Woke scolds have now found a way to get upset over a flag closely associated with the American founding and the Revolutionary War.
Recall, investigative reporter Paul Sperry was suspended from Twitter earlier this week after he revealed the FBI may have had a personal stake and searched for classified documents related to Spygate.
House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff and House Oversight Chairman Carolyn Maloney asked the Director of National Intelligence’s office to initiate a damage assessment of Trump’s handling of classified documents.
Following the FBI’s raid of Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago, Socialist Mop repost a video that I did back in 2016 showing James Comey of the FBI letting Hillary off the hook for mishandling classified info.
President Joe Biden’s (D) administration has reportedly launched an investigation into the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) over its handling of alleged scandals within the church.
With speculation ripe that former President Donald Trump will run for president in 2024, rumors are beginning to surface about who he may choose as his possible running mate.
One recent report speculated that New York Rep. Elise Stefanik is likely a frontrunner.
The FBI’s use of confidential human sources is again a centerpiece of a second trial of two men accused of conspiring to kidnap the governor of Michigan.
From the time I was 7-years-old until I was about 20, I was in love with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In second grade, while other kids wanted to be firemen, I wanted to be a special agent (and I could have told you what one was, what they did, and what the requirements were to become one). In the early 1990s, my favorite show was “FBI: The Untold Stories,” and if we were not home from Cub Scouts in time for it to air, there was a tantrum on the way. I did a book report on a J. Edgar Hoover biography in middle school.
My zeal mellowed as I grew older but never entirely disappeared. As I began my career looking at counterterrorism policy, I meticulously studied the FBI’s extensive investigation of the Holy Land Foundation, the largest Islamic charity in the country, which was successfully convicted of financing the terror group Hamas after more than a decade of FBI investigation (I’ve written two short monographs about aspects of the case).
Later I had the pleasure of providing a three-hour briefing on the ideology of Islamist terrorists for an FBI-led group of Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) agents, which included one of the agents who worked the Holy Land Foundation case. Several of my colleagues have signed certifications from the FBI in recognition of their work in counterterrorism education.

The difference is shocking!
Oh, the irony of "green" energy advocate and former Presidential hopeful Ralph Nader stepping into the Tesla Full Self-Driving debate and absolutely railing against Elon Musk's "technology"...
But that's exactly what has happened. Nader, who has been publicly critical of Tesla in the past, issued a damning statement this week, calling into question the safety of Tesla's flagship feature on its vehicles.
Nader's statement adds to a chorus of criticism about Tesla's Autopilot at the very same time that the NHTSA is conducting an investigation into the feature.
On Wednesday this week, Nader released a statement that said: "Tesla’s major deployment of so-called Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology is one of the most dangerous and irresponsible actions by a car company in decades."
"Tesla should never have put this technology in its vehicles. Now over 100,000 Tesla owners are currently using technology that research shows malfunctions every eight minutes," it continued.
his study focuses on cardiovascular effects, particularly myocarditis and pericarditis events, after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine injection in Thai adolescents. This prospective cohort study enrolled students from two schools aged 13–18 years who received the second dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. Data including demographics, symptoms, vital signs, ECG, echocardiography and cardiac enzymes were collected at baseline, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 (optional) using case record forms. We enrolled 314 participants; of these, 13 participants were lost to follow up, leaving 301 participants for analysis. The most common cardiovascular effects were tachycardia (7.64%), shortness of breath (6.64%), palpitation (4.32%), chest pain (4.32%), and hypertension (3.99%). Seven participants (2.33%) exhibited at least one elevated cardiac biomarker or positive lab assessments. Cardiovascular effects were found in 29.24% of patients, ranging from tachycardia, palpitation, and myopericarditis. Myopericarditis was confirmed in one patient after vaccination. Two patients had suspected pericarditis and four patients had suspected subclinical myocarditis. Conclusion: Cardiovascular effects in adolescents after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccination included tachycardia, palpitation, and myocarditis. The clinical presentation of myopericarditis after vaccination was usually mild, with all cases fully recovering within 14 days. Hence, adolescents receiving mRNA vaccines should be monitored for side effects. Clinical Trial Registration: NCT05288231
A Florida school district has placed warning labels for parents on more than 100 books containing LGBT and raced-based content, according to Fox News.
