Documents expose US biological experiments on allied soldiers in Ukraine and Georgia

While the US is planning to increase its military presence in Eastern Europe to “protect its allies against Russia”, internal documents show what American “protection” in practical terms means.

The Pentagon has conducted biological experiments with a potentially lethal outcome on 4,400 soldiers in Ukraine and 1,000 soldiers in Georgia. According to leaked documents, all volunteer deaths should be reported within 24 h (in Ukraine) and 48 h (in Georgia).

Both countries are considered the most loyal US partners in the region with a number of Pentagon programs being implemented in their territory. One of them is the $2.5 billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Biological engagement program which includes research on bio agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria being studied on the local population.

Four Things That Suggest War with Russia Is Coming

Consider that a Russian war would give China the perfect cover to take Taiwan. Can America fight a war on two fronts? Could the Chinese be pulling strings here? Why is it that American politicians seem intent on this NATO expansion? Why are they all of a sudden interested in the sovereignty of another country when they refuse to secure our own borders? -- Consider that we literally have Chinese spies that have been sleeping with our politicians, and those politicians are still in office. It’s also no secret much of DC is bought and paid for by China. Could China be purposefully moving America toward war with Russia? If so, to what end?

Russian nuclear submarines already on duty off US coasts

According to unconfirmed reports, one of the Russian submarines is located near the east coast of the United States, while the second one is off the west coast. Presumably, another Russian submarine could be staying in Arctic waters.

Tensions in the relationship between the United States and Russia are reaching a climax. Russia took measures to try to solve the crisis through diplomacy, but the United States prefers to turn to increasingly aggressive measures instead by building up NATO troops in Eastern Europe, closer to the Russian borders.

The Russian nuclear submarines on duty off the coasts of the United States will thus be able to respond to any act of aggression immediately.

Bipartisanship: US House Races MASSIVE Ukraine Weapons Transfer to the Floor!

It must be comical for Russia to sit back and watch the US Keystone Kops at the helm of foreign policy blunder and bluster, with Biden’s press secretary insisting that a Russian invasion of Ukraine is “imminent” even as the Ukrainians – who are in a position to know and also in a position to benefit if it was true – pour cold water on the Biden war-fear-porn. -- But when it comes to Fed-generated counterfeit money, Congress is always ready to sprinkle plenty around to their favorite causes – usually war and corporatism. -- That is why House Democrats are desperately trying to ram through a massive “free weapons” bill for Ukraine before the current lapdog media-driven “RUSSIA INVASION” propaganda dies down.

Ukraine: Biden To Blame If WW3 Breaks Out

Early Monday morning, as Russia draws closer to invading Ukraine by the day, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused the United States of "excessive caution" for ordering family members of Kyiv Embassy staff to leave the country.

"We have taken note of @StateDept’s decision to re-departure family members of @USEmbassyKyiv staff," Ukraine spokesman Oleg Nikolenko wrote in a tweet. "While we respect the right of foreign nations to ensure safety & security of their diplomatic missions, we believe such a step to be a premature one & an instance of excessive caution."

Dead Hand is Russia’s Scary Plan to Respond After a U.S. Nuclear Attack

The 1970s were some of the lowest years of Cold War for the United States. In that decade, the Vietnam War divided the American public who, dazed and confused from the long, grinding war cried for peace at any price. The Soviet Union was leading the nuclear arms race and appeared strong. How the dead hand system works

But then the Reagan Administration entered office with a bold, if risky plan for winning the Cold War. In Reagan’s America, the United States would not purchase its security through surrender—the American retreat was over and accommodation had no place in the United States’ foreign policy.

American Pravda: Did the US Plan a Nuclear First Strike Against Russia in the Early 1960s?

I quickly read the article and was stunned. The central document was a Top Secret/Eyes Only summary memo of a July 1961 National Security Council meeting written by Howard Burris, the military aide to then-Vice President Lyndon Johnson, which was afterward deposited in the Johnson Archives and eventually declassified. The discussion focused on the effectiveness of a planned nuclear first strike, suggesting that 1963 would be the optimal date since America’s relative advantage in intercontinental nuclear missiles would be greatest at that point. Galbraith’s student, Heather A. Purcell, had discovered the memo and co-authored the article with him, and as they pointed out, this meeting was held soon after the US military had discovered that the Soviet missile forces were far weaker than previously had been realized, leading to the plans for the proposed attack and also proving that the first strike under discussion could only have been an American one.

The U.S. Betrays Its Heritage by Threatening World War III Against Russia and China

Americans who cherish our country’s legacy are horrified by our headlong rush to war. America at its best was the very motor of world progress, higher living standards and peace.

That is our true national identity. We betray “the better angels of our nature” by making military threats against those who are advancing world powers, as we once were. We commit suicide when we dishonor historic agreements that keep the world safe from nuclear annihilation.

