Report: Iranian Nuclear Scientist Slain with Remote-control Robot Gun

Iran’s top nuclear scientist was assassinated by Israel’s national intelligence agency using a high-tech remote-controlled machine gun, according to a report published Saturday in the New York Times.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was shot on Nov. 27, 2020, while driving his Nissan Teana between a vacation home on the Caspian Sea and a country house and the town of Absard, where he planned to spend the weekend with his wife, according to the report.

Iranian agents working for Israel had parked a blue Nissan Zamyad pickup truck on the side of the road with a 7.62-mm sniper machine gun hidden among decoy construction materials.

An assassin with the Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency, fired the gun at Fakhrizadeh. The assassin was more than 1,000 miles away using an advanced robot to operate the weapon that was smuggled into the country in small pieces.

Lebanon submits letter to UN after Israel grants offshore contract to Halliburton

Lebanon has submitted a letter of protest to the United Nations and the Security Council after Israel granted US oilfield services group Halliburton an offshore drilling contract in the Mediterranean.

Lebanon's representative to the UN, Amal Mudallali, submitted the letter to both UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and the President of the Security Council, Ireland’s representative to the United Nations, Geraldine Byrne Nason, calling on the UNSC to "ensure that the drilling evaluation works are not located in a disputed area between Lebanon and Israel, in order to avoid any attack on Lebanon's rights and sovereignty."

The letter also called for efforts to "prevent any future drilling in the disputed areas and to avoid steps that may pose a threat to international peace and security."

After Israeli snipers killed 40 Palestinians in 3 months, army chief said, ‘This is not right, relax’

A pro-Israel group held a discussion three days ago that showcased its utter indifference to Palestinian lives. Israeli reporter Ohad Hemo told the Israel Policy Forum, an American Israel lobby organization, that after Israeli soldiers “easily” killed more than 40 Palestinians in the West Bank in two months, the army chief said, “This is not right,’ and ordered snipers to “relax.”

Susie Gelman, the chair of the Israel Policy Forum, had no response to the shocking report, but turned the discussion back to her “cause for concern” — Palestinian prisoners escaping an Israeli prison.

The Escape and Capture of Zakaria Zubeidi

Heroes are rare; they are tragic and inspiring at the same time. Such a real-life hero is Zakaria Zubeidi, 45, from Jenin in Palestine. A man of brawn and brain, of sword and harp, he was an al Aqsa Brigade commander as well as the director of the Freedom Theatre. Years ago, the Sunday Times called him ‘one of Israel’s most wanted and implacable enemies’. A cat of nine lives, he survived many Israeli assassination attempts; he had been in and out of jail many times; he got his first Israeli bullet at 13; his film premiere at 14.

Health Ministry chief says coronavirus spread reaching record heights

Health Ministry Director-General Nachman Ash said Tuesday that the current wave of coronavirus infections is surpassing anything seen in previous outbreaks and that he is disappointed that a recent downward trend appeared to be reversing.

Ash’s remarks via video call to the Knesset Constitution, Law, and Justice Committee came as Health Ministry figures showed that over 10,000 new COVID-19 cases were diagnosed the day before and that the positive test rate was climbing.

Pointing out that there is an average of 8,000 new infections each day, with occasional peaks over 10,000, he said, “That is a record that did not exist in the previous waves,” including the massive third wave at the end of last year.

Palestinian Factions Form Joint Operations Room in Jenin Refugee Camp

The Palestinian resistance factions announced yesterday the formation of “a joint operations room” in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, Anadolu has reported.

The military wings of Fatah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad are all involved, the first time that the three movements have joined forces in such joint action.

The agency quoted a resistance fighter from Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, a group affiliated with Fatah. “There is no room to talk [with Israel] except with bullets,” he said. “We are ready to fight and we will not retreat.”

From the ‘Iron Wall’ to the ‘Villa in the Jungle’: Palestinians Demolish Israel’s Security Myths

25 years before Israel was established on the ruins of historic Palestine, a Russian Jewish Zionist leader, Ze’ev Jabotinsky, argued that a Jewish state in Palestine could only survive if it exists "behind an iron wall" of defense.

Jabotinsky was speaking figuratively. However, future Zionist leaders, who embraced Jabotinsky’s teachings, eventually turned the principle of the iron wall into a tangible reality. Consequently, Israel and Palestine are now disfigured with endless barricades of walls, made of concrete and iron, which zigzag in and around a land that was meant to represent inclusion, spiritual harmony and co-existence.

Israeli Forces Injure Dozens of Palestinians at Anti-Settlement Protest near Nablus

At least 46 Palestinian protesters sustained injuries today when Israeli occupation forces attacked two anti-settlement protests in the villages of Beita and Beit Dajan, in the occupied West Bank province of Nablus, according to medical sources.

A spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC) in Nablus said five Palestinian protesters sustained injuries by Israeli rubber-coated rounds during the protest in Beita, while three others were injured due to falling on the ground while being chased by Israeli soldiers in the village. Dozens of protesters also suffered suffocation from tear gas inhalation.

Israel denies treatment to Palestinians with brain tumors

May was a horrific month in Gaza. Everyone was traumatized – and in many cases physically harmed – by a major Israeli attack which lasted 11 days.

Israel’s cruelty toward Palestinians continued after a ceasefire came into effect – as the case of Yahya al-Ijla illustrates.

Yahya, 24, was injured in the head and chest during the May offensive.

He had gone to a grocery store near his home in the Shujaiya area of Gaza City. The shop was destroyed in an Israeli airstrike; Yahya was outside it at the time.

Following the offensive, his family sought authorization for travel to a hospital in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron. Yahya needed treatment which was unavailable in Gaza.

"Israel" Seeks to Replace the US with China after Afghanistan Withdrawal

On August 28, 2021, "Israel’s" Prime Minister Naftali Bennet met with Biden’s administration to discuss how the United States expects "Israel" to act towards China. This comes a day after "Israel" inaugurated the Chinese-run Haifa port terminal which was leased to China for 25 years. On the same day, an opinion piece written by "Israel’s" former president Ehud Olmert appeared in the Jerusalem post, insisting that "Israel" should refuse US demands to cool relations with China. He expressed his worry that the US appears weak, and then in the next sentence, he felt obligated to insist that this had nothing to do with its withdrawal from Afghanistan. But reading between the lines the message is clear, the US is a falling empire, and rather than sink with the ship, "Israel" is preparing to jump to a new host.

