate Accords but can’t do the same for smearing an innocent man.

With Democrat Back in White House, MSNBC Returns to Ignoring U.S.-Backed War in Yemen

A review of MSNBC’s coverage from Nov. 3, 2020 to Nov. 22, 2021 shows MSNBC hasn’t run a single segment on the U.S.-backed war still raging in Yemen.

To the extent MSNBC did cover Yemen’s “civil war” during this time frame it was exclusively to pass along, without skepticism, claims last spring from Democrats that President Biden had “ended U.S. support for the war”—which turned out to not be true in any meaningful sense, a fact evident at the time but not met with any questioning from MSNBC reporters or pundits.

Since then, it’s become increasingly clear little has changed in the status quo. While the U.S. has halted some forms of assistance, like mid-air refueling of aircraft, other forms of vital participation remain, including: green-lighting of weapons transfers, maintaining spare parts for Saudi war planes, sharing some forms of intelligence, and training the Royal Saudi Navy, which is enforcing a catastrophic blockade on Yemen.

Biden's Re-Election Bid: Should US Politicians & Justices of Advanced Age Undergo Cognitive Tests?

A debate over Joe Biden's physical health and mental acumen is continuing to go on, with some Republican politicians arguing that top politicians of advanced age in all three branches of government need to undergo cognitive tests to ensure their ability to serve the people of America.

Biden's reported intent to run again in 2024 has added to the conservative wrangle about the physical and mental capacity of the incumbent president who will be 82 on the next election day. On 23 November, former President Donald Trump suggested that his successor should have a "mandated" cognitive test.

The remark came on the heels of a report describing Biden's first physical exam, released by the White House on 19 November. The examination was conducted by White House physician Kevin O'Connor who concluded that Biden "remains a healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency".

Biden’s Build Back Better: IRS Audits for Working Class, Tax Cuts for the Rich

President Joe Biden and Democrats are hoping to squeeze an extra $200 billion in tax revenue out of American taxpayers by mostly targeting working and middle class households with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audits.

As part of Biden’s “Build Back Better Act,” which was already passed by House Democrats, nearly 600,000 more working and middle class Americans earning $75,000 or less a year would be audited by the IRS, an analysis by Republican lawmakers reveals.

“Democrats’ tax and spending spree will more than double Americans’ chances of being audited as it targets lower and middle-income earners,” the analysis states:

The proposal will lead to an additional 1.2 million IRS audits each year, nearly half of which will hit middle class families making less than $75,000. All this so Democrats can wring an extra $200 billion out of the American people, particularly from middle class families and small businesses.

Due to the Seriousness of the New Omicron COVID Variant the Biden Admin Has Decided to Leave the US Southern Border Completely Open

The “Omicron” variant of COVID arrived just in time to ruin Christmas. (Who didn’t see this coming?) The variant with “more mutations than you shake a spike protein at” was first identified in Botswana and quickly became the most prevalent variant in South Africa.

The news of the Omicron variant shook the world. Joe Biden immediately banned travel from 8 countries in southern Africa.

In fact, the Biden administration was so shaken by the news that they decided to completely leave open the US Southern border with Mexico.

Centrist Democrats Are Sinking Biden, Vow To Oppose 'Soviet-Born' Treasury Pick

Five centrist Democratic senators have reportedly announced to the White House that they’ll fight the nomination of Saule Omarova, President Joe Biden’s doubtful lefty pick for head of the Treasury Department’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

The opposition from both Republicans and, now, some of Biden’s own party could destroy the nomination of the Soviet-born academic to the critically relevant post, according to Axios.

In a Wednesday phone call, Sens. Jon Tester (D-Mont.), Mark Warner (D-Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), all members of the Senate Banking Committee, explained to Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), the panel’s chairman, said that they would face Omarova’s nomination to the post, Axios reported.

U.S. European Command, NATO plan “moving large combat forces across the continent”

U.S. European Command logisticians joined 80 Allied and partner nation colleagues in Ulm, Germany, this week to rehearse the movement of the NATO Response Force and additional Ally units during a crisis.

