New documents show that in 2016, Hunter Biden used his father’s high-profile position to shield himself from potential charges in a federal securities investigation. The case dates back to March 2016, when the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was delving into a tribal bond scheme. Hunter’s business connections were pulled into the spotlight as part of a sprawling investigation.

Documents and communications were subpoenaed from various entities linked to Biden, including his then-business partner Devon Archer and their joint entity, Rosemont Seneca Bohai (RSB). According to the Committee on Oversight, RSB was directly implicated in the scheme and a conduit for significant amounts of money from foreign entities and individuals—some of whom had meetings with Joe Biden during his vice presidency before and after making substantial deposits into the RSB account. These funds eventually made their way to Hunter.

The investigation intensified in March 2016, when Hunter himself was subpoenaed by the SEC. Required to produce a broad range of documents related to RSB, the stakes were high. However, in his response to the SEC in April 2016, Hunter’s legal team requested the matter be treated with the utmost confidentiality. They argued that public knowledge of the investigation would be unfair not only to Hunter but also to his father, then the Vice President of the United States.

Another member of Congress has warned a terrorist attack is imminent. This latest warning comes after a former CIA director argued that similar warning signs exist today that did just before the 9/11 terror attack occurred.

U.S. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, told CBS News’ Face the Nation Sunday, “We are at the highest level of a possible terrorist threat” resulting from Biden administration policies.

He issued the warning after eight foreign nationals traveling from Tajikistan with ties to ISIS were arrested. The men were released into the country by U.S. Border Patrol agents after they were apprehended for illegally entering the U.S. through the southwest border.

A prominent Hollywood marketing and branding guru has raised eyebrows by telling staffers that they should refrain from working with anyone who is “posting against Israel.”

Ashlee Margolis, founder of the Beverly Hills firm The A List, wrote an email to her staff about a new mandate to hit “pause on working with any celebrity or influencer or tastemaker posting against Israel.” The company, which is a fixture on red carpets and is at the forefront of brand integration with celebrities, works with such companies as CAA, UTA, Lede Company and Wolf Kasteler Public Relations.

In the email, Margolis stressed that there was a distinction between what she deemed acceptable and unacceptable social media posts about the country and its current military operations in Gaza. “Anyone saying Israel is committing a ‘genocide’ is someone we will pause on working with, as that is simply not true,” the veteran marketing executive wrote. “While Jews are devastated by the loss of innocent lives in Gaza, we are feeling immense fear over the rising Jew Hatred all over the world.”

Webmaster addition: The only hate against Jews is being manufactured to provide political cover for Israel. The hate of the government of Israel is being created by their actions.

President Joe Biden is heading to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, on Tuesday ahead of his debate with former President Donald Trump, according to the White House.

After a White House event commemorating the twelfth anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and a campaign reception in Virginia, Biden and First Lady Jill Biden are headed to his beach house in Delaware.

It will be Biden’s sixth trip to Rehoboth Beach in 2024 — an average of one trip to the beach per month — and his twenty-first overall trip to Delaware in 2024, according to WRDE.

On Thursday, Biden will be heading to Camp David in Maryland to prepare for his debate with Trump on June 27, according to WRDE.

According to the Associated Press (AP), a person with “knowledge of the president’s plans, who insisted on anonymity,” said Biden could “spend the better part of a week at Camp David getting ready for the first debate.”

Following the arrest of an illegal immigrant connected to the murder and rape of a Maryland mother of five, Trump slammed Biden’s border policies. Trump commented on the mother’s alleged killer, as well as Jose Ibarra in the case of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. Both suspects were able to cross the border illegally.

"ANOTHER one of Crooked Joe Biden's Illegal Immigrant Criminals was just charged with raping and murdering ANOTHER innocent American woman! Rachel Morin was on a run in Maryland, just like Laken Riley was in Georgia, when she was brutally killed by an illegal monster who was wanted for murder in El Salvador and fled to the USA because he knew Crooked Joe would let him in," Trump wrote.

Last week, a conversation with a waitress disturbed me a lot. She told me that she was homeschooling her sixteen-year old son, who is autistic, because she was afraid that he would be subjected to “tranny” propaganda and encouraged to “transition” to being a woman. Even worse, he might be put in touch with “doctors” who would mutilate him by injecting him with hormones and even castrating him, all without his parents’ knowledge. You might think the waitress was exaggerating—we all know that public schools are bad, but can they be that bad? If she is right, the schools would be monstrously evil. They would be downright satanic.

She is indeed right. In what follows, I’ll discuss the “tranny” movement and what they are doing to our children. It’s a tale that will upset you, but you need to know about it, so we can do everything we can to stop it.

