YouTube should "stop discriminating against conservative views" and "restore" lawful videos it removed following pressure from Democratic senators, Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen demanded in a letter Wednesday to the streaming giant.
YouTube censored several videos about firearms, including one from licensed Montana gun dealer Jason Schaller giving a tutorial on how to build a gun legally, after five senators in February called on the platform to do so. Such censorship is "deeply troubling" to Knudsen, a Republican, who asked YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki in a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner to stop removing "speech it dislikes" and restore videos it scrapped from the platform.
"So long as YouTube acts hand-in-glove with federal politicians to repress constitutional rights, States will continue finding ways to reign in the power of Big Tech," the attorney general wrote in his letter. "It is past time that you considered the consequences of those actions for your company’s bottom line and withdrew your complicity from the trampling of rights disfavored by D.C. Democrats."
A transgender activist in New York City was arrested and charged for allegedly soliciting a minor, legal documents show.
Trans and HIV activist Lailani Muniz was arrested last month in the Bronx after corresponding with someone whom Muniz thought was a 14-year-old boy identified as “Josh” on the LGBT dating app Grindr, according to the criminal complaint obtained by Fox News Digital.
“Josh,” however, was actually a man who works at the nonprofit NY Creeps Spotlight, which exposes people who target children. The man asked Fox News Digital to only be identified as FM.
Muniz, 39, began messaging with “Josh” in March and had acknowledged the supposed teenager’s young age before soliciting oral sex, according to the criminal complaint. The criminal complaint states “Josh” identified as a girl, but FM told Fox News Digital he was posing as a teenaged boy.
“I’m about to shower brb. Np. What u looking for and into. Are u cutting school and looking for company lol. Are u into guys and trans girls? Any xxx pixs,” Muniz responded to “Josh” when asked if Muniz cared if he was only 14 years old, according to the criminal complaint.
New Twitter owner Elon Musk on Tuesday said the platform won't allow anyone who was removed from the service to return for at "least a few more weeks" until there is a "clear process" to let them back in, and that he's spoken to "civil society leaders" about plans concerning content on the site.
"Twitter will not allow anyone who was de-platformed for violating Twitter rules back on platform until we have a clear process for doing so, which will take at least a few more weeks," Musk posted early Wednesday.
Musk also said, in a separate tweet, that he spoke with "civil society leaders" about how Twitter "will continue to combat hate & harassment & enforce its election integrity policies."
The UC Berkeley Central Sierra Snow Lab reported on Wednesday, November 2, that 12 inches (30.5 cm) of snow fell in 24 hours in Soda Springs, California, in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
Video posted by the UC Berkeley Central Sierra Snow Lab on Wednesday shows fluffy flakes falling on the snow-covered ground in Soda Springs, a sharp contrast from footage of flurries posted just a day earlier.
The lab said that they were expecting an additional two to five inches of snow on Wednesday. The snowfall in the mountain range caused “slippery roads,” according to the National Weather Service (NWS). The NWS issued a winter storm warning until Wednesday evening.
Scientists now believe that descending from a survivor of the Black Death, the plague which wiped out one-third of Europe nearly seven hundred years ago, makes individuals more susceptible to certain medical conditions.
The Center for Accountability and Government Ethics (CAGE) filed a complaint on Oct. 24 alleging that Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman violated Pennsylvania non-profit law through his purchase of several properties in Braddock, Pennsylvania.
Israelis didn’t vote for Benjamin Netanyahu on November 1 as much as they voted against the Biden administration. Caretaker Prime Minister Yair Lapid gambled his career on close relations with Washington – denouncing Russia for “war crimes” six weeks into the Ukraine war and accepting Washington’s instructions on matters ranging from tactical directives for the operations of Israeli security forces in the West Bank to negotiations with Lebanon. Netanyahu, who previously served as prime minister for 15 years, is a thick-skinned nationalist who maintained excellent relations with Vladimir Putin and cordial relations with China while remaining in the good graces of the Trump administration most of the time.
Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) has suggested that “free speech” doesn’t include the right to ask questions about the circumstances surrounding the attack on Paul Pelosi.
“Free speech does not include spreading misinformation to downplay political violence,” tweeted Durbin, a clear reference to last week’s hammer attack on Pelosi, which sparked skepticism from numerous prominent conservatives.
“In the days since Musk took Twitter private, the platform has seen an uptick in hate speech, and Musk himself used the platform and his influence to spread a baseless conspiracy theory about a violent attack on an elected official’s family member,” added Durbin.
Webmaster addition: The whole point of the First Amendment is that We The People have a right to ask questions about anything!
The Blaze says, “‘Twitter has blocked my account from speaking the truth. The Twitter ban happens with only one week left until the election. They are attempting to once again put their thumb on the scales of this election to weigh in their favor—someone tag Elon Musk. Tell him to unban me right now. I am the Secretary of State nominee in a swing state. I’m running against the criminal Soros-funded candidate,’ Finchem wrote.”