Hosted by NATO’s newest command, the Joint Support and Enabling Command, the event included elements of major NATO Headquarters from Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, USEUCOM, Joint Forces Command Brunssum, all USEUCOM component commands, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, U.S. Transportation Command, and the NATO Support and Procurement Agency.

The exercise scenario challenged the multinational logisticians to overcome practical constraints that arise from moving large combat forces and their sustainment across the continent and ultimately in directions spanning 360 degrees.

Why The Border Is Such A Problem For Biden... And America

The Biden administration is drowning on issue after issue, and many of the bubbles are coming from the Rio Grande River. The problem, which dare not speak its name, is illegal immigration. The administration, its political party, and the mainstream media refuse to say the very word “illegal.” For a while, they called it “undocumented,” pretending the migrants somehow forgot their papers in the top dresser drawer in Guatemala or Haiti. Now, even that bland phrase is deemed too clear and honest. The new woke term is “irregular immigration.” Anything to minimize the problem, sway public opinion, and avoid plain talk.

The obfuscation goes much further than a few phrases.

Former Obama Doctor: "White House Is Doing Everything They Can To Hide Biden's Obvious Cognitive Decline"

Congressman Ronny Jackson, who was the former White House physician under Presidents Obama and Trump declared Wednesday that the reason Joe Biden has avoided cognitive exams is because he would have “failed miserably,” and his team “didn’t do it because they know, if they do it, you don’t ask questions that you don’t want the answers to.”

Appearing on Newsmax, Jackson described Biden’s latest health report as “six pages of superficial fluff.”

“Honestly, there were six pages of stuff that most people just don’t care about,” Jackson said, adding “I mean, you know, Dr. O’Connor spent six pages addressing like an occasional cough and some stiffness and things like that when the elephant in the room was the president’s cognitive ability.”

Jackson continued, “Over 50% of this country does not believe he’s cognitively fit to be our Commander in Chief and our head of state, yet that wasn’t addressed anywhere in there.”

US Spreads Fake News of Russian Plans to Invade Ukraine as Kiev Shows Off Javelin Missile System

Kiev’s aggressive rhetoric about using the American-made Javelin anti-tank missile systems in Donbass, as well as accusations of Russia’s invasion plans, creates an explosive situation and encourages the escalation of conflict. Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Ukrainian military intelligence service, also claimed that Kiev’s forces used the American Javelin system in Donbass for the first time. This is further evidence that the Minsk agreements, which are extremely important for regulating the crisis and ceasefire in Donbass, is being violated.

The USA has deployed at least 30 self-propelled howitzers Paladin near the Belarusian-Polish border, the news agency Avia.pro reports.

According to the source, after dozens of tanks, armored vehicles and several thousands of NATO military personnel were relocated to the Belarusian border it was revealed that in addition to that the USA moved at least 30 155mm self-propelled howitzers M109A7 Paladin to the Belarusian-Polish border.

Joe Biden’s BBB Will Fund Cartels’ Child-Smuggling

President Joe Biden’s $1.7 trillion Build Back Better (BBB) bill would allow cartels to get taxpayer funds for smuggling more foreign children and youths into U.S. schools, neighborhoods, and jobs, say GOP sources.

The plan, which is soon to be debated in the Senate, offers up to $3,600 per year to the guardians of all children — including imported children who have no Social Security number.

“There’s also a provision in there for a tax credit for illegal aliens who have children that are in the U.S.,” former border patrol chief Mark Morgan told Fox42kptm.com. He continued:

‘Honest Mistakes’: How US and Israel Justify Targeting and Killing Civilians

An “honest mistake” is buying your partner the wrong perfume or copying someone into an email chain by accident. It is not firing a drone missile at a car, killing 10 civilians – and doing so when a small child was clearly visible moments earlier.

And yet, a supposedly “independent” Pentagon inquiry this month claimed just such a good-faith mistake after US commanders authorized a drone strike in late August that killed an Afghan family, including seven children. A US air force general concluded that there was no negligence or misconduct, and that no disciplinary action should be taken.

