Are You Ready To Have Your Civil Liberties Severely Restricted? Because That Is Where This Thing Is Headed…

One of the things that sets the United States apart from the rest of the world is that we are supposed to have certain civil liberties guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution. Of course the U.S. Constitution has been absolutely trampled on by many of our leaders for decades, but most Americans still deeply cherish the basic rights which are enshrined in our founding document. Unfortunately, many of our politicians are convinced that all of those rights can be taken away during a “national emergency”, and these days the bar for declaring a “national emergency” has been set very low.

Coronavirus death rates in South Korea reinforce a frightening pattern of how the disease affects older people

The report counts a total of 7,755 cases through March 11 and 60 deaths, for a total death rate of 0.77%. That is far lower than the reported death rates in several other countries. A major factor in that lower death rate could be the country's extremely thorough coronavirus-testing policies: Many milder cases included in South Korea's overall count might not be noticed in countries like the US, where testing is more sparse.

While South Korea reported 2,718 cases among patients under 30 as of March 11, there were zero deaths from COVID-19 among those younger patients. Only one patient between the ages of 30 and 39 had died, and only one patient in their 40s died.

Milan Italy Was Overwhelmed With Viral Lung Infections as Recently as 2018 Without Feeding a Global Hysteria

One thing that is clear is that SARS-CoV-2 is a mild virus that is extremely unlikely to kill you if you become infected (see 1,2,3). Another thing which is clear is that there is no excess mortality to indicate this influenza-pneumonia-coronavirus season has been particularly bad and that SARS-CoV-2 is, therefore, killing more people than whatever coronavirus it mutated from (see 1,2). Its only remaining claim to be a greater threat than what we deal with every year without governments subjecting us to house arrest is that it has the ability to overwhelm hospitals and force doctors to ration care as is happening now in Milan and happened before in Wuhan. Well here follows a (machine-translated) report from 2018 which makes it clear the intensive care capacity of a modern European metropolis was overwhelmed just two years ago — that metropolis just happens to be Milan.

This Is What You Can Do to Protect Yourself From the Mild Threat That Is Covid-19 Coronavirus

The people of the Pacific Northwest were out in the Sun yesterday. Hiking, biking, motorcycling, fishing boating and heading every which way in their RV's,for the mountains, lakes and rivers. The bikers were out in groups of 50 to 60.

Recognize these viral epidemics come in winter when vitamin D levels are low. As a fatty vitamin, your liver should have 3 months of vitamin D stored, but probably doesn’t.

The viruses were always there but erupt when sunshine vitamin D blood serum levels are low. SO GO OUTSIDE, MIDDAY, AND GET SOME SUNSHINE ON YOUR SKIN to produce natural vitamin D. Expose arms, legs, face. Quarantines deprive people of sunshine vitamin D.

Supplement with 8000 units vitamin D3 daily (kids 2000+ units); if ill – – > take 50,000 units vitamin D3 for 3-5 days; then 8000 units daily. This is not an overdose as physicians inject 300,000 units vitamin D for wintertime storage in your liver.

The Coming War On China (China Documentary) | History Documentary | Reel Truth History

The Coming War on China, from award winning journalist John Pilger, reveals what the news doesn’t – that the world’s greatest military power, the United States, and the world’s second economic power, China, both nuclear-armed, may well be on the road to war.

Nuclear war is not only imaginable, but planned. The greatest build-up of NATO military forces since the Second World War is under way on the western borders of Russia. On the other side of the world, the rise of China is viewed in Washington as a threat to American dominance.

The Great Recession Destroyed My Life. Fear Over the Coronavirus Won’t

The great recession destroyed my life.

Over just a few weeks in late 2008, the small business that I’d worked for years to build was crushed and forced to close. My full-time job in telecommunications was gutted and my salary was cut in half.

Bills were going late, collections agents were calling. I gained 30 pounds thanks to stress and entered a deep depression. It was as if the whole world I’d built for myself and my wife for over a decade had been swept away in less than a month.

And then came the fear. Paralyzing, crushing fear.

COVID-19: WELCOME TO THE NEW DARK AGES

The response by the government to COVID-19 will turn America into a third world country in short order. Destroying the economy, throwing millions of people out of work, creating air money and thus inflation, and draconian measures to head off a virus that kills far less than the ordinary flu will have serious and unprecedented ramifications.

Panic Pandemic – Why Are People Who Should Know Better Buying the Controlavirus Hype?

Editor’s note: Good stuff from the Off Guardian. I agree, one of the more disappointing things about this hysteria has been seeing parts of the alt-media buy into it. And I’m not even talking about views on how bad the disease is. We can have an honest disagreement about that, that’s fine. But however much of a threat you think this virus is, should you really go from being a dissident one day to demanding government mandated-lockdowns of entire populations the next?

I think not, I think even if you think this is the worst thing since the Spanish Flu you should still retain a measure of skepticism as relates to government incentives, intentions, and competence.

Will COVID-19 Actually Force Governments To Be More Efficient?

Well, at least there’s a bit of good news from COVID-19. In a few cases, it at least seems to be making government more efficient, and calls into question why so much bureaucracy existed to begin with.

