They Insist Everything Will Be Fine As We Face Shortages Of Chicken, Coffee, Diapers, Fish Sticks, Frozen Meals, Carbonated Drinks, Etc.

Officials in Washington continue to assure us that we don’t have anything to be concerned about, but meanwhile the shelves just continue to get even emptier.  On Friday, #BareShelvesBiden was the number one trending topic on Twitter, and I am sure that the Biden administration must have been thrilled by that.  Biden insists that he and his team are on top of things, but so far nothing that they have done has worked.  In fact, this crisis just seems to keep getting worse and worse.  And because we are facing such a “hydra of bottlenecks”, there aren’t going to be any easy solutions…

Michigan city is GRIDLOCKED by residents rushing to get free bottled water after they were warned not to cook or brush their teeth using tap water because of lead contamination that can cause brain damage

A Michigan city has been gridlocked by residents rushing to get free bottled water after they were warned not to cook or brush with their tap water after vast amounts of lead were detected.

Officials in Benton Harbor have sent out notices, distributed fliers and tried to improve the water system since high levels of lead were first detected in 2018, the New York Times reports, but now state officials are telling residents not to use it at all.

Instead, they have been handing out bottled water at sites throughout the community, causing long lines and jamming traffic in the city of 9,100 residents.

Beef Will Now Be A “Luxury Product”, And Cheap Chicken Dinners “Are Coming To An End”

The “reset economy” is coming, and it isn’t going to be very pleasant.  Rather than viewing the economic chaos caused by the pandemic as a negative thing, many among the worldwide elite consider it to be a golden opportunity to fundamentally transform the global economy according to their values.  As they radically reshape our economic system, one of their primary goals will be to make any products that are “bad for the environment” cost a lot more.  In other words, behaviors that produce a lot of carbon emissions must be punished.  That is particularly bad news for those that love to eat a lot of meat, because the production of meat is considered to be particularly “harmful” for the environment.

Private Covid test lab suspended after possibly giving 43,000 UK residents incorrect results

Covid testing by a private laboratory in Wolverhampton has been suspended after an NHS Test and Trace investigation found around 43,000 people in England and Wales may have received the wrong results.

The UK’s Health Security Agency (UKHSA), which is responsible for “planning, preventing and responding to external health threats,” confirmed the suspension of Covid testing at the Immense Health Clinic laboratory.

The NHS Test and Trace investigation examined around 400,000 samples that have been processed through the lab, after concerns about “people receiving negative PCR test results after they have previously tested positive on a lateral flow device.”

It found that around 43,000 people may have been affected by the errors, receiving incorrect results between September 8 and October 12, mainly in the southwest of England.

Johnson & Johnson forms new company in an attempt to settle tens of thousands of legal claims their products caused cancer

Pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson put tens of thousands of legal claims alleging its baby powder and other products caused cancer into bankruptcy Thursday.

Johnson & Johnson executed the corporate reshuffling through a contentious legal maneuver known as a 'Texas two-step bankruptcy,' a strategy other companies facing asbestos litigation have used.

J&J put the claims into a separate entity called LTL Management LLC, which then filed for bankruptcy protection on Thursday in North Carolina, according to the company and court records.

US wholesale prices rose record 8.6% over 12 months

Inflation at the wholesale level rose 8.6% in September compared to a year ago, the largest advance since the 12-month change was first calculated in 2010. -- The Labor Department reported Thursday that the monthly increase in its producer price index, which measures inflationary pressures before they reach consumers, was 0.5% for September compared to a 0.7% gain in August. -- The 8.6% rise for the 12 months ending in September compared to an 8.3% increase for the 12 months ending in August, which had been the previous record 12-month gain.

COVID relief funds distributed to cities and states require full compliance with Biden vax mandates; counties can use money to bankrupt and REPLACE local businesses

This is obviously going to lead to a tipping point of public frustration and anger which will almost certainly spill into the streets in the form of social chaos and an angry revolt. Notice that the poor will be harmed the most by these “free money” policies that are pursued under the cover of COVID “relief” funds. -- As President Ronald Reagan said (paraphrased), the most frightening statement in the English language is, “We’re from the government and we’re here to help.”

