The special purpose grand jury’s recommendation that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indict Sen. Lindsey Graham and former Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler may be garnering all the headlines. But three other names included in the grand jury’s final report released on Friday merit the real condemnation of Willis’ outrageous politicization of election contests: Cleta Mitchell, Alex Kaufmann, and Kurt Hilbert. 

On Friday, the Fulton County Superior Court entered an order directing the public release of the final report compiled by the special purpose grand jury that was empaneled to purportedly investigate the “circumstances relating directly or indirectly to possible attempts to disrupt the lawful administration of the 2020 presidential elections in the State of Georgia.” The public release of the 25-page unredacted report soon followed, revealing that the grand jury empaneled by Willis recommended the get-Trump prosecutor indict a total of 39 individuals — not merely the 19 charged in the sprawling RICO indictment handed down last month. 

While the final report contained few specifics supposedly supporting the recommended charges, those included indicate Willis deceived the grand jury while staking out a position as an election-integrity denier. The opening of the report exposed the prosecutor’s charade, with the grand jury noting it “heard extensive testimony on the subject of alleged election fraud from poll workers, investigators, technical experts, and State of Georgia employees and officials, as well as from persons still claiming that such fraud took place.” The grand jury then stressed: “We find by a unanimous vote that no widespread fraud took place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could result in overturning that election.”

At least eight people were injured in an explosion at a processing plant in Decatur, Illinois on Sunday. Five of the wounded remained hospitalized as of Monday.

The fire and explosion happened at an Archer-Daniels-Midland processing complex just after 7pm Central time.

“ADM immediately contacted the Decatur Fire Department, which remains on the scene. Several employees were injured and transported to the local hospital for treatment,” a spokesperson said. “Our thoughts are with our colleagues. We do not have a confirmed cause at this time.”

According to ADM, corn and soy processing is down. It is unclear when the plant can resume operations.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is fuming over an upcoming change in election procedures that would make it easier to catch fraudulent signatures on mail-in ballots.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that a Yavapai County judge rejected Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections’ recent lawsuit to prohibit the Arizona Secretary of State from enforcing illegal election procedures relating to mail-in ballot signature verification. This ruling confirmed that Maricopa County has been conducting elections unlawfully.

The Judge ordered that “the language of the statute is clear and unambiguous,” and the current procedures for verifying mail-in ballot signatures “do not have the force of law.”

This is to say masses of real living, breathing humans equally have so little awareness of the truth of real history and how the world, via shadow governances, really works. More precisely most mortal people, of real flesh and blood, have absolutely little idea how brainwashed they are, from the very day they are born to the very day they die (because often the cultures they are born into are themselves propaganda machines starting with fairytales).

Or more precisely still, “we” are “all” pretty much living in one make-believe land or another whether we know it or not. Few people live and then die understanding how much they think they knew was in fact fake. How’s that for irony?

Whilst in this case, Barbieland is very much a California beach city like Los Angelos (which is, in truth, another Democratically run shithouse with homeless people everywhere and all manner of urban decay, crime, and immigrant invasion—not to mention the seething moral corruption of Hollywood and its politically correct filth of Masonic orders—far from a fantasyland it once was presumed to have been).

Declaring that many Americans, well for that matter, many people around the entire planet, are cynical is but a pale platitude. We do not just live in an Age of Anxiety and Future Shock (two book titles) but we live in an age of enormous political upheaval and political corruption, and much of the world’s many, many people know it (if for no other reason than the anxiety disorders they are experiencing).

Moreover, corruption levels out in the open today are so obvious and in-your-face they are continuously numbing us to a boiling frog impotence, as if we are shocked by the many tentacles of real, brazen, hubristic conspiracies played out panoramically on the stage of human existence.

Conspiracy Theories are;

1) interesting

2) they force you to think outside the proverbial box, with alternative explanations which don’t jibe with the ‘official’ versions (‘official versions which often enough are corrupted)

3) they allow you to play a detective trying to figure out what makes sense or not. (Many very intelligent people study CTs)

4) and, eventually, if you are honestly open-minded, brings your awareness levels to a point in which you realize that some so-called CTs are true! (And in fact, some CTs that seem the hardest to believe are also true). Frankly, you cannot know the real world if you are not acquainted with conspiracy theories, including the many red herring CTs meant to discredit real theories that are true. Any Machiavellian would concede that much.

