"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution" -- Aldous Huxley
Judge Aileen Cannon denied Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request to keep some documents hidden in the classified documents case against Trump.
Last month Jack Smith’s lawyers asked Judge Cannon to keep documents under seal because it is considered “highly sensitive classified information.”
Judge Cannon denied Jack Smith’s request to keep the records hidden.
“In light of the Special Counsel’s Response to Defendants Motion to Unseal 230, and mindful of the strong presumption in favor of public access to judicial documents, the Clerk is directed to unseal docket entries 223, 224, and 230,” Judge Cannon’s 4 order reads.
The Supreme Court of the United States could indirectly get involved in the January 6th charges against former President Donald J. Trump if it decides to hear the cases of three protesters charged with “obstructing an official proceeding,” which is the same charge Trump is facing.
NBC reports that the Supreme Court is in the process of reviewing three challenges from convicts Joseph Fischer, Edward Lang, and Garret Miller. Originally, the court was going to talk about these cases at their weekly meeting on Friday. However, that meeting had to be canceled because former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor died. The case is most likely to be heard on December 8th.
The charge against Fischer, Lang, and Miller is an overextension of 18 U.S.C. 1512(c)(2), according to the defense attorneys, which says it is illegal to “corruptly” block, influence, or slow any official action. The defendants want the charge against them to be dropped. The law was passed in 2002 as a result of the Enron incident and is known as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Its purpose is to protect people from destroying evidence and not to protest or even fight.
Pro-Trump meme maker Douglass Mackey, AKA, Ricky Vaughn, was sentenced to 7 months in prison in October for trolling Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election.
Mackey was facing a maximum of 10 years in prison for speech crimes.
Mackey was indicted in January 2021 by the feds for using the social media platform to ‘spread election disinformation’ to Hillary Clinton voters in 2016.
The Pro-Trump meme maker was later found guilty for trolling Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election. Mackey posted a humorous meme telling Hillary voters to text in their vote on Wednesday after the election. It was obviously a joke. Unfortunately for Mackey, the Marxists have no sense of humor. Douglass Markey was indicted and convicted on Friday for posting jokes online.
Mackey was sentenced to 7 months in prison for posting an online joke in October.
According to the report, the Russian military hit the semiburied command post of the air defense control and warning center of the Vostok air command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Dnepropetrovsk. In addition, Russian forces destroyed Ukrainian fuel depots in the area of Mirgorod in the Poltava region and Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnitsky region. Another target was an ammo depot near Ochakov in the Mykolaiv region of Ukraine. An arsenal in Liptsy in the Kharkiv region was also reportedly hit.
Amid growing concerns about waning international support for Ukraine's "struggle," Kiev's financial appetites are sending shockwaves through German society.
Sarah Wagenknecht, a member of the Bundestag, expressed her dissatisfaction with the staggering 24 billion euro "gift" to Ukraine.
"Ukraine increasingly resembles a bottomless pit. According to the German government's own figures, it has directly transferred 24 billion euros in tax revenues to Ukraine during the conflict. This includes funds for weapons and contributions to the Ukrainian state budget," she stated.
We haven’t ever seen anything like this before. As we approach the 2024 presidential election, I am extremely alarmed by the apocalyptic language that is being employed by many on the left. They are making all sorts of outrageous claims about how Donald Trump is a “fascist” that will become dictator for life if he wins in 2024.

Former President Donald Trump decided to throw a blow Monday at fellow Republican presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis while making a comment about Florida State getting royally screwed out of the College Football Playoff.
There is no shortage of relatively recent films that could never get made today. You can read all about it by clicking on one of many dumb listicles on the internet, which vary in terms of how bad they want you to feel for still (or ever) liking “problematic” relics of the pre-woke era.
As 2023 developed we saw rather a divergence between our view of the Chinese economy and the media or mainstream one.Their view was one of economic recovery whereas we continued with the theme of the consequences of the bursting of the property bubble.Indeed in something of a theme for today there was a Japanese style theme as we noted the risks of a balance sheet style economic slowing. So let us start with the property market.