The chief executive officer of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, compared the COVID vaccine to Apple’s iPhone, stating that consumers will get a new version every year.
The Biden administration is seething over an opposition research Twitter account run by the Republican National Committee that draws attention to President Joe Biden’s public gaffes, according to Politico.
Former national security official Kash Patel broke the ‘bad news’ to the FBI: The ‘classified’ documents it seized from Mar-A-Lago were already declassified.
“So, there’s a distinction between national security and criminal cases,” Patel said in an interview on Fox News. “And in this instance, it seems to be from the public reporting and the Attorney General’s conduct that this is going on pursuant to a national security investigation, which takes it out of the criminal division and into the national security division where I used to work.”
“And the receipts that are now becoming publicly available show vague descriptions of things, because the government is likely going to come in and say some of this stuff is classified, but it doesn’t seem to be the case, when Donald Trump issued sweeping declassification orders on multiple occasions… as president, on multiple times,” Patel said. “So that’s going to be a distinction that we need to watch for, and it’s incumbent upon the government, the DOJ to tell us what happened.”
“Okay,” host Martha MacCallum responded. “So you just touched on something that I wanna dig into here with you, which is the declassification process and what your position was at the time, and whether or not you were involved, because we know there’s a procedure that has to take place. The president can’t just, you know, sort of wave over a bunch of boxes and say, ‘this is all declassified.’ Can you take us through the process where these documents were declassified by this president?”
“We have a saying in my office. Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story.”
So said FBI supervisory agent Henrik Impola to one of the FBI informants working the FBI-inspired, organized, and executed scheme to “kidnap” and “assassinate” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
That comment, made in December 2020, just a few months after several men were arrested for their alleged role in the plot, was repeated by a defense attorney during opening statements Wednesday morning in the retrial of two remaining defendants in the federal case.
A Grand Rapids jury in April handed the Justice Department a shocking and rare defeat when jurors failed to return a single guilty verdict in what the government considers one of its biggest domestic terror investigations in decades. Two men were acquitted on every count after lawyers convinced the jury the men had been entrapped by the FBI; jurors couldn’t reach a verdict on alleged ringleader Adam Fox and Barry Croft, Jr. Both men now face a new trial.
Joe Biden’s advisers are reportedly pushing him to launch his 2024 presidential campaign early, a move that comes with certain risks.
A new report says President Joe Biden and a family entourage that includes son Hunter Biden are having their summer vacation at the home of a prominent Democratic donor and are not paying for their stay.
Donald Trump's office told Just the News on Friday that the classified materials the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate were declassified under a "standing order" while he was president that allowed him to take sensitive materials to the White House residence at night to keep working.
The official statement is likely to become the focus of the president's legal defense as the FBI and Biden Justice Department investigate whether he stole records covered under the Presidential Records Act or mishandled classified materials under the Espionage Act, allegations included in a search warrant released by a federal court in Florida on Friday.
The president's defense is rooted in the legal principal that the president and vice president are the ultimate declassifying authority of the U.S. government and through executive orders most recently issued in 2003 by George W. Bush and Barack Obama in 2009 that specifically exempt the president and vice president from having to follow the stringent declassification procedures every other federal agency and official must follow.
Trump has maintained for weeks that any documents still containing classified markings in his possession after he left office were previously declassified. On Friday night, the statement issued to Just the News explained exactly how that declassification occurred in his mind.
I have addressed the completely racially motivated charges against former Louisville Police Department (LPD) Detective Brett Hankison, now I will review the charges against Joshua James and Kyle Meany.
The two detectives with LPD were in charge of the investigation involving Breonna Taylor and Jamarcus Glover, her former boyfriend and known drug dealer. As usual, the CRD ignores the underlying crime, drug trafficking by blacks, which increasingly involves black women as accessories to their boyfriends’ trafficking schemes.
