(Reuters) - MyPillow Inc Chief Executive Mike Lindell must face a defamation lawsuit brought by a voting machine company that the Trump ally falsely accused of rigging the 2020 U.S. election, a Minnesota federal judge ruled on Monday.

Judge Wilhelmina M. Wright denied Lindell and MyPillow's motion to dismiss the lawsuit by Smartmatic USA Corp, finding ample evidence that Lindell ignored publicly available information that contradicted his theories.

Judge Wright also found sufficient evidence that Lindell knew or should have known his statements were false and acted with "actual malice" in promoting them, a key legal threshold in defamation cases.

Lawyers for the defendants did not immediately respond to inquiries Monday.

An attorney for Smartmatic, J. Erik Connolly, told Reuters in a statement the company was pleased with the ruling.

"Mr. Lindell continues to spread disinformation and, by doing so, jeopardizes secure and accurate voting in the United States and elsewhere. It must come to an end," Connolly said.

A supervolcano responsible for the largest eruption over the past 5,000 years, has been cranked up a level on the alert stakes.

Taupō in New Zealand has not covered the nation's north island in lava, rock and ash for nearly 1,800 years but scientists have noticed a shift in its activity.

The alert level for the formidable supervolcano has been raised from 0 to 1 in out of six, for the first time since the measuring system was introduced in 1994.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced a drug bust they say contained enough fentanyl to kill 1.5 million adults.

“JSO Narcotics Unit seized 3 kilos of fentanyl, 1.26 kilos of cocaine & over 6,000 counterfeit pills containing fentanyl; enough fentanyl to kill 1.5 MILLION adults,” the Sheriff’s Office said on Twitter Monday.

The post was accompanied by a photo of seized drugs, with the sheriff’s office saying it was recognizing the “great work” of its officers.

The announcement comes just days after police in Flagler County, Florida, which is just over 70 miles south of Jacksonville, announced the arrest of a fugitive with enough fentanyl to kill over 100,000 people, according to Fox 35.

In that case, 52-year-old Adrian Rivers was arrested with over 200 grams of fentanyl and other drugs.

Amazon has been determined to reduce the size of its massive fulfillment network in North America as consumers pull back on spending. Now the e-commerce giant has "suspended" construction work of new logistic centers in Spain, according to local news website El Confidencial

For some context, Amazon spent billions of dollars doubling its fulfillment network's size in North America during the virus pandemic. MWPVL International Inc., which tracks Amazon's real-estate deals, said the company canceled plans to open 42 US facilities totaling almost 25 million square feet this year.

The reductions didn't stop in North America. Amazon has also canceled European expansion projects, mainly in Spain, as slowing e-commerce sales growth means the company is undergoing belt-tightening measures.

Internet researchers Graphika and the Stanford Internet Observatory revealed in late August that over 150 false personas and media websites formed in the United States had been removed in recent years by Twitter and Facebook.

Major social media firms discovered and removed phony accounts believed to be operated by the US military in violation of the platforms’ policies, prompting the Pentagon to request a thorough examination of how it conducts clandestine information warfare, the Washington Post reported on Monday.

According to the report, after the White House and some federal agencies expressed growing concerns over the Defense Department’s attempted manipulation of audiences abroad, Colin Kahl, the undersecretary of defense for policy, reportedly instructed the military commands that engage in psychological operations online last week to provide a complete accounting of their activities by next month.

The US Central Command (CENTCOM) is one of the agencies whose operations are under investigation, the undisclosed sources claimed, despite the fact that the researchers from Graphika and Stanford did not link the phony accounts to the military.

The takedowns of bogus accounts happened during the last two or three years, per the report. The researchers did not specify when the takedowns happened. They claimed several were recent and involved articles from the summer that promoted anti-Russian narratives by referencing the Kremlin’s “imperialist war” in Ukraine and announcing the conflict’s direct effects on Central Asian nations.

Importantly, they discovered that overt accounts actually drew more followers, and that false personas, which used strategies allegedly popular in nations like Russia and China, did not acquire much traction. With its headquarters in Tampa, CENTCOM oversees military operations in 21 Middle Eastern, North African, Central Asian and South Asian nations.

