Philippine Air Force Receives US ScanEagle Drones, More Black Hawks

The Philippine Air Force this week took delivery of advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) from the US and additional S-70i Black Hawk helicopters from Polish defense and aerospace firm PZL Mielec.

According to the US Embassy in Manila, the US military turned over four ScanEagle UAVs worth 200 million Philippine peso ($4 million) during a ceremony at Clark Air Base in Pampanga.

The new drones will bolster the country’s intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities to help in the fight against terrorism and in disaster relief efforts.

Meanwhile, the air force also received the last five of the 16 Black Hawks it ordered as part of the Asian country’s military modernization program.

The combat utility helicopters will allow the air force to provide better day and night tactical heli-lift, especially during combat and non-combat search and rescue operations.

China blinks, unloads Aussie coal

China has started unloading a small number of Australian coal shipments despite an unofficial import ban, analysts said, in a move underscoring the intensity of the power crunch facing the world’s second-largest economy.

Nick Ristic, lead dry cargo analyst at Braemar ACM Shipbroking, said a handful of Australian cargoes waiting outside Chinese ports since a ban came into force a year ago had headed into berth last month and draft change had been observed, indicating that the coal had been unloaded. He said 450,000 tonnes of coal had been discharged.

US, Japan, Australia, India holding Malabar joint naval exercise in Bay of Bengal

The naval forces of the United States, Japan, Australia and India have started a joint exercise, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby confirmed, in the face of China’s maritime assertiveness in the region.

The four nations, known as the “Quad”, are holding the Malabar exercise from Tuesday until Thursday in the Bay of Bengal in the northeastern Indian Ocean, according to the Japan Maritime Self-Defence Force.

The exercise involves two Japanese escort vessels, the US Navy’s nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Carl Vinson, an Australian frigate and an Indian destroyer, the MSDF said.

From the Streets of Victoria, Australia: “We Are Now in Deep Trouble Here … This Is a Fight for Our Souls and Our Humanity.”

Op-Ed by Nelleus, Truth Comes to Light

We are nearing the mid-point in October 2021 and I think we are now in deep trouble here.

What can I say? It’s insanity. The lunatics have taken over the asylum!

Never, ever have I seen anything like this in Australia, let alone Melbourne, including the behaviour and disjointed dialogue from the criminals masquerading as police.

Hardened criminals can be more articulate in their verbal communication than Australian police. These people are so out of control that they are unable to speak properly when barking orders.

It makes me wonder: Have they been fully vaccinated and now have totally lost their minds? Or is this the way these types of people behave when they know that they are inflicting pure evil on innocent and vulnerable people?...

Mandates have now been introduced in New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland, leading health workers and police officers to resign to avoid having to get the jab.

In NSW, an estimated 136 health workers and an unknown number of police officers in Queensland have quit their jobs due to vaccine mandates in their workplace.

WATCH: AUSSIE POLICE INTERROGATE CITIZEN ON HIS DOORSTEP OVER 6-MONTH OLD ANTI-LOCKDOWN FACEBOOK POSTS

Multiple videos have emerged online in the past weeks and months showing Australian police doing what they've dubbed "welfare checks" on citizens, which has involved confronting people at their homes or in public parks to interrogate them on whether they've broken Covid lockdown laws, or in other cases have attended "banned" protests.

"Have you gone to any protest in the past?" the policeman asked in one video and encounter previously featured in RealClearPolitics. "No, I'm not going to answer that, you guys wouldn't be here otherwise," the man says. "I'd like to know how you got this address, actually." The above Orwellian scenario appears to be happening more and more, as the latest shocking and dystopian video to emerge below shows...

Australian cop quits after bombshell interview, claims most colleagues 'suffering' & don't want to enforce tough Covid-19 rules

A female officer with Victoria Police, who served for 16 years, has resigned in protest against the use of police to enforce Covid-19 rules, saying in an interview that a "great majority" of her colleagues shared her sentiments.

