The former Fox News talk show host-turned independent media phenomenon, Tucker Carlson, is in Moscow, where he has committed the mortal sin of interviewing Russian President Vladimir Putin. The interview is scheduled to air at 6 pm eastern time on Thursday, February 8. Let there be no doubt—Tucker Carlson has pulled off one of the most memorable journalistic accomplishments in modern history, and when the interview does air, it will—literally and figuratively—break the internet.

As someone who has travelled to Russia twice in the past year to engage in “people’s diplomacy” designed to advocate for better US-Russian relations, I applaud Tucker Carlson’s decision to go to Moscow and get this interview. The American people have been infected with a virulent case of Russophobia transmitted to them via a political and economic elite who have built a model of American relevance predicated on the need for an enemy capable of sustaining a military industrial and congressional complex by justifying an expansive budget that leaves America weaker and shareholders wealthier.

Joe Biden has called out the cavalry to ride to the rescue of illegal aliens breaking into the country.

You read that right.

Joe Biden is listening to his far-left base and has nationalized a National Guard contingent to "support the federal government’s U.S.-Mexico border control efforts," which is to say Biden's opening up of the Southern Border to the illegal invasion.

The left has been urging President Biden to federalize National Guard troops to reopen Texas's border where illegal immigrants have been overrunning the state. It appears Biden has begun the process of doing that by ordering the Alaska National Guard to get ready to deploy to the border in support of the federal government, not the security of the border.

Webmaster addition: Are you kidding me?!?

O’Keefe Media Group infiltrated one of the covert illegal immigrant compounds called CASA ALITAS in Tucson. Catholic Community Services of Tucson funds this secret operation and enriches groups like “Las Palmas.” O’Keefe disguised himself as a homeless drunk vagrant, and Mexican illegals wore hidden cameras to gain entrance inside.

Police confirmed on tape that refugees are “lying about sponsors.”

Casa Alitas migrants are brought to the Ramada Inn, where breakfast, lunch, hygienic services, and free wifi are offered, O’Keefe wrote.

One migrant said he’s excited to come to the country to make many American babies.

Several US and British reconnaissance aircraft are patrolling the skies near the Russian borders today. The main part of the reconnaissance work is traditionally carried out off the coast of Crimea, while the routes and composition of the group are somewhat unusual.

A Boeing P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine aircraft is operating over the Black Sea off the Romanian coast. To the south, closer to the Turkish coast, the sniffer RC-135W Rivet Joint circled throughout the day. The flight's route was somewhat different from usual, and it was accompanied by two Eurofighter Typhoon fighters.

Apparently, for greater safety, NATO military aircraft actually operated under the cover of civilian airliner routes. The Airbus A330 MRTT tanker aircraft ensured that the aircraft remained in the air for a long time. What is unusual is the absence of reconnaissance UAVs such as RQ-4 Global Hawk or MQ-9 Reaper over the Black Sea waters.

The Senate overwhelmingly voted Thursday to start work on a $95 billion spending bill that would provide aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan — one day after it formally killed off a larger bill that included $20 billion in border security spending.

The 67-32 vote included “yeas” from 17 Republicans while Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) was the only “nay” from the Democratic conference.

A final vote on the legislation is not expected until next week as senators begin the lengthy process of negotiating which amendments will be voted on as part of the final package.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called Thursday’s vote “a good first step.”

Tucker Carlson has kept a busy agenda in Moscow, meeting with two key American figures living in exile there.

The former Fox News host met for hours Thursday with the NSA leaker Edward Snowden, Semafor has learned. While the former NSA whistleblower was a regular figure in the press in the years after he fled to Russia, he has largely receded from public appearances in recent years, citing the desire for wanted greater privacy for his family.

Donald Trump has won all four delegates up for grabs in the U.S. Virgin Islands caucus.

On Thursday, according to NBC News, Trump swept the caucus, winning all of its delegates. He had 74% of the total votes.

His fellow GOP rival, Nikki Haley, had 26% of the votes.

Trump is now leading the Republican party with 37 delegates. 1,215 delegates are needed to clinch the Republican nomination.

The U.S. Supreme Court heard roughly two hours of arguments Thursday concerning the effort by six Colorado voters to deny their fellow countrymen the opportunity to vote for the Republican front-runner in the 2024 election.

Jason Murray, a Denver lawyer representing the six voters, struggled to make a case for former President Donald Trump's disqualification, ostensibly tripping over simple questions and facts.

While conservative Justices Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh predictably exposed the various faults in Murray's arguments, even left-leaning Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson seemed unimpressed, casting doubt over whether Section 3 of the 14th Amendment applies and over whether the Centennial State should determine the fate of the nation.

The latest evidence of a two-tiered justice system and Democrats apparently above the law comes in a report released Thursday afternoon by the special counsel investigating President Biden's mismanagement of classified documents, which decided against charging the president.

"Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen," according to a special counsel's final report.

In the report, special counsel Robert Hur wrote, "Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

President Joe Biden angrily attacked Special Counsel Robert Hur during his press conference on Thursday for mentioning in a recent report that the president had trouble remembering when his son Beau died.

As Breitbart News reported, Robert Hur said in his report that the president has suffered from cognitive decline, which has affected his memory. Hur even used this as a basis to recommend that he not be prosecuted for “willfully” retaining classified documents. Per the report:

The report says the investigation “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen” but does not establish guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Yet Hur’s assessment of Biden’s “significantly limited” memory also played a part in his decision not to prosecute.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the report states. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”

Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devon Archer, is seeking a reduction in his one-year sentence for defrauding a Native American tribe.

