Alan Dershowitz sues Netflix over Jeffrey Epstein documentary

Alan Dershowitz sued Netflix Wednesday over a Jeffrey Epstein documentary that he says bolstered “false allegations of sexual misconduct.”

The Harvard Law professor’s defamation suit in the Southern District of Florida seeks $80 million from the streaming giant, which released the “Filthy Rich” four-part series in May 2020.

Dershowitz’s claims center on the documentary’s account of allegations by Virginia Giuffre, who is one of Epstein’s most outspoken accusers.

Giuffre claims Epstein lent her to Dershowitz for sex. Dershowitz adamantly denies he slept with any Epstein victims, including Giuffre.

Dershowitz claims the series did not feature evidence that Netflix “had agreed to present.”