Acting Senior Sergeant Krystle Mitchell has appeared on The Discernible Interviews channel on YouTube on Friday, wearing her dark-blue uniform and revealing that she had been "troubled" by how police resources have been applied during the pandemic by state authorities.

Victoria Police has been tasked with making sure that people in one of Australia's most populous states abide by the lockdown restrictions, and with curbing illegal protests against the health rules and vaccination mandates, which often turn violent, resulting in numerous arrests and accusations of police brutality. Melbourne, Victoria's capital city, holds the world record for longest lockdown.

SHOCKING Allegation: Disgraced Politician Was Blackmailed by Big Pharma Interests to Impose “Vaccine” Mandate

It has long been known that certain entities are getting rich off COVID. For example, major Democrat donors Amazon and Walmart made billions more during the pandemic after the Democrats locked down their small-business competition while allowing them to remain open. Now we hear an allegation from the other side of the world, Australia, that not only have Pfizer and AstraZeneca been paying lobbyists millions to pressure politicians to impose “vaccine” mandates, but that a recently ousted state premier was told that she wouldn’t be charged in a corruption probe if she forced “vaccines” on citizens.

And that politician, New South Wales premier Gladys Berejiklian, did in fact tell Sydney residents shortly before she resigned “that if they don’t take the Covid jab, they face total social isolation indefinitely after the stay-at-home order ends in December,” reports the Gateway Pundit.

Aussie Freedom Blogger Arrested At Home For Alleged 'Breach Of Public Health Act'

Australian blogger Simeon Boikov - known as the "Aussie Cossack" - has been arrested a home for reportedly violating lockdown rules.

Boikov, a citizen journalist whose YouTube channel covers police brutality and lockdown measures, livestreamed as three NSW cops entered his home and arrested him for "an alleged breach of the Public Health Act" on Oct. 4.

As of this writing, it's unclear what Boikov was charged over, however it comes days after he posted a video mocking the arresting officer, Seargeant Kingston. In a longer video (below), Kingston calls Boikov an "absolute menace" who was suspected of committing an offense by parking his car and getting out of it - which Boikov says he did 'to exercise.'

PAPERS PLEASE: Police try new tactic to STOP free press in Melbourne

Covering the protests in Melbourne can be dangerous. Police have violently pepper-sprayed, attacked and arrested me before. We're in the Supreme court fighting back for myself and my security.

However, sometimes it's hard even to get to work these days in Melbourne.

Police patrolling the streets often stop us to 'randomly' check our accreditation and work permits.

On this specific occasion, police detained me, my cameraman and my security guard for twenty minutes on a technicality.

It turns out he was wrong the entire time.

We live in a police state.

More protests rock Australia after new, sweeping vaccine mandates are announced

BREAKING: Anti-lockdown pro-life Catholic becomes premier of Australian state

On Tuesday morning, 39-year-old conservative Catholic Dominic Perrottet was elected the 46th Premier of New South Wales in a 39-5 landslide.

This followed the shock resignation of Gladys Berejiklian amid corruption investigation, signalling the dawn of a new era in Australian politics.

During his first speech as the 46th Premier of New South Wales, Perrottet stated: “Today begins a new chapter for NSW and one that we will all write together. I am honoured that my colleagues have asked me to write that chapter as Premier, and I thank them for the confidence that they have put in me.”

After acknowledging the contributions of the recently resigned former NSW Premier, Gladys Berejiklian, Perrottet added, “Being Premier is a great honour, but I want to be clear that the job I have committed to today is not just to lead NSW, but to serve all the people of our state.”

Gladys Berejikilan, John Barilaro and Andrew Constance have all resigned, but for different reasons

It's been anything but a relaxing long weekend at Macquarie Street.

On Friday, Premier Gladys Berejiklian resigned, shortly after NSW's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) announced it was investigating her.

She was not the only Coalition domino to fall.

Transport Minister Andrew Constance yesterday announced he would be exiting state politics to pursue his ambitions in Canberra.

This morning, Deputy Premier and Nationals leader John Barilaro revealed he was going too.