Putting aside then the choice of junkyard dogs one might expect to find employed by a dockers Union on a New Jersey shore, wow!, it seems like a long time ago, when Seth Rich, a DNC computer programmer, revealed DNC emails to Julian Assange’s Wikileaks, was murdered back in 2016.

Ukraine needs “powerful and long-range weapons” — fighter jets, in other words — because Russia’s air superiority over the battlefield has allowed them to “stop our counteroffensive”, President Zelensky said.

Russia is denying air superiority to Ukraine and using that to “stop” the counteroffensive, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday, the latest in a line of remarks addressing the difficulty the Western-armed Ukrainian army has had this year turning back the tide of the Russian occupation.

Speaking at a conference in Kyiv on Friday, Zelensky said Ukraine needed “powerful and long-range” because: “We are not in the sky and Russia is, they stop us from the sky. They stop our counteroffensive”, reports Le Figaro.

Zelensky also accused Western powers of hypocrisy in their urging Ukraine to fight faster, when they themselves — in his view — acted too slowly to support the invaded nation. He continued: ” They stop our counteroffensive. The war is complicated, some processes are complicated, and many things have been slowed down. When some allies say: ‘What about the counter-offensive? When will the next step be?’. My answer is that today, our steps are coming faster than [the West’s] new sanctions packages.”

Weeks after European aviation authorities flagged a London-based firm for supplying "unapproved parts" for jet engines on older Airbus SE A320s and Boeing Co. 737s, Southwest Airlines has confirmed to Bloomberg that one of these parts ended up on a 737. 

Southwest told Bloomberg in an emailed statement that bogus low-pressure turbine blades from AOG Technics were found on one of its Boeing 737 NG. The part was immediately replaced, the airline said.

In September 1998, Desiree A. Ferdinand gave a sworn deposition, in a case filed with the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, detailing the career of her father, Colonel Albert V. Carone, an army intelligence officer in World War II who she claimed was a CIA liaison with organized crime.

Ferdinand testified in a civil suit brought against the CIA and then-Vice President and former CIA Director George H. W. Bush (and others) by Army Private William M. Tyree, Jr., who claimed he was involved in a drug-smuggling operation from Colombia and was then framed for the murder of his wife.

In her testimony, Ferdinand recounted secrets about her father, including his involvement in arms and drug smuggling to the Nicaraguan Contras in the 1980s through the airport in Mena, Arkansas, in an operation overseen by then-Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton.

Ferdinand identified another key figure in the Iran-Contra affair—Elliott Abrams—as a CIA agent, saying that her father had worked with him.[1]

In July, President Joe Biden nominated Abrams to a bipartisan advisory commission on public diplomacy, which is devoted to spreading propaganda. During the Trump administration, Abrams served as a special envoy to Iran and Venezuela where he promoted regime-change operations directed against socialist leader Nicholas Maduro.

Because of Abrams’ involvement in the Iran-Contra scandal, his nomination by Biden garnered criticism even on CNN.

Journalist Jefferson Morley characterized Abrams as the equivalent of neo-conservative royalty—his wife was the daughter of Norman Podhoretz, the editor of Commentary magazine, a mouthpiece for hawkish neo-conservatives.

Two days ago the FAA closed the Starship mishap investigation and cited 63 corrective actions the company needed to take before the next Starship launch could be approved. At that point, that was all the information we had received and while many thought that SpaceX had already completed most of these actions, it turns out the company is already done.

Specifically, earlier today Elon provided the exact list of every action and congratulated the SpaceX team on completing these different tasks. Some of the required corrective actions included leak prevention and mitigation to adding 90 plus cameras all around the launch vehicle. The fact that this list is complete is big news and suggests the launch could be just weeks away.

At this point, all SpaceX needs is a launch license, and with the corrective actions complete, the FAA should be ready to do so. Here I will go more in-depth into this list of corrective actions, the final launch prep, what the flight profile will look like, and more.

Australia and China opened their first high-level dialogue in three years Thursday in a sign of a slight thaw to relations between countries that have clashed on everything from human rights to COVID-19 origins to trade.