‘System collapse’: Supply chain workers warn of impending breakdown because COVID shutdowns have drained the workforce and worsened product shortages

Millions of Americans will suffer amid mass power outages this winter, thanks to a burgeoning energy crisis, insider warns

Last winter, power outages that struck Texas and other parts of the country at peak coldness endangered the lives of millions, but were, thankfully, short-lived. -- However, this coming winter, things could be a lot different — as in, power outages and blackouts could get much worse thanks to a looming energy crisis, according to an insider.

As The Global Energy Crisis Explodes, They Are Warning That Heating Bills Will Be Extremely Painful This Winter

Whether you like it or not, a major global energy crisis is here, and it is going to hit all of us right in the wallet.  Today, markets for energy are truly global, and that means that price spikes in one part of the planet will inevitably filter elsewhere.  For example, a lot of natural gas that is produced in the United States is now heading for Europe, and that is pushing up prices here.  As energy supplies get tighter and tighter, power bills are going to go higher and higher.  In fact, the U.S. government is now warning American citizens to expect heating bills to rise more than 50 percent this winter.  Needless to say, a lot of families out there simply cannot afford that.

100-200 Members of Congress, Families and Staff Treated with Ivermectin. No Hospitalizations

This is beyond disturbing. According to Dr Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, and verified by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), 100 to 200 congressional reps and/or staff and families who contracted COVID-19 were treated with the Front Line Ivermectin protocol.

This successful treatment is happening at the same time many congressional representatives are playing politics in favor of the vaccine; downplaying the effective anti-viral treatment and therapeutic approach with Ivermectin; and taking action to block regular American citizens from seeking similar treatment with Ivermectin.

Congress can seek treatment with a medication they simultaneously deny to others? This is well beyond a “scandal”, and needs to be investigated quickly.

Webmaster's Commentary:

In the former USSR, there was a two-tier medical system. The one for the elites had access to the best medicines and treatments. The rest of the population had limited medical options.

Xavier Becerra Could Lower Drug Prices — So Why Isn’t He?

Calls are growing for President Joe Biden’s Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary, Xavier Becerra, to use his administrative power to control drug pricing in a way that Becerra himself supported both as a member of Congress and as California Attorney General. Becerra’s delay in doing so spotlights the gap between Biden’s campaign promises and the actions of his administration and his personnel picks.

While much of the ongoing political debate about lowering the country’s wildly exorbitant and unfair drug prices has focused on whether Congress will authorize Medicare to use its purchasing power to negotiate more reasonable pharmaceutical prices, Becerra’s office also has the power to license patented pharmaceutical products made with federal funding. In July, lawmakers sent a letter to Becerra’s office calling on the secretary to examine making use of these so-called “march-in” rights to control drug pricing.

Americans Are Going To Be Absolutely Shocked By The Empty Shelves That They See

If you believe that America is headed into a new golden age of prosperity, you are getting lonelier with each passing day, because many others that were wildly optimistic about the economy earlier this year have been jumping ship. In fact, even the White House is now openly admitting that there will be significant shortages this holiday season. To many Americans, these shortages have come as a complete shock. Most of us have never experienced such shortages, and most of us never even dreamed that they were possible. But those that have been following my work for an extended period of time were not surprised by any of this. We were warned over and over again that shortages and rampant inflation were ahead of us, and now they are here with a vengeance. Unfortunately, the truth is that what we have gone through so far is just the beginning.

Pfizer CEO—Biden’s ‘Good Friend’—Is Privately Working to Tank Drug Price Reforms

Hours after President Joe Biden called Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla a “good friend,” Politico revealed that the pharmaceutical executive has been urging his employees to fight Democrats’ plan to let Medicare directly negotiate prescription drug prices—a popular proposal that Biden has endorsed.