The major upheaval couldn't have come at a worse time for Australia's most populous state, which is dealing with a major COVID-19 outbreak and is also about to start its lockdown exit and live with the virus.

Here's why so many high-profile people are leaving.

Palmer made these statements a couple weeks ago but it has garnered a lot of attention this weekend after Berejiklian resigned in disgrace following a corruption probe.

Taiwanese Foreign Minister warns his country is preparing for war with China, asks Australia for help

Taiwan's Foreign Minister warns his nation is preparing for war with China and urges Australia to increase intelligence sharing and security cooperation as Beijing intensifies a campaign of military intimidation.

Dozens of aircraft from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) have flown sorties into Taiwan's Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ) since Friday, prompting the self-ruled island to scramble its own military jets.

Speaking to the ABC's China Tonight program, Taiwan's Foreign Minister Joseph Wu declared that if the PLA were to launch an actual strike, his democratic state would be ready to repel it.

"The defence of Taiwan is in our own hands, and we are absolutely committed to that," Mr Wu has told the ABC's Stan Grant in an interview to be broadcast on Monday evening.

New Zealand to phase out ‘zero Covid’ strategy due to vaccination & difficulties with Delta variant

New Zealand will gradually drop its policy of seeking a zero Covid-19 infection rate in the country. The move was “accelerated” by the arrival of the more contagious Delta variant, the country’s prime minister has said.

Since the start of the pandemic, the island nation has been implementing what became unofficially known as the ‘zero-Covid strategy’.

New Zealand tried to entirely stamp out the virus from its territory through vigorous restrictions and surprised observers overseas by going into a snap lockdown in August after discovering just a single locally transmitted case. This approach will now be phased out thanks to growing vaccination rates, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said at a news conference on Monday.

The PM said that, while the previous method of fighting Covid-19 was justified at the time, “the return to zero has been extremely difficult” after the arrival of the more contagious Delta variant of the virus.

Prime minister slates Destiny Church over 'illegal, morally wrong' gathering

The protest organised and hosted by Destiny Church leader Brian Tamaki yesterday was "a slap in the face" for Aucklanders who were complying with level 3 rules, the prime minister says.

Protests were held across the country yesterday, with up to 2000 people demonstrating against lockdowns in Auckland's Domain.

The Destiny Church is planning two more rallies against pandemic lockdowns later this month.

At this afternoon's Covid-19 update, Jacinda Ardern said the police response to yesterday's protest was an operational matter.

"It's very important I don't step into that.

"I do of course have a personal view on the protest itself; it was wrong, obviously it was illegal but also it was morally wrong.

"What does it say to every Aucklander who has given up a huge amount over the past few weeks to do the right thing and keep other Aucklanders safe? It was a slap in the face to them."

The Living Dead Pax Americana

Pax Americana was always a minor character in a zombie apocalypse flick.

Pax Americana is actually The Eternal Return of the Living Dead. “Pax” was never in order; War Inc. rules. The end of WWII led directly to the Cold War. The unipolar moment was an arc from the First Gulf War to the bombing of Yugoslavia. 9/11 launched the Global War on Terror (GWOT), renamed Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) by Team Obama. We are now entering Cold War 2.0 against China.

What former CIA analyst Ray McGovern memorably describes as the MICIMATT (military-industrial-congressional-intelligence-media-academia-think tank complex) never did “Pax”. They do War, in unison, like The Knights Who Say “Ni!” – minus the comic flair.

Take this Knight for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the heart of the establishment matrix. CFR specializes in Kissingerian Divide and Rule. Now that applies, in spades, to the Russia-China strategic partnership.

The First Russian Strategic Assessment of the Australia-UK-US (USUKA) Submarine Pact

Following last week’s meeting in Washington of Australia’s Foreign Minister Marise Payne, the Australian defence minister and their US counterparts, a strategic military and basing agreement was announced between Australia, the UK and US (AUKUS). This is being reinforced with summit meetings in Washington this week.

The declared target of their war-making preparations is China.