“I welcome the recent positive developments in the bilateral relationship, but we know that there is more work to do,” said Craig Emerson, the head of the Australian delegation and a former trade minister.

The dialogue being held in Beijing will focus on trade, people-to-people links and security.

China’s former Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said the two countries should work together, but added that “We should adhere to the liberalization of trade and jointly oppose the Cold War mentality, bloc confrontation and trade protectionism.”

Remember way back in the year 2000, when the Taliban took over large swaths of Afghanistan and set about eradicating the nation's poppy crop that feeds the world opium supply?

Of course you do.

Well, guess what? It's happening again.

That's right. After Uncle Sam's ignominious retreat from the graveyard of empires in 2021, the Taliban infamously regained control of the country and set about reinstituting their campaign to ban the cultivation of opium poppies. And, once again, the results of that ban have been nothing short of remarkable.

In fact, the Taliban's latest anti-poppy campaign is already being hailed as the "most successful counter-narcotics effort in human history" by self-proclaimed Afghanistan experts, with the country's opium production down a jaw-dropping 90% this year.

And since you do remember the story of the Taliban's first successful poppy crop crackdown, then you'll also likely remember how it ended: namely, with the blank check of 9/11 being cashed in on NATO's invasion and occupation of Afghanistan in 2001, leading to the subsequent resurgence of poppy cultivation in the country.

After canceling the Keystone XL pipeline project, draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to dangerously low levels (some of which was sold to a Hunter Biden-linked Chinese energy giant), and vowing "no more oil drilling" on US soil while America's geopolitical adversaries - two of whom paid his family handsomely - beef up their own energy independence, the Biden administration has done it again.

Last week the regime confirmed that it will cancel seven controversial oil and gas leases in an area of Alaska known as the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), which were legally awarded from a 2021 sale.

"On day one of this administration, President Biden directed us to look at the oil and gas leases sold in the refuge by the previous administration," said Interior Secretary Deb Haaland in a Wednesday call with reporters. "What we have found in our analysis is that the lease sale itself was seriously flawed and based on a number of fundamental legal deficiencies."

If you’re a California resident and a parent, you really ought to leave the state now. On Friday, the California Assembly passed AB 957, which means that a parent who doesn’t “affirm” their child’s “gender identity” could lose custody of that child.

AB 957 amends the state Family Code to include “a parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity or gender expression as part of the health, safety, and welfare of the child.”

The bill is now headed for Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk, where he will most certainly sign it.

A recent comprehensive study found that there is no medical benefit for young people to receive so-called “gender-affirming care.”  A study conducted by the UK nonprofit organization Sex Matters found that the alleged benefits of “gender-affirming care” are “no greater than a placebo effect.” While the United States seems to doubling down on this insanity, our European friends have started to realize the dangers.

New polls showing President Biden tied or trailing several GOP presidential candidates and deep concerns among voters over his age are stoking Democratic angst about third-party candidates “stealing” a victory in November 2024. 

Democrats have long been worried that in a close race, a third-party candidate could be the difference between winning and defeat in hard-fought states such as Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin or even Florida. 

But the new polling is exacerbating unease that liberal candidate Cornel West or a centrist contender backed by No Labels could end up being spoilers for Biden.   

Groups on the left are among those expressing discontentment, arguing that the only candidates who will have a chance to actually win the White House are Biden and the eventual Republican nominee. 

As US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced over $1 billion in aid for Ukraine during a surprise visit to the country’s capital, he said Washington had noticed "good progress" in Kiev’s counteroffensive, despite all facts pointing to the opposite.

The United States is blatantly lying about the botched Ukrainian counteroffensive, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said in an interview with Judge Andrew Napolitano on his Judging Freedom podcast.

“Tony, look at a map,” and just look at the progress that “has not been made by Ukraine,” said the retired CIA intelligence officer and State Department official, as he commented on recent remarks made by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Kiev.

During his unannounced visit to the Ukrainian capital, Blinken, standing alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, touted that the Ukrainian military had made “real progress” in its counteroffensive in the “last few weeks.” The Ukrainian president’s assessment of the battlefront developments “matches our own,” continued Blinken, who went over to Kiev to pledge a new aid package for Ukraine worth over $1 billion.