Trump said Jared Kushner was 'more loyal to Israel than the US,' employing the dual loyalty trope against his Jewish son-in-law: book

Former President Donald Trump targeted his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, with off-color remarks suggesting he was more loyal to Israel than his home country — evoking an anti-Semitic trope in the process — during a White House meeting, according to Bob Woodward and Robert Costa's new book, "Peril."

"'You know,' Trump joked in another meeting, mocking his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who was raised in a modern Orthodox Jewish family and was working on Middle East peace, 'Jared's more loyal to Israel than the United States,'" Woodward and Costa wrote.

This was not the first time Trump has played into the dual loyalty trope or the anti-Semitic notion that Jewish Americans are more loyal to Israel than the US. "The charge of disloyalty has been used to harass, marginalize, and persecute the Jewish people for centuries," per the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).

Gaza: Disabled Palestinians recount horror of Israel's May offensive

Soon after Israel launched its 11-day war on the Gaza Strip in May, Foad Abu Joba’s family, who live in the al-Shuja'iyya neighbourhood, east of Gaza City, fled to a nearby UN refugee agency school to protect themselves from the falling shells.

The family wanted to avoid living through the same suffering they had endured during Israel's 51-day war on the besieged enclave in 2014.

“My family started collecting their things to go to the school at 7pm," Abu Joba, 29, who uses a wheelchair because of nerve damage in his legs, told Middle East Eye.

Covid Cases Explode In Heavily Pfizer Vaccinated Israel

Israel has 84% of its population aged 12 and up vaccinated.

Two days ago on Tuesday September 14, 2021, the Times of Israel reported that “the current wave of coronavirus infections is surpassing anything seen in previous outbreaks.” Health Ministry data “showed that 10,000 new covid cases were diagnosed in a single day.” And climbing. Instead of the predicted steady drop in outbreaks of new cases because of vaccination, the cases have exploded. Despite one of the highest rates of vaccination of all countries, Israel has the world’s largest number of Covid cases per capita. It is two times larger than the US per capita rate.

We can conclude from Israel’s experience that either the Pfizer vaccine does not protect against Covid, of which Israel seems to be heavily infected, or the vaccine causes Covid, or causes adverse reactions that are confused with Covid.

New Jersey Moves to Divest From Ben & Jerry’s Parent Company Over Israeli Settlement Ban

New Jersey is set to divest pension funds from the parent company of Ben & Jerry’s over the Vermont-based ice cream company’s decision to stop selling its product in illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank.

There are currently over 30 US states with laws against the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement that calls for international boycotts to put pressure on Israel over its war crimes against the Palestinians. The law prohibits the states from doing business with individuals or companies that boycott Israel.

New Jersey’s Division of Investment said Tuesday that it made a preliminary determination that keeping investments in Unilever, of which Ben & Jerry’s is a subsidiary, violates its anti-BDS laws. The state gave Unilever 90 days to convince Ben & Jerry’s to change the move.

I guess things are great in New Jersey if the government has nothing better to do than worry about Israel!

Gantz Says Israel Could Accept a US Return to Iran Nuclear Deal

In an interview with Foreign Policy, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Israel could accept a revival of a US-negotiated Iran nuclear deal if there are backup plans that involve more sanctions and possible military actions.

“The current US approach of putting the Iran nuclear program back in a box, I’d accept that,” Gantz said when asked about the Biden administration’s Iran strategy. The comment signals a possible shift in Israel’s stance on the Iran nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA, although Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has repeatedly said he is opposed to a revival of the agreement.

Gantz said Israel wants to see a “viable US-led plan B” that includes more economic pressure if the talks fail, although Iran is already under an enormous amount of US sanctions. “Israel has no ability to lead a real plan B, we can’t put together an international economic sanctions regime. This has to be led by the US,” he said.

Who do they think they are? Israel tells US to ease off Saudi, Egypt human rights

Israeli officials warned the United States not to hold Saudi Arabia and Egypt accountable for human rights abuses, or else risk driving them into the arms of China, Russia, and Iran. This would contradict President Biden and Secretary of State Blinken’s pledge to “put human rights at the center of U.S. foreign policy.”

Israel need not worry: despite his campaign rhetoric lambasting Trump’s fondness for Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman and President Sisi, since taking office Biden has made few efforts to pressure the Saudi or Egyptian governments on human rights. Washington did pause the bonanza of weapons sales to Saudi Arabia, but then allowed certain sales to go through.

Prisoners recaptured: lawyer visits denied, allegations of torture and mistreatment

After one of the most dramatic prison escapes in Palestinian history, four of the six political prisoners who escaped a maximum security Israeli prison last week were recaptured over the weekend.

The four prisoners, Zakaria Zubeidi, Mohammed Qassem Ardah, Mahmoud Abdullah Ardah and Yaqoub Mahmoud Qadri were all captured by Israeli forces over the weekend in and around the Nazareth area in northern Israel.

Mahmoud Ardah and Yaqoub Qadri were captured on Friday night in a neighborhood in Nazareth city, while Zakaria Zubeidi and Mohammed Ardah were captured just hours later hiding in a truck parking lot outside Nazareth.

The two remaining prisoners, Ayham Kamanji and Munadil Nfeiat, are still at large. Early reports claimed two prisoners escaped to Jordan, though recent reports from Palestinian media claimed that the two had made their way to the West Bank.

‘NY Times’ fearmongers about the Iran nuclear deal, while ignoring Israel’s efforts to sabotage it

One U.S. publication just covered the stalled negotiations over the Iran nuclear deal fairly and honestly. Another ran a distorted, alarmist report that could have been written by Israel’s Hasbara Central propaganda department. The valuable report was in Responsible Statecraft, a new outlet that is gaining respect and influence but is still small. The biased article is on page 7 of today’s New York Times.

Let’s start with the Times. The fearmongering is right in the headline: “Iran Nears an Atomic Milestone.” The first sentence says, “Iran has come within roughly a month of having enough material to fuel a single nuclear weapon. . .” Paragraph after paragraph sound the alarm: “Iran has not been this close to a weapon capability since before President Obama agreed to the 2015 nuclear accord.” David E. Sanger and William J. Broad do perfunctorily note that “Iran continues to insist that it has no desire for a nuclear arsenal,” but then they go straight back to the warnings.