Archer's attorney argues that there was an error in the initial calculation of his sentence and that his cooperation in investigations involving the Biden family warrants a further reduction. Archer, who worked closely with Hunter Biden on foreign business dealings during Joe Biden's vice presidency, provided explosive testimony to the House Oversight Committee implicating President Biden in his son's overseas relationships.

In a letter to Manhattan federal Judge Ronnie Abrams, Archer's attorney, Matthew Schwartz, requests that the court address the calculation error in Archer's sentencing and grant him habeas relief. Schwartz argues that Archer played a minor role in uncharged conduct, which should result in a two-level reduction in his sentence. The filing also highlights Archer's substantial civic duties, including his cooperation with federal investigators and his support for charitable and educational causes.

President Vladimir Putin said in an interview released Thursday with controversial right-wing US journalist Tucker Carlson that the West should understand it is "impossible" to defeat Russia in Ukraine.

In a two-hour interview with the former Fox News host -- coming just ahead of the two-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine -- Putin also said a deal "can be reached" on imprisoned Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich.

"Certain terms being discussed via special services channels," he said, while insisting that the reporter is a spy -- something the Journal and US government vehemently deny.

It was the first one-on-one interview of Putin by someone from the Western media since 2019.

Following Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which included stunning revelations of the deterioration of President Joe Biden’s mental state, Republican officials are calling to invoke the 25th Amendment. They state that “if ever there were a time to do so, now would be it,” and insist that if the president “is not competent to stand trial, then he is certainly not competent to lead the free world.”

While highlighting evidence of America’s oldest ever president “willfully” mishandling classified documents, Special Counsel Hur’s report details Biden’s significant cognitive decline — perhaps more politically damning than his handling of classified materials.

The report, released Thursday, concludes that prosecution is unlikely due to the challenges of proving willful intent beyond a reasonable doubt and Biden’s sympathetic public image.

In response, Republican members are urging the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment — which addresses presidential succession and disability procedures — or face impeachment, while questioning how Democrats in “good conscience” can tell Americans he is mentally competent enough to continue being Commander-in-Chief.

Former US secretary of state Hillary Clinton has said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "should go" over his handling of the war in Gaza.

The former presidential candidate and first lady, speaking during an interview on MSNBC’s Alex Wagner Tonight, blamed Netanyahu for the oversights that led to the Hamas-led attack on 7 October.

"Netanyahu should go. He is not a trustworthy leader. It was on his watch that the attack happened," Clinton said on Wednesday, referring to the assault on military bases and civilian communities in southern Israel, which killed around 1,140 people.

"He needs to go, and if he’s an obstacle to a ceasefire, if he’s an obstacle to exploring what’s to be done the day after, he absolutely needs to go,” she added.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with US journalist Tucker Carlson that he had once proposed to then-US President George W. Bush the possibility of establishing a joint Russia-US-Europe missile defense system.

"I had a very serious conversation with President Bush and his team. I proposed that the United States, Russia and Europe jointly create the missile defense system," Putin said during the highly-anticipated interview that aired on Thursday.

The joint system in question was reported on in mid 2007, with reports then detailing that the former US president acknowledged the proposal as being "very innovative."

The Democratic Party politician helped inaugurate a new period of neo-McCarthyism in the United States.

Hostility towards Russia has grown steadily in US media discourse since former President Donald Trump’s electoral victory in 2016. The businessman’s triumph was a seismic moment in politics which, along with Brexit in the United Kingdom, fundamentally reshaped the political conversation in the West.

Now, with US-Russia relations at their lowest point since the Cold War, observers are taking a look back to understand how Russophobia grew to such epic proportions in the Western world. Security analyst Mark Sleboda joined Sputnik’s Fault Lines program Wednesday to examine the media response to Tucker Carlson’s interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and host Jamarl Thomas noted the influence of one person in particular in fueling anti-Russia hysteria.

“This all goes back to Hillary Clinton if I'm being honest,” said Thomas as Sleboda noted that Russophobia limited Trump’s options in diplomacy with Russia during his presidency. “The Democratic position [was that] it was Vladimir Putin who took Donald Trump under his wing and carried him, like the footprints thing, where Jesus carried the person when they only saw one set of footprints and that Putin is the reason that Trump got in office.”

Senate Republicans blocked a bipartisan border security and foreign aid bill that was tied to the $60-billion Ukraine aid package. Will the Biden government be able to keep funding the bloodshed in Ukraine?

The Ukraine aid package is in limbo after Senate Republicans rejected the bipartisan $118-billion "compromise" bill after months of negotiations.

The Associated Press reported that Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer tried to initiate a test vote on a $95-billion package for Ukraine, Israel and other US allies – a modified version of the legislation stripped of the border funding. By a final tally 67-32 the upper chamber voted to begin debate on a $95 billion bill. Senators will debate the legislation just a few days before their two-week recess and just a few weeks until government shutdown deadlines. The US media says the bill faces "an uphill battle."

The news agency stressed that further military aid to Ukraine was the bill's top priority for Schumer and Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, and lamented the fact that McConnell's control over his party caucus was "slipping."

This is who:

Biden: High Crimes? Or Just A Monster

The Hypocrite in Chief is responsible for these young people being in a place they never should have been, involved in illegal operations – namely the occupation of Syria— a crime under international law— and helping provide support for ISIS terrorist groups, now making a resurgence in the region.

The US has occupied the nearby Al-Tanf Base on the Syrian side of the border since 2015 and has used it to arm and train ISIS militants. The US and allied intelligence agencies used ISIS to attack the Syrian and Iraqi armies as part of its effort to effect regime change in Damascus starting in 2011 and to depose Iraqi prime minister Nouri al-Maliki in 2014.

Joseph Biden has blood on his hands. The three soldiers—and thousands of women and children and infants in Gaza, not to mention innocent civilians in Ukraine and Russia.