In fact, “Russia has been steadily pushing to the [west],” Johnson said, pointing out that the battle of Artemovsk was the “last big conflict” on the battlefront that Ukraine’s military was engaged in.

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, issued an emergency public health order on Friday, temporarily suspending both open and concealed carry of firearms in Albuquerque, the state’s largest city, for a duration of 30 days.

Now she’s being threatened with impeachment over her suspension of constitutional rights in the state.

The decision by the Democratic governor was prompted by the recent tragic killing of an 11-year-old boy in a road rage incident involving gun violence. Governor Grisham cited this incident as the basis for declaring the emergency, acknowledging that she anticipates legal challenges but stating her belief that action was necessary due to the escalating gun-related crimes in the city.

In addition to the order, Lujan Grisham penned a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, seeking federal assistance. The governor disclosed that she had been requesting federal aid since June 2022, emphasizing the need for federal resources to combat the “escalating violence and drug and human-trafficking activity that is ravaging our great state,” she said.

Ukraine has just 45 days left to make significant gains in its counteroffensive against Russian forces before the onset of autumn and winter weather, Western observers said yesterday.

General Mark Milley, US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said it would become 'very difficult to manoeuvre' in the region's autumn rains.

Early in the summer, Kyiv began to strike at Russia's defensive lines, intending to reach the Sea of Azov to split Ukrainian territory held by Russia into two.

Gains were small to begin with – in areas that the Russians had spent a year laying mines – but a week ago Ukrainian generals reported they had broken through the first lines.

General Milley said: 'It has gone slower than the planners anticipated. But that is a difference between... war on paper and real war. So these are real people in real vehicles that are fighting through real minefields, and there's real death and destruction, and there's real friction. And there's still a reasonable amount of time – probably about 30 to 45 days' worth of fighting weather left.'

Last week, Joe Biden canceled all drilling in Alaska on federal land. Separate from the fact that no president should have that kind of power over the American economy and lifestyle, he paired it with another executive order that will make fuel more expensive than Americans have ever imagined.

The former vice president and Democratic presidential candidate made the comment Friday after a New Hampshire environmental activist challenged him for accepting donations from the co-founder of liquified natural gas firm.

Biden denied the donor’s association to the fossil fuel industry before calling the young woman “kiddo” and taking her hand. He said, “I want you to look at my eyes. I guarantee you. I guarantee you. We’re going to end fossil fuel.”

Many assumed that Biden was just pandering to the base. He was not. His executive orders have aggressively attacked fossil fuel (although not in China). As part of these orders, Biden immediately placed a moratorium on new oil and gas leases on federal lands.

Geologists have uncovered what they believe could be the world's largest lithium deposit inside an ancient supervolcano along the Nevada-Oregon border in the US.

Clay containing up to 40 million metric tons of lithium was identified throughout the 600-mile-wide McDermitt Caldera - nearly double what has been found in Bolivia's salt flats that have long held the record for the most lithium deposits.

While the amount of lithium is based on estimates - no drilling has taken place - scientists have found high concentrations of lithium in the caldera since the 1970s

As of 2022, the average battery-grade lithium carbonate price was $37,000 per metric ton, meaning the volcano is potentially sitting on $1.48 trillion worth of the precious metal.

Lithium is a critical component for batteries that power everything from smartphones to electric vehicles and solar panels -  and China has dominated the market for decades because 90 percent of the metal mined is refined in the nation.

Canada-based Lithium Americas Corporation plans to begin mining as early as 2026, mine the region for the next 40 years, and then backfill the pit.

However, the plan has been criticized due to the environmental impact of mining and claims that the site is on sacred Native American land.

Another day, another wildly inappropriate drag show…but wait! This one’s somehow worse. At a drag-themed fundraiser for a Democratic senate candidate in California, Burbank city mayor Konstantine Anthony got SPANKED by a drag queen. And kids were present.

Maybe this is normal behavior for him, given that he’s the same guy who approved of lewd book “Gender Queer” being available in Burbank schools. 

Amid refinery maintenance and rising domestic fuel prices, Russia is set to cut its diesel exports from its ports on the Baltic and Black Seas by nearly 25% in September compared to the export plans for August, Bloomberg reported on Friday, quoting industry data it had seen.  