Israeli court orders Hamas to pay $11.8m for 'murdering settlers'

An Israeli court in Jerusalem ordered the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement on Monday to pay NIS38 million ($11.8m) to the families of three Israeli settlers who went missing in the occupied West Bank in 2014, Ynet News has reported. Gilad Shaar, Eyal Yifrach and Naftali Fraenkel went missing in June 2014 and were eventually found dead.

Israel has accused Hamas of kidnapping and murdering the settlers. At the time, young Palestinian Hussam Al-Qawasmeh, from the occupied city of Hebron, was detained by the Israeli occupation forces and accused of planning the alleged crime.

In a brutal act of revenge and collective punishment — a war crime — Israel launched a military offensive against the Palestinians in Gaza that lasted 51 days, during which more than 2,260 Palestinians were killed. More than 11,000 others were wounded, dozens of them with life-changing injuries.

Does Israel want to end its forever wars in Gaza?

Israel is finally waking up to the stark reality that it can no longer continue with its forever wars in Gaza. This was the critical message from Foreign Minister Yair Lapid when he spoke at a conference at Reichman University in Herzliya last weekend: "The State of Israel has a duty to tell its citizens we have turned every stone in an attempt to deal with the Gazan issue."

After 15 years of relentless blockade and four destructive wars, Gaza remains indomitable. Lapid's sense of hopelessness is not without precedent. In 1992, former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin famously lamented: "Try to give it back to the Egyptians, and they will say, 'You are stuck with it.'" He then added: "I wish the Gaza Strip would sink into the water, but I cannot find for it such a solution."

Bennett says he won’t meet Mahmoud Abbas, Palestinian state a ‘terrible mistake’

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said on Tuesday that he sees no reason for him to meet with Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas, despite a number of high-level contacts between Israel’s new government and the PA.

Bennett, speaking to the Kan public broadcaster as part of a series of interviews he gave to Israeli news outlets, cited the PA’s pursuit of war crimes charges against Israel at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and continued payment of monthly stipends to security prisoners, including those convicted of killing Israelis.

“I don’t see any logic in meeting someone who is suing IDF soldiers at The Hague and accusing them of war crimes, and at the same time paying salaries to terrorists,” Bennett told the Kan public broadcaster. “I don’t see the logic in meeting him.”

WATCH: Israeli Forces Attack Primary School Students with Teargas Canisters

Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday attacked Palestinian primary school students with teargas canisters in Tubas, in the occupied West Bank.

The Red Cross said that over 30 Palestinian students in an elementary school in the Tayasir village suffocated as Israeli forces fired teargas canisters fired towards them during a raid of the village.

Local sources said that Israeli forces fired teargas canisters directly and heavily towards the students, resulting in dozens of suffocation cases.

Video footage shows the young students crying and screaming as the teargas fired towards them caused burning and pain in their eyes, throat, lungs and skin.

Prison wardens and security officials at Gilboa and Shita prisons may also face retaliatory attacks from prisoners in response to the "violent repression against them".

The first phase of the hunger strike will begin on Friday across eight prisons, including Gilboa jail, and will be expanding on 21 September with 100 senior detained leaders joining the hunger strike.

'No humanity or respect': Israel detains Palestinian father of cancer-stricken child

Israeli forces arrested dozens of Palestinians in the occupied territories on Tuesday, including the father of a cancer-stricken child - who's image bidding farewell to his son went viral on social media.

Hijazi al-Qawasmi, a father of four, was detained in Hebron after heavily armed Israeli police raided his home shortly before midday, his family told Middle East Eye.

REPORT: 14 ISRAELIS INFECTED WITH COVID DESPITE 3RD VACCINE DOSE

More than a dozen Israelis who have been vaccinated three times against SARS-CoV-2 have been diagnosed with the virus in spite of the vaccines, according to a new report Sunday evening.

According to data from Israel’s Health Ministry which was published in a report by Channel 12 Sunday evening, fourteen people who have received a third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine were diagnosed with the coronavirus at least seven days after receiving the third dose.

Drones, Likely Israeli, Attack Militia Sites on Iraq-Syria Border

A fleet of drones of as-yet-unidentified origin have carried out attacks on Shi’ite militia targets along the Syria-Iraq border. The early reports from Iraq were that the casualties were only on the Syrian side.

The militias in question are holdovers from the ISIS war, anti-ISIS forces that fought on both sides of the border. The US is hostile to the militia, but was quick to deny involvement in the attack. Israel has commonly launched attacks in this area, and there is ample speculation that they are the culprit.

Media reports, particularly Israeli reports, try to spin these militias as Iranian, even though in practice they are nearly all based in Iraq. Apart from increasingly rare engagements against ISIS, the groups are mostly targeted by Israel and/or the US.

ISRAELI STUDY: Fully Vaxxed Are 27 Times More Likely To Get COVID Compared To People With Natural Immunity

A new study out of Israel, pending peer review, has found that “fully vaccinated” people are 27 times more likely to get infected with COVID-19, develop symptoms, and 8 times more likely to experience hospitalization than unvaccinated people with natural immunity.
A new study from Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries in the world, claims that “fully vaccinated” people are significantly more likely to get infected with COVID-19 and develop symptoms requiring hospitalization than those who are unvaccinated and have the natural immunity that comes from catching the virus and recovering.

The study, Comparing SARS-CoV-2 natural immunity to vaccine-induced immunity: reinfections versus breakthrough infections, examined medical records of tens of thousands of people between the dates of June 1 and August 14 and is currently the largest real-world observational study to date on coronavirus immunity with respects to both vaccinated and unvaccinated people.

Hashtag #Untie_Our_Hands: How Many More Palestinians Must Die for Israel’s ‘Security’?

A large Israeli army campaign is taking social media by storm. The installed aim of what is known as the "#Untie_Our_Hands" initiative is the desire to kill, with no accountability, more Palestinian protesters at the Gaza fence. The campaign was motivated by the killing of an Israeli sniper, Babel Hadaria Shmueli, who was reportedly shot from the Palestinian side of the fence on August 21.