Now, that the hysteria with "losing" Balakleya and Izyum (quotation marks are deliberate) due to this famous VSU "offensive" has subsided, and once the issue of the Kherson catastrophe for VSU is considered, we may confidently state that the whole thing was very deliberate on Russian side. Fast backward to the start of SMO--this is for those who already forgot--and recall what was the main issue then? Right, if you recall--it was the question of how Russian Army will be "taking" urban centers, such as Kiev or Kharkov. This was also the issue of both Pentagon planners and Western propaganda which was build prior to SMO on the assumptions (wrong ones) that Russians will go for jugular and start taking down regime by means of taking its main cities. Naive (and incompetent) people, what can one say. They thought that prodding Russia to get into the cities where they prepared (for Pentagon and British General Staff it means hiding behind civilians) "defenses" Russians would bleed and provide a copious amount of propaganda fodder.

There was one issue with that--Neither US nor UK ever fought real defensive battles on a strategic level, Russians wrote a book on them. They didn't read this book in D.C. and in London. Apart from inevitable peeling off VSU "defenses" in Donbass, with all those towns and hamlets turned into one huge fortified area (укрепрайон) where VSU could and did hide behind the backs of civilians, Russian Army never went INTO any large urban center as Western planners hoped for using a primitive cliche thinking that if Russians took Grozny, Russians and SAA took Aleppo, Russians took Crimea, then they surely would take Kharkov, Kiev etc. So, for Pentagon "thinkers" who do think in cliches, the fact that every Soviet and Russian officer was and is taught to apply historic military lessons CREATIVELY (творчески применять уроки военной истории к современной войне) to the modern war, was and is unknown. After all, the image of Russian automatons with arithmometers who cannot think beyond the framework of instructions...

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his French counterpart Catherine Colonna discussed on Monday the situation in Ukraine, focusing on the need to ensure the safety of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported after their phone call.

"In the furtherance of the telephone contact of the Russian and French presidents on September 11, the foreign ministers discussed in detail the situation in Ukraine, focusing on ways to ensure the safety of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant," the ministry said.

The Kiev regime’s bombardments of the power plant expose Europe to the risks of a nuclear disaster, Lavrov told the French foreign minister.

"Lavrov said that the Kiev regime continues to use Western-supplied weapons to bombard civilian infrastructure facilities, including the ZNPP, thus exposing Europe to the risks of a nuclear disaster," the Foreign Ministry wrote it its news release.

We’re living under the fog of a World transitioning to a radically changed way of imagining itself, amid the open sluice-gates of psyops.

We’re living in the fog of a war in Europe. We’re living too, in an economic fog of war, obscuring those who are sound, and in contrast, who it is who can no longer afford themselves, and thus are living on borrowed time. We’re living too under the fog of a World transitioning to a radically changed way of imagining itself, amid the open sluice-gates of psyops.

And transitioning the World is. Let’ try to clear the fog a tad.

The death of Queen Elizabeth II suddenly brought home – thanks to those replayed early newsreels of a young Queen in India and ‘her other colonies’ – that it is not only the world that is in change. It comes as a physical shock to recall, embedded in those newsreels of just one woman’s life, just how completely the West itself is changed.

At a meeting of the signatories to Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC) in Geneva, Ukraine shrugged off vital questions about the unreasonably large stores of dangerous biological agents and the gross violations unearthed on how they were accumulated and kept, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov told a briefing on Monday.

"The Ukrainian side fully ignored the questions about unreasonable amounts of dangerous biological agents stored at the institution (Mechnikov Anti-Plague Research Institute - TASS) and revealed gross violations of the conditions of their build-up: the storage of biomaterials in stairwells, and a lack of a functioning system to control access to the pathogenic microorganisms," he said.

According to Kirillov, no explanations were given regarding the nomenclature of the accumulated strains of dangerous pathogens, although 19 works had been carried out in Ukraine since 2008 (under various projects) to study potential biological weapons agents (Congo-Crimean fever, hantaviruses, anthrax and tularemia) and economically significant infections (African and classical swine fever, Newcastle disease).

The true purpose of US biological warfare programs outside its territory is to increase their capabilities, bypassing obligations under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), Head of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov said on Monday.