When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, the U.S. promised Russian leaders that the U.S.-led military alliance known as NATO would not be extended eastward toward Russia. The transatlantic Globalist war-making faction broke this promise. NATO has moved eastward with eight new members, heavily armed and hostile to Russia. The U.S. installed a far-right anti-Russian regime in Ukraine on Russia’s border, and armed them for conflict.

China has been similarly ringed by threatening U.S. fleets and military bases.

Russia to decide on the deployment of nuclear arms in Venezuela this week

Russia is ready to make a decision about the deployment of nuclear weapons, missiles, military bases and infrastructure in Latin American countries after the US and NATO give a written official response to Russia's security guarantees demands.

Given the talks held on January 12 and 14 that the USA and NATO sabotaged, the latter will officially refuse to provide Russia with any security guarantees.

For the time being, it is known that Russia has already held preliminary negotiations with Venezuela and Cuba on the possible deployment of Russian military infrastructure on the territory of these states, Avia.pro website reports. This is evidenced by the fact that Caracas has already confirmed its readiness to provide the necessary support to Russia in the event the Venezuelan administration receives an official request from Russia.

Was the Pandemic Caused by a Leaked Bioweapon or a Mishap in the Vaccine Race?

The devastation wreaked by the Covid-19 virus on human life and the world economy – especially the way it made doomsday scenarios of contagion all too real – has made ordinary people anxious to know its origin. Shockingly, there is enough evidence and reason to suspect that the pandemic might have been the result of a vaccine arms race that skirted dangerously close to bioweapons development. And that a leak from a lab in Wuhan, China – inadvertent or, well, by design – may have been responsible for the pandemic. The behind-the-scenes players were the U.S. government, Big Pharma, and China – which in essence means the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Washington Pumping Up War Fever. The Western Media: “War with Russia is Coming”

It’s nonstop in the western media. The message – war with Russia is coming.

An American friend of mine, now living in Russia, has two sons in the US Army. One of them said to him today, “your two sons are going to be fighting your beloved Russia.” So the troops are obviously being told to prepare for war. One of those sons, an Army Special Forces soldier has been sent to western Ukraine several times to train the Nazi death squads that have been brought into the Ukrainian Army since the US orchestrated coup d’état in 2014.

Russia has repeatedly stated that they have no intention of invading Ukraine – unless Ukraine first strikes Crimea or the Donbass (eastern Ukraine that borders Russia where two Russian-ethnic republics are located that have continually been targets of the right-wing Kiev government since 2014).

The Russia-US -Ukraine Debacle: The Dangers of a Full-Blown Global Conflict

The United States and Russia negotiate regarding the limitation of the arms race, which is now even more obvious.

Central-European media threaten the public with the “New Yalta” slogan, at the same time promising the inevitable victory of the only right Euro-Atlantic system.

Meanwhile, the geopolitical and geostrategic situation is more complex and much more dangerous, not only for the whole of Europe, being something fundamentally different from a new demarcation of spheres of influence between Russia and the West.

No-Missiles Zone

The Cold War has always been closest to the transition to a hot one when it comes to strategic balance of power measured by the deployment and range of missile systems. This was the case when in 1962 the Soviet Union reverted an attempt to locate American missiles in Turkey, what is known with the misleading name of the Cuban Crisis.

Only Cold War Fools Hit Replay On Doomsday

In the early 1960s, at the height of America's original Cold War with the Soviet Union, my old service branch, the Air Force, sought to build 10,000 land-based nuclear missiles. These were intended to augment the hundreds of nuclear bombers it already had, like the B-52s featured so memorably in the movie Dr. Strangelove. Predictably, massive future overkill was justified in the name of "deterrence," though the nuclear war plan in force back then was more about obliteration. It featured a devastating attack on the Soviet Union and communist China that would kill an estimated 600 million people in six months (the equivalent of 100 Holocausts, notes Daniel Ellsberg in his book, The Doomsday Machine). Slightly saner heads finally prevailed—in the sense that the Air Force eventually got "only" 1,000 of those Minuteman nuclear missiles.

According to the high-ranking representative, such a move would pose a challenge to European security and may require a response from Western officials.

During the whole week, Moscow has been waiting for an answer to its proposal for a Treaty guaranteeing peace. Washington has never mentioned it. On the contrary, it has accused Russia of preparing to attack Ukraine and of planning a false flag operation to justify it. Russia can no longer back down, but any action on its part risks opening a third world conflict. -- If Washington is planning the next skirmish in Transnistria, Moscow is preparing to play the next move, probably in the Caribbean basin, on the model of the 1962 Cuban missile crisis. It would be a matter of provoking a shock that would make the American ruling class realize that it no longer has the superiority that it has been using and abusing so much.

Russia will cause USA colossal damage in case of nuclear war

According to the analyst, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be able to easily repel the attacks of American missiles and give a tangible response to enemy's aggression.

Russia would inflict colossal damage on the United States in the event of an exchange of nuclear strikes, he added.