Politico obtained a copy of a three-minute video message in which Bourla echoes common—and misleading—pharmaceutical industry talking points against the Medicare negotiation plan, which top Democrats are working to include in a budget reconciliation package despite the objections of several Big Pharma-backed lawmakers.

The new report on UK’s botched Covid strategy makes me so angry. It's basically a catalogue of missteps that led to 150,000 deaths

The initial report into the UK’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic is a damning indictment of a government’s mishandling of “the greatest peacetime challenge in a century,” which led to off-the-scale suffering and 150,000 deaths.

The release of the highly anticipated parliamentary report offers no comfort whatsoever to the families and loved ones of those who have so far fallen victim to the Covid-19 virus in the UK. But it does make you angry. Very. Bloody. Angry.

US government pays Merck $712 for 5-day molnupiravir course that only costs $17.74 to manufacture

According to a report by drug pricing experts at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and King’s College Hospital in London, a five-day course of molnupiravir only costs $17.74 to produce.

So why is Merck charging the U.S. government $712, or over 40 times the production price of the drug?

Former Pfizer VP: ‘Clear evidence of fraud’ in Pfizer study claiming 95% efficacy

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Chief Science Officer Dr. Michael Yeadon yesterday said there is “clear evidence of fraud” in the Pfizer study that purports to claim 95% efficacy in their COVID-19 “vaccine”.

(Article by Mordechai Sones republished from AmericasFrontlineDoctors.org)

Yeadon was commenting on an article appearing in The Lancet and critiquing a documentary that scrutinized a Pfizer efficacy study, calling the distinction raised therein between relative risk reduction and absolute risk reduction “accurate”.

The Lancet article, entitled COVID-19 vaccine efficacy and effectiveness—the elephant (not) in the room, says that although attention has focused on vaccine efficacy and comparing the reduction of the number of symptomatic cases, “fully understanding the efficacy and effectiveness of vaccines is less straightforward than it might seem. Depending on how the effect size is expressed, a quite different picture might emerge.”

Now A U.S. Government Official Is Telling Us That The Supply Chain Nightmares Could Potentially Last For “Years”

The truth is starting to come out, and a lot of people aren’t going to like it.  When the supply chain problems and the shortages began, government officials repeatedly assured us that they would just be temporary, and most of us believed them.  But now it has become clear that they aren’t going to be temporary at all.  In fact, during a recent interview with Bloomberg, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg admitted that some of the supply chain problems that we are currently facing could last for “years and years”.  I don’t know about you, but to me “years and years” sounds like a really long time.

Our Economy Is Starting To Break Down On A Very Basic Level

People need to wake up, because the times that we are moving into are going to be completely different from what we have grown accustomed to. -- It isn’t just the U.S. economy that is crumbling. Literally, the economic infrastructure of the entire globe is falling to pieces, and experts are warning that things will continue to break down in the months ahead.

The Time To “Get Prepared” Is Almost Over

Now I am getting emails from readers that are deeply alarmed by all of the craziness that is erupting all around us, and all of a sudden they want to play catch up. I am glad that they are starting to wake up, but there is only so much that can be done in a limited amount of time, and in this environment it has become much more difficult to get your hands on certain things.

Don’t be fooled: Lab-grown meat is a disaster in the making

Lab-grown, or cultured, meat is being promoted as the wave of the future — the “green, sustainable” way to have your meat and eat it too. No animal suffering, no greenhouse gas emissions — just meat-like protein that will taste exactly like the burgers and steaks you’re used to. Sound too good to be true?

Underneath the greenwashed façade, lab-grown meat has been hyped beyond reality and its promises are slated to fall flat. Fake meats are not about your health or the environment’s — they’re a tool to phase out farmers and ranchers and replace them with an ultraprocessed food product that can be controlled by patents.

Not only is ultraprocessed lab-grown meat not a healthy choice for humans, but its production is plagued with environmental and contamination concerns that are likely to thwart the industry before it ever gets off the ground.