"We have repeatedly spoken about the true nature of the military biological programs of the Pentagon, implemented outside its national territory. While the stated goals are to monitor infectious diseases and provide assistance to developing countries, in reality we see the build-up of the US military biological potential bypassing obligations under the BTWC," he said.

Kirillov added that Russia’s Defense Ministry has provided signatories to Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC) with evidence that the US’ military-biological programs were implemented in Ukraine.

The meeting of BTWC signatories was held at Moscow’s initiative in Geneva from September 5 to 9, he noted. "The participants of the meeting were provided with copies of real documents, as well as physical evidence confirming that works on military-biological programs [of the US] were implemented on Ukrainian territory," Kirillov said.

The Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) has taken a stand against what it refers to as “the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation and disinformation by physicians and other healthcare professionals on social media platforms, online and in the media,” going so far as to recommend disciplinary action and state policy changes.

In a July 2021 press release, the FSMB warned physicians they could risk “disciplinary action by state medical boards, including the suspension or revocation of their medical license.”

And in a lengthier statement issued in April 2022, the nonprofit — which says it “serves as the voice for state medical boards” — appeared to advocate for laws like the one sitting on California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk that would punish doctors who share COVID-19 “misinformation” with their patients, with language like this:

“Prohibitions on disseminating misinformation are already expressly written, or implied, in many state statutes regulating the practice of medicine. However, adopting a specific policy on misinformation is encouraged in light of the increased prevalence of, and harm caused by, physician-disseminated misinformation in this ongoing pandemic.”

In yet another show of support for cracking down on “misinformation,” FSMB President and CEO Dr. Humayun Chaudhry will speak next week on “Misinformation in Health Care: The Implications for Professionalism and the Public Trust” at the American Board of Medical Specialties annual conference.

In its July 2021 press release, the FSMB did not define what it meant by “misinformation or disinformation,” yet the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine subsequently issued a joint statement supporting the FSMB’s position.

On September 19th, the Supreme Court of the Luhansk People’s Republic sentenced former employees of the OSCE mission in the Republic to 13 years in prison. Two employees of the OSCE mission in Luhansk were detained on cases of treason in July, 2022.

Dmitry Shabanov was found guilty of high treason. He was a security assistant at the Stakhanov patrol base of the mission and passed on secret military data to representatives of foreign intelligence services.

“The Chief of the European Central Bank (ECB) has said that climate change is behind soaring inflation, stating that droughts and famines are driving up prices.

“If more and more climate disasters, droughts, and famines occur throughout the world, there will be repercussions on prices, on insurance premiums, and on the financial sector,” Lagarde said.

“We need to take that into account.”

No, what we actually need to take into account is that the so-called Climate Crisis is complete hogwash, starting with the basics of so-called man-made global warming. The fact is, the present era is one of the coolest and least carbon-intensive periods of the last 600 million years.

Stated differently, the true science makes mincemeat of the elitist narrative espoused by Lagarde, officialdom through Europe and North America and the mainstream media. Yet it is now being used as an excuse for the unfolding economic disasters caused by the central banks and the Warfare State and a pretext for new rounds of authoritarian suppression of economic liberty exemplified by California’s recent move to outlaw combustion engine autos after 2035.

Indeed, the geological and paleontological evidence overwhelmingly says that today’s average global temperature of about 15 degrees C and CO2 concentrations of 420 ppm are nothing to fret about, and even if they rise to about 17-18 degrees C and 500-600 ppms by the end of the century, it may well on balance improve the lot of mankind.

At a meeting of the signatories to Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC) in Geneva the United States has confessed that samples of pathogenic strains and biomaterials of local people were evacuated from Ukraine, the head Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological protection force, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, told a news briefing on Monday.

"US and Ukrainian explanations regarding the evacuation of strains and biomaterials of Ukrainians and the observance of ethical standards in conducting research on military personnel, low-income citizens, as well as on one of the most vulnerable categories of the population - patients in psychiatric hospitals - looked extremely unconvincing," he said.

According to Kirillov, when discussing this issue the US delegation confessed to the hard facts, "while claiming that the transfer of samples of pathogenic biomaterials to the United States was not frequent".

National Debt Of $31 Trillion Does NOT Deter Congress From New Spending Bill

The best way to address debt is to add more debt. That's the current thinking of the Democratic-led Congress. According to Fox News, the national debt is nearly $31 trillion. Biden doesn't seem to realize that the number is trending upwards. He recently boasted about "dramatic drops in the annual budget deficit."

