Report: Biden nominee locked access to her college thesis calling for anti-child population control

President Joe Biden’s nominee to head the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) who called for population control and called American children an “environmental hazard” in her master’s thesis requested access to the paper be locked.

Tracy Stone-Manning asked the University of Montana in June 2020 to limit access to the thesis titled “Into the heart of the beast | A case for environmental advertising.”

The university’s digital initiatives librarian confirmed the report to Breitbart News on Friday.

Stone-Manning penned the thesis while earning her master’s degree in Environmental Studies in 1992.

In her thesis, Stone-Manning called for population control and planned an advertising campaign with eight advertisements bringing attention to the issues of overpopulation, overgrazing, the corporate timber industry, and an 1872 mining law.