We think there’s a LOT more to come in terms of streamlining government.

Millions of people will lose their jobs, and that includes government workers too. With tax revenue drying up, federal, state, and local governments will have to lay off employees too… and by consequence, they’ll be forced to streamline their operations and ease bureaucracy.

From Quarantine To Tyranny To Rebellion: Where Is The Line In The Sand?

Authored by Brandon Smith via Alt-Market.com,

America is in a haze right now. It seems like half the country is in denial of the danger while the other half is awaking from apathy and frantically trying to prepare. This is creating a fog of confusion as one side screams “it's nothing but the flu, stop buying up the grocery store...!”, and the other side just keeps stocking goods, though in an inexperienced way that prioritizes comfort over practicality.

Mail-in ballots gain support in coronavirus crisis, but questions linger

Elected officials are clamoring for more people to be able to vote by mail as the novel coronavirus outbreak looms over the fall fight between President Trump and presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

This week’s last-minute move by Ohio officials to shut down the state’s primary election in order to stop the spread of COVID-19 caused temporary confusion. But it also prompted calls for the widespread adoption of mail-in voting measures for the rest of the primary calendar — and the general election.

What You Can and Cannot Do During a Stay-at-Home or Shelter-in-Place Order

As coronavirus cases continue to rise in the U.S., questions have been circling about shelter-in-place and stay-at-home orders.

How long will we suffer in social isolation, perhaps for months, while a state-induced Great Depression takes over?

A prediction: The longer the orders to shelter in place and self-isolate remain in force, the greater the probability they will begin to be ignored and people will take the risks to end their isolation and be with friends.

Will Americans suffer in social isolation, inside their own homes for months, while a state-induced Great Depression washes over the land?

My guess is that many will rebel.

The Coronavirus, Fear, and Elitist Driven Market Insanity

Fear is contagious: Fear is more contagious than any virus could ever be, and the media has really fed the fear factor when it comes to the coronavirus.

I am by no means playing down the deadly Covid-19 coronavirus. It is a killer. Depending on the reporting nation, it appears that on average 3.4 percent of every 100 who catch the coronavirus die. Those are not good odds.

Adding to the problem, the Center for Disease Control allowed the virus to spread in the United States out of an act of pure stupidity. The CDC refused to allow testing of those with coronavirus symptoms unless they had visited certain areas of China. And what about those who were exposed at airports, restaurants and stores? People died of the coronavirus in the United States before the CDC diagnosed a single case.

This Year’s Influenza-Pneumonia-Corona Virus Cocktail Hit No Worse Than Any Other Year

It’s safe to say these days the media wants your eyeballs on one thing and one thing only: the coronavirus numbers. But why? Why to the exclusion of everything else?

And I don’t mean just to the exclusion of everything else there is going on right now (bailouts, repression…), but even stripped of its proper context necessary to understand how much of a threat it is or isn’t.

We’re supposed to be acting as if SARS-CoV-2 dropped down from the sky yesterday and was totally new and isolatable, and not just one more virus in a virus cocktail that hits us every year.

That isn’t how it works:

Pandemic Masks Communist Power GRAB

POWER GRAB

A naked grab for more power would meet with resistance. That is why it is disguised as
a pandemic. But what is the difference between martial law and medical martial law based on a phoney pandemic? None.

gates-assembly.jpeg
Yet medical martial law closely mirrors Communist/Orwellian tyranny. People are confined to their homes. They cannot travel or assemble to discuss their predicament. Mass surveillance to enforce "social distancing." Drones ensure no one even goes for a walk. Outside in France? Show your papers!
Food becomes scarce. Empty shelves. Lineups at supermarkets. They snitch on each other if they hear coughing. They are carted away and confined. They lose their livelihood and depend on government handouts. Convicts are freed. Borders are sealed except to migrants.

Talk about total control. People can't even go to the cinema or sports events. They can't swim or play hockey because even recreation centers are closed.

Supreme Identity Politics: Biden Pledges To Only Consider Black Females For SCOTUS Pick

In his debate with Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden made two pledges to voters and asked his opponent to do the same to nominate only a black woman for the next open Supreme Court seat and to choose a woman as his vice president. Even with identity politics, the pledge to impose a gender and race requirement for the next Supreme Court nominee is as ironic as it is troubling. What Biden was declaring, and what Sanders wisely avoided, would effectively constitute discrimination in admission to the Supreme Court.

Indeed, the Supreme Court has declared that such race or gender conditions are strictly unconstitutional for admission to public colleges.

Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has dropped out of the 2020 presidential race to endorse her ideological opposite, establishment darling Joe Biden. It's political suicide – for her, and for the idea of a progressive Democrat.

Gabbard's decision to bow out on Thursday may have made sense from an electoral perspective – with just two delegates from her native American Samoa, she wasn't exactly a serious challenger to the much-more-popular Biden or even Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, whom she supported in the 2016 race.