An immediate question comes to mind: what do Israeli soldiers want, considering that they have already killed over 300 unarmed Palestinian protesters and wounded and maimed thousands more at the Gaza fence during what Palestinians referred to as the "Great March of Return" between 2018 and 2020?

This "march" is now being renewed, though it often takes place at night, where frustrated Palestinian youth gather in their thousands, chanting anti-Israeli occupation slogans and, at times, throwing rocks at Israeli snipers who are stationed nearly a mile away.

Israeli Warplanes Destroy Poultry Farms in Gaza Strip

Overnight, Israeli warplanes were reported to have attacked the Gaza Strip, intending to hit military targets belonging to Hamas. The reports out of the strip suggest no real damage or casualties on the military targets.

That doesn’t mean Israel did nothing, however, as videos and photos emerged from the area around Rafah to show that Israel attacked and destroyed three poultry farms. The video showed the sites, which were being restored after the most recent war, were attacked again.

Each farm was described as having more than 2,000 chickens when attacked during the war. The owner says the three sites were all “empty” and in the process of being repaired. A lot of new damage was caused, and they are starting from scratch in trying to restore the farms.

As is usually the case, Israel offered next to no details on its attacks, or why it was that the empty farms were attacked again.

The ‘Pegasus’ Saga: All iPhone Devises Were Exploited by Israeli Spy Tech Firm, Report Indicates

The digital rights group CitizenLab has discovered a vulnerability that allowed Israeli spyware company NSO Group to implant its Pegasus malware onto virtually every iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch device.

CitizenLab revealed the vulnerability on Monday, a week after discovering it by analyzing the phone of a Saudi activist that had been infected with the malware. The discovery was announced to the public shortly after Apple rolled out an update to patch the vulnerability.

The vulnerability allowed the NSO Group’s clients to send malicious files disguised as .gif files to a target’s phone, which would then exploit “an integer overflow vulnerability in Apple’s image rendering library” and leave the phone open to the installation of NSO Group’s now-infamous ‘Pegasus’ malware.

The exploit is what’s known as a ‘zero-click’ vulnerability, meaning that the target user would not have to click a suspicious link or file to allow the malware onto their device.

Recaptured Palestinian Gilboa escapees 'risk being tortured'

A Palestinian prisoners' rights group has sounded the alarm over the wellbeing of four Gilboa Prison escapees who were recaptured by Israel, amid reports of possible torture.

Number of Jewish Americans Moving to Illegal Settlements Increases ‘Dramatically’

The number of Jewish Americans moving into illegal settlements in the Israeli-occupied West Bank has increased dramatically, according to recent data from Tel-Aviv’s Central Bureau of Statistics.

Out of the 2,296 US citizens who migrated to Israel last year, 191 moved into illegal settlements. This represents nearly a threefold increase from the previous year when less than three percent settled in Palestinian territory.

American Jews are also the most likely to settle in occupied territory compared with fellow Jews from other parts of the world. While they accounted for just over ten percent of all the newcomers arriving in Israel last year, they made up nearly a third of those opting to settle in the West Bank.

Architectures of delusion

The symbolism is irresistible: six men—political prisoners according to world opinion, terrorists according to their captors—tunneled out of Israel’s Gilboa, a heavily guarded colonial stockade, and then disappeared into the early morning darkness in an escape so daring and unlikely that it surely would become a big-budget production if Hollywood didn’t hate Palestinians.

The hole from which they emerged beyond the prison wall couldn’t have been much more than a foot in diameter. How did six grown men squeeze through such a small cavity? How did they manage this feat of primitive engineering? How did they bamboozle the Zionist security apparatus? We don’t know. They just did. This unknowability informs the magic of their escape.

Forensic Architecture victory shows that Palestine censorship must be confronted

Last month the investigative group Forensic Architecture pulled a show from the University of Manchester’s Whitworth Gallery after a statement of solidarity with Palestine was removed.

“Forensic Architecture stands with Palestine,” read a statement in the group’s Cloud Studies exhibition. “We believe this liberation struggle is inseparable from other global struggles against racism, white supremacy, antisemitism, and settler-colonial violence and we acknowledge its particularly close entanglement with the Black liberation struggle around the world.”

The group (which has been nominated for a Turner Prize for its digital models of crime scenes) was immediately targeted by a Zionist organization called UK Lawyers For Israel (UKLFI), who claimed that the note was “incendiary and by its very nature one-sided.” UKLFI has been targeting the Palestine solidarity movement since 2012 and has direct connections to the Israeli government.

srael’s ‘Fourth Wave’ Data: Vaccination Does Not Appear to Prevent Infection

What has become clear is that the vaccinated population became infected at about the same rate as the vaccination rate in a given age group – meaning vaccination did not correlate with a decrease in infection. Sampling bias is also matter for concern, as the unvaccinated are tested far more than the vaccinated due to the Green Passport that requires the unvaccinated to be tested in order to go to indoor events, restaurants, etc. This would indicate that the unvaccinated became infected to a lesser extent than the vaccinated, however, since the Ministry of Health stopped publishing the vaccination status of all those who are tested, the degree to which the selection bias is a factor is unknown.

This data has wide policy implications, including Israel’s decision to start the third injection. Perhaps most significant is that vaccine passports are based on the assumption that the vaccination limits the spread of the virus, which this data shows not to be the case.

Hot Mic Catches Israeli Health Minister Admitting Vaccine Passports Are About Coercion

Unaware that he was on a hot mic and being broadcast live on a TV station, Israeli health minister Nitzan Horowitz admitted that vaccine passports were primarily about coercing skeptical people to get the vaccine.

“Imposing “green pass” rules on certain venues is needed only to pressure members of the public to get vaccinated, and not for medical reasons, Israeli Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz said on Sunday, ahead of the weekly Cabinet meeting,” reports Jewish News Syndicate.

Israel Claims Iran ‘Exporting Aerial Terrorism’ by Training Militias to Use Advanced Drones

Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United States have repeatedly accused Iran of supplying militias, some of them allied with regional governments, with unmanned aerial vehicles used to attack oil refineries, military facilities, and other targets. Tehran has for the most part denied these allegations.

Israeli Defence Minister Benny Gantz has accused Tehran of training militias from across the Middle East in the use of advanced drones directly at a military base situated in central Iran.