In 2020, the government spent $3.1 trillion more than its revenue. That was due in part to the impacts of COVID. The situation improved slightly in 2021, with the feds spending around $2.8 trillion more than the revenue.

While the difference is projected to be around $1 trillion for the 2022 fiscal year, which ends September 30, budget experts note that Biden's claim is hollow. The best way to explain it is that Biden is riding on the coattails of a natural winding-down of the massive emergency spending that was brought on when COVID first struck in 2020.

According to the Daily Wire, Biden has been living in Los Angeles, paying $12,000 monthly rent with a swimming pool and his Porsche parked in the driveway. Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster, said he wants to look more deeply into Biden’s finances, and “I’m going to want to have a deposition with Mr. Biden. Like last time I’m going to bring my forensic accountant to the deposition unless the judge tells me I can’t.” The attorney added, “Unless he’s going to pay me to fly to California to take his deposition, he will have to come to Arkansas.”

DeSantis Is CRUSHING Fundraising Records

According to the Daily Wire, Governor Ron DeSantis is “crushing it” with a historic $177.4 million raised for his campaign fund, with more contributions than any other governor in history.

Since January 2021, state campaign finance records show that the DeSantis re-election campaign machine has raised over $314 million, with another $146 million raised by Friends of Ron DeSantis, according to Open Secrets.

COVID-19 can be understood as the basis for a power grab implemented by a global financial syndicate whose activities include elaborate and novel forms of criminal manipulation. I base this conclusion on many sources of evidence and interpretation which I introduced and discussed in Part I of this essay.

One of the keys to my analysis presented in this three-part series is drawn from Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer VP with a long history as a successful developer of commercial drugs.

In Part 1 I examined Dr. Yeadon’s succinct explanation of “The COVID Lies” and the objectives he attributes to those behind this weave of purposeful deceptions. See this.

Dr. Yeadon has continued along this road of calling attention to the urgent need for concerted resistance to the juggernaut of “terrifyingly horrible” assaults that continue to be pointed our way. He writes,

“OUR GOVERNMENT IS ACTIVELY WORKING TO HARM US, TO DISMANTLE MODERN SOCIETY & ENSLAVE ALL PEOPLE IN A DIGITALLY CONTROLLED TOTALITARIAN WORLD… I am certain it’s true… I am certain because this all started with a scientific fraud relating to a virus, augmented it with a relentless campaign of fear, imposed measures known to be useless, which wrecked the economy and smashed civil society, then coerced most to accept useless, unnecessary, ineffective and deliberately dangerous injections. Obviously, this is an odious crime. Nothing like it has ever happened.”

Hungarian gas and oil giant MOL will only be able to deliver a quarter of the needed fuel from 19 September, Hungarian media reported.

According to Daily News Hungary. acquired a letter in which MOL informed its partners that they could only deliver 25% of the contracted fuel amount. The cited reason for shortfall is "to maintain the predictability of fuel orders and the supply in Hungary, MOL explaned. The oil and gas giant’s announcement concerns gasoline and diesel deliveries, too."

Similar to other European countries, the Hungarian government decided to maintain price caps on fuel and essential foodstuffs until the end of this year. Regarding the possible fuel shortage, Gergely Gulyás, the prime minister’s chief of staff, said on yesterday’s government info that "there might be problems at the petrol stations." However, they trust in the sustainability of their decisions. Gulyás added that people could thank MOL that the government can maintain the fuel price cap scheme. As a result, gasoline and diesel prices will remain at HUF 480 per litre (EUR 1.19/l) in Hungary until 31 December. Of course, the trade off is that soon there will be no gasoline and diesel.

The ill-considered sanctions against Russia have exposed the most acute problems of Europe which is rapidly losing its economic power. A tremendous amount of businesses are on the verge of bankruptcy. A flood of migrants from Africa, the Middle East and Ukraine requires more and more budget spending. Funds are also being used to support the Kiev regime. As a result, Europe’s economies are deteriorating and living standards are plummeting.