A Contagion Of Fear

Tens of thousands of people die from the flu every year, and no one panics. Over 60,000 Americans died of the flu in the 2019 flu season and over 80,000 Americans died of the flu during the 2018 flu season. That computes to more people dying from the flu—just in America in one month alone—than have died from corona in the entire world to date.

Think of it another way: Every year, as many or more Americans die of the flu than were killed in all of the Vietnam War. And no panic! No closed restaurants. No empty shelves in stores. No presidential plea to stay home. No closed churches. No businesses shutting down. No panic!

Italy’s Embrace of China’s ‘Belt and Road’ Is a Snub to Washington

Anybody wonder why Italy has been hit so hard by the virus?

More than seven centuries after a 17-year-old Marco Polo set off from Venice on a voyage that would culminate at the court of Kublai Khan, the Italian city continues to tout itself as the westernmost point of the ancient Silk Road, China’s gateway into Europe. Now it faces some competition from Trieste, an increasingly busy port city on the northeastern edge of Italy, whose contributions to commerce and culture included popularizing coffee by importing, roasting, and shipping the beans northward, to Vienna’s cafes and beyond.

Coronavirus will bankrupt more people than it kills — and that's the real global emergency

Coronavirus’s economic danger is exponentially greater than its health risks to the public. If the virus does directly affect your life, it is most likely to be through stopping you going to work, forcing your employer to make you redundant, or bankrupting your business.

The trillions of dollars wiped from financial markets this week will be just the beginning, if our governments do not step in. And if President Trump continues to stumble in his handling of the situation, it may well affect his chances of re-election. Joe Biden in particular has identified Covid-19 as a weakness for Trump, promising “steady, reassuring” leadership during America’s hour of need.

Trump Regime COVID-19 Guidelines Exclude Equitable Fiscal Measures for Ordinary Americans

In times of economic duress like now, US policymakers and the Wall Street owned and operated Fed throw hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars at business and investors to aid them and financial markets — crumbs at most for cash-strapped households hard-pressed to get by.

For weeks, Trump failed to acknowledge the risk of a growing public health crisis, admitting it belatedly on Monday with guidelines that exclude financial help for ordinary people in need.

It calls for “15 days to slow (COVID-19’s) spread” that could take months or longer to control and eliminate nationwide.

That sounds incredibly stressful.

Yeah, it is. Because, you know they don't pay us for records anymore, right? So touring is all we got. That's really the only thing that we can do to make any money. And to lose it is just awful. Make no mistake whatsoever: this is the New World Order's long awaited Big Push.

A magician does something with his left hand, as he signals his audience to look at his right hand.

They have been at it since late September. Remember that 'impeachment'? Everybody was just wondering: 'what's it all about?' Well, it was about distracting people from the financial implosion that had begun.

Soleimani? He got blown away on the day that..........the Federal Reserve reported they had already doled out $6 TRILLION short term loans on the repo market. They have been at it ever since, and it would be interesting to know what they have already given out. At this rate, they must be well in to 12, 15 Trillion territory, which is 2008 all over again, with the Fed doling out 16 TRILLION in loans to its Bankster buddies, $9 Trillion of which they admitted 'they cannot account for.'

2008 all over again? Well, this is only the beginning, 2008 was just a prelude, a walk in the park.

Obeisance to the “Greater Good”

We can look upon otherwise-advanced cultures such as the Egyptians, the Romans, the Aztecs, etc., and shake our heads at their naivete. All of them created great ceremonies that involved blood sacrifices, in order to appease the deities.

So, how are we doing? Have we banished paganism from the modern world?

Well, unfortunately, no. We may live in a more technological age, yet human nature remains the same. Those who are not highly focused within themselves have the perennial tendency to want to put their faith in some magical entity out there who will smile upon them and make all the bad things go away.

The Biggest Thing Since 1776 is Happening NOW… How the Coronavirus Will Spark the Greater Depression

International Man: Panicked people are emptying supermarket shelves and stockpiling toilet paper. Hand sanitizer is impossible to find anywhere.

Is the impact of the fear and hysteria greater than the risk of the virus itself?

Doug Casey: Yes, very much so. The virus itself is what we can call a first-order effect. I don’t want to spend much time talking about the flu itself because, even though worst-case numbers like a million deaths in the US are tossed around, it’s not the biggest problem.

The second-order effects—like the economy shutting down from hysteria—are actually much more serious.

The third-order effects—new laws and state action—will have the longest-lasting consequences. We can talk about them in a minute.

The Only Pandemic in America Is That of Unbridled Fear and a Total Lack of Intelligent Thought

“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” ~ Frank Herbert,

Can the common flu cause people in America and worldwide to lose their minds, and lose all ability to think? Apparently, that is the case, as Americans have gone insane over a new monster created out of thin air called coronavirus. I have anticipated a scenario such as this, and written about it for the past decade or more, but the response by the people of this country is more ridiculous than even I could have imagined. It is the most pathetic sight I have seen in my life.

He was wrong on the impeachment, but he is right on this. These shutdown orders are unconstitutional. Mayors and governors are issuing a boiler plate order that seems to always contain the phrase no gatherings more than 10 people. This is martial law under false pretenses.