In a presentation at Reichman University in the town of Herzilya outside Tel Aviv on Sunday, Gantz claimed that “terrorists from Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon are receiving training on how to operate Iran-made drones in the Kashan Base north of Isfahan,” and alleged that “Kashan is leading Iran’s export of aerial terrorism in the region.”

America's forever foreign policy debate: Groupthink recipe for perpetual disasters

Lawrence Davidson argues that the confinement of debate over the course of Washington's foreign policy to insiders dooms the US to repeat its foreign fiascos and renders such policy "the product of the desires of dominant lobbies pursuing parochial interests".

Israeli Study: Having SARS-CoV-2 Once Confers Better Immunity to Delta Variant than Vaccine

In light of Biden’s power-grabbing pandemic proposals, the Legal Insurrection team thought it might be a good idea to look at the protections offered from natural immunity after a coronavirus infection occurs.

A new Israeli study offers intriguing insights into the power of the human body to respond to infection. Data suggest that having SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) confers greater immunity to the Delta variant than the vaccine. I will note that the following information was published in Science, so I am going to assume our Big Tech overlords are not going to tag this as “misinformation.”

Israeli soldiers fire tear gas, live rounds at Palestinians workers near Ramallah

Israeli soldiers chased and attacked dozens of Palestinian workers on Sunday as they tried to enter their workplaces inside of Israel, the Palestinian Authority's news agency Wafa reported.

The workers were attempting to access their workplaces inside Israel through a crossing point near the village of Ni’lin, to the west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank when they were charged at by the soldiers.

Mayor of Ni’lin, Emad Khawaja, said Israeli soldiers fired live shots and teargas at the workers, causing many cases of suffocation from teargas inhalation.

Israel arrests more family members of Palestinian prison escapees

Israel has arrested more relatives of a group of Palestinians who escaped from a West Bank jail on Monday, stepping up what campaigners have branded a wave of "collective punishment" in the wake of the embarrassing security incident.

A massive manhunt has been underway in the occupied West Bank after six Palestinian prisoners - including five members of the Islamic Jihad group - managed to tunnel out of the supposedly high security Gilboa prison.

The Palestinian Prisoners Club said that two brothers and a sister of Mahmud Ardah, who is suspected of planning the escape, were arrested on Friday morning in the town of Arraba, near Jenin.

Other relatives of the prisoners - who all originate from Jenin - were also arrested on Wednesday, the group said.

Palestinian factions and activists had called for a "day of rage" on Friday to support the prisoners.

The Dancing Israelis: FBI Docs Shed Light on Apparent Mossad Foreknowledge of 9/11 Attacks

For nearly two decades, one of the most overlooked and little known arrests made in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks was that of the so-called “High Fivers,” or the “Dancing Israelis.” However, new information released by the FBI on May 7 has brought fresh scrutiny to the possibility that the “Dancing Israelis,” at least two of whom were known Mossad operatives, had prior knowledge of the attacks on the World Trade Center.

ISRAEL DID 9/11 - ALL THE PROOF IN THE WORLD

Sep 10 13:44

9/11 Was an Israeli Job

Thanks to courageous investigators, many anomalies in the official explanation of the events of 9/11 were posted on the Internet in the following months, providing evidence that this was a false flag operation, and that Osama bin Laden was innocent, as he repeatedly declared in the Afghan and Pakistani press and on Al Jazeera.[1] The proofs of this appalling fraud have been accumulating ever since, and are now accessible to anyone willing to spend a few hours of research on the Web. (Although, while preparing this article, I noticed that Google is now making access to that research more difficult than it was five years ago, artificially prioritizing anti-conspiracy sites.)

Distraught Israeli Mother Describes Attempted Forced Vaccination of Her Child [VIDEO]

If this testimony of attempted (and successfully executed) forced vaccination of 18 year olds in the middle of the night at an army base is true, it just adds to the bewildering, horribly ironic situation of Israeli elites using their own people as medical guinea pigs. This mum does raise the Nazi theme, quite rightly.

Fortunately, the girl in question was not vaccinated because she fought back hard. At least we can say that they didn’t ultimately force her 100%. But many others were, who didn’t have the personal strength or development to stand up to uniformed-authority-figures who literally SAT ON the young girls, ordering them to be vaccinated immediately. Reflect on those words. How many 18 year olds anywhere would have this kind of strength? Very few indeed. What kind of society would do this to their young? Isn’t the military supposed to protect its citizens from foreign enemies?

When did Israeli youth fall into this category?

The longstanding complicity of the Israeli Medical Association with torture in Israel

During the Middle Ages in Europe the practice of torture drew distinction from its association with confessed truth, repentance, and salvation, yet by 1874 Victor Hugo could write that “torture has ceased to exist.” However there has never been any doubt that torture would outlive its obituarists. In 2015 Amnesty International noted that 157 states had ratified the UN Convention of Torture, yet 141 states had used torture in the previous 5 years – this included Western supposedly liberal democracies. Torture is a form of terrorism.

Israeli FM Says Israel Will Act Against Iran if the World Doesn’t

Yair Lapid said if Iran acquires nuclear weapons it will start an arms race, ignoring the fact that Israel has nuclear weapons

by Dave DeCamp Posted onSeptember 9, 2021CategoriesNewsTagsIran, Israel
Israel’s Foreign Minister Yair Lapid on Thursday said Israel “reserves the right” to act against Iran to stop it from obtaining nuclear weapons if the rest of the world doesn’t take action.

“The world needs to stop Iran from getting a nuclear capability, no matter the price. If the world doesn’t do it, Israel reserves the right to act,” Lapid said in Moscow while meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Israel attacks solidarity protests for escaped Palestinians

Dozens of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank have been wounded in confrontations with Israeli soldiers while protesting in solidarity with six Palestinian men who managed to escape a high-security Israeli prison earlier this week.

Relatives of Palestinian prisoners have been arrested as Israel launched a massive manhunt to capture the six men who tunnelled out of the Gilboa jail on Monday.

Calls for 'Friday of rage' as Israel bans family visits to Palestinian prisoners

Israel has banned family visits for Palestinian prisoners and extended its military closure of the occupied West Bank, as it continues searching for six Palestinian prisoners who escaped Gilboa prison four days ago.

On Wednesday evening, the Palestinian Red Cross told families of Palestinian prisoners that all prison visits in September had been cancelled by the Israel Prison Service (IPS) and that no new visits could be booked.