Bayer Wins Roundup Trial; Plaintiff Fails to Prove Exposure Caused Child’s Disease

The former Monsanto Co., now owned by Bayer AG, notched its first win in the mass tort U.S. Roundup litigation on Tuesday, defeating at trial a mother who alleged her use of Roundup exposed her child to the pesticide and caused him to develop cancer.

Ezra Clark was born in May 2011 and diagnosed in 2016 with Burkitt’s lymphoma, a form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has a high tendency to spread to the central nervous system, and can also involve the liver, spleen and bone marrow, according to the court filings. Ezra’s mother, Destiny Clark, is the plaintiff in the case, which was heard in Los Angeles County Superior Court. A different Roundup trial is underway in San Bernardino County Superior Court.

Major storable food supplier Augason Farms ceases operations for 90 days, citing collapsing supply chain

There is no question whatsoever that the food supply chain in North America is rapidly collapsing. This is because elections have consequences, and the Democrats would seemingly rather see America locked down than working in productive jobs. If you pay people to stay home and not work, people will stay home and not work. Before long, the shelves are empty. It’s a page ripped right out of communist-style centrally-planned economies… which history has proven are horribly inefficient and lead to exactly the kind of supply chain failures we are witnessing at this very moment.

Is The Small Business Sector Being Deliberately Targeted for Destruction?

The past 18 months have not been kind to small businesses. If you were unfortunate enough to live in a blue state during the onset of the covid lockdowns and you own a brick-and-mortar business then you have probably spent a large part of that 18 months closed, or struggling to stay open with a skeleton crew of employees. If you did manage to get a PPP loan from the government during shutdown you are now realizing that the 24-week grace period is running out and you will probably have to pay most if not all of that money back soon. Many who tried to get a PPP loan failed because the money was quickly chewed up by major corporations instead of being reserved for small businesses.

Radioactive Waste No Longer to Be Used for De-Icing State Roads in Ohio

By B.N. Frank

In 2019, Rolling Stone magazine published an article about toxic radioactive waste being used to de-ice roads and growing opposition to this. Recently, the state of Ohio decided to not use it anymore.

From News 5 Cleveland:

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced it will stop buying deicer AquaSalina for use on roads across the state.

ODOT told News 5 it made its decision to stop purchasing the deicer, which is manufactured with brine taken from oil and gas wells, primarily because it is now making its own deicer, but said concerns from environmental groups is a secondary reason for the move.

They have been using AquaSalina since 2013 and said it will use the more than 200,000 gallons it still has on-hand and then not purchase any more of the product...

FDA says hand sanitizer brand may be contaminated with cancerous chemicals

Federal health officials are asking consumers to avoid another brand of hand sanitizers that may be contaminated with cancer-causing chemicals.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Monday that it found "unacceptable levels of benzene, acetaldehyde and acetal contaminants" in certain artnaturals scent-free hand sanitizers. The sanitizers are labeled with "DIST. by artnaturals Gardena, CA 90248," according to the FDA.

The agency said, "The exact risk from using hand sanitizer containing benzene, acetaldehyde, or acetal is unknown. However, benzene is a chemical that can cause certain types of cancer in humans. Likewise, studies show that acetaldehyde may also cause cancer in consumers and could led to "serious illness or death."

Additionally, acetal can cause irritation in the upper respiratory tract, the eyes and the skin.

Biden Banking Proposal Would Be Bad News For Gun Owners

While there’s been an awful lot of discussion about Joe Biden’s multi-trillion dollar reconciliation bill recently, most of the debate that I’ve seen has surrounded the potential cost, as opposed to what Biden and his fellow Democrats are hoping to do with all that cash. One proposal that’s starting to get some attention, however, is Biden’s plan to require banks to report all consumer transactions of more than $600. According to the White House, this would help the IRS crack down on tax cheats, but as Larry Keane of the National Shooting Sports Foundation writes, the plan would also allow the Biden administration to keep track of gun buyers.