The tranny movement contends that some people think they are really men, but trapped in a female body, or really women, trapped in a male body. We are talking about “men” and “women” as people understand these terms in ordinary language. There are a few people who are born with abnormalities that make them hard to classify, but they aren’t what the tranny movement is primarily interested in.

So I guess we should probably talk about the way NATO powers are rapidly escalating toward hot war with Russia at the same time the US is expanding its draft policies to make it easier to force more Americans go and fight in a giant war.

In an article titled “NATO: 500,000 Troops on High Readiness for War With Russia,” Antiwar’s Kyle Anzalone highlights NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s comments on Friday stating the alliance actually has a far greater number of troops it could deploy than the 300,000 it had previously set as its goal.

“Allies are offering forces to NATO’s command at a scale not seen in decades,” Stoltenberg said on Friday. “ Today we have 500,000 troops at high readiness across all domains, significantly more than the goal that was set at the 2022 Madrid Summit.”

One of the dumbest things the empire asks us to believe these days is that surrounding its official enemies with existentially threatening war machinery should always be seen as a defensive measure. The last time a credible military threat was placed near the US border, Washington responded so aggressively the world almost ended. Yet nations like Russia and China are expected to let the US and its allies amass military threats right near their borders without even regarding this as a provocation.

This and other frightening nuclear escalations with Russia are happening at the same time US lawmakers are working to expand draft registration to women and to automate registration for men, both of which would help broaden the pool of warm bodies the US would have available to throw into a hot war with a major military power.

Claire's Observations:  This has already been passed by both houses of Congress, so involuntary registration for a draft, for both America's sons and daughters,  has literally, already started.

A UN-mandated Independent International Commission of Inquiry has uncovered evidence of egregious sexual violence committed against Palestinian men and women in the Gaza Strip. This adds to a mounting series of reports indicating the issue is widespread and systematic.

The United Nations report, released on June 12 under a Human Rights Council resolution, revealed that Israeli forces “systematically targeted and subjected Palestinians to SGBV [Sexual and Gender-Based Violence] online and in person since October 7, including through forced public nudity, forced public stripping, sexualized torture and abuse, and sexual humiliation and harassment.”

The report noted specific types of sexual violence perpetrated by Israeli soldiers targeting men and boys during ground operations and arrests. Soldiers took videos and photos of Palestinians after stripping them partially or fully naked. The captives were also “coerced to do physical movements while naked.”

Families of men and boys taken captive were made to watch as they were paraded in the street, either fully naked or in their underwear while being subjected to sexual harassment.

A report from the Daily Beast attempted to debunk a series of clips that appeared to show the president experiencing cognitive decline, saying they were either misrepresented or deceptively edited. The outlet did not address the fact that the president has exhibited public gaffes and memory lapses for several months now. From the report:

In a statement to The Daily Beast, the White House fumed at the so-called “cheap fake,” which it contends is a sign of failing journalistic ethics at a number of conservative publications.

The practice of deceptively editing and circulating clips of political opponents is increasingly being used in recent weeks by Republican lawmakers and conservative publications, especially to highlight problems relating to Biden’s age.

As Daniel Amerman, a chartered financial analyst, writes in an article titled “Could A Compound Interest Wildfire Threaten U.S. Solvency?”:

[T]he greatest debt-related threat to the solvency of the United States government and the value of the dollar could be the fact that the U.S. isn’t actually making any net principal or interest payments on its debt.

That is, the U.S. government is borrowing money to make the interest payments, even as it borrows to roll over the principal payments – even as it borrows still more to fund the general spending which is in excess of taxes collected.

This creates the risk of a potential compounding and acceleration of interest payments on that debt. …

In other words, the US government is effectively insolvent, absent some major changes. Which is exactly why we need to anticipate that there will be major changes.

The Israeli army is facing significant difficulties in confronting the Palestinian resistance across the Gaza Strip, Hebrew news outlet Channel 12 reported on 16 June.

Hamas’ Qassam Brigades and other groups are “still waging war in the Gaza Strip, and are capable of harming Israeli army soldiers,” military sources told the outlet.

The sources added that in Gaza’s southernmost city of Rafah particularly, the army has not been able to eliminate the Qassam Brigades or its military capabilities, and that Tel Aviv may end the operation there without achieving its goals.

Despite what much of the media says, many Americans believe the lawsuits against Trump are “lawfare.” Democrats are pushing prosecutions to derail Trump’s campaign, it appears. The most recent one, out of New York, resulted in a shocking guilty verdict.