At the weekend, the Pentagon exonerated itself again. It called a 2019 air strike on Baghuz in Syria that killed dozens of women and children “justified”. It did so even after an investigation by the New York Times showed that the group of civilians who were bombed had already been identified as fleeing fighting between US-backed militias and the Islamic State (IS) group.

Biden Just Announced Date for WWIII

The Biden administration this week brazenly announced its intention to walk over China’s red line warning on Taiwan. The move by the US is a recklessly provocative step that dares an inevitable military response from Beijing.

If that happens then all bets are off for a full-scale military confrontation between the United States, its allies, and China. It is not alarmist to say such a clash would escalate into World War III.

Australia and Britain are explicitly committed to a military alliance with the United States in the Asia-Pacific through the recently formed AUKUS pact. Russia will be obliged to defend China.

The date in question is December 9-10 when the Biden administration plays host to a so-called “Summit of Democracies”. This week the State Department announced a list of “participants” that include 110 countries. China and Russia are not invited, among other excluded nations.

Nearly 3/4 of the World’s Dictators Receive US Weapons and Military Assistance

The US supports nearly 75% of the world’s dictators, autocracies, monarchies, military regimes, etc., with weapons, military training and money. Please remember this the next time someone tells you the US should do X or Y because such and such a nation is bad…

Comparing Freedom House’s list of Not Free nations* to FY 2020 US overseas weapons sales, military training and financial assistance**, we find that of the 57 nations considered undemocratic, 42 receive weapons, training and/or money for their military and security services. This means 74% of the non-democratic nations of the world are supported militarily by the US. Interestingly, the remaining 15 nations are nearly all sanctioned. The world’s countries can be divided into two parts: those who buy/receive weapons from the US and those sanctioned. It seems like it’s a pretty simple arrangement.

Biden Is Wrong. There Is No Such Thing As “Defensive” Saudi Weapons in the War on Yemen.

At a 2019 Democratic primary debate, candidate Joe Biden pledged to stop U.S. arms sales to Saudi Arabia. And yet, Biden is now backing a proposed $650 million sale of air-to-air missiles and launchers to Saudi Arabia, an apparent betrayal of his campaign-trail promise.

Joe Biden Claims Shelves Are Well Stocked as Grocers Ration Food

President Joe Biden tweeted Wednesday that supermarket shelves are well stocked across the country while grocers ration food.

Meanwhile, Publix Supermarkets, a Florida-based grocer, warned customers this week to expect food shortages in all 1,280 stores across the southeast.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the list of rationed foods include the following:

Canned cranberry sauce
Jarred gravy
Canned pie filling
Canola and vegetable oil
Cream cheese
Bacon
Rolled breakfast sausage
Paper napkins
Disposable plates, cups and cutlery
Bath tissue
Refrigerated snacks (Lunchables-type items)

The Biden Crackdown on Thought Crimes

The Biden administration is seeking to radically narrow the boundaries of respectable American political thought. The administration has repeatedly issued statements and reports that could automatically castigate citizens who distrust the federal government. We may eventually learn that the new Biden guidelines spurred a vast increase in federal surveillance and other abuses against Americans who were guilty of nothing more than vigorous skepticism.

The White House dismissed stories about President Joe Biden's political future amid concerns over his age and whether Vice President Kamala Harris is a fitting replacement.

"That's his intention," White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Monday when asked if Biden would bid another term in 2024.

NATO's mistake is that it still thinks it's dealing with the weakened Russia of the 1990s

Recent shockwaves in Russian-Ukrainian relations, and the increasing involvement of the US, could prove to be among the most significant milestones in the history of Europe since the end of the Cold War, over three decades ago.

But the groundwork for a clash of heads was laid long before the present day. Since the reunification of Germany, the continent’s security architecture – the careful truce between East and West that held strong even at the most tense moments of the 20th century – has been systematically dismantled.

Was that process avoidable? It’s pointless even to ask. What matters is that, since then, the key principle has been that each and every country can decide for itself which military and political alliances it wishes to join. Of course, that choice wasn’t always a free one and, after 1991, NATO became the only club in town as the others had all packed up.