According to the expert, if Russia and the United States exchange nuclear strikes, the Russian side will handle the number of missiles that the Americans can launch.

"Our ballistic missiles, which now use guided hypersound technology, cannot be stopped. Therefore, in an exchange of nuclear strikes, it is the other side that will suffer colossal damage,” Leonkov said.

In late 2021, General David Thompson, the Vice Chief of Space Operations, United States Space Force, admitted that the United States was lagging behind Russia and China in the development of hypersonic arms. The first long-range hypersonic system LRHW will enter service with the US Army only by 2023.

Stop backing regime change along Russia’s borders, including Belarus, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere. Stop meddling in foreign elections. The Sunday Times in the U.K. reported on November 15, 1998 that Israel was developing a biological weapon that kills Arabs, but is harmless to Ashkenazis. The report, citing Western intelligence sources, said that Israeli scientists are “trying to identify distinctive genes carried by Arabs to create a genetically-modified bacterium or virus.” The weapon as described in the story likely sounds very familiar to those who follow this blog.

“The intention is to use the ability of viruses and certain bacteria to alter the DNA inside their host’s living cells. The scientists are trying to engineer deadly micro-organisms that attack only those bearing the distinctive genes”

Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0? Putin may put hypersonic missiles, troops in Cuba, Venezuela, as NATO deploys forces closer to Russia

The world has always been a dangerous place, but geopolitically speaking, it has become much more unstable under the ‘leadership’ of Joe Biden, a president who proves daily he is incapable of being commander-in-chief because he can barely speak and function. -- When Donald Trump was president, sure, he sent out ‘mean tweets,’ but he also quite obviously commanded respect from our enemies and near-peer competitors. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping did not threaten their neighbors like they are now threatening Ukraine and Taiwan, respectively; North Korean leader Kim Jong-un met with Trump and did not advance his nuclear weapons program, but has since resumed it. Ditto Iran; Biden’s “strategy,” in fact, is to blame Trump. -- In fact, the Biden regime is so bad at geopolitics and foreign policy that America is now facing a Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0.

NATO, US brought world close to brink of nuclear war during talks with Russia - expert

The behavior of the US and NATO during talks on security guarantees with Russia in Geneva and Brussels brought the world closer to the brink of the nuclear war and further consultations can be useful only in case the West changes its approaches, representative of the Schiller Institute in New York Richard Black told TASS.

"What NATO and US have done from Monday through Wednesday [consultations with Russia were held on different floors from January 10 to 12 - TASS] on this going week is to bring the world close to the brink of nuclear war by insisting on the continuance of placing the weapons with nuclear strike capability not near but at Russia’s border," Black said.

"What is needed is a new world security architecture, which guarantees all nations security and it includes Russia and the United States. West needs to give up its violent fantasy of getting win Russia and China," the expert noted.

Nuclear War Over Ukraine?

How many American soldiers will die in the battle for Luhansk? Or Kerch? Not 1 in 1,000 Americans could find these drab Ukrainian (formerly Russian) industrial cities on a map.

How many Americans are aware that a unit of the Florida National Guard is stationed in western Ukraine, of all places? It’s just a training mission, says the Pentagon. Right. Training how to pick oranges. This from the ‘invincible’ US military (I used to be a member) that got its backside whipped in Vietnam, Iraq and now Afghanistan.

No matter. The US, says President Biden, is geared up for a major fight in this obscure coal-mining region of the former Soviet Union. US Navy vessels and aircraft now challenge Russia’s Black Sea and Azov Sea borders. NATO units probe Ukraine’s air and land borders.

Russia capable of neutralising NATO by launching Zircon missile on UK

Russia's state-of-the-art weapons forced the United States to seriously think about changing its nuclear doctrine. It is the Zircon hypersonic missile that gave Moscow an opportunity to mess up all the plans of the potential enemy, the analyst believes.

"Russia can neutralize NATO with the help of conventional weapons too. One salvo of conventional Zircon missiles from a submarine is capable of destroying all power plants in the UK. All of the UK will be de-energized within 15 minutes. That's all,” the political scientist said on ITON-TV YouTube channel.

According to Kedmi, Russia may not use nuclear weapons in the event of a threat. In order to neutralize NATO forces, Moscow can resort to its hypersonic weapons. Russia may strike a blow on the main ally of the United States — Great Britain. The expert believes that if Russia takes the UK out of the game in a retaliatory attack, all other members of the alliance will fall down like dominos.

President Biden should pledge never to use nuclear weapons first

President Biden can make the world a dramatically safer place by declaring that it is now the policy of the United States never to use nuclear weapons first. Such a pledge is consistent with international legal obligations, fulfills campaign promises, and diminishes the risk of using a nuclear weapon. It would make countries subject to the nuclear weapons threats less nervous in a crisis, when irrationality can lead to disaster. It would add to global stability by lowering the political currency of nuclear weapons.