The decision comes after two days of tension inside Gilboa, Megiddo, Rimon and Katziot prisons in Israel. Palestinian prisoners have protested Israeli procedures to isolate and transfer some of them to other prisons following the Gilboa jailbreak, which has been described as "a major security and intelligence failure" by Israel's police apparatus.

100 Palestinian protesters injured by Israeli soldiers in West Bank: medics

At least 100 Palestinian protesters were injured on Wednesday in clashes with Israeli soldiers near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinian medics and eyewitnesses said.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement that 100 Palestinians were injured by Israeli soldiers in clashes with Israeli soldiers in the villages of Beita and Huwara near Nablus.

The statement added that ten were shot, including nine with rubber-coated metal bullets and 90 others suffered suffocation after inhaling teargas fired by the soldiers to disperse the protesters.

Eyewitnesses in the two villages told Xinhua that dozens of Palestinian protesters took to the streets, burned tires and threw stones at Israeli soldiers who fired teargas and gunshots to disperse them.

PCHR: Weekly Report on Israeli Human Rights Violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory

Israeli forces continued to commit crimes and multi-layered violations against Palestinian civilians and their properties, including raids into Palestinian cities that are characterized with excessive use of force, assault, abuse, and attacks on civilians, turning the West Bank into isolated blocks of land. Israeli settlement expansion on Palestinian properties and land continued.

The Israeli settlement expansion works continued on Palestinian lands and properties. This week, the Israeli prison authorities conducted a retaliatory oppression campaign and collective punishment against hundreds of Palestinians in Israeli prisons in the aftermath of Palestinians fleeing Galboa prison earlier this week. Meanwhile, the Gaza Strip enters its 15th year under closure, exacerbating the humanitarian hardships across the territory.

Blinken Says US Getting 'Closer' To Giving Up On Iran Nuclear Deal

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has warned Iran that Washington is getting 'closer' to giving up on hopes of returning to the restoration of the JCPOA nuclear deal.

This after the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued two confidential reports Tuesday which charged Iranian officials with blocking access to sites, all the while allegedly expanding its nuclear activity. The IAEA said its inspection efforts are being "seriously undermined".

New Israeli Film Paints Sympathetic Picture of Jewish Terrorists Who Tried to Murder Millions

An upcoming Israeli film that sympathetically portrays a group of Jewish terrorists who attempted to murder millions of German civilians by poisoning their water supply is enjoying uncritical publicity in Zionist media.

The film, “Plan A,” is based on a true story that director Yoav Paz extensively researched through recently unveiled testimony as well as the book Li Nakam Veshilem (Vengeance and Retribution are Mine) by historian Dina Porat.

Following the end of the second world war, a group of approximately 50 Jews led by communist partisan and Israeli national poet Abba Kovner formed a group called “Nakam,” or “the avengers.”

Israel: manhunt for escaped prisoners achieves nothing

For the third day running, Israeli security and intelligence services are continuing their massive manhunt for the six Palestinian prisoners who escaped from the high-security Gilboa Prison overnight on Sunday. Thus far, their efforts have been unsuccessful.

An Israel Prison Service official described the escape of the six Palestinian prisoners as a "major security and intelligence failure." Palestinian resistance groups hailed it as "heroic act."

According to a report on Israeli Channel 13 TV, "There is no tangible intelligence information on the table for Shin Bet [internal security agency], police investigators or anyone else. This is a big problem."

The journalist pointed out that the main tactic is to apply pressure on the ground. Many officers have been deployed across occupied Palestinian land and in Israel simultaneously.

How many more Palestinians must die for the sake of Israel's 'security'?

A major Israeli army campaign is taking social media by storm. The unstated aim of the "#Untie_Our_Hands" initiative is the desire to kill, with no accountability, more Palestinian protesters at the nominal border with the Gaza Strip. The campaign was motivated by the killing of an Israeli sniper, Barel Hadaria Shmueli, who was reportedly shot from the Palestinian side of the fence on 21 August.

My immediate question is this: what more do Israeli soldiers want? They have already killed more than 300 unarmed Palestinian protesters and wounded and maimed thousands more at the Gaza fence during what Palestinians referred to as the "Great March of Return" protests between 2018 and 2020. And they have done so with impunity. Nobody is "tying their hands".

The Palestinian mind beats Israel's machines of war

An escape from Gilboa Prison in Bisan, northern Palestine, yesterday is reminiscent of the great escape in 1968 and an attempt to escape 20 years ago from the same prison.

The escape operation was a blow to the Israeli security service, as the prisons service and its various agencies take several measures to prevent an escape of this kind. The measures include:

All floors in the rooms are concrete with a layer of very durable reinforced iron.

Steel iron, cast with a special strong material, is put on the windows, which have early-warning sensors that warn the jailers when they are tampered with.

Thick reinforced concrete walls.

An internal 8-metre high fence with barbed wire.

Guard dogs spread across the prison walls, covering all the grounds.

A high barbed wire fence.

The street surrounding the prison is patrolled continuously.

Activists launch campaign to boycott Duty Free Americas over support for Israeli settler organizations

The South Florida Coalition for Palestine is calling for a boycott of Duty Free Americas over the Miami-based company’s connection to illegal Israeli settlements and the forced expulsion of Palestinians.

The Duty Free Americas chain is owned by the Falic family, who operate more 180 stores at airports and border crossings in the United States and Latin America. According to a 2019 AP investigation the Falics have donated $5.6 million to settler groups over a ten-year period. They’ve also lent financial support to racist, ultra-nationalist Jewish groups in Hebron.

Simon Falic, one of the three brothers who runs Duty Free, told the AP that Jews should be able to live in any part of the Holy Land they want. “We are proud to support organizations that help promote Jewish life all over the Land of Israel,” he said. “The idea that the mere existence of Jewish life in any geographical area is an impediment to peace makes no sense to us.”

Israel’s Nukes

The big focus was obviously Iran. Everyone knows Israel has nuclear weapons and regularly threatens its neighbors with violence but Iran enriching a small amount of uranium is akin to genocide or something. The Biden administration is trying to reboot the Iran Deal and Israel is openly trying to tank this prospect. Bennett obviously didn’t get the answers he wanted on that front but Biden did not rule potentially attacking the country or strengthening sanctions even more. “We’re putting diplomacy first and see where that takes us. But if diplomacy fails, we’re ready to turn to other options,” said the president.

