"The companies that buy and sell debt are buying and selling your slavery." -- Michael Rivero
US consumer credit card debt is at all time high, people don’t stay in 30% interest rate debt unless they are forced to.
...and we're supposed to believe these clowns when they tell us it has been the hottest year ever.
“Considering a majority (yes over 50%) of Americans don’t pay federal tax,
I’d absolutely support this.”
Defaults by Chinese borrowers have surged to an unprecedented level since the Covid pandemic as the country faces huge economic challenges.
Official records now show a staggering 8.54 million people in China, primarily between the ages of 18 and 59, are officially blacklisted for missing payments on various financial obligations, ranging from home mortgages to business loans.
This figure has sharply risen from 5.7 million defaulters in early 2020, as lockdowns and economic restrictions stemming from the pandemic significantly impacted economic growth and household incomes.
Cybercriminals use search terms such as 'how to make money online' and ' Taylor Swift ' as a trap to get unsuspecting users to download malware that lets hackers steal your money and data.
Omer Muhammad, 34, was in France posing for photos by the Eiffel Tower just before he was seen crossing the English Channel in a small boat packed with migrants. Footage posted on social media now shows Mr Muhammad grinning as he sprays a wad of cash in his free hotel in Derby. The video, originally posted on Mr Muhammad's TikTok account, is accompanied by rap music and shows the migrant throwing the money on the floor, sitting in it and dancing. Another clip filmed by Mr Muhammad showed a Border Force cutter arriving to rescue migrants and take them to the UK.
Trump didn’t incite anyone to do anything illegal or violent. He told people who where going to the rally at the capitol to stay peaceful. The crowd had been infiltrated by people who were not the normal Republicans that he got at his rallies.
Missouri Senator Josh Hawley: There is nothing more foundational to our democracy than the freedom of speech. And one court after another has found the Biden Administration systematically violated it. For political gain. Enough is enough.
John Turscak, a 52-year-old inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, Arizona, has been identified as the man accused of stabbing Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in the death of George Floyd.
Turscak, who has been charged with attempted murder, is a former FBI informant, the Los Angeles Times reports.
In 1997, while a member of the Mexican Mafia prison gang, Turscak was recruited by the FBI. His cooperation led to the indictment of over 40 members and associates of the Mexican Mafia, according to the newspaper. However, Turscak's relationship with the FBI ended when he confessed to extorting money, dealing drugs, and authorizing assaults while being paid as an informant.
Portland, Maine, the state's largest city, is grappling with a dual crisis as an influx of undocumented immigrants has led to overcrowded homeless shelters and burgeoning tent cities, where crime and open drug use are rampant.
This situation is a stark reminder that the issues at the border are not confined to the border regions.
Between January and April, the city received over 1,000 migrants, many of whom have been provided with housing and public resources, according to city officials. At present, approximately 225 tents constitute Portland's homeless encampments. Individuals residing in these encampments, along with a homeless advocate, have expressed to the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) that the city lacks sufficient resources to address both issues.
The Taliban’s appointment of a new ambassador to China, Bilal Karimi, heralds a significant realignment in Afghanistan’s international relations. This appointment is not just any diplomatic maneuver; it’s a strategic chess move in a complex game of power, influence, and survival. Karimi’s arrival in Beijing, the first such instance since the Taliban reclaimed power over two years ago, is a bold statement of intent, showcasing the group’s relentless pursuit of legitimacy and economic support in the face of global isolation.
Bilal Karimi, a relatively young and inexperienced figure in the realm of diplomacy, embodies the Taliban’s new face in this unfolding diplomatic saga. His presence in Beijing, welcomed by China’s special envoy for Afghan affairs Yue Xiaoyong, marks a critical juncture. Karimi’s appointment and the warm reception he received from Chinese officials speak volumes about China’s strategic patience and long-term vision in Afghanistan, a nation long plagued by conflict and instability.
Even Israeli experts call it “a textbook case of genocide.” Those are the exact words of Raz Siegal, an Israeli historian and professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Stockton University. On October 16, Siegal told Democracy Now:
We have to understand that the U.N. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide from 1948 requires that we see special intent for genocide to happen. And to quote the convention, intent to destroy a group is defined as racial, ethnic, religious or national as such that is collectively, not just individuals. And this intent, as we just heard, is on full display by Israeli politicians and army officers since October 7th. We heard Israel’s president. It’s well-known what Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on October 9th declaring a complete siege on Gaza, cutting off water, food, fuel, stating that “We’re fighting human animals,” and we will react “accordingly.” He also said that “We will eliminate everything.” We know that Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari, for example, acknowledged wanton destruction and said explicitly, “The emphasis is on damage and not on accuracy.” So we’re seeing the special intent on full display.
And it isn’t just Israelis who are guilty. Leaders of Western countries have given the Gaza Holocaust their full backing. On Saturday, October 7, even as Israeli tanks, rockets, and helicopter gunships were mass-murdering hundreds of Israeli civilian prisoners alongside dozens of their Hamas captors, US President Joe Biden condemned as “unconscionable” the “appalling terrorist attacks” and encouraged what would become genocidal Israeli “retaliation.”
Yeah, I kinda thought they would start bombing the south.
They were having some pretty serious problems in Gaza City. That is, they were losing in an embarrassing way.