Australian strategy against Russia in the Pacific region follows in lockstep with the US. But for the time being the Russian enemy, and Russian submarine and surface fleet operations in the Indo-Pacific region, are not being discussed by Australian officials in public; at least not to the extent when President Vladimir Putin last visited Australia in November 2014 with a nuclear-powered, nuclear armed naval escort.

Imperialist Tensions: AUKUS Makes Workers Pay for War with China

We are witnessing an aggressive build-up by the US and its allies for a confrontation with China. The Biden administration is making massive upgrades to the US’s military capacity, and sharply reorienting it to focus on China. At the same time, the US is waging a propaganda war against China and attempting to rally its allies, including the so-called Quad countries of India, Japan and Australia, to form an anti-China bloc. The Australian government has made it crystal clear over recent years that it is very much on board with this US project.

Australian Leader Gladys Berejiklian OUSTED As People Fight Back Against Tyrannical Lockdown

The corrupt tyrannical Australian leader who vowed to force non-compliant citizens to remain in lockdown forever has resigned in disgrace.

A visibly shaken Gladys Berejiklian dramatically resigned as NSW premier on Friday after the state’s corruption watchdog found that she had broken her oath of office.

Australian NSW premier Berejiklian RESIGNS amid corruption probe, says only regret is not seeing end to her own draconian lockdown

The head of the Australian state of New South Wales, Gladys Berejiklian, has abruptly resigned just before a corruption watchdog launched a probe into potential misconduct, stating that she had “no option” but to quit.

“My only regret will be not to be able to finish the job to ensure the people of New South Wales transition to living freely with Covid,” Berejiklian – among the country’s most vocal advocates of draconian lockdown measures – said on Friday, as she announced her resignation, soon after the state’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) declared an upcoming probe.

My resignation as premier could not happen at a worse time, but the timing is completely outside of my control as the ICAC has chosen to take this action during the most challenging weeks of the most challenging times in the history of NSW.

Sydney's unvaccinated warned of social isolation when COVID-19 lockdown ends

Sydney residents who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 risk being barred from various social activities even when they are freed from stay-at-home orders in December, New South Wales state Premier Gladys Berejiklian warned on Tuesday.

Under a roadmap to exit lockdown in Australia's biggest city, unvaccinated people are already subject to delays in freedoms that will be gradually granted to inoculated residents between Oct. 11 and Dec. 1.

Berejiklian said people who choose not to be vaccinated could be barred entry to shops, restaurants and entertainment venues even after the state lifts all restrictions against them on Dec. 1.

"A lot of businesses have said they will not accept anyone who is unvaccinated," Berejiklian told Seven News on Tuesday. "Life for the unvaccinated will be very difficult indefinitely."

‘Someone lied’: French foreign minister accuses Australia of submarine betrayal in latest broadside

France has accused Australia of lying shortly before Canberra cancelled a major submarine contract, with the French foreign minister declaring “someone lied”.

With no sign of any imminent easing of tensions between the two countries, Jean-Yves Le Drian told a parliamentary hearing that Australia had never expressed doubts about the €56bn (A$90bn) submarine contract or the strategic Indo-Pacific pact before breaking the contract.

“Everything I have told you is confirmed by the letter I received on 15 September from the Australian ministry of defence that said everything is OK let’s continue,” Le Drian said.

The French foreign minister said this suggested “someone lied”. He added: “Something doesn’t add up and we don’t know what.”

Australian Police Commissioner Refuses To Enforce Vaccine Passport Mandate

The government is preparing to pass a mandate that will ban all unvaccinated people from gaining entry to numerous venues up until at least December 1st in a repeat of the segregation scheme that has been adopted in numerous western countries.

However, after questions began to swirl about whether businesses would be forced to impose the measures on customers, NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller made it clear that his officers wouldn’t be on patrol.

Victoria, Australia Minister of Health: 78% of those currently hospitalized with Covid-19 were fully vaccinated

Daniel Andrews, the Premier of Victoria, and Martin Foley, the Victoria Minister of Health, have announced new lockdown measures for the state. Andrews says new measures will target the unvaccinated.