And significantly, it would help strengthen the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT), the world’s most important arms control treaty. Pursuant to Article VI of the treaty, five nuclear weapons states — United Kingdom, United States, Russia, China, and France — have pledged to “pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament.”

What Does America Stand to Gain by Surrounding Russia with Missiles? Ukraine and Taiwan: Spark Plugs for WW3?

n the wake of the December 31 phone call between Presidents Biden and Putin, two very different perceptions of reality were brought into conflict which we can only pray will be resolved in the coming days and weeks of meetings between both sides.

Where one side sees itself committed to supporting Ukraine’s independent right to join NATO in order to help empower the trans Atlantic rules based order, the other side sees an encroaching military encirclement of its vast territory under a military doctrine dubbed “full spectrum dominance”. This latter doctrine, born in the bowels of Brzezinski’s “Flexible Response” doctrine of 1980, assumes that it is possible to deliver a nuclear first strike on Russia (and China) with only minor “acceptable” rates of collateral damage suffered as a consequence.

The Population Is Being Killed Off with Covid MRNA "Vaccines"

A scientific study recently released by British researchers found that for men under forty the risk of myocarditis almost doubled after the first Pfizer jab. The risk doubled again after the second jab, and doubled again after the third jab to eight times the baseline risk. For the Moderna version, the risks were 16 times the baseline risk after the second jab. https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/more-bad-news-on-covid-vaccines-an...

Why then are there vaccine mandates? Is this stupidity or a depopulation program? This is a legitimate question.

The adverse effects, or side-effects, of the mRNA “vaccines” that are under-reported to VAERS are not side effects in the traditional sense, such as an allergic response to a vaccine or the effect of a substance in a vaccine on a person sensitive to that substance.

Researchers from the COVID-19-linked Wuhan Institute of Virology and disgraced researcher Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance have carried out new research on “recombinant” coronaviruses in rodents, a recently published paper reveals. The paper lists the Chinese regime as well as Joe Biden’s International Development department as funders and supporters of the dangerous work.

The October document – “A Novel Potentially Recombinant Rodent Coronavirus with a Polybasic Cleavage Site in the Spike Protein” – describes how researchers sampled rodents and shrews collected from the wild for coronavirus prevalence. In the years preceding COVID-19, the Wuhan Institute of Virology carried out similar expeditions to gather data on bats.

Nuclear War Over Ukraine?

It’s very unlikely that Joe Biden or Vlad Putin want a real shooting war in Ukraine.  We see lots of breast-beating but no real military action – so far.  What neither side will admit is that they both have serious shortages of ammunition, spare parts, fuel, recovery vehicles and guided missiles.   Neither Kiev nor Moscow can afford to replace weapons lost even in a short war.  Bankrupt America is in no position to fight for Ukraine.  The other NATO allies are paper tigers.  Most important, Germany has no desire to fight Russia.  Unlike the snarling Republicans in the US Congress, Europeans want no new wars.  Their boys are not ready to die for Luhansk. -- But an accidental conflict is always close and growing nearer.

China Calls on US and Russia to Reduce Their Nuclear Arsenals

A Chinese arms control official on Tuesday called on the US and Russia to reduce their nuclear arsenals. The comments came a day after the three powers, along with Britain and France, released a joint statement that said a nuclear war must never happen.

Including retired warheads awaiting dismantlement, the US currently has approximately 5,750 nuclear warheads and Russia has about 6,375. China’s arsenal is just a fraction of what the US and Russia possess. Current estimates put Beijing’s nuclear stockpile somewhere around 300 warheads.

Fu Cong, director-general of the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s arms control department, said Beijing would join arms control talks with the US and Russia once their stockpiles were at a similar level.

The Specter of World War III – Handiwork of Washington’s Busy-Bodies and Hegemonists

One of the worst aspects of the internet enabled 24/7 news cycle is the giant memory hole embedded within it. That is to say, if the latest information content is “breaking news”, no matter how incidental, trivial, misleading or flat-out untruthful, it makes the cut.

But more often than not, that’s all she wrote. Context and history get minimized at best and downright obliterated most of the time. That’s clearly the case with the ongoing saga of the alleged Russian threat to America’s security and especially the manifestation of that threat in the Ukrainian theater of confrontation.

Welcome To The 'Brave New World' Where 'Designer Bioweapons' Can Kill-Off Specific Individuals Thanks To Genealogy Mammoths Selling Our DNA Data To China And The Highest Bidders

The story over at Defense One from August 14th of 2019, just months before COVID 'went viral,' should have told us much of about what was to come to our world soon afterwards.

Titled "Weaponizing Biotech: How China's Military Is Preparing for a New Domain of Warfare," within that story they reported as their subtitle: "Under Beijing's civil-military fusion strategy, the PLA is sponsoring research on gene editing, human performance enhancement, and more."