Enterprises are on the verge of closing

In Britain 60% of enterprises are on the verge of closing due to higher electricity prices. This is reported by the analytical group Make UK, representing the interests of British industry. 13% of British factories have reduced working hours and 7% are temporarily closing down. Electricity bills have risen by more than 100% compared to last year.

In Germany, according to the Leibniz Institute for Economic Research, the number of firms and individuals went bankrupt in August alone rose 26% compared to the same period last year. The figure was significantly higher than German analysts had forecast. According to experts, during the autumn the number of bankruptcies will only increase. This is connected with the increase of the cost of production processes, in particular with the rise in prices for energy.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz acknowledged that many Germans have faced with rising prices for fuel and food. Most countries in Europe were in a similar situation. But the authorities are sacrificing the quality of people’s lives in order to continue to exert pressure on Russia.

In a well-choreographed made-for TV political drama, DeSantis recently shuttled dozens of illegal immigrants to the neoliberal wonderland that is Martha’s Vineyard.

It had everything one could want in a juicy culture war soap opera: exposure of hypocrisy on a grand scale, comeuppance for the elites wrecking the nation, corporate media news actors’ crocodile tears.

Remember when then-candidate Brandon encouraged literally everyone in Latin America “seeking asylum” to “surge” through the border as soon as he got into office?

Apparently he forgot the caveat: “just not to Martha’s Vineyard where my donors have summer homes.”

This is the modern tale of two cities:

  • When the privileged Country Club classes that populate Martha’s Vineyard are made to bear the brutal impacts of their policing it’s “theatre” and a “political stunt.”
  • When average people in smalltown Texas get flooded with illegal immigrants, that’s just another Tuesday. If they complain to the government that’s supposed to control border crossings, they’re denounced as bigots.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry said that it doesn’t rule out the possibility of holding nuclear deal talks on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York as Tehran’s top nuclear negotiator will be in attendance.

“Ali Bagheri Kani, the chief nuclear negotiator, will be present at the … General Assembly as part of the delegation but there is no specific plan to discuss the nuclear deal. However, I do not rule out the possibility of talks regarding the nuclear deal,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani.

Kanaani said that Iran is still open to negotiations, but US officials have said that the chances of restoring the nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA, are now unlikely and have accused Tehran of not being willing to reach an agreement.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi told 60 Minutes in an interview that aired Sunday that the US needs to provide some sort of guarantees that it won’t withdraw from the JCPOA again. “It needs to be lasting. There need to be guarantees. If there were a guarantee, then the Americans could not withdraw from the deal,” Raisi said.

The State Department announced in August that it will no longer publish World Military Expenditures and Arms Transfers (WMEAT) reports, which have been released by the US government since the 1960s.

The WMEATs detail US global military spending, arms transfers, and related data for each country in the world. The 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) included an amendment that repealed a 1994 provision requiring the State Department to publish a WMEAT each year.

“Section 5114(b)(4) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 repealed the 1994 statutory provision that required the Department of State to publish an edition of WMEAT every year. Consistent with this repeal, the Department of State will cease to produce and publish WMEAT,” the State Department said on its website.

The State Department said that the report it published in 2021 was the “final edition” of the WMEAT. The 2021 WMEAT covered an 11-year period from 2009 through 2019 and found that the US was by far the world’s largest arms dealer. During that period, about “79 percent of world arms trade by value appears to have been supplied by the United States.”

The executive body of the European Union (EU) laid out a new emergency tool to secure supply chains in times of crisis that would give it sweeping new powers to block member countries from adopting restrictions to the free movement of crisis-relevant goods or force businesses to break contracts and stockpile key products.

Details of the plan—called the Single Market Emergency Instrument (SMEI)—were unveiled on Sept. 19 by the European Commission (EC), which would be granted the power to declare an emergency and trigger a range of market interventions.

Israel has raised the state of alert and ordered its troops to prepare for any scenario following Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah’s threats to target the offshore Karish gas drilling rig, Israeli media reported.

On Saturday, Nasrallah said that Israel’s extraction of gas from the Karish gas field before Lebanon obtained its rights is a “red line.”

“We will not allow the extraction of oil and gas from the Karish field before Lebanon obtains its rightful demands,” Nasrallah told crowds gathered for the Arbaeen commemoration, which marks the end of the 40-day mourning period for the seventh-century killing of Imam Hussein, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad.