During a press conference today, Health Minister Martin Foley stated that 78% of the people in hospitals with Covid-19 on September 27th were fully vaccinated. Another 17% of those hospitalized were partially vaccinated.

This is an extraordinary claim because fewer than half of Australians have been vaccinated. The official vaccination rate of Victoria is 47.7% for those 16 and over. However, another 31% have receive the first dose of an mRNA vaccine. Foley’s statements wildly contradict Andrews, who claimed that the unvaccinated were at a far higher risk of hospitalization.

Australia’s astonishing tyranny keeps growing

In the early summer of 1798, an Irish stone mason named Philip Cunningham reached his breaking point.

Cunningham was sick and tired of English rule in Ireland. And along with 50,000 of his fellow Irishmen, Cunningham picked up a weapon and started in uprising against Great Britain.

Their rebellion was a complete disaster; the rebels hoped that the British army was too weak to resist after their defeat in the American Revolution.

But within a few short months the British had regained tight control of Ireland.

Naturally their first order of business was to round up all the remaining rebels— and Cunningham was among them.

His punishment was being shipped off to a British penal colony in the south Pacific, in a place that was generally known at the time as “New Holland”.

Today we call it Australia.

Australian police probe video of cop throwing man on floor reportedly leaving him ‘unconscious’ amid Melbourne protests (GRAPHIC)

Australian police have launched an investigation into an incident allegedly involving heavy-handed policing after video footage of a violent confrontation in Melbourne was widely shared on social media this week.

The 12-second clip, which began circulating Wednesday night, shows an unidentified man talking to a group of Victoria Police officers at the Flinders Street railway station. Another officer then walks over to them, grabs the man from behind and throws him to the floor.

A loud thud is heard as the man’s head appears to make contact with the floor, shocking other people in the station. The other police officers then move in, with one helping subdue the man.

“This poor guy was calm, he was just talking to the police,” the caption on the posted video said, noting the man went “unconscious” after his “face hit the tiles” and adding that there was “blood and urine everywhere.”

‘Delusional’ Australian government SLATED for proposal to shield top PM-led body from public information disclosures

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been accused of being “addicted to secrecy” as the country’s parliament debated a controversial proposed law that would exempt the workings of its National Cabinet from public scrutiny.

The cabinet, comprised of the PM, state premiers and territory leaders, was formed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government claims that body’s decisions should be afforded the same protections from disclosure requests as the federal cabinet.

The issue came to the fore when the government refused a Freedom of Information (FOI) application by South Australian Independent Senator Rex Patrick relating to a May 2020 National Cabinet meeting, arguing they were “an official record of the cabinet.”

An Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) ruled against the government last month, but top government officials continue to insist that the National Cabinet is a committee of the federal ministerial cabinet and not subject to FOI requests.

Australia Records 10X More Deaths Following COVID-19 Shots than Recorded Deaths Following ALL Vaccines for Past 20 Years

One of our readers contacted me this week with information that the Australian government collects on vaccine injuries on their Department of Health website. Like many countries, Australia maintains a database of adverse reactions for drugs.

The Australian government database for adverse reactions tracks 78 different vaccines for the past 20 years, with a total of 47 deaths following vaccination during the years 2000 through 2020.

In 2021 for just the 3 COVID-19 vaccines, there have already been a total of 524 deaths recorded following the COVID-19 shots, more than 10X the total for the past 20 years.

Video emerges of cop throwing man headfirst into the ground in Melbourne

A Melbourne man who was flung headfirst to the ground by a police officer who approached him from behind amid a high-intensity anti-protest operation was “calling for his mum” when he woke up from being unconscious, according to a “distressed” witness.

Shocking footage has emerged of an officer walking up behind the man standing in Flinders Street Station yesterday, before violently slamming him headfirst into the ground.

The video — which police say they are investigating — is being spread widely on social media and was filmed during widespread unrest in the city.

The victim appears to be standing in the station, calmly talking to several other police officers, when the officer approaches from behind.

The officer grabs the man by the shoulders and throws him to the ground in a swinging motion.

