"Every human being is a unique individual. Any attempt to replace the personal conscience by a collective conscience does violence to the individual and is the first step toward totalitarianism." -- Hermann Hesse - Author (1877-1962)

The now infamous binder contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved in our government. Two different DOJ Attorney General’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register. It’s been over three years now, and the DOJ continues to defy the presidential order and every FOIA request to make it public. Can we now raid the homes of former acting AG Monty Wilkinson, and current AG Merrick Garland?

Race and IQ can be an intoxicating subject. In 2015, Noah Smith called it “a brain-eating memetic parasite.” At some point in his life, a young man discovers that there are IQ differences between major populations that look similar across the world. He notices that America has vast disparities between racial groups, with East Asians at the top, then whites, then Hispanics, then blacks. If you look at economic development across the world, setting aside a few oil-rich sheikdoms, you find East Asians are really the only ones to have equaled or surpassed Europeans. Then comes most of the rest of the world, with sub-Saharan Africa in last place among the major regions. Moreover, you might find out that there’s even been a study of international adoptees that is consistent with the idea that group differences are large and biological in origin, just as cross-adoption studies at home. Those are a lot of coincidences to explain. You may even go beyond IQ and also observe that groups that look alike have a set of uncanny behavioral similarities, and standard explanations as to why don’t make all that much sense.

New York State Attorney General Letitia] James and Judge Engeron have essentially turned a vaguely worded New York State law into a modern day Bill of Attainder targeted at Donald Trump both for political gain and because they despise his political views and desperately want to call his truthfulness into question as he runs for President of the United States inn 2024.  In doing this, the have violated Trump's First Amendment right to freedom of speech and of the press; his Fifth Amendment right not to be deprived of liberty or property without due process of law; his Fifth Amendment right not to have property taken away from him except for a pubic use with just compensation being paid; his Eighth Amendment right not to be made to pay an excessive fine; his Article IV, Section 2 right as a citizen of Florida to do make and enforce contracts in New York on the same terms as are other New Yorkers; and his Fourteenth Amendment right to be free to pursue an occupation without unnecessary and burdensome regulation.

The civil fraud judgment against Donald Trump is a travesty and an unjust political act rivaled only in American politics by the killing of former Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton by Vice President Aaron Burr.  If the New York State appellate courts do not reverse this judgment, the U.S. Supreme Court MUST grant cert on this case and reverse Judge Engeron's outrageous decisions.   National, presidential politics will be permanently altered if a local State's legal system can be used in this way against candidates for President of the United States.  This case raises a national issue of profound importance and if the New York State appellate courts do not address it, the U.S. Supreme Court MUST!

The most recent results of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) highlight a concerning trend for U.S. students in the field of math.

In comparison to their counterparts in other industrialized nations, American students are falling behind. The rather sobering results revealed a 13-point decline for U.S. students when compared to the 2018 exam.

In stark contrast, 28 countries and economies managed to either maintain or improve their 2018 math scores, with countries such as Switzerland and Japan leading the way—and leaving the United States in the dust. These considerably more successful nations share a number of common characteristics, including, most notably of all, shorter school closures during the pandemic, as noted in the report.

Obviously concerned by the findings, the Defense Department has called for a new initiative to provide support for education in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). As The Hechinger Report reported, China, the United States’ biggest rival, has eight times the number of college graduates in these disciplines compared to the United States, while Russia, another major foe, has four times the number of engineers. This alarming disparity, noted the Hechinger Report piece, has prompted concerns beyond the realm of education. The United States’ mathematical failings pose a direct threat to its technological supremacy.

The Russian military has made the accusation that NATO troops are actually manning and directly overseeing Ukraine's advanced anti-air defense systems which were provided by the West.

The charge comes after weeks of the Kremlin saying that French mercenaries have been positioned in the city of Kharkiv, which sits across from Belgorod - a Russian border area subject of persistent mortar and rocket attacks.

The statement was issued by a high-ranking Russian officer in a command post and was amplified in Russian state media, however wasn't stated directly as an official defense ministry press release, but is still significant.

"Military personnel from NATO countries, under the guise of mercenaries, operate air defense systems, multiple launch rocket systems, and tactical missile systems in Ukraine, Colonel General Sergey Rudskoy, chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff and First Deputy Chief of the General Staff, said in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper," according to TASS.

Kayla Pollock is a 37-year-old mother from Ontario whose life took a drastic turn after receiving a Moderna Covid-19 booster shot. She experienced paralysis from the neck down and has been enduring a challenging ordeal ever since.

Kayla's early years were marked by unspeakable cruelty and suffering. As an infant, she endured the horrors of severe abuse, including broken bones, cigarette burns, and bruises inflicted upon her helpless body by her parents. Her distressing situation prompted the intervention of family and children services, ultimately leading to her placement in a caring, loving and supportive home.

As she grew older, Kayla dedicated the majority of her younger adult years to behavioral training of exotic animals. However, she eventually made the decision to resign from this profession after having her son, recognizing the inherent risks of the job.

Israel’s latest refusal to accept the Palestinian offer for a cease-fire and prisoner exchange demonstrates again that it only wants to continue the killing. Furthermore, the latest cold-blooded assault on Palestinians in Rafah – most of whom are displaced, having had to escape their homes in other parts of the Gaza Strip, presents an urgent need for the international community to intervene. The purpose of the intervention is to force Israel to comply with terms that will make it impossible for it to continue the killing. An absolute guarantee for the safety and security of Palestinians must be put in place and monitored by the international community.