Israeli Military ‘Greatly Accelerating’ Plans to Attack Iran

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi said in an interview published Monday that plans to attack Iran have been “greatly accelerated.”

The IDF chief told Israel’s Walla News that “a significant chunk of the boost to the defense budget, as was recently agreed, was intended for this purpose. It’s a very complicated job, with much more intelligence, much more operational capabilities, much more armaments. We’re working on all these things.”

Kohavi framed Israel’s attacks throughout the region as action against Iran. He said the IDF’s current objective is “minimizing Iranian presence in the Middle East, with an emphasis on Syria.” Israel is constantly bombing Syria. These airstrikes are rarely acknowledged by Israeli officials, but when they are, the Israelis claim they are attacking Iranian forces. But the bombings mainly target Syrian troops and members of Iraq’s Shia militias.

Conflicts of Interest: Biden Puts Israel First

On COI #157, Connor Freeman – writer at the Libertarian Institute – returns to the show to discuss Biden’s Israel policy. Biden entered office with a prime opportunity to revive the Iran nuclear deal, but has instead caved to the demands of Tel Aviv. Now the deal is nearly dead and Israel is plotting more actions against Iran with US support. Returning to the deal could help Washington disengage from the Middle East, but Biden is sticking with an ‘Israel First’ policy.

In the occupied territories, the Palestinians continue to suffer under a brutal military regime. In recent weeks, Palestinians – including children – were gunned down and others had their homes destroyed by the Israeli forces. The behavior of the occupying forces is unsurprising as Human Rights Watch recently reported Israel likely committed war crimes by bombing apartment buildings in Gaza.

Israel-Palestine: 'No war, no peace' apartheid is Bennett's best case scenario

“There is no diplomatic process with the Palestinians, nor will there be one,” said a source close to Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett last week after his defence minister, Benny Gantz, met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Thus is Bennett’s spiritual world revealed: a world in which Israel, and only Israel, exists, and where the Palestinians will never, under any circumstances, even if they change their positions, be able to attain equality with Israelis and negotiate with them as equals. There is a word for that: racism.

Nearly a decade ago, Bennett entered national politics after serving as director-general of the Yesha Council, the leading settler institution, although he himself was never a settler and doesn’t live beyond the Green Line. In a now-famous interview, he said: “The Palestinian problem is like shrapnel in the butt.”

The bombing took place shortly before midnight on Monday local time. The Palestinian Quds News Network claimed that Israeli jets and drones circled overhead before launching airstrikes on the city of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Enormous explosions were captured on video, with the Israeli bombs sending columns of smoke and fire into the night sky.

Guinea Pigs United – Is Mass Vaccination Creating New Strains? Covid-19, the virus that was supposed to disappear from our lives, mutated into something else.

Not many countries are brave or reckless enough to execute a vast medical experiment on their entire population and put vulnerable people at risk. Britain and Israel did.
On December 8, Britain was the first Western country to start “immunising its population.” Two weeks later, just a few days before Christmas, Britain grasped that it was in serious trouble. Covid-19, the virus that was supposed to disappear from our lives, mutated into something else. On December 19, PM Boris Johnson admitted that British scientists had identified a new Covid-19 mutant that is ‘70% more transmissible’ than its ancestors. Britain introduced tighter local restrictions, yet despite these, along with the vast vaccination campaign, the numbers of Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths kept rising. They are escalating exponentially on a daily basis.

Denied by Israel, Palestinians aspire to family reunification

Following an announcement by the Palestinian Authority (PA) that Israel has approved 5,000 family reunification requests, Palestinians gathered outside the offices of the Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority, the body that officially receives the requests on Israel's behalf, to submit their documents.

Thousands of Palestinians who have lost their case for family reunification have been living without ID cards hence restricting their movement and putting them at risk of Israeli persecution or deportation from the West Bank.

The issue of family reunification is a matter of concern for thousands of Palestinians whose legal presence in the occupied Palestinian territories is not recognised by Israel.

These individuals have families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and have entered with temporary or "tourist" permits, while others have tied the knot with other nationalities before having their family reunification requests granted.

Scores of Israeli settlers force their way into Al-Aqsa complex

Scores of Israeli settlers forced their way into the flashpoint Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem on Sunday, according to a Palestinian agency.

In a statement, the Jordan-run Islamic Waqf Department, which oversees the holy sites in Jerusalem, said 144 settlers entered the complex under police protection, passing through from the Al-Maqaribe (Moroccans) Gate southwest of the mosque.

The group left the sacred site after wandering in the courtyard of Haram al-Sharif.

According to the peace treaty signed between Israel and Jordan on October 26, 1994, Masjid al-Aqsa is under the auspices of the Jerusalem Islamic Waqf Administration, which is affiliated with the Jordanian Ministry of Foundations, Islamic Affairs, and Holiness.

‘This is life from now on’: Israel’s coronavirus czar warns people to prepare for a ‘fourth injection’ of Covid vaccine

With over 2.5 million Israelis already inoculated with three Covid-19 vaccine doses, the national coronavirus czar, Salman Zarka, has said preparations need to begin for an eventual fourth jab due to the virus’ growing variants.

Yet another round of booster shots will be needed for the vaccinated in order to keep up with coronavirus variants, said Zarka, the head of the special task force set up to coordinate Israel's fight against Covid-19, in an interview with Kan public radio on Saturday.

'This is Our Life From Now On': Israelis Told to Prepare For Fourth CV Booster Shot

Israel's national coronavirus czar Salman Zarka is telling the public to prepare to take booster shots every five months as the virus "is here to stay."

Sep 05 09:36

How (and why) Israel changed what “fully vaccinated” means

To quote Dr Salman Zarka, Israel’s “coronavirus czar”:

"We are updating what it means to be vaccinated,”

So, there you have it. In Israel, officially, those who have been injected with two doses of Pfizer’s so-called vaccine are no longer counted as vaccinated.

What does this mean?

Well, first of all, it means all those “vaccinated” people can kiss their recently acquired freedoms goodbye, unless they’re willing to get at least one more booster.