Australia: “The Darkest Place on Earth”

At a private event in Texas this weekend, Katie Hopkins told an audience that Australia is the “darkest place on earth right now.”

At UTT, we tend to agree.

Those who follow the goings on in Australia, as well as people like Avi Yemini of Rebel News know the tyranny and blatant evil that is being imposed on the people of Australia by their government.

Citizens must be in their homes by 9 pm, never more than 5 kilometers from home, and always wearing a mask or risk arrest.

The utter disregard for liberty and the overt oppression is shocking, especially in a place like Australia.

The AUKUS preparing a nuclear war to sustain Taiwan

The announcement of the Australian-British-US (A-UK-US) pact [1] was like an earthquake in the Indo-Pacific region.

There is no doubt that Washington is preparing for a long-term military confrontation with China.

Until now, the Western deployment to contain China politically and militarily has involved the United States and the United Kingdom as well as France and Germany. Today, the Europeans are left out. And tomorrow the area will be controlled by the Quad+ (US and UK, plus Australia, India and Japan). Washington is preparing a war in one or two decades.

While France and Germany have not been consulted on this strategy, nor even warned of its public announcement (but other countries had been warned, such as Indonesia), the new device should be staged next week in Washington.

The Left Cheered When Australians Gave Up Their Guns. Now They’re Being Shot By Their Own Government in the Streets.

Harrowing footage from Australia reveals police enforcing lockdown laws with all the fervor of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The images we watched out of China – at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic – are now being replicated on the streets of Western nations.

After 35 people were killed in the Port Arthur Massacre in 1996, the Australian government moved swiftly to ban pump-action shotguns and semi-automatic rifles. While – as Matt Palumbo notes – the number of guns in the country actually failed to decline all that much in the proceeding years, the types of guns available to the public along with the groups of people owning them prove the importance of America’s Second Amendment.

Per the University of Sydney, “the proportion of Australians who hold a gun licence has fallen by 48 percent since 1997,” and “the proportion of Australian households with a firearm has fallen by 75 percent in recent decades.”

The purpose of this "strategic mission" is "to take on the threats of the 21st century just as we did in the 20th century: together ". Clear reference to China and Russia.

To "defend against rapidly evolving threats," the AUKUS launches a "key project": the United States and Britain will help Australia acquire "nuclear-powered, conventionally armed submarines."

Overthrow Xi? Hostility towards China is on the rise, but Aussies’ extraordinary demand for a coup is a step too far

A highly provocative article in Australia’s Murdoch-owned press has called on the Quad to support a coup in the Chinese Communist Party and end Xi Jinping’s reign. Are the Aussies getting tough, or is this personal for Rupert?

Anyone who has ever worked for the Murdoch press, like me, knows one thing: nothing big goes to print without the boss’s final okay, particularly where the political or business interests of his global media empire are concerned.

So it cannot be too far wide of the mark to suggest that an article published in The Australian newspaper, Murdoch’s national title Down Under, which called for a coup in China’s Communist Party and the ousting of leader Xi Jinping, was published with a nod of assent from the billionaire nonagenarian.

The AUKUS preparing a nuclear war to sustain Taiwan

The official reactions to the announcement of the Australian-British-US pact (AUKUS) are only about the termination of the Australian-French arms contract. As terrible as this is for the shipyards, it is only a collateral consequence of a reversal of alliances aimed at preparing for a war against China.

Jefferson “The Tree of Liberty Must Be Refreshed From Time To Time With The Blood of Patriots and Tyrants”

The government will fall if the blue shirts start shooting at people. The governor will have to issue an election writ, and a royal commission will trip. And go nowhere. Mt Tl up to his neck.

As I wrote: urgent meeting at Sydney Admiralty Hours last weekend. Over 70 Libs including MoMo and Bezerk caught in corrupt deals and being blackmailed by big pharma.

Murdoch backing off Libs. Agenda to follow would destroy Libs for many elections.

There’s a switch on the reality of the vaccines.