Immediately kicking off their story with a strong reference to the dystopian 'science fiction' novel published in 1932, Aldous Huxley's 'Brave New World,' that novel doesn't sound so 'science fiction' in 2022, especially with the Washington Post and MSN just publishing this story days ago titled "China harvests masses of data on Western targets, documents show."

Biden and China Are Partners in a New Wuhan Lab, EcoHealth Hunt for ‘Recombinant’ Rodent Coronaviruses.

Using the samples collected, researchers from the Wuhan lab in collaboration with the American non-profit EcoHealth Alliance discovered “killer” viruses that they bragged were capable of “direct human infection.”

Russia Says US Is Lowering Threshold For Use Of Nuclear Weapons

As the US and Russia are preparing to hold security talks in January, Russian officials continue to criticize Washington’s military posture. On Monday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov accused the US of lowering the threshold for the possible use of nuclear weapons.

"We in Moscow are committed to raising the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons. An opposite trend has been seen in the United States over the recent years, with the means for nuclear destruction appearing to be perceived more and more as a battlefield weapon. This is a dangerous trend," Ryabkov said, according to Russia’s TASS news agency.

Donbass — Russia and DPR Fear Chemical Weapons Provocation by Ukraine with US Help

Russia, through its Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu, and the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), through the spokesman of the people’s militia, Eduard Basurin, have expressed concerns about on a possible chemical weapons provocation by Ukraine in the Donbass, with the help of the US.

On 21 December 2021, at an extended Defence Ministry meeting attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu stated that US mercenaries stationed in the Ukrainian-controlled Donetsk region were preparing a chemical weapons provocation.

“Tanks with unspecified chemicals were delivered to the towns of Avdeyevka and Krasny Liman to carry out provocations,” he said.

Sergey Shoygu added that about 120 American mercenaries who train Ukrainian special forces have arrived in Donbass, including Avdeyevka.

Putin Slams US for Deploying Missiles to Russia’s ‘Doorstep’

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday slammed the US for its military expansion in Eastern Europe as Russia is seeking guarantees that NATO won’t move further east.

“We have made it clear that Nato’s move to the east is unacceptable,” Putin said at an annual year-end press conference. “The United States is standing with missiles on our doorstep. Is it an excessive requirement not to install shock systems at our house? How would the Americans react if missiles were placed at the border with Canada or Mexico?”

Putin pointed out that at the end of the Cold War, the US said NATO wouldn’t expand. “Sometimes it seems we are living in different worlds,” he said. “They said they wouldn’t expand, but they are expanding,” he said.

Dr. David Martin: COVID-19 an intentional weaponization of the spike protein – Brighteon.TV

Popular truth-teller Dr. David Martin called the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) an intentional weaponization of the spike protein during his speech on Clay Clark’s ReAwaken America Tour last Dec. 10. Clark shared the video of Martin’s speech during the Dec. 13 episode of “Thrive Time Show” on Brighteon.TV.

“This was not a public health problem. This was a biowarfare act of domestic terrorism meted out on the citizens of the United States and the people of the world,” said Martin.

“And it was not a lab leak from China. It was not a lab leak from anywhere. It was an intentional weaponization of the spike protein, and it is murder. And we will call it what it is. It was murder then and it’s premeditated murder.”

American mercenaries preparing ‘chemical weapon’ incident in east Ukraine, Russia claims

US private military companies (PMCs) are preparing a provocation using chemical weapons in troubled and tense eastern Ukraine, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu claimed on Tuesday.

Moscow believes there are more than 120 employees of American PMCs operating in the region, where they are working with Ukrainian special forces.

Containers with “unidentified chemical components” have been delivered to the cities of Avdeevka and Krasny Liman in Donbass in order to stage provocations, Shoigu said, at Tuesday’s meeting of the Defense Ministry board, in Moscow, attended by President Vladimir Putin.

The minister, who was sitting alongside Putin and Russia's top General Valery Gerasimov, provided no further details or evidence of the false-flag chemical attacks that had purportedly been planned.

Report Links Ballooning Fatalities to "Specific Batches" of the Covid-19 Vaccine

Question– Can the deaths that are reported on VAERS be linked to specific batches of the Covid-19 vaccine?

Answer– Yes, they can.

Question– Are you sure of that? What you’re suggesting is that particular lots of the vaccine are toxic.

Answer– That appears to be the case.

Question– I want to make sure I understand what you’re saying: Are you accusing the drug companies of murder?

Answer– That possibility can’t be ruled out, although it cannot yet be proven “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Not surprisingly, however, neither industry leaders, regulators or the FBI have shown the slightest interest in examining the evidence that has been meticulously compiled by reputable researchers. The fact is, there is already sufficient statistical evidence that something very sinister is going on that requires an immediate and thorough investigation. It’s a matter of gravest concern, after all, people are dying.

Russia Orders Two Strategic (Nuclear) Missile Complexes to "Combat Duty"; Closes Northern Sea Route in Arctic Over NATO Activities

Two missile regiments armed with Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) with Multiple Independent Re-Entry Vehicle (MiRV) nuclear warheads, will assume combat duty in the Russian Strategic Missile Force by the end of this year, Strategic Missile Force Commander Colonel-General Sergey Karakayev confirmed on Friday.