According to the Wall Street Journal [paywalled article]:

Holders of Israel’s vaccine passports must get a third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine within six months of their second dose, or lose the so-called green pass that allows them more freedom.”

It should also be noted that the third booster is not considered the last.

Israel inaugurates Chinese-run Haifa port terminal, in likely boost for economy

Israel on Wednesday officially inaugurated a new port terminal in Haifa Bay, the first of two recently built private port terminals that are expected to fuel competition, decrease import costs, and present a boon for the Israeli economy. Almost all of Israel’s international trade is handled via maritime routes and the Haifa port is the busiest shipping hub in the country, managing approximately half of all freight.

China’s state-owned Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) won the tender in 2015 to operate the commercial shipping facility for 25 years, an arrangement that stoked controversy in Israel and abroad. The project’s proximity to Israel’s submarines, among other issues, raised security concerns, especially after reports revealed that neither the cabinet nor the National Security Council had any input on the deal. The project also raised the ire of the US, which sometimes docks military vessels in Haifa.

Syrian air defences fire on Israeli missiles over Damascus - state news

Syrian air defences shot down missiles fired by Israel in the skies over the capital Damascus, Syria's state news agency said early on Friday.

"The Israeli enemy carried out an air aggression from the direction southeast of Beirut, targeting some points in the vicinity of the city of Damascus," a Syrian military source was quoted as saying in a statement published on state television.

Syrian TV showed scenes of air defences shooting at targets over the city.

"Our air defence confronted the aggressor's missiles and shot down most of them, and the losses were limited to materiel," the statement said.

The Israeli military declined comment on the reported strike in Syria.

It’s Time To Reassess Our Relationship With Israel

In April 1996, Israeli artillery shells rained down on a United Nations compound where hundreds of civilians were taking refuge. As the shells exploded and the building collapsed, 106 civilians died and another 116 were injured.

The attack, now known as the Qana Massacre, was part of a larger Israeli offensive known as Operation Grapes of Wrath, a 16-day campaign of aggression in southern Lebanon.

The United Nations investigated the Qana Massacre and determined the Israeli shelling was deliberate. Then-UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghani condemned the attack, writing it was “all the more serious because civilians, including women and children, had sought refuge” in the compound the Israelis destroyed.

The commander of the unit that launched the assault was a man named Naftali Bennett, who’d go on to boast, “I’ve killed lots of Arabs in my life and there’s no problem with that.”

Israeli Troops Shoot Palestinian Dead in Gaza Border Clashes

Israeli troops shot and killed a Palestinian along the Gaza border on Thursday as hundreds set fire to tyres and threw stones, Gaza's health ministry said.

"IDF (Israeli military) troops deployed in the area are using riot dispersal means, including when necessary live fire and .22 Caliber rounds," the military said in a statement.

Gaza's health ministry said the man killed had been shot in the abdomen. Five others were wounded by Israeli fire, including a child who is in critical condition, it said.

Israel arrests four Palestinian children in first week back at school

The Israeli army arrested four Palestinian children in the early hours of Wednesday from their homes in the occupied city of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

The four children, Yousef Jamal al-Harimi, 15, Adam Ayyad, 15, Mansour Saleh Faraj, 16, and Issa Muhammad Zarina, 17, are all students at al-Mahd School in Bethlehem.

Manar al-Harimi, sister of Yousef, described scenes of fear and anxiety when Israeli soldiers raided the house at 3:00am.

"They knocked on the door loudly, and my father who works later was not home at the time," Harimi told Middle East Eye.

The soldiers then searched the house, Harimi added, before asking Yousef's mother to sign a set of documents that included a declaration that the teenager was free of illnesses at the time of his arrest and that he was not subjected to any violence during the raid.

Israel now has more covid infections per capita than any country in the world, even as “booster shots” are being widely administered there

By August 15, there were 514 Israelis hospitalized with severe covid-19, a 31 percent increase from just four days earlier. Most of the hospitalized patients had already received at least one vaccine and 59 percent were fully vaccinated.

“There are so many breakthrough infections that they dominate and most of the hospitalized patients are actually vaccinated,” said Uri Shalit, a bio-informatician at the Israel Institute of Technology. The vaccines do not protect older populations, either — a false promise advertised since the beginning of the vaccine rollout. In fact, of the hospitalized vaccinated patients, 87 percent were 60 or older.

This has not stopped the Israeli government from tripling down with this destructive vaccine program.

Ultra-Vaxxed Israel Shattered Their Record for Covid-19 New Cases Today. Are ‘Vaccines’ Spreading Covid-19 Faster?

It does not take a doctor to look at the situation in Israel and start asking serious questions about the efficacy of Covid-19 “vaccines.” At best, the injections are ineffective at stopping the spread of the disease. But one would not be off-base to ask whether the data indicates heavy vaccination rates may actually be INCREASING the spread of Covid-19.

Israel registered close to 11,000 COVID-19 cases on Monday, the Health Ministry reported Tuesday, marking a new record since the start of the pandemic. This needs to be clearly disseminated to everyone who has been told that the vaccines will stop the disease because Israel enjoys one of the highest vaccination rates in the world. Over 80% of the eligible population has been “fully vaccinated” with the recently FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine accounting for the lion’s share.

Seven Palestinian journalists were arrested by Israeli occupation forces on Friday while covering nonviolent protests south of Hebron (Al-Khalil).

The journalists said they were being arrested for being in a ‘closed military zone’ however the military’s rules allow them to be in such areas, Haaretz reports. Palestinians were protesting plans to expropriate their lands by Israel.

Eyewitnesses from the scene said there had been no violence and occupation forces had not used force to disperse the crowd, however, a Palestinian resident was arrested and when journalists documented the arrested, “they detained me as well”, Mashour Wahwah, who works for Wafa news agency, told the newspaper.

West Bank: Israeli troops shoot dead another Palestinian man

Israeli soldiers killed, late on Tuesday at night, a young Palestinian man in the western area of Beit Ur at-Tahta, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, after the army attacked Palestinian workers in a crossing area of the Annexation Wall.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers fired live rounds at the Palestinian, who suffered serious wounds and bled to death after the soldiers refused to allow any Palestinian to approach him, the WAFA Palestinian News & Info Agency has reported.

In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry said the Palestinian Civil Coordination Office was informed by the Israeli side that the young man has died from his wounds.