US rehearsed dropping nuclear weapons 20km from Russian border – Moscow

American nuclear-capable bombers have flown dozens of sorties across Eastern Europe in the past few weeks as part of drills designed to probe Russian readiness in case of an atomic war, Russia's defense minister has claimed.

Speaking after a meeting his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe, in Moscow on Tuesday, Sergey Shoigu said that there has been “a significant intensification of activity from US strategic bomber aviation near the borders of Russia.”

According to him, “over the past month, around 30 missions have been flown near the borders of the Russian federation, around two and a half times more than in the same time period last year.”

Shoigu added that recent American exercises, codenamed Global Thunder, saw “ten strategic bombers practicing their ability to use nuclear weapons against Russia at almost the same time from the west and the east. The minimum distance from our border was 20km.”

Pandemic no excuse for White House to keep all JFK files secret – Oliver Stone to RT

The Oscar-winning director told Afshin Rattansi how he was baffled by President Joe Biden’s decision to once again postpone the release of classified files on the assassination of the 35th president, John F. Kennedy, in 1963.

A White House memo written last month alleged that, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the National Archives and other agencies needed “additional time” to prepare the Kennedy files for publication. The release of the documents was delayed until December 15, 2022.

“That was the official reason. I don’t know how that applies because I don’t know why you can’t read or think while you have Covid,” Stone told the host of RT’s ‘Going Underground’.

Former President Donald Trump released around 19,000 declassified documents, many of them with redactions, from the JFK case in 2018. However, others were withheld on the grounds of national security.

Biden push for $2.5B tax break for lawyers spurs accusations of political payoff

Democrats have tucked a lucrative $2.5 billion tax break inside President Biden’s multitrillion-dollar social welfare bill that would benefit the trial lawyers lobby, spurring Republican accusations of political backscratching.

The tax break allows trial lawyers working on a contingency basis, meaning they are paid only if a case is settled in their favor, to deduct expenses immediately. Such expenses include hourly labor fees and the expenses associated with waging a lawsuit, such as filing and deposition costs.

On average, according to the American Bar Association, the fixed rate for contingency cases is anywhere between 33% and 40% of the total settlement payout. In some instances, the contingency fee can range upward of 50%.

Given that legal costs have soared in recent years, the Joint Committee on Taxation estimates the write-off would cost taxpayers $2.5 billion over the next decade.

THE WHITE HOUSE NEEDS AN OFF-RAMP FROM WAR IN UKRAINE

Ten days ago I wrote about the potential of war in the Ukraine:

There is fear in Russia that the U.S. is egging the Ukraine into a renewed active conflict with its renegade eastern Donbass region and thereby into a war with Russia.
...
The Biden administrations war mongering towards Russia may be seen to be free of cost. But it takes only one miscalculation in Kiev or some unforeseen incident in the Black Sea region and the situation could seriously escalate.
Moscow sees a salami slicing tactic at work that would only end with NATO directly confronting it on all its borders:

Moscow’s narrative is that the Western powers are deliberately fueling Ukraine’s revanchist instincts by arming it and encouraging President Volodymyr Zelensky, who is fighting for political survival, to believe that with Western support, a window of opportunity is opening to recapture the lost territories in Donbas and Crimea and thereby redeem his pledge to be his country’s savior.

PHOENIX FIRST RESPONDERS FIGHT BACK AGAINST BIDEN VACCINE MANDATE

Phoenix city employees have a few weeks left until the federal vaccine mandate goes into effect and public safety unions are joining a lawsuit to fight it.

City officials sent workers a letter on November 18 saying that any contracting company with over 100 employees will be forced to require vaccinations, per Biden’s mandate.

“Due to the number of federal contracts held by the city of Phoenix, we are considered a federal contractor,” the letter read. “As such, all city employees are subject to the provisions outlined in the Executive Order, which requires all employees, regardless of telework status or if you previously tested positive for COVID-19, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022, except in limited circumstances were an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation.”

Report: US Considering Sending Military Advisors, Weapons to Ukraine

CNN reported on Monday that the Biden administration is weighing sending military advisors and additional weapons to Ukraine, a move that Russia would view as a major escalation.