Russia also declared today they are closing the Northern Sea Route, saying NATO's "creeping" intervention in Ukraine has begun and we will not stand idly by.

With regard to the new nuclear missiles, Russia said "We are ending the year 2021 with the effort of placing another missile regiment of the Kozelsk missile formation armed with silo-based Yars missiles and a regiment of the Barnaul missile unit with mobile Yars missile systems on combat alert," the commander confirmed to the Defense Ministry’s Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper.

China Holds Nuclear, Chemical, Biological Warfare Exercises

China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has conducted a combat exercise involving anti-nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons in Tibet.

Including commandos and armored assault groups, the 24-hour drill was reportedly held “on a snowy plateau” amid heightened border tensions with India.

Combat simulations included the launch of several high-powered rockets and installation of explosives on a target. Their commanding officer had them engage in all scenarios while protecting against possible nuclear, biological, and chemical attacks.

Third battalion commander Li Qunfeng led the group in neutralizing a theoretical attack while wearing gas masks, passing through a “poisoned zone,” and reporting the situation back to command. A chemical defense detachment was then ordered to decontaminate the area.

US unleashed ballistic missile arms race, and here's where we are 20 years on

Twenty years ago this week, the US announced that it would withdraw from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty signed by Moscow and Washington back in 1972. What changes has this brought about since?

On December 13, 2001, then US president George W. Bush gave formal notice to Russia about the US decision to withdraw from the ABM Treaty. In accordance with Article 15 of the treaty, the withdrawal came into effect six months later, on June 13, 2002.

Russia immediately called this decision a mistake and insisted on keeping the crucial bilateral treaty intact, citing its international importance and dubbing it “a cornerstone of strategic stability and security.”

The US, however, had stated its intention to withdraw from the treaty a number of times – saying that it was outdated – and to develop its own national anti-ballistic missile defense system.

FLASHBACK - U.S. Completes INF Treaty Withdrawal

Less than one year after President Donald Trump informally announced that the United States would withdraw from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, the State Department announced on Aug. 2 that the move was officially complete. The treaty’s death leaves just the 2010 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START) in place to limit U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons deployments, and that pact is due to expire in February 2021.

Russia may be forced to deploy intermediate-range nuclear missiles in Europe: Ryabkov

Russia has raised the possibility of deploying intermediate-range nuclear missiles in Europe in response to a similar plan by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), against the backdrop of the thorny issue of Ukraine.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Russia's RIA news agency in an interview on Monday that Moscow would have to go ahead with the deployment if NATO refused to engage with it on preventing further escalation over Ukraine.

Ryabkov said there were "indirect indications" that NATO was moving closer to re-deploying the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF), including by restoration last month of the 56th Artillery Command, which operated nuclear-capable Pershing missiles during the Cold War.

"Lack of progress towards a political and diplomatic solution to this problem will lead to our response being of a military and technical military nature," the Russian diplomat said.

Russia says it may be forced to deploy mid-range nuclear missiles in Europe

Russia could be forced to deploy intermediate-range nuclear missiles across Europe in response to what it sees as NATO’s plans to increase the presence of atomic weapons on the continent, a top Moscow diplomat has claimed.

In an interview with RIA Novosti on Monday, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov insisted that if Western nations refuse to sign a moratorium on intermediate-range nuclear forces (INF) in Europe, Russia will be obliged to place the weapons in the European portion of its territory. Moscow has proposed the deal as part of a package of measures intended to defuse the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.

“The absence of progress in the direction of a political-diplomatic solution to this problem will make it so that our response is military,” Ryabkov said. “That is, it will be a confrontation, the next round, the deployment of such tools from our side.”

Russia May Deploy Intermediate Nuclear Missiles In Europe If NATO Refuses Dialogue

Following a month of ratcheting US-Russia tensions and tit-for-tat accusations and posturing over Ukraine, the Kremlin has issued it's biggest threat yet, on Monday saying it might now be forced to deploy nuclear missiles in Europe. This raises the stakes significantly higher in the standoff which was sparked by widespread Western media reports alleging that Putin is preparing an "invasion" of Eastern Ukraine by calling up tens of thousands of extra troops near Crimea and the border region.

"Russia said on Monday it may be forced to deploy intermediate-range nuclear missiles in Europe in response to what it sees as NATO's plans to do the same," Reuters reports of the new remarks by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov. He told Russia's RIA news agency in a fresh interview that "Moscow would have to take the step if NATO refused to engage with it on preventing such an escalation."

As I first reported on February 9th 2020, and again on March 15th 2020, researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi had published a paper on January 31st about their findings of four unique insertions in Novel Coronavirus. These were the features which made it “novel”, because they had not previously been found in any other coronavirus.