BOMBSHELL: Video Emerges Where Fauci and Others Planned for a “Universal mRNA Flu Vaccine” Which Became the “COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine” Because People were not Afraid Enough of the Flu Virus

The video clip that they played of this event was a 1 minute and 51 second dialogue between the moderator, Michael Specter, a journalist who is a New Yorker staff writer and also an adjunct professor of bioengineering at Stanford University, Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Rick Bright, the director of HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

In this short clip, which was extracted from the hour-long panel discussion, Anthony Fauci explains that bringing a new, untested kind of vaccine like an mRNA vaccine, would take at least a decade (“if everything goes perfectly”) to go through proper trials and be approved by the FDA.

He would know, because he had been trying to do it for about a decade already by then (October, 2019), trying to develop an mRNA based vaccine for HIV.

Your new iPhone 13 doesn't belong to you

Think that the new iPhone 13 you've just paid hundreds of dollars for is yours?

It isn't.

5G support is one reason to buy a phone and be confident keeping it for two or three years.

In fact, it's quite disturbing the lengths that Apple has gone to in order to retain control over your iPhone.

It's become so bad that you can't swap genuine parts from one iPhone with parts out of another iPhone.

Here is 'Right to Repair" advocate Hugh Jeffreys taking a look at the iPhone 13. In fact, to film this video, Jeffreys took two iPhone 13 handsets and expertly took them apart to see how easy -- or hard -- it is to swap parts and repair them.

It's hard. In fact, Apple has made it such that if you break the display and don't get it repaired by Apple (or an Apple Authorized Repair Center), then you lose a bunch of features.

International shipping group issues red alert letter warning of imminent global supply chain collapse… widespread famine, power grid failures and economic ruin are right around the corner

For more than a year, we’ve warned that an engineered collapse of global supply lines was starting to unfold. That collapse is now accelerating at alarming speed, with even the International Chamber of Shipping issuing a red alert letter warning of a, “global transport systems collapse” that’s only going to get worse. -- The culprit behind this collapse? Wrongheaded government lockdowns, vaccine mandates and fake science “testing” of covid (via fraudulent PCR instruments) that are all being used to eviscerate the worker base for transportation companies, shipping ports, ship crews and airlines.

Is Defaulting on the Debt the Moral Thing to Do?

The US is in the midst of yet another “debate” over the debt ceiling. In the twenty-first century, this is a ritual that Washington politicos and journalists go through every few years when the prospect of default and government shutdown is used as a way to hold Americans hostage until they cave to demands for more debt and deficit spending. I won’t bore you with the details of which politicians are voting against a higher debt ceiling this time around. Outside a tiny handful of principled eccentrics of the Ron Paul variety, virtually everyone in Washington favors more deficit spending. The fact that the leadership from one of the parties currently pretends to oppose higher debt levels tells us nothing about what the regime really wants.

Congressional Report on Toxic Metals in Baby Food Spurs Demand for FDA Action

By Andrea Germanos

A new congressional report released Wednesday revealing the baby food industry has failed to keep products with heavy metals off the shelves spurred calls for federal authorities to enact swift action and tough limits on toxin levels.

“This is what happens when you let the food and chemical companies, not the FDA, decide whether our food is safe to eat,” said Scott Faber, senior vice president for government affairs at Environmental Working Group (EWG), in a statement.

“For too long,” he said, “the FDA has allowed food and chemical companies to exploit loopholes to taint our food with ‘forever chemicals,’ jet fuel, and toxic metals like lead and arsenic.”...

U.S. Supreme Court ruling establishes that SARS-CoV-2 vaccinated persons are “patent eligible” and can become the inventor’s property

A 2013 Supreme Court ruling involving a prominent genetic testing company set the bar, allowing synthetically created DNA to be patented.

The decision planted a seed, establishing precedence for the patent eligibility of synthetically created DNA, also known as cDNA, which contains elements of naturally occurring DNA along with segments that do not code for protein.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas delivered his opinion to the court in mid-June 2013. Addressing the patent eligibility of cDNA, Justice Thomas concluded on the court’s behalf that the naturally occurring DNA segment is a “product of nature,” and therefore, it is not patent-eligible. Still, scientists have already isolated it, which means naturally occurring DNA can not be patented. Nevertheless, the kicker is that cDNA is patent-eligible because it’s not naturally befalling. This is how they usurp law.