When they decided to restart the slaughter after that small ceasefire, it was kind of obvious that they would go south where it’s easier to kill.
Last week, I mentioned in passing the U.S. Supreme Court’s rejection of an appeal by Derek Chauvin, the cop who was restraining George Floyd when Floyd died back in 2020. The rejection of the appeal was not in itself very noteworthy: the Supremes reject the great majority of appeals.
My podcast was wrapped up before the news came out that Chauvin had been stabbed by a fellow inmate at the federal prison in Arizona where he is serving his 20-plus-year sentences, state and federal.
How come he’s serving his state sentence, as well as his federal sentence, in a federal prison? Because of a plea deal he made with federal prosecutors. On his side of the deal, he’d plead guilty. On their side, he’d be allowed to serve his state sentence in a federal prison along with the federal sentence. The motive there was that federal prisons are generally considered safer than state prisons. Whoops …
These people are using AI to make all their decisions.
It’s just obvious at this point.
Now they’re going to start admitting it, and acting like it’s very clever of them.
The Elite’s hell-bent on depopulation really don’t want people taking higher levels of vitamin D. The current FDA recommendations are woefully inadequate.
Lieutenant Ted Macie, an active-duty officer in the Navy Medical Service Corps and whistleblower, has been barred from accessing his work computer by the Department of Defense (DOD).
This action comes after The Gateway Pundit wrote about Lt. Macie’s exposé on the significant increase in heart-related issues among military pilots post-COVID-19 vaccination.
Lt. Macie, who also holds roles as a Navy Health Administrator and Medical Recruiter, brought attention to these concerns through a video, echoing the initial alarms raised by his wife, Mara Macie, a candidate for Florida’s 5th Congressional District in the U.S. House against RINO John Rutherford.
Mara Macie has been vocal on social media about the mistreatment of thousands of service members during the vaccine rollout. Her posts have underscored a growing mistrust in military leadership and a call for accountability and justice.
Will Trump supporters start to disappear leading up to and following the 2024 election? The FBI appears to be laying a narrative that hints of unprecedented government actions on American soil.
Have you ever voted for Donald J. Trump?
Have you ever posted a comment to any social media platform that was even remotely favorable towards Trump?
If so, you may be on an FBI watchlist.
According to an October 4 report in Newsweek, “the federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbance around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump‘s army of MAGA followers.”
Notice the term “army.” There’s a sinister purpose behind that word. The government, in cooperation with its corporate partners at Newsweek, are trying to paint a picture of an organized military force ready to go to war with Trump as its leader.
As a member of the conservative movement in America, I can tell you that it is the most unorganized, disjointed and fragmented movement in the country. It is not in any way monolithic and as such poses no threat to the government or anyone else.
But this is who our government has targeted for monitoring and tracking.
The Supreme Court has been instrumental in pushing back President Biden’s agenda. Decisions from the highest court in the land have rolled back major liberal initiatives, including gun control and abortion.
This has sparked calls from Democrats to pack the court with more justices, to erase the current conservative majority.
A new case has reached the court that directly touches on another Biden move. And how the court rules could affect the wealth of numerous Americans.
From The Hill:
At issue in Moore v. United States is the question of whether the federal government can tax certain types of “unrealized” gains, which are property like stocks or bonds that people own but from which they haven’t directly recouped the value, so they don’t have direct access to the money that the property is worth…“It’s the million-dollar question, just with a few more zeros: the quadrillion-dollar question,” Harvard University tax law professor Thomas Brennan told The Hill.
An eyewitness said she saw three white guys with big athletic builds do the shooting at San Bernardino.
How did that turn into two small-framed, dark-skinned people, one of whom was a 90-pound woman?
“An unidentified source told an NPR journalist that witnesses appeared to recognize Farook by his voice and build.”
That’s all the evidence that exists against the couple who was blamed for the attack.
Let’s break this down…
"Winter wonderland" isn't a term often associated with Hawaii, but that's exactly how one meteorologist described the Aloha State on Thursday.
Nearly half a foot of snow fell at the Mauna Kea Weather Center on Hawaii Island throughout the day on Thursday. Meteorologists shared photos and videos of the snowfall across social media. The images shocked many people who have never seen snow in a tropical climate before.
However, it is not uncommon for snow to fall on Hawaii's volcanic peaks given their altitude, and even blizzard warnings have been issued in Hawaii during the winter months.
The Mauna Kea Weather Center is based on the Mauna Kea volcano. At nearly 14,000 feet above sea level, the volcano is the tallest peak in Hawaii. It is the world's tallest mountain when measured base to peak, as its base extends nearly 20,000 feet below sea level.
Venezuelans going to the polls Sunday will be asked to answer an unusually provocative question:
Should their government be given a blank check to invade neighboring Guyana, and wrest away three-quarters of its oil-rich territory?
The government of Nicolás Maduro is putting the query before voters, part of a century-old territorial dispute between Venezuela and Guyana that is raising tensions in the region and threatening to escalate into a shooting war.
The question will be on the ballot in a five-part referendum that, among other things, would grant Maduro special powers to invade Guyana and create a new Venezuelan state encompassing 74% of English-speaking Guyana’s current landmass. The new area would be called Guayana Esequiba.
Some experts see the whole thing as a political ploy, though many Guyanese see the threat as real and fear, among other things, the loss of their citizenship.