The Biden administration on Monday sent Congress an urgent warning about the need to approve tens of billions of dollars in military and economic assistance to Ukraine, saying Kyiv’s war effort to defend itself from Russia’s invasion may grind to a halt without it.
In a letter to House and Senate leaders and also released publicly, Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young warned the US will run out of funding to send weapons and assistance to Ukraine by the end of the year, saying that would “kneecap” Ukraine on the battlefield.
She added that the US already has run out of money that it has used to prop up Ukraine’s economy, and “if Ukraine’s economy collapses, they will not be able to keep fighting, full stop.”
“We are out of money — and nearly out of time,” she wrote.
The LEGO store in the San Francisco Centre mall has officially closed, right in the middle of the Christmas retail season, joining a retail exodus from the city that is driven by crime, homelessness, drugs, and the nation’s slowest post-pandemic recovery.
As Breitbart News has noted, Westfield stopped making mortgage payments on the San Francisco Centre mall in June, after losing Nordstrom, which was its anchor tenant. Many other retail businesses, small and large, boutique and chain, have left.
LEGO is the latest to go. The San Francisco Chronicle‘s Jessica Flores reported Sunday:
The Lego store inside San Francisco Centre permanently closed its doors Thursday, according to a company official, the latest retailer to leave the troubled mall.
“We are always reviewing our store portfolio to ensure that we can provide the best LEGO experience for shoppers and fans. As a result, we recently made the decision to close our LEGO Store in the San Francisco Centre,” LEGO spokesperson Colleen Arons said in an email to the Chronicle.
Do you believe the politicians in Washington or do you believe your own eyes? The politicians keep telling us that “inflation is low”, but everyone can see that everything sure does cost a lot more than it once did. Our standard of living just keeps going down, and even JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is admitting that “inflation is hurting people”. But how can inflation be “hurting people” if it is under control? Of course the truth is that it isn’t under control. If the official rate of inflation was still measured using the formula that was in place in 1980, it would be well into double digit territory right now. Prices have been rising much faster than paychecks have, and that is putting an extraordinary amount of financial stress on the more than 60 percent of U.S. adults that currently live paycheck to paycheck.
Vox is a website that leans very far to the left, and even they are complaining about inflation.
In fact, a recent article posted on Vox boldly declared that life in 2023 “means being in a constant state of sticker shock”…
On the same day as Biden Administration ‘climate czar’ John Kerry warned of out of control global warming at the UN climate conference in Dubai, the entirety of Europe is experiencing an unprecedented deep freeze.
Kerry called on the world to “judge with our own eyes what science is telling us” and warned that the arctic, the antarctic and the permafrost are in danger of melting.
Since 2021, the United States has struggled with a massive influx of illegal immigration. An estimated 5 million migrants have entered the country illegally.
Border states have become overwhelmed, claiming the federal government refuses to help.
Some states are taking matters into their own hands. They are even looking for ways to deport the most dangerous of these border jumpers. And a new federal court ruling could eliminate a major hurdle.
From Just the News:
A panel of the Ninth Circuit Court ruled Miranda rights don’t apply to warrant-backed civil immigration arrests, holding up an order to deport a Mexican citizen who had argued he was coerced into admitting his illegal status under an administrative warrant. Miranda rights are the formal warning given by law enforcement to individuals in custody of their right to silence and an attorney.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decided that Miranda rights are not applicable to arrests involving illegal immigrants. A Mexican citizen tried to get out of a deportation order, claiming he was coerced into admitting his illegal status while being questioned by law enforcement.
But the court decided that, because he was facing a “civil deportation proceeding” and not a “criminal trial,” the Miranda warnings do not apply.

The chaotic time series of US Factory Orders was expected to swing to a big loss (-3.00% MoM) in October (data released today) after a big jump in September and big drop in July (and a big jump in June!).