SHOP SAFE Is Another Attempt to Fix Big Tech That Will Mostly Harm Small Players and Consumers

By Cara Gagliano and Katharine Trendacosta

Congress is once again trying to fix a very specific problem with a broad solution. We support the SHOP SAFE Act’s underlying goal of protecting consumers from unsafe and defective counterfeit products. The problem is that SHOP SAFE tackles the issue in a way that would make it incredibly difficult for small businesses and individuals to sell anything online. It will do little to stop sophisticated counterfeiters and will ultimately do consumers more harm than good, by obstructing competition and hindering consumers’ ability to resell their own used goods.

Dems Flail Over Pharma Cash And Drug Pricing Vote

Conservative Democratic Reps. Scott Peters (Calif.) and Kurt Schrader (Ore.) have been defending their huge hauls of campaign cash from the pharmaceutical industry since announcing their opposition to House Democrats’ wildly popular plan to reduce drug prices. Meanwhile, another Democratic lawmaker, Rep. Kathleen Rice (N.Y.), has completely flipped her reasoning for why she voted against the measure.

Last week, Schrader, Peters, and Rice used their seats on the House Energy and Commerce Committee to try to block House Democrats from allowing Medicare to use its bulk purchasing power to negotiate lower prescription drug prices as part of the party’s $3.5 trillion infrastructure reconciliation effort. The proposal has support from 90 percent of registered voters in their districts, according to a recent poll by Data For Progress.

Sinema Threat Followed Boost From Pharma Group

A dark money group funded by drugmakers launched ads promoting Sen. Kyrsten Sinema just before the Arizona Democrat informed the White House that she opposes the party’s plan to lower prescription drug prices as part of President Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion infrastructure reconciliation package. Sinema’s threat to kill the legislation came despite a recent poll showing more than 80 percent of Arizonans support the Democrats’ proposal.

During her career, Sinema has raked in more than $500,000 from donors in the pharmaceutical and health products industries — and she is now the sixth largest Senate Democratic recipient of campaign cash from those industries this election cycle, according to data compiled by OpenSecrets.

NYC War On Unvaxxed Causing Chaos

By Neenah Payne

In the first five days of the new “vaccination” mandate, two restaurants experienced altercations (one violent) with customers, and one restaurant owner decided to sue NYC over the mandate. Several restaurants have refused to discriminate. Some are even posting signs showing their refusal.

In the 1960s, some Black Americans in the Civil Rights Movement participated in sit-ins at lunch counters that refused to serve them on the basis of race. That memory is still fresh in the minds of many. With 72% of Black New Yorkers not vaccinated, the new rules barring “unvaxxed” from indoor restaurants can feel a lot like racial discrimination. Perhaps that’s why there were conflicts at two NYC restaurants in the first week of this policy...

Why Is There Suddenly An Extremely Severe Shortage Of Workers All Over The World?

The unprecedented employment crisis that we are watching unfold around the globe is so bizarre that it could have been pulled straight out of an episode of the Twilight Zone.  For the very first time in recorded history, there is an extremely severe shortage of workers in nations all over the planet.  When this shortage first started to emerge earlier this year, I thought that it was very strange, because 2020 had been a year when we had seen unemployment absolutely skyrocket in the U.S. and other western nations.  In fact, somewhere around 70 million Americans filed claims for unemployment benefits last year.  Not too long ago we had vast hordes of people that were out of work, and now we are suddenly facing the greatest labor shortage in history?

Fans of Amazon are sure to be receptive to the online e-tail behemoth’s latest technology, Fire TVs, because they will simply make streaming the company’s video offerings, programs and movies that much easier.

What the company isn’t telling the owners of those new TVs, which start shipping in October, is that they will literally be inviting in the government surveillance state that visionary author George Orwell warned about in his prophetic book “1984.”