The target is Middle Class as the useless feeders — not aged and infirmed. Complicated. Battle of attrition to run between pro and anti-vax. Aged and infirmed easy to group cancel. Successfully done in US. Middle Class to be bled out by induced comorbidities. This is domestic bio wars draining economies. The submarine and other such deals a small piece.

Plot Twist: After Lying Down for 18 Months Australia Erupts in Some of the World’s Most Spirited Anti-COVID Cult Protests

Australia, welcome back among the living.

The protests aren’t even that large. The energy on display isn’t even the result of how many are attending, but who they are spearheaded by — construction workers.

The protests were preceded by threats that anyone who does not vaccinate will be “locked out of the economy”.

Builders account for one-sixth of all workplace deaths in Australia. (Needless to say the remainder falls on farmers, fishermen and forklift drivers — not cops, professors and “public health” parasites.)

To work a job that actually carries risk to life and limb and to then have it shut down by middle-class wankers because there is a flu about… And to then be threatened by the same Zoom classes (many of them fed by your taxpayer dollar) that — unless you take part in the demented virtue-signaling rituals they do — you and your family will starve is quite something. It’s cheeky, insufferably so.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Not too long ago, pundits were saying the US would follow Australia's lead in a medical dictatorship. Now that the Australians are rioting, I am starting to think they were correct!

‘We built this city!’: Pro-choice tradies bring Melbourne to a standstill

After dramatic scenes yesterday in the heart of Melbourne after the CFMEU turned its back on members of the union, protesters stuck to their claims of returning once again today.

Following the shutdown of construction industry for two weeks, a larger crowd descended upon the city, marching up and down for hours before taking their message to a busy highway.

France rallies EU as trust in US, UK and Australia wanes

France’s European Union partners agreed Tuesday to put the country’s festering dispute over a major Indo-Pacific defense deal between the U.S., Australia and Britain at the top of bloc’s political agenda, including at an EU summit next month.

The Indo-Pacific security pact known as AUKUS will see Australia cancel a multibillion-dollar contract to buy diesel-electric French submarines and acquire U.S. nuclear-powered vessels instead. The French government is suggesting it was betrayed by the deal.

“It’s definitely something that raised interest and will occupy us in the months to come,” Gasper Dovzan, Slovenia’s foreign affairs chief, told reporters after chairing a meeting of the bloc’s European affairs ministers in Brussels.

EU leaders are set to meet in Slovenia on Oct. 6 and again in Brussels on Oct. 21-22.

New Zealand police arrest pair trying to enter Auckland with ‘large amount’ of KFC

Two men have been arrested after police said they found them with a car boot-full of Kentucky fried chicken and over $100,000 in cash as they tried to cross the border into Auckland despite New Zealand’s strict Covid-19 lockdown.

The men were arrested after allegedly trying to flee from police near the Auckland border. When their car was searched, police said they found a large quantity of KFC, as well as the cash and a number of empty ounce bags.

The arrest struck a chord with New Zealanders – especially Aucklanders, who have spent a month in a strict level four lockdown that does not allow restaurants to open or residents to order takeaway food.

"F**K The Jab, Long Live Australia" - 20,000 Shut Down Melbourne Highway In Massive Lockdown Protest

Anti-lockdown protests have become more common in Australia since the latest round of "snap" lockdowns began two months ago.

Initially, those lockdowns were supposed to last a week. But months later, with tensions running high, millions of Australians are fed up with the government's lockdowns and vaccine requirements.

And although Aussie health authorities have at the very least acknowledged that their "COVIDZero" approach isn't actually feasible, frustrations among the Australian people are running high (perhaps intensified by the country's latest diplomatic faux pas, which angered France and made PM Scott Morrison look like he stabbed President Macron in the back).

Hundreds are arrested and six cops are hospitalised with broken bones as the most violent Covid protests yet erupt in Melbourne and thousands turn out at demonstrations across Australia

Anti-lockdown riots have erupted in Melbourne's CBD with violent protesters overpowering police officers and storming the streets in defiance of the city's stay-at-home orders.