However, factory orders tumbled even more than expected, down 3.6% MoM - the biggest drop since the COVID lockdowns (April 2020). September was also revised lower (making October's decline even worse) from +2.8% MoM to +2.3% MoM...
The flailing Disney Corporation is still digging that woke hole to bury itself in and its latest Christmas movie aimed at teens is just another example of its continuing obsession to jam radical LGBT themes in every movie and TV show it makes for kids.
If you thought you might be tuning in to see its newest holiday flick, “The Naughty Nine,” to see a fun Christmas romp, you’ll instead be confronted with a family headed by a pair of gay dads and another scene where two young boys are confiding in each other about who they think is a male “hottie.”
“The Naughty Nine” was release on Nov. 22 on the Disney Channel and features the story of nine young kids who ended up on Santa’s naughty list and who venture to the North Pole to steal back the gifts that they missed on Christmas.
The film is supposed to be a funny film in the heist-style of films about scheming, oddball kids who set out to rob Santa, but learn some lessons along the way.
However, instead of lighthearted fare, viewers are once again treated to Disney’s political agenda and its need to pump the gay lifestyle into every project. And this particular film is rated TV-PG!
The fact that there has never been a convention of the states called to propose amendments to the Constitution means that most Americans are unaware that we the people have this power and need not rely on Congress to initiate the amendment process. The grassroots Convention of the States Foundation seeks to remedy that problem by calling “a convention for proposing amendments” limited to three subject areas: fiscal restraints on the federal government; limits on the jurisdiction of the federal legislative, executive, or judicial branches; and term limits for members of the federal legislative or judicial branches. Such a convention would send a powerful message to Washington that the people are prepared to reclaim power if it is abused.
US Senator Lindsey Graham rejected Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's argument that more civilian casualties in Gaza could lead to even more rebels and "replace a strategic defeat with a tactical victory."
The Republican senator described Austin as "naive" and said he had "lost all confidence" in him.
“Will strategic defeat infuriate Palestinians? They are already burnt. They are taught from birth to hate Jews and kill them,” Graham claimed on CNN – asking Austin to “stop criticizing Israel publicly.”
"Secretary Austin is telling Israel things that are impossible to achieve," Graham said. "Secretary Austin, the reason Palestinians are dying: Gaza is so dense, Hamas has tunnels under apartments, under schools, under hospitals."
Graham said he understood the principle of what retired General Stanley McChrystal has called "rebel mathematics", an idea that civilian deaths concomitant with war can be a catalyst for creating rebels, but he argued that Gaza's population "Has been radicalized for decades."
"Do you know what they teach in schools?" Graham asked the question. “The idea that somehow we or Israel are radicalizing people in Gaza is ridiculous.”
“If we were attacked like we were on 9/11, if someone called us for a ceasefire against al-Qaeda within two months, we would have driven them out of the city, we would have Would have been chased out of the city. City," He also criticized Vice President Kamala Harris' Saturday statement that "too many innocent Palestinians have been killed."
Betty Brosmer epitomized the classic "hourglass figure", a title that can easily be associated with her image in any fashion vocabulary.
Hailed as the highest-paid pin-up star of the 1950s, she earned recognition as one of the early supermodels.
Her presence graced the pages of countless prestigious magazines like Life, Time, Fortune and Look.
Additionally, she made history by becoming the first model to acquire the rights to many of her photographs and negatives – an unprecedented feat in the industry.
Donald Trump's call for people to "guard the vote" in 2024 has sparked concern about potential violence in next year's election.
The former president, the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination, repeated his unfounded claims of widespread voter fraud in 2020 at a rally in Ankeny, Iowa, on Saturday.
He used those claims as a justification for the call, telling supporters to "go into" Democratic-run cities that he has previously disparaged to "guard the vote" in 2024.
"The most important part of what's coming up is to guard the vote," he told his supporters. "You should go into Detroit and you should go into Philadelphia and you should go into some of these places, Atlanta, and you should go into some of these places and we've got to watch those votes when they come in."