Biden’s vax mandate could collapse trucking supply lines, leading to instant shortages of food, fuel and medicines

The Joe Biden regime continues to threaten the health, livelihood and freedom of Americans. Biden’s seditious vaccine mandates could collapse the trucking industry and threaten supply lines across the Nation. Approximately 3.5 million truckers have been traveling the nation since the beginning of the covid-19 scandal, shipping valuable food, construction, agricultural and medical supplies. Just a year ago, these men and women were lauded as “essential workers” and praised for all that they do. Today, the Biden regime is threatening to put hundreds of thousands of truckers out of work, as the federal government prepares a coercive vaccine mandate on their bodies.

Son Testifies About His Mother’s Cancer Alleged Due to Roundup Exposure

A woman suffering from non-Hodgkin lymphoma was a devoted user of Roundup herbicide for decades before she became ill, her son testified Tuesday in a California trial that marks the fourth such trial pitting a cancer victim against Roundup maker Monsanto.

Under questioning by a lawyer representing plaintiff Donetta Stephens, her son David Stephens recalled his mother’s frequent use of Roundup in the yard and her tendency to wear sleeveless shirts and shorts when outside spraying the weed killer. He described recalling her use when he was a child and that use continuing when he was an adult and had his own children.

Stephens also testified about a family gathering in which his mother broke the news of her cancer to the family, the lengthy series of medical treatments that followed, his mother’s memory loss and other treatment-related problems, and a period in which his mother was hospitalized multiple times and nearly died.

If Biden’s Mandates Force Millions Of Americans Out Of Their Jobs, Our Supply Chain Nightmares Will Get Much Worse

In the post-World War II era, we have never seen global supply chains gummed up this badly.  We were promised that things would be getting back to “normal” by now, but instead it seems like the shortages are intensifying with each passing week.

These Dangers Loom Over the Fragile U.S. Economy in the Next 12 Months

Many retailers are already sounding the alarm over the fear of possible vaccine passports for customers because they know that they will lose at least half of their customer base in response. The enforcement of such rules would require extra costs that will grind down their profit margins. And let’s not forget that if a customer sneaks through security measures, that business might be held liable and fined into oblivion. It’s a lose/lose for business owners which means, again, that many thousands more businesses will close down. -- America’s economy will be annihilated.

The Dubious History of U.S. Wireless Radiation Safety Limits; No Update Since 1996 Despite Research and Lawsuits

By B.N. Frank

The FCC is supposed to protect Americans from the telecom and cable industries. Instead, the regulatory agency has catered to these industries for decades. Lawsuits have been filed against it for NOT protecting the public from unsafe levels of cell phone and WiFi radiation, 5G on Earth, in space and also for allowing telecom and cable companies to overcharge Americans for decades.

Last month, a federal court ruled in favor of organizations and petitioners that claim the agency is not adequately protecting the public from harmful wireless radiation exposure.

A Major Decision From The FDA Today Could Dramatically Reshape The Vaping Industry

A monumental set of decisions is expected Thursday from the Food and Drug Administration that could reshape the tobacco industry for years to come by limiting, or altogether blocking, the sale of millions of e-cigarette products.

Though the FDA has long regulated the marketing and sale of traditional tobacco products like cigarettes, the agency had long not required the same scrutiny of vapes, allowing a market to flourish.

Now, more than 6% of American adults — and one in five high school students — say they vape. The industry has ballooned to more than $6 billion in size, led by the industry giant Juul, which controls about 40% of the market.

The imminent decisions by the FDA could impact almost all of that. About 6.5 million products made by more than 500 companies are under evaluation about whether they are "appropriate for the protection of public health."

Groups Slam Commission Plans to Deregulate New GMOs

In April this year the European Commission’s health division DG SANTE published a “working document” in which it announced that the EU’s GMO regulations are “not fit for purpose”. The Commission made suggestions that could lead to crop plants produced using experimental new GM techniques such as gene editing being exempted from the requirements of the regulation. This could mean that these crop plants would not be subjected to safety checks, GMO labelling, or traceability and monitoring requirements.