But the damage is still ongoing. The judge over that case, who fact-checkers found out donated to Joe Biden, kept a gag order in place.

Even though the trial is over, the judge is continuing to meddle in Trump’s campaign; in fact, he has banned the former president’s ability to speak about the case. In reply, Trump’s lawyers turned to the New York Court of Appeals to have the order lifted. This is how they ruled.

From Fox News:
The New York Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected former President Trump’s bid to have the gag order against him lifted, citing that “no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.” …

Trump’s lawyers cited the November presidential election and the first debate against President Biden later this month, as well as the First Amendment rights of the former president and his supporters as reasons for the order to be lifted…

This month, rumors about the petrodollar have spread like wildfire all over the Internet.  Some of what is being said is true, and some of what is being said is false.  When other sources were reporting on “the death of the petrodollar”, I was asked why I was not writing about it.  Well, the truth is that I was not writing about it because the petrodollar is not dead.  It is certainly in trouble, but it is not dead.  Today, most oil continues to be sold in U.S. dollars, and most global trade continues to be conducted in U.S. dollars.  But that could change as other countries lose faith in our currency.  In particular, we will want to carefully watch what the BRICS nations choose to do.  45 percent of the world’s inhabitants live in the BRICS nations, and they have been implementing strategies that are designed to promote their own currencies and reduce dependence on the U.S. dollar.  As U.S. relations with leading BRICS nations continue to deteriorate, I would expect that trend to accelerate.

It’s no secret that Republicans have been pretty outraged over the caliber of people being picked by the Biden administration. From cabinet members to judicial seats, it appears to many as if the people running this White House are looking for the worst of the worst.

Throughout this term, Republicans and even some Democrats have lambasted many of Biden’s nominees. Some of these people are blatant activists for radical causes.

Even Bernie Sanders has criticized some of Joe’s picks. Yet again, the Biden administration wanted to put a “committed Marxist” on the judicial bench; if that happened, it could have meant disaster for the many cases he presided over. Republicans revolted against this appointment — and as a result, Schumer was forced to do this.

From The Hill:
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Tuesday pulled a planned vote on Mustafa Kasubhai’s nomination to be a district court judge in Oregon.

Biden White House aides reportedly pressured House Democrats not to sponsor a bill that would force presidents, vice presidents, and their relatives to disclose foreign income.

Bipartisan backing of a bill could be used as a Republican campaign talking point to slam the Biden family for making millions during and after President Joe Biden was a public official.

The bill, if passed into law, would:

  • Require top executives to share their tax returns and disclose conflicts of interest
  • Require detailing of any loans made to family members
  • Require the documentation of when immediate relatives join the president on Air Force One
  • Require whether the relatives’ travel was for business purposes

Jean-Pierre repeatedly avoided questions about whether Biden is “fine.”

Another video appeared to show Biden wandering off into the distance in Europe before Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni turned him back to the group of world leaders watching a skydiving show.

There was also the infrastructure bill that was pushed through that some Republicans in their states have been touting, not giving the credit, of course, to Joe Biden, but telling their citizens that this is a great thing, look at the roads, look at the bridges, we’re doing things. But the messaging doesn’t seem to be hitting voters. Why do you think that is? And how do you think that needs to change?”

The Disney Grooming Syndicate’s latest piece of Star Wars gay fanfic has hit a new record low, breaking one previously held by itself.

Over at Rotten Tomatoes, Star Wars: The Acolyte has just earned a devastating audience rating of just 14 percent approval.

The previous all-time low audience rating at Rotten Tomatoes for a shitty Disney Star Wars streaming series was 26 percent—which The Acolyte, AKA, “the gayest Star Wars yet” — hit just last week.

Prior to the DOA Acolyte, the lowest audience rating for a shitty Disney Star Wars streaming series was 49 percent. This was achieved by an animated something called Tales of the Empire. In the live-action department, the previous low was 52 percent for something called The Book of Boba Fett.

The Acolyte sits at less than a third of that at 14 percent.

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally, the common people don't want war: neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship ... Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger." -- Leading Nazi leader, Hermann Goering, at the Nuremberg Trials before he was sentenced to death

More than half a dozen lobbying firms dumped Chinese clients earlier this year after POLITICO reported that congressional offices were threatening to blacklist them for working for companies linked to the Chinese military.

And as distrust of the Chinese government reaches a fever pitch in Washington on both sides of the aisle, companies with roots in the country — or suspected links to the Chinese Communist Party — are rapidly finding themselves without allies to make their case to lawmakers.

The pressure campaign is now turning to Washington’s trade associations, with several major industry groups buckling under demands to boot China-linked members when faced with congressional inquiries.
