Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines ducked a question about the alleged retention of classified documents by former president Donald Trump and the Aug. 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago during an interview that aired Monday on MSNBC.
Kansas Supreme Court Justice Caleb Stegall resigned from his teaching position at the University of Kansas School of Law after the university allegedly tried to pressure the Federalist Society chapter to cancel a speaker event which was deemed controversial, The Kansas City Star reported.
Supreme Court Justices sparred Monday with the general counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), which is representing a Christian web designer, over potential discrimination against the LGBTQ and minority communities surrounding a Colorado anti-discrimination law.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is significantly misreporting the number of illegal immigrants released into the country with GPS tracking technology by nearly 600%, according to an internal document exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
A CBC.ca report indicates an amendment has been added to Bill C-21, co-opting the handgun ban to prohibit hunting rifles as well.
CBC.ca notes: “The proposed changes to Bill C-21 were tacked on by Liberal MP Paul Chiang after it had passed second reading — drawing complaints from opposition MPs who accused the government of sneaking in changes that would expand the scope of prohibited weapons to include hunting rifles.”
One clause in the amendment prohibits rifles and/or shotguns that could accept a magazine holding over five rounds of ammunition.
CBC.ca also points out: “The amendment prohibits, by name, a large number of semi-automatic firearms that do not have detachable magazines and don’t meet the definition of an ‘assault-style firearm,’ or infringe the other two rules, but which the government wants to ban anyway. They include a number of long guns in wide use by Canadian hunters.”
Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino contends that hunters are not being singled out, but claims a focus on “gun violence” is the driving force.
Sarah Harkins’ husband Chris has devoted 19 years to the U.S. Coast Guard. He requested, and was denied, a religious exemption regarding the COVID vaccine mandate. Now, he is being forced out of service six months short of retirement.
The New York Times falsely claimed Sunday that Hunter Biden’s laptop was “stolen,” when in fact it was abandoned at the computer repair shop to which he had taken it and which had tried to contact him.
As Breitbart News and others have reported for years, citing repair store owner John Paul Mac Isaac, “Hunter Biden dropped the computer off at his shop on April 12, 2019, to conduct a ‘data recovery.’ He says he called Biden the next day to inform him the recovery was completed, but Hunter never picked it up.”
The laptop was never “stolen.” It was abandoned, and the store took legal possession of it, in accordance with documents that Hunter Biden signed himself when dropping off the laptop for repairs. He never reported it stolen or missing.
The internal Twitter communications released by new owner Elon Musk provide color to what appeared to have happened in the unprecedented censorship campaign against the New York Post‘s “laptop from hell” series — but still leaves elements of the story unanswered.
Here are some questions that still need more information:
What was the reason the New York Post official Twitter account remained locked for 16 days?
Twitter locked the New York Post out of its official Twitter account for 16 days following the first post linking to the first story in the “laptop from hell” series. After establishing that the tweet was not in violation of Twitter terms of service, the platform insisted the Post still needed to delete the tweet in order to regain access to its account. When the Post refused to on a matter of principle, Twitter did not reinstate the account for 16 days. What was the deliberation surrounding Twitter’s refusal to reinstate the Post’s account access?
Did intelligence agencies approach Twitter regarding censorship of “misinformation” regarding Hunter Biden ahead of the 2020 election?
According to a Fox News report published Saturday, FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan testified to state attorneys general from Missouri and Louisiana this week that the agency “held weekly meetings with Big Tech companies in Silicon Valley ahead of the 2020 presidential election to discuss ‘disinformation’ on social media and ask about efforts to censor that information.”
Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell has caved to outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and will allow the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to include the highly controversial media cartel bill the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), sources familiar with the matter told Breitbart News.
Over objections from House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy, the likely next speaker of the House come January 3 of next year, other congressional leaders acquiesced to lobbyist pressure and agreed to include the JCPA in the base text of the NDAA. McCarthy was the only member of congressional leadership to fight back against the inclusion, but was overruled three to one after McConnell caved.
The film supported narratives created by Black Hebrew Israelites who believe they are the real descendants of the ancient Israelites. The film, which is available to be viewed on Amazon claims to reveal the true identity of the Children of Israel by exposing what Islam, Judaism, and Christianity have covered up for centuries.
As a result of his post, Irving was suspended on Nov. 3 according to the Brooklyn Nets for refusing to say he stands against anti-Semitism categorically. As Irving faced suspension for linking his followers to the documentary, some questioned why Amazon allowed the documentary on their platform for purchase.
Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler is getting a hefty serving of pushback after suggesting the newspaper had to ignore the Hunter Biden laptop story because they weren’t given access to the hard drive until mid-2021.
Kessler joined Washington Post national columnist Philip Bump in getting defensive over the Elon Musk Twitter files exposé and offering a defense for their own unwillingness to report on the Biden laptop.
Bump argued that “other outlets” couldn’t match the bombshell story, originally reported by the New York Post, because “they weren’t given access to the laptop data.”
Kessler, who we would like to reiterate has the term ‘fact-checker’ in his title, agreed.
Yoel Roth, one of the Twitter executives caught up in the Hunter Biden censorship scandal, previously dismissed rural Americans and called Trump administration officials “Nazis.”
Roth, whose name came up in the Elon Musk/Matt Taibbi Twitter internal documents dump showing a deliberate effort to squash the bombshell Hunter Biden story, with executives deliberately working at the behest of President Biden’s campaign and the DNC, has made several comments which reveal his blatant bias.