The shipments of diesel out of Russia’s western ports, including some exports from Belarus, are planned at 1.874 million tons in September, or 466,000 barrels per day (bpd), down from about 600,000 bpd planned for August exports, according to Bloomberg’s calculations.

The plan for diesel exports in September lays out the lowest shipments since May this year when spring refinery maintenance was in place.

Now the autumn refinery maintenance is also slashing diesel exports out of Russia.  

The primary oil refining capacity that will be offline in Russia is set to soar by 44% in September compared to August amid seasonal maintenance, according to Reuters estimates based on data from industry sources.

As much as 4.635 million metric tons of Russia’s refining capacity is expected to be offline this month, industry sources have told Reuters.

Russia’s authorities are also recommending refineries curb exports and sell more fuel domestically to meet local demand, but the recommendation is not legally binding, according to Bloomberg.

President Biden is taking heat from some families of 9/11 victims for departing from tradition and becoming the first U.S. president in 22 years to neither spend the day at an attack site nor the White House.

"It's no surprise to me that he's not coming to Ground Zero or any of the 9/11 sites," Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Donald Arias, who lost his brother Adam during the attacks, told "Fox & Friends First" Monday.

"And quite frankly, I prefer he stay away anyway. We will be spared one of his stories of how he can relate, like he did with the people of Lahaina, how he can relate because of a kitchen fire. We can do without that."

On Saturday, progressive anti-gun activists came out against Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-NM) after she issued an emergency order suspending the constitutional right to carry firearms in public throughout Albuquerque and surrounding counties for at least 30 days following an uptick in gun violence.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, the "ban attacks open and concealed carry in public places like parks or sidewalks but will not apply to certain places such as private property, gun stores, or shooting ranges. New Mexico citizens aren’t entirely banned from transporting guns within the state but will need to keep the weapon in a trigger lock or other container, or else they will face a fine of up to $5,000."

In response to the blatant attempt to outlaw a constitutional right, anti-gun activist David Hogg took to X to point out the glaring problem in Grisham's order.

"I support gun safety but there is no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution," Hogg wrote. 

The Justice Department will argue in court Thursday for lifting an order banning the government from coordinating with social media companies to censor Americans. 

In the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the DOJ will ask the court to block a July 4 order issued by federal Judge Terry A. Doughty which prevents White House officials and federal agencies from meeting with tech companies about social media censorship, arguing such actions likely violated the First Amendment.

Doughty’s order came down on July 4 in a legal battle brought by Republican state attorneys general from Missouri and Louisiana that accused high-ranking government officials of working with giant social media companies "under the guise of combating misinformation" that ultimately led to censoring speech on topics, including Hunter Biden’s laptop, COVID-19 origins and the efficacy of face masks. 

A renowned criminology professor who "proved" that racism is systemic in America’s law enforcement and American society has been fired for faking data and his studies have now been retracted.

Eric Stewart, 51, a now former criminology professor at Florida State University in Tallahassee, is now out of work due to “extreme negligence” in his research. According to Google Scholar, Stewart and his work were cited over 8,500 times by other researchers.

Now, the WEB DuBois fellow at the National Institute of Justice is out of a job on account of “extreme negligence and incompetence.”

Retraction Watch obtained the termination letter from the university, which said that due to Stewart’s conduct “decades of research” previously thought “to be at the forefront” of the field of criminology has “been shown to contain numerous erroneous and false narratives.”

In the July 13 letter that informed Stewart of his termination, FSU Provost James J. Clark wrote, “The details of problematic data management, false results, and the numerous publication retractions have negatively affected the discipline on a national level.”

Fox News’ Peter Doocy told viewers that staffers to President Joe Biden flubbed their explanation of his decision to skip the 9/11 ceremony in New York City.

Speaking from Hanoi, Vietnam, site of the president’s recent overseas visit, Doocy said he was given the analogy by White House staff of Pearl Harbor. After 22 years, they claimed, the attack site was no longer worthy of the president’s attention.

“When I asked a White House official why it is that President Biden was here and missing the 9/11 commemorations at the attack sites, the analogy that I was given is that 22 years after Pearl Harbor, U.S. presidents were not still going to visit Hawaii,” said Doocy.