Citing people “familiar with the matter,” the CNN report said the US weapons package could include new Javelin anti-tank missiles, mortars, and stinger missiles. The Biden administration is also considering sending military aid that would have gone to Afghanistan, including Russian-made M-17 helicopters.

Since 2014, after the US supported a coup in Ukraine, Washington has supplied Kyiv with over $2 billion in military aid. US and NATO military activity has also significantly increased in the region.

Citing US Threats, Russia and China Agree to Expand Military Cooperation

Russia and China signed on Tuesday a roadmap for deeper military cooperation as the two countries continue to boost ties in the face of increasing pressure from the US and other Western countries.

The deal was agreed to in virtual talks between Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe. The Russian Defense Ministry said the military leaders “expressed a shared interest in stepping up strategic military exercises and joint patrols” between the two countries.

“China and Russia have been strategic partners for many years,” Shoigu said. “Today, in conditions of increasing geopolitical turbulence and growing conflict potential in various parts of the world, the development of our interaction is especially relevant.”

Shoigu pointed to an increase in US bomber activity near Russia and in East Asia as a reason to increase cooperation with China. Wei told Shoigu that Russia has successfully countered pressure and threats from Washington.

Democrats warn Biden administration against Israel's 'doomsday' settlement plan

More than two dozen House Democrats on Monday sent a letter to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken urging Washington to pressure the Israeli government to prevent settlement construction in the E1 area between Jerusalem and the West Bank.

The 26 lawmakers, led by Congressman Mark Pocan who recently visited Israel and the occupied West Bank, described the plans as "doomsday settlements" that would both violate international law and also further diminish the prospects of a two-state solution with a viable Palestinian state.

"The recent efforts by the Israeli Government to advance the approval to build 3,400 housing units in the highly sensitive area known as E-1 pose an irreconcilable challenge to a lasting peace solution between Israel and the Palestinians," the letter said.

"To ensure the prospects of peace, we urge the State Department to exert diplomatic pressure to prevent settlement construction in E-1."

NATO’s activity near state borders prompts Russia to bolster its combat potential — Shoigu

NATO’s growing activity near the Russian borders prompts the need to maintain the nuclear forces’ combat readiness and bolster the non-nuclear deterrence potential, including the provision of the troops with precision weapons and effective destruction capabilities, Russia’s Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said on Wednesday.

"The tense military and political situation in the world and NATO’s increased activity near the Russian borders prompt the need to further develop the armed forces qualitatively," the defense chief said at the ministry’s board meeting.

The Russian defense minister highlighted as priorities in developing the armed forces the tasks of "raising their combat capability, maintaining the nuclear forces’ combat readiness and strengthening the non-nuclear deterrence forces."

"Today we will hear how these tasks are resolved with regard for the provision with precision weapons, effective destruction capabilities and advanced armaments and hardware," Shoigu said.

'There's an abundance of turkeys available and they're about $1 more': Psaki's defense when asked if Biden is sending the wrong message to middle America with a weekend at a billionaire's Nantucket compound

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Tuesday defended President Joe Biden's decision to spend the Thanksgiving on Nantucket, saying food prices weren't that high and everyone should spend the holiday with loved ones.

The president has come under fire for heading to the posh island off the coast of Massachusetts to spend the rest of the week at the home of billionaire Carlyle group co-founder David Rubenstein.

Biden ran for president as a symbol and representative of the middle class. The Biden family has been spending Thanksgiving on the island nearly every year since 1975, including when he was vice president.

Biden admin makes move on paused vax mandate

The Justice Department is seeking an immediate lift of an order halting the Biden administration’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for businesses, claiming delays will cost “many lives per day.”

“Delaying the Standard would likely cost many lives per day, in addition to large numbers of hospitalizations, other serious health effects,” the Department of Justice wrote to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The request comes as President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate faces emergency hearings, after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a temporary halt to the controversial order, citing “serious constitutional concerns.”

If the order is not lifted, officials requested that masking and regular testing requirements do go into effect as a “reasonably effective alternative.”