It just so happens that these insertions appeared to be the same spike glycoprotein GP120 found on the HIV virus. In the Abstract, the Indian scientists wrote that this fact was “unlikely to be fortuitous in nature,” which was a delicate way of saying that SARS CoV-2 is a bioweapon.

The four HIV GP120 and gag protein receptor sequences that they’d discovered in the SARS CoV-2 virus are what allow both the HIV and COVID viruses to enter the cells of human bodies and to bind to human CD4 (T type white blood) cells.

US "Successfully" Upgrades Nuclear Gravity Bomb For Modern Battlefield

The U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) announced Thursday it had "successfully" modernized the first B61 nuclear gravity bomb to increase the nation's air-delivered nuclear deterrent capability amid threats of war with Russia in Ukraine and China in the South China Sea and or in the Taiwan Strait.

Over the years, we've been documenting (read: here & here) NNSA's $12 billion program to modify aging B61 thermonuclear gravity bombs for the modern battlefield. The weapons first entered service in the late 1960s and needed upgrades to be more effective and increase lifespan by another two decades.

Are You Ready for Nuclear War over Ukraine?

“Do you know we don’t rule out first-use nuclear action?” So said Senator Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) while outlining what measures the U.S. could take against Russia over Ukraine, at whose border Moscow has been massing troops. The senator’s office later clarified that this comment related to American policy in general and not specifically to Russia. While this is actually believable (Wicker made a loose comment), what’s unbelievable is that we’re even considering a military confrontation with Moscow over something that does not at all involve a U.S. national interest.

Moreover, what else Wicker said, during a recent interview with Fox News host Neil Cavuto, is not reassuring. To wit: “Well, military action could mean that we stand off with our ships in the Black Sea and we rain destruction … on Russia military capability,” the Independent related him as stating. “It could mean that we participate, and I would not rule that out, I would not rule out American troops on the ground.”

US ‘Low-Yield’ Nuclear Bomb Enters Production

The US Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) announced the development of America’s latest nuclear weapon.

The B61-12 Life Extension Program First Production Unit is a more accurate and lower-yield variant of the nuclear gravity bomb, capable of being air-dropped — either through “gravity or guided drop modes.”

Department of Energy Under Secretary for Nuclear Security and NNSA Administrator Jill Hruby remarked that the nine-year-old program “improves accuracy and reduces yield with no change in military characteristics, while also improving safety, security and reliability.”

“The work on the B61-12 will also ensure the warhead can be air-delivered on both current and future platforms to meet Department of Defense requirements,” extending the munition’s life by 20 years. Once deployed, the B61-12 will replace variants 3, 4, and 7, leaving only the 11 along with it.

CIA Chief: No Evidence Iran Has Decided to Develop a Nuclear Weapon

On Monday, CIA Director William Burns said the US does not have evidence that Iran has decided to weaponize its nuclear program.

The CIA “doesn’t see any evidence that Iran’s Supreme Leader [Ali Khamenei] has made a decision to move to weaponize,” Burns told The Wall Street Journal’s annual CEO Council, The Times of Israel reported.

Burns’ admission comes a week after the US and Iran resumed indirect negotiations in Vienna to revive the nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA. The latest round of talks concluded Friday and are expected to resume this Thursday.

Israeli officials have been claiming that Iran is only trying to buy time with the negotiations as it secretly develops a nuclear bomb. For decades now, Israel has been making similar warnings, but Iran has always insisted it does not want nuclear weapons and Israel is currently the only nuclear-armed state in the region.

Fact Sheet: U.S. Nuclear Weapons in Europe

Nuclear weapons owned by the United States have been deployed in Europe since the mid-1950s, when President Dwight D. Eisenhower authorized their storage at allied North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) bases on the continent for use against the Soviet Union. Though NATO officially declares itself a “nuclear alliance,” it does not own any nuclear weapons. Instead, a small number of bombs are reportedly kept under U.S. Air Force guard at six airbases in five European countries, ready to be delivered by respective national fighter planes.

Bunker-Buster: The Air Force’s B61 Mod 12 Missile Is Literally Earth Shattering

Low-yield nuclear attack, earth-penetrating strikes, above surface detonation, and bunker-buster explosions are all now woven into a single nuclear bomb for the U.S. Air Force. Meet the new B61-12 weapon.

The B61-12 is a modified nuclear weapon that builds upon and integrates more than fifty years of technology and development. It has been a multi-year modernization effort to engineer a single bomb variant able to perform a range of otherwise separated nuclear attack functions.

Historically, different variants of the weapon were needed for specific missions and blast effects. The B61-12 Life Extension Program has successfully completed its first production unit, according to the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The B61-12 combines the Mod 3, 4, 7, and 11 into a single munition.

Belarus Proposes To Host Russian Nukes If NATO Expands Its Arsenal

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko has again announced his country stands ready to host nuclear weapons provided by Russia on its territory. "We are ready for this on the territory of Belarus," Lukashenko told Russia's RIA news agency in an interview published Tuesday.

