TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL: State Legislatures Have Authority to Decide Electors

Sean Hannity weighed-in Tuesday night on the state of the 2020 election and the “blockbuster” lawsuit brought by Texas; saying the Supreme Court will now decide whether state legislatures can decide their own electors.

“Officials in Texas are now contesting election results in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan. This is the blockbuster suit we told you was coming,” said Hannity. “The deadline for the response is Thursday by 3pm.”

“This challenge has now officially survived outright dismissal. It could be a game-changer,” he added. “The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. The Justices will be tasked with deciding whether these states violated the US Constitution in a variety of ways.”