Glover’s involvement in drug dealing is beyond question, so it is studiously ignored by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division (CRD). That is par for the course. In almost every criminal case involving the CRD there is an underlying crime that shall not be mentioned when investigating, charging, and in press releases, and that crime usually involves black criminality.
In the case of Breonna Taylor, she was just stupid. Unable to hold a regular job, she relied on affirmative action to be hired at various jobs, but never stuck around for long, jumping from job to job. She did like cohabitating with men though, and thoroughly enjoyed working with Glover in his drug sales schemes.
Humanity is falling into chaos. We can no longer even talk to each other — not just because the US is divided and angry to the point of talking about civil war but because words and concepts clearly understood by all people for millennia have in mere years been stripped of their meanings.
First we chose our sexual preference, but then we chose our gender or pretended we can, even though our genetics, no matter what we do to our bodies continue to scream “male” or “female.” With that, basic words are losing all of their meaning. What does “women’s sports” now mean? Anything at all? What is a woman? The modern Western woman may now tell you she has no idea what a woman is even though she claims to be one.
Before long, the first Black woman on the Supreme Court will have to tell you she also has no idea what “Black” is and cannot tell Black from White because she is “not a biologist.” That will happen because people will start declaring their race, regardless of their genetics, just as they have begun to do with their gender. After all, male/female is a vastly bigger, more basic level of categorization than race because it divides one half of the entire animal kingdom from the other, while race consists of many smaller categories and is only thought of in humans whereas among plants we would speak of “varietals.”
If you have followed my reporting you probably know about the protests happening in the Netherlands. Tens of thousands of farmers have taken to the streets to protest against new climate goals which will force farmers to shut down their farms.
They have set hay bales on fire on motorways and dumped manure and even blocked supermarket distribution centers.
Around 1/5 of farms will be forced to shut down!
According to calculations done by the Finance ministry, a whopping 11 200 livestock farmers will be forced to shut down by the government to reduce nitrogen emissions in order to meet European environmental rules. Another 17 600 farmers would need to reduce the amount of animals they keep to meet these climate goals.
Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe argued that it is "virtually impossible" to prosecute his onetime boss, former President Donald Trump, for alleged mishandling of classified material.
While chiding the FBI for "acting as the muscle" of the Democrats, the Trump-era spy chief hearkened back to Hillary Clinton's email situation and surmised that Trump possessed the "ultimate declassification authority," shielding him from liability.
"I thought, surely this is not about classified documents and the president being in possession of those. It has to be more than that because the Department of Justice and the FBI have already set a standard that makes it virtually impossible to prosecute a case like that," Ratcliffe told Fox Business's Larry Kudlow, who is another former Trump administration official.
At this point, these government/media are just going nuts making up completely ridiculous bullshit because they know no one can question them.
The U.S. Consulate in Tijuana warned the public and government employees to avoid the area and seek shelter as violence and unrest erupted.
The U.S. Consulate tweeted that vehicles are being set ablaze, roadblocks are being set up, and there is heavy police activity occurring in Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito, Ensenada, and Tecate.
At this time, all U.S. government employees have been instructed to shelter in place.
The violence began on Thursday in a Ciudad Juarez prison when the Sinaloa Cartel, formerly led by infamous Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, and Los Mexicles began feuding, leading to a riot that left two dead and 16 injured, according to the Times of San Diego.
The violence then spread out of the prison and into the city streets of Juarez, where gang members killed an additional nine people, most of them civilians.
Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, the Arizona Democrat who single-handedly thwarted her party’s longtime goal of raising taxes on wealthy investors, received nearly $1 million over the past year from private equity professionals, hedge fund managers and venture capitalists whose taxes would have increased under the plan.
For years, Democrats have promised to raise taxes on such investors, who pay a significantly lower rate on their earnings than ordinary workers. But just as they closed in on that goal last week, Sinema forced a series of changes to her party’s $740 billion election-year spending package, eliminating a proposed “carried interest” tax increase on private equity earnings while securing a $35 billion exemption that will spare much of the industry from a separate tax increase other huge corporations now have to pay.
The bill, with Sinema’s alterations intact, was given final approval by Congress on Friday and is expected to be signed by President Joe Biden next week.