Lukashenko held it out as the necessary response in the scenario where NATO would deploy nuclear systems to neighboring Poland. The Belarusian president said he will soon propose this plan to Putin.

MINUTE TO MIDNIGHT Russia and West ‘one mistake’ from nuclear conflict in most dangerous moment since Cold War, warns UK admiral

THE world is "one mistake" from all-out nuclear war thanks to Vladimir Putin's "dangerous games" in Eastern Europe, warns an ex-Navy chief.

Moscow is amassing 100,000 troops on its Ukrainian border and is also supporting Belarus dictator Alexander Lukashenko as he "weaponises" migrants against the EU.

And after accusing the US of conducting nuclear bomber drills 20km from its border, the Kremlin said its nuke forces were "on alert" and it had stepped up its military partnership with China.

Admiral Lord West told The Sun Online the situation "is extremely dangerous and risky" with Putin playing "games in the area of grey warfare - things short of war."

He continued: "In terms of the nuclear clock, I think we are closer to midnight than we've been certainly since the 1960s probably.

"And that's because of Russia's silly behaviour in Eastern Europe."

Belarus may invite Russian nuclear weapons into country

Belarus’ leader has said Russia should deploy atomic warheads inside his country’s borders if NATO’s nuclear weapons are advanced eastwards through Poland, amid a growing row with the West.

Speaking in an interview with RIA Novosti on Tuesday, Alexander Lukashenko threatened to increase the amount of deadly hardware facing off across the frontier if American-made nukes are moved further into Eastern Europe.

In that case, Lukashenko said, “I will suggest that [Russian President Vladimir] Putin return nuclear weapons to Belarus.” According to him, the restoration of a Soviet-era nuclear deterrent over the territory using “those atomic armaments would be the most effective in such a case.”

“I am not saying this for no reason,” he went on, “we are ready for this on the territory of Belarus.” Lukashenko, however, did not specify which type of system he wanted to be used, and claimed that this would be “agreed” by the two sides.

America’s New Nuclear Bomb Is Ready: The B61-12 has a Nuclear Warhead with 4 “Selectable Power Options”

An official statement confirmed its full success: it was a real nuclear attack, proof that the fighter carried out at supersonic speed and in stealth attitude (with nuclear bombs placed in its internal hold) has the capability to penetrate through enemy defenses.

The B61-12 has a nuclear warhead with four selectable power options at launch depending on the target to hit. It has the ability to penetrate underground, exploding deep to destroy command center bunkers and other underground structures. The Pentagon’s program foresees the construction of about five hundred B61-12 with an estimated cost of roughly 10 billion dollars (so each bomb will cost double what it would cost if it were built entirely of gold).

The announcement comes after some speculation that the new government might be opposed to the presence of nuclear weapons based on earlier comments by members of the political parties forming the coalition. The government is being formed by the Social Democratic Party(SDP), the Green Party, and the Free Democrats.

Germany has no nuclear weapons of its own but has between 15 and 20 US B-61 nuclear gravity bombs at the Büchel Airbase and a fleet of Tornado fighter bombers to deliver them as part of a NATO agreement.

Members of the Greens and the SDP have previously voiced opposition to the arrangement, causing NATO to press the country to continue hosting the nukes. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said if Germany stopped hosting the nukes, the alliance would move them further east, closer to Russia.

Atlantic Council fellow offers plan for war with Russia, with nuclear weapons at core

From an article in Defense News by Hans Binnendijk, Distinguished Fellow at the Atlantic Council and former National Security Council Senior Director for Defense Policy, and Julian Lindley-French, chairman of The Alphen Group. Summary is abbreviated for reasons explained yesterday.

…Since the 2016 Warsaw Summit, NATO has deployed 1,000-person Enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) battle groups in the three Baltic states and in Poland.

The U.S. deploys a brigade-sized force in Poland and battalion-sized forces in Lithuania and Romania…[Although] These forces could be overrun quickly by a determined Russian onslaught given its time and distance advantages, but as was the case in the city of Berlin during the Cold War, eFP does provide a useful tripwire.

US rehearsed dropping nuclear weapons 20km from Russian border – Moscow

American nuclear-capable bombers have flown dozens of sorties across Eastern Europe in the past few weeks as part of drills designed to probe Russian readiness in case of an atomic war, Russia's defense minister has claimed.

Speaking after a meeting his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe, in Moscow on Tuesday, Sergey Shoigu said that there has been “a significant intensification of activity from US strategic bomber aviation near the borders of Russia.”

According to him, “over the past month, around 30 missions have been flown near the borders of the Russian federation, around two and a half times more than in the same time period last year.”

Shoigu added that recent American exercises, codenamed Global Thunder, saw “ten strategic bombers practicing their ability to use nuclear weapons against Russia at almost the same time from the west and the east. The minimum distance from our border was 20km.”