Now 57 groups, consisting of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), a peasant farmer organisation, and business and trade associations, have sent a response to the Commission,[1] strongly opposing its plans on the grounds that “deregulation of new GM techniques would pose unacceptable risks to human and animal health and the environment. Deregulation would also prohibit citizens from knowing what they are eating and farmers from knowing what they are sowing.”

Delays Aren’t Good Enough—Apple Must Abandon Its Surveillance Plans

By Cindy Cohn

Apple announced today that it would “take additional time over the coming months to collect input and make improvements” to a program that will weaken privacy and security on iPhones and other products. EFF is pleased Apple is now listening to the concerns of customers, researchers, civil liberties organizations, human rights activists, LGBTQ people, youth representatives, and other groups, about the dangers posed by its phone scanning tools. But the company must go further than just listening, and drop its plans to put a backdoor into its encryption entirely...

New Book on Common Synthetic Chemicals’ Role in Asthma, Brain Health, Cancer, Diabetes, Digestion, and More

By B.N. Frank

Toxic synthetic chemicals are difficult if not impossible to completely avoid.  In most cases, action taken to protect the public seems too-little-too-late.  In June, U.S. Congress members and the EPA finally took action to reduce Americans exposure to “Forever Chemicals”.  Earlier this month it was also revealed that the EPA may have been aware for years of a probable link between a toxic ingredient (glyphosate) in Roundup weedkiller and Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

New book, “Silent Winter”, provides more details about how human health has been significantly impacted by exposure to toxic chemicals in our daily lives...

2 Dead In Japan After Receiving Moderna Jabs From Contaminated Batches

Just last week, data from a leaked Canadian study revealed that the Moderna jab led to harmful side effects like myocarditis and pericarditis (harmful swelling of the heart) almost 2.5x as often as the Pfizer-BioNTech jab.

The news alarmed millions of Americans who received the Moderna jab, and also rattled Moderna's stock price, putting a damper on what had been a market-leading bull run.

VR Headsets Being Used to Train American Emergency Responders, Gov’t Workers Despite Health Risks, Recalls

By B.N. Frank

It’s really not surprising that complaints from Virtual Reality (VR) users are increasing. Research has proven that using VR headsets can cause behavioral changes, balance issues, cognitive problems, eye problems (soreness, vision changes), headaches, and MORE.

Last month, Facebook recalled millions of VR face liners due to users reporting rashes and hives. Got kids? Research has determined that children absorb 2-5 times more harmful radiation than adults while wearing VR headsets.

Despite all of this, tech companies continue to create, promote and sell VR products for a variety of purposes other than recreational. Of course, they wouldn’t be doing this if everybody stopped buying and using these dangerous products...

U.S. Navy Asks Sailors to Wear Smart Watches and Rings for Sleep Monitoring Despite Health Risks from “Wearables”

By B.N. Frank

Over the years, smart watch (aka activity tracker) owners have reported burns, rashes, shocks, and other undesirable symptoms while wearing these devices. Some complaints have led to recalls. In 2020 IEEE recommended that people avoid wearing both smart watches (aka activity trackers) and wireless earphones unless absolutely necessary because of harmful radiation exposure. Nevertheless, the U.S. Navy is asking some sailors to wear smart watches and rings in order to monitor their sleep...

Samsung can remotely disable their TVs worldwide using TV Block

Samsung says that it can disable any of its Samsung TV sets remotely using TV Block, a feature built into all television products sold worldwide.

This was revealed by the company South Korean multinational in a press release issued earlier this month in response to the July South African riots that led to large-scale looting, which also impacted Samsung warehouses and stores.

"TV Block is a remote, security solution that detects if Samsung TV units have been unduly activated, and ensures that the television sets can only be used by the rightful owners with a valid proof of purchase," Samsung said.

"The aim of the technology is to mitigate against the creation of secondary markets linked to the sale of illegal goods, both in South Africa and beyond its borders. This technology is already pre-loaded on all Samsung TV products."