Apparently, Elon Musk got the message. Several people and outlets tagged the Twitter owner calling on him to remedy the situation. After a response that he would look into it, the Arizona Republican candidate could post on Twitter again. The Blaze reports, “Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem, a Republican, was briefly sidelined on Twitter. Then, he was quickly reinstated in under one hour. The reinstatement comes after Elon Musk took notice of Finchem’s plight.”
As the midterms approach, one way of looking at America’s current disaster is that we, the American people, were lab rats. And since 2021, the Left were the mad scientists, eager to try out their crackpot leftist experiments on us.
Days before the upcoming midterm elections, a hammer-wielding mentally ill man — who, according to the New York Post, was illegally in the U.S. — broke into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and attacked her husband, Paul.
A more plausible scenario suggests that Paul Pelosi was caught in the middle of an argument with DuPape, who may have been acting as a male prostitute. After all, how many burglars break into a residence in their underwear? This scenario certainly makes more sense than the idea that a “stranger” who is also a “friend” known to Paul Pelosi by his first name just decides to break into his house in the early morning hours and attack him.
Furthermore, although not reported in the Lame Stream Media, when Paul Pelosi was arrested in Napa County a few weeks ago for felony drunk driving, there was a young man occupying the passenger seat of his Porsche.
Could Paul Pelosi’s loving wife Nancy have turned Paul Pelosi “gay”? It certainly seems like a possibility, given the details of the circumstances surrounding this scenario. Nevertheless, the most truly remarkable aspect of this incident is how quickly and uniformly the M/ass Media fell in line in lockstep to report this as an attempted violent political attack on the Speaker of the House, instead of what it really appears to be — a squabble between two gay lovers that got out of hand and ultimately involved the San Francisco Police Department.
After French President Emmanuel Macron acknowledged that half of all crimes in Paris were committed by foreigners, it has now been revealed that they also account for 70 per cent of all violent robberies.
During an appearance on France 2 television channel last month, Macron admitted, “Yes, when we look at crime in Paris, we cannot fail to see that at least half of the crime we observe come from people who are foreigners, either who are in an irregular situation or awaiting asylum.”
This was subsequently confirmed by the Ministry of the Interior, which clarified that during the first six months of 2022, “48 percent of those questioned for acts of delinquency in Paris are foreigners.”
t was hard not to witness the death of hope in Jerusalem on Tuesday night. Those who held out hope that the Israeli system would somehow resist the right, and exhibit tolerance — that hope was dashed by the Israeli election, in which the fascistic messianic right declared its grip over the Israeli Jewish psyche.
Exit polls show the explicitly-anti-Palestinian party Religious Zionism at 13 or 14 seats in the parliament, making it the third largest party. When official votes are released, the party will likely be in position to put the largest vote-getter, Benjamin Netanyahu, whose right-wing Likud Party polls at about 31 seats, back in the prime minister’s job after 18 months absence.
Tucker Carlson unloaded on Democrats and their leader Joe Biden tonight on his number-one-rated cable news show.
Joe Biden and Democrats have put in motion policies to purposely destroy America for generations to come.
Tucker Carlson: They’re vicious, they’re intolerant, and they are utterly corrupt. And above all they are incompetent. In less than two years it is not an overstatement to say they have run this country into the ground. Wrecking our economy, desecrating our military, and opening the borders of the United States to 5 million lawbreakers. The destruction they brought is so profound it’s hard to describe.
On Oct 10, we reported about five individuals in Michigan who sued Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and MI Director of Elections Jonathan Brater over their sudden creation of a new set of rules titled “The Appointments, Rights, and Duties of Poll Challengers and Election Workers,” only months before Michigan’s August 2, 2022, Primary Election.
Jonathan Brater and Jocelyn Benson
The lawsuit, which Attorney Ann Howard filed in the MI Court of Claims, was joined together with a similar lawsuit filed by the RNC. The suit asked for an emergency injunction to compel MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater to rescind the changes to their newly created “guidance” for poll challengers that was first implemented in the August 2022 Primary Election.
On the day of the Primary Election in Detroit, under the new guidance of MI Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater, an unknown third-party security group by the name of “ICU,” threw Braden Giacobazzi, an Independent poll challenger out of the former TCF Center (now the Huntington Place) for asking too many (legitimate) questions about ballots and the processes that he claims were not being followed.
It’s not the government’s job to probe criminals’ psyches. These are predators, monsters, feral beasts attacking civilization, with no regard for your property, bodily integrity or life. The government’s only job is to keep them away from us, not to ensure that they have fulfilling lives.
At the New York gubernatorial debate last week, feisty Republican challenger Rep. Lee Zeldin hit Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, hard on the crime wave engulfing New York. Finally, he said, “We’re halfway through the debate, she still hasn’t talked about locking up anyone committing any crimes.”
In a city where citizens are afraid to leave their homes because of crime, Hochul’s blithe response made headlines. She said: “I don’t know why that’s so important to you.”