He quit Twitter in early November, shortly thereafter reluctantly admitting that censorship of the laptop story was a mistake.
Roth, however, was cited by Taibbi in a Twitter thread showing evidence that “the decision” to censor the story “was made at the highest levels of the company,” including an exchange in which he was CC’d in an interaction with another official who insisted he was “struggling to understand the policy basis” behind the decisions being made.
Is the blood of terrorized children a form of currency in Hollywood? According to Mel Gibson, star of Brave Heart and Lethal Weapon, Hollywood is just institutionalized pedophilia, where the elites break “every God-given taboo known to man, including the sanctity of children.” Apparently, it’s an open secret in Hollywood that the ultra-rich, yet still power-hungry elites, have religious ceremonies where they terrorize children to the edge of death, then drink their adrenochrome-loaded blood. Adrenochrome is a chemical compound produced by the oxidation of adrenaline, the stress hormone, which can be derived from torturing children to the point where they believe they are about to die (or really are).
Now, the star of a Mel Gibson directed movie “Passion of the Christ,” Jim Caviezel, is blowing the whistle about Hollywood elites kidnapping kids and trafficking them for adrenochrome rituals. Where is the FBI when you REALLY need them? Nowhere to be found, except prosecuting innocent Americans for staged events, like on January 6th, 2020.
Webmaster addition: This story doesn't make sense. Adrenochrome is easy to synthesize in a laboratory. It's merely an oxide of epinephrine. Were there really some benefit to it, it would be available from the local pharmacy. In any event, it's suspected of causing schizophrenia!
As of December 5, parts of North Carolina are still without power after a targeted attack against the two power substations in Moore County.
Shortly after 7PM on Saturday night, gunfire was directed against these two substations in the exact area required to shut down the power with minimal effort.
Tens of thousands were left without power, and initial investigations quickly discovered that it was an attack that had caused the loss of power.
Sheriff Ronnie Fields of Moore County then instituted a curfew for the area from 9PM to 5AM, and a state of emergency has been declared as well (solely at the county level). Anybody caught outside of their homes within that time window could be subject to fines, arrest, or imprisonment. Moore said that the curfew was to “protect our citizens and protect the businesses of our county.”
Joe Biden’s Assistant Secretary of Health’s leading mission from day one has been pushing the normalization of transgenderism in our nation’s children. This time, however, Levine wants America’s physicians to serve as propaganda merchants for his dangerous goal.
On October 13, 2022, the Tennessee Court of Appeals released a decision that addresses whether tenants in a public housing project can be forced by government landlords to “waive” their 2nd Amendment rights. The decision came in the matter of Columbia Housing & Redevelopment Corp. v. Kinsley Braden, M2021-00329-COA-R3-CV.
The litigation arouse in Maury County, Tennessee, when the landlord, Columbia Housing & Redevelopment Corporation, filed a civil action to evict Kinsley Braden, a tenant, “for possessing a firearm in his apartment in contravention of the lease agreement.” Columbia Housing is a corporation that provides subsidized housing for the City of Columbia pursuant to Tennessee’s Housing Authorities Law. It operated a multi-family, low-income public housing complex in Columbia, Tennessee.
Senator-elect Eric Schmitt, and current Missouri Attorney General, joined Sean Hannity on Monday night to discuss the federal government’s collusion with Democrat politicians to silence their conservative opposition.
There’s a hidden risk to the global financial system embedded in the $65 trillion of dollar debt being held by non-US institutions via currency derivatives, according to the Bank for International Settlements.
In a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin issued on Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced portentously that “the United States remains in a heightened threat environment.” It seems that “lone offenders and small groups motivated by a range of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances continue to pose a persistent and lethal threat to the Homeland.” Yet while the DHS claims to be tracking terror threats from people with a “range of ideological beliefs,” it is especially concerned “threat actors could exploit several upcoming events to justify or commit acts of violence, including certifications related to the midterm elections” and “the marking of two years since the breach of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.” The message is clear: DHS is going to devote its resources to the alleged terror threat coming from those who dissent from the Leftist establishment line. Meanwhile, the agency plans to release Afghan Muslim criminals into the United States. The priorities of Biden’s handlers’ “counterterror” apparatus are all too clear.
I was warned in August 2020. A source told me to meet him at six o’clock at night in an empty parking lot in San Salvador. He had my number, but he contacted me through a mutual acquaintance instead; he didn’t want to leave a trace. When I arrived, he told me to leave my phone in the car. As we walked, he warned me that my colleagues at El Faro, the Salvadoran news organization, were being followed because of a story they were pursuing about negotiations between the president of El Salvador and the notorious MS-13 gang.
This may read like an eerie movie scene, but there are many Central American journalists who have lived it for real. The suspicion you’re being followed, ditching your phone before meetings, using encrypted messaging and email apps, speaking in code, never publishing your live location – these are ordinary routines for many in my profession.
I wouldn’t know until more than a year later what my source really meant. My colleagues weren’t just being trailed as they investigated that story. They, and at least 18 other members of El Faro – including me – had been the repeated targets of a weapons-grade espionage software called Pegasus. Pegasus is the gleaming toy of the Israel-based spyware firm NSO Group. Forensic analysis by the Citizen Lab and others found that Pegasus attacks in El Salvador started in June 2020 and continued until November 2021. In all, 35 journalists and members of civil society were spied on with this tool.