Biden confirms 2024 plans

President Joe Biden, who just turned 79, intends to run for re-election in 2024. The White House confirmed the persistent rumors, discounting the recent polling showing the Democrat president at record lows.

Speaking to reporters on board Air Force One on Monday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed Biden’s desire to run for re-election. The president and the first lady were en route to Fort Bragg, North Carolina for a “Friendsgiving” event with US troops based there.

Biden is already the oldest-serving US president, and will be 82 by the time the 2024 election rolls around. There was widespread speculation in 2020 that his running mate Kamala Harris was picked so she could be groomed to take over after one term. More speculation followed in recent days, as multiple polls showed Biden with record low approval ratings – and Harris even less popular than that.

Taxpayers Subsidize Manhattan Gallery Showcasing Hunter Biden Art

A Manhattan art gallery exhibiting and selling artwork from Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, received $580,000 in taxpayer-funded Covid-19 relief aid, about half of which came after Biden took office.

The Georges Berges Gallery only has two employees but it received a $150,000 “disaster assistance loan” from the Small Business Administration last year, according to public records, the New York Post reported.

The SBA later “revised” the loan, approving another $350,000 on July 26, shortly before the gallery exclusively marketed 15 paintings by Hunter Biden, public records show.

Texas AG Accuses Biden Admin Of Creating Border Crisis As Large Migrant Caravan Approaches

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has accused the Biden administration of not following federal laws and “inviting” illegal migrants by changing policies meant to discourage them from entering the country.

Paxton’s comments come as a migrant caravan with almost 3,000 Haitians and Central Americans reportedly departed Tapachula, Mexico late last week and were heading towards the southern border, according to Mexican news reports and social media.

Speaking to Fox News Live, Paxton described the situation as “deja-vu.”

“The Biden administration is not doing what they need to do to stop this. As a matter of fact, they’re inviting it,” he said.

“The border patrol is frustrated with having to deal with logistics and handling these families.”

Paxton said border agents are risking their lives but “are not encouraged to do their jobs … or protect the border. They’re not allowed to have the resources that they need.”

Biden Using Backdoor Rule To Pass Free College Agenda

Americans by and large oppose giveaways to the affluent or privileged, which explains why they consistently oppose forgiving college student-loan debt.

Eighty percent of Americans have no student loan debt, and those who carry debt are disproportionately millennials with advanced degrees – and higher earning potential.

Easy loan forgiveness falls under the umbrella of the free college agenda championed by most Democrats, but strong opposition led the Biden administration to drop free college from the spending bill it proposed last month.

Exclusive: Rep. Sabatini Warns ‘Scandal-Ridden’ Biden Admin. Playing ‘Dangerous Game’ Weaponizing FBI Against American People

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on Thursday, U.S. congressional candidate and state Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-FL) discussed the recent January 6 committee subpoenas to numerous former members of the Trump administration, warning of the legal precedents being set by the Department of Justice (DOJ) — an agency he deemed “rotten to its core” by the scandal-ridden Biden administration, which he accused of weaponizing the FBI against the American people.

January 6 Commission:

Sabatini began with his take on the House select committee’s aim to investigate the January 6 Capitol riot.

“The [committee’s] goal is to try and use process crimes to inflict pain on their [political] enemies because if someone did nothing wrong, it’s easier to just launch an investigation and then try to find fault related to where the process rolls out,” he said.

“Usually, it’s an obstruction charge,” he added.

Biden’s meeting with Canada & Mexico was more like a hostage scene than a summit

Justin Trudeau and Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador met with President Joe Biden at the White House this week. Both would do well to seek out more reliable, beneficial partners than the perennially controlling US.

As someone who grew up near the Canada-US border in the last quarter of the 20th century, my country was directly dependent on a strong American economy and defense. Which is why I, like so many – particularly on the right side of the political spectrum – advocated in favor of it. But times have changed.

Conventional defense, involving direct confrontation with traditional weapons, is rapidly fading in practice, in favor of more covert hybrid (and less easily attributable) tools like electronic and cyber warfare, drones, proxy fighters and information operations that target “hearts and minds” without firing a single conventional shot.