More than 1,000 demonstrators turned out in full-force to protest against the lockdown as they swarmed in front of traffic in Richmond, in the Victorian capital's inner suburbs, on Saturday.

Melbourne has spent 228 days in lockdown since since march 2020, and is set to notch up a grim world record for the most days spent under stay-at-home laws when it passes Buenos Aires on September 23.

Australia's Tyrannical Rule Seems Like The Direction Biden Is Taking

Australian police caught 267 demonstrators during anti-lockdown protests Saturday, with 235 of the seizures made in Melbourne and 32 in Sydney.

The Melbourne demonstrators assembled to march against Australia's lockdowns, executed to curb the spread of the delta variant.

During the demonstration, the 700 protesters charged at Australian police, knocking down and crushing several of them. Victoria Police said six officers required hospitalization, according to Reuters .

Biden’s submarine deal will force China and North Korea closer together & legitimise Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions

The consequences of America’s military gerrymandering in Asia are likely to be extreme, with China having to lean on North Korea more heavily and Kim Jong-Un sensing an opportunity to accelerate his nuclear strategy.

The intense controversy that has surrounded America’s new submarine deal with Australia and the United Kingdom, which is seemingly designed to target China, has overshadowed the fact that it also has implications elsewhere in East Asia.

Over the weekend, North Korea’s foreign ministry condemned the AUKUS agreement, stating that, “These are extremely undesirable and dangerous acts which will upset the strategic balance in the Asia-Pacific region and trigger off a chain of nuclear arms race.”

Anti-Lockdown Protesters In Australia "Break Police Line" As Clashes Erupt

Throughout the pandemic, Australia's government has chosen to enact stringent restrictions to combat COVID-19. After the sixth lockdown since the pandemic began, anti-lockdown protesters in Melbourne have had enough with draconian virus measures and voiced their opposition in the streets on Saturday.

Their right to protest freely was quickly deemed illegal as a massive brawl between demonstrators and police broke out. More than 200 people in Melbourne were arrested at illegal anti-lockdown rallies, according to Reuters.

Macron Sure Looks Stupid Now for Having Picked a Fight With China on America’s and Australia’s Behalf

As far as slaps across the face go, they don’t come much bigger than this. And the giant backhander Australia just delivered France and its President, Emmanuel Macron, is bound to be repaid in kind.

Just as Prime Minister Scott Morrison can point to legitimate reasons for axing a $90 billion contract for the French to help build Australia’s new submarine fleet, Macron has more than reasonable grounds to feel angry and deceived.

To say the French are seething over the surprise new defence pact between Australia, the United States and United Kingdom would be an understatement. Overnight, Paris has gone from viewing Australia as a friend and ally to a nation which can’t be trusted.

“This decision is contrary to the letter and spirit of the co-operation that prevailed between France and Australia,” Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and Armed Forces Minister Florence Parly said in a joint-statement.

This Never Happened Under Trump, Now Biden Admin Scrambling To Save Face

President Joe Biden’s new opportunity to aid Australia to launch nuclear-powered submarines may have added one alliance in an effort to counter China.

Though for France — which on Friday returned its ambassadors to the United States — the deal might have sent what little trust had been restored after four years under former President Donald Trump, experts said.

As Biden celebrated the new AUKUS pact with Australia and Britain on Thursday, French officials revealed outrage over the deal, which brought that nation's 2016 contract to build submarines for Australia to an unexpected end.

US-UK-Australia submarine deal is a dangerous joke which will only worsen geopolitical crisis with China

Australia struggles to keep its current six diesel-powered submarines operational; it now wants to build eight nuclear-powered submarines, despite having neither the trained manpower nor the nuclear infrastructure necessary.

This is a story of geopolitically driven military procurement gone mad.

Australia is an island nation whose very survival is dependent upon its ability to access strategic sea lines of communication (SLOCs) so that critical commerce links can operate on a sustained basis. In short, if any nation or group of nations were to cut off Australia’s sea links to the rest of the world, the country would eventually wither away and die.