All the negotiations so far began with the assumption that the Palestinians had to disarm and release hostages. However, it is time to change the equation. Since Israel is the aggressor, the source of the violence and has shown an insatiable appetite for killing Palestinians, the demand must be for Israel to disarm and release the thousands of Palestinians held in its prisons. Furthermore, Israel must immediately lift the siege on Gaza and allocate billions of dollars necessary to rebuild and rehabilitate the Gaza Strip and its people.

While the main focus since October 7, 2023, has been on Gaza, Israel’s crimes against humanity continue throughout all of Palestine. In the Naqab, in Hebron, and throughout the West Bank, in Jerusalem, in Lyd, Yafa and Ramle, and all the way to Northern Galilee, Palestinians are living in a state of terror. Afraid for their lives, not daring to leave their homes, fearful for their children’s lives and unable to communicate their fears because the Israel intelligence services are listening.

“That’s not the case with Jill Biden. She likes power. She wants to stay. She wants some sense of revenge,” he continued. “She teaches in Virginia Community College. This milieu around our building here, this is her home. And the idea of relinquishing it all after you’ve taken the slings and arrows of the last years of attacks, and at the last minute, just when you get all the delegates you’re going to say, I’m going to open it up to a bunch of people — it’s very childish when you read those kind of reports.”

If you have plenty of money and you are able to shield yourself from what is happening to the tens of millions of people that are wallowing in poverty, life in America is still good in 2024.  Stock prices have been hovering near record highs, and companies that cater to the rich and famous have been raking in the cash.  But for most of the rest of the country, things are not going so well.  Homelessness has been rising at the fastest rate we have ever seen, crime is out of control all over the nation, and large companies are laying off workers at a very frightening pace.

It’s no secret that many states are trying to defy the federal government over the border crisis. Texas is leading the fight, trying to regain control as millions illegally enter the country. The Biden administration is opposing these states, working to let in more migrants.

Court battles are raging, but it is uncertain what will happen. Meanwhile, several Republican-led states have sided with Texas to secure the border.

Now, two Republican congressmen are working to give states more power in this ongoing fight. If this legislation goes through, it could shut down Biden’s border scheme for good.

President Joe Biden has not hidden his intentions when it comes to immigration. In one infamous video in 2022, he bragged about an “unrelenting” stream of immigration that would turn whites into a minority. Sitting next to him and smiling while he made this boast was current Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The DHS secretary is a former board member of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), which exists to move migrants into the United States at taxpayer expense. His intentions are hardly surprising either.

A new peer-reviewed study has confirmed that Covid mRNA “booster” shots are causing heart failure to soar in young adults and teenagers.

The study, published in the world-renowned European Heart Journal on February 15, found that a third dose of the Pfizer or Moderna injections is directly linked to the “increased incidence rate of myocarditis.”

Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle (myocardium), according to the Mayo Clinic.

The inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood, leading to blood clots, strokes, cardiac arrest, a potentially death.

Myocarditis is a known side effect of the Covid mRNA vaccines but most people are unaware that they have it, making it a potential ticking timebomb for sufferers.

Two teachers have added the governor and attorney general of California to a lawsuit. The suit claims that state policies have forced educators to lie to parents by hiding the transgender status of their children from them.

Elizabeth Mirabelli and Lori Ann West, two teachers at Rincon Middle School in Escondido, sued the Escondido Union School District in April, alleging violations of their First Amendment rights. They allege that the school district’s “Parental Exclusion Policy” prevents teachers from disclosing “the fact that a student identifies as a new gender, or wants to be addressed by a new name or new pronouns during the school day.”

The teachers added Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta to the lawsuit last month.

“The governor is the boss,” Paul Jonna, the lawyer representing Mirabelli and West, told The Daily Signal in a statement Friday. Newsom “has ultimate responsibility for setting education policy for those under his supervision,” Jonna, special counsel at the Thomas More Society and partner at the firm LiMandri and Jonna LLP, added.

What would happen if there were no laws? I believe the human conscience can help a law-abiding citizen remain lawful with or without the laws.

At first, total anarchy. People are made aware that no laws exist. All major highways quickly fill with crashes because a small minority of idiots go fast or in the wrong lane or both. Since, presumably, police have stopped policing, except for perhaps a few renegades who simply enact vigilante justice on anyone they disagree with, the crazies start running the asylum within hours. Hate crimes increase by orders of magnitude, with nobody bothering to stop lynch mobs from going on witch hunts.

Corporations are initially hit quite badly (more on this later), with people looting and overwhelming their mostly deterrent-based security. Because people are not generally psychos, even armed security does not generally shoot looters.

MSNBC host Katy Tur surprised her show guests on Friday by questioning whether former President Donald Trump received a fair shake in New York.

On Friday, a New York judge ordered Trump to pay $355 million in a civil fraud case. The total penalty, when interest is calculated, is approximately $450 million. New York Attorney General Letitia James — a Democrat who campaigned on targeting Trump — celebrated the judge's unprecedented and highly controversial penalty.

To frame her question, Tur cited an Associated Press analysis that exposed the unprecedented nature of the case and how New York's treatment of Trump is incongruent with past cases. She explained:

They went back over 70 years and looked at all the cases that have been tried under this rule — [New York Civil Practice Law] 6312, which is used here — which doesn't have to show harm done. That's not the burden. You don't have to show that anybody was hurt by your practices. There's nobody you defrauded specifically.

They went back and they looked at cases over 70 years — I believe it's about 150 cases — and found there was no case where there was a ban on doing business where there wasn't harm shown. So even though the threshold is "harm shown," in the past, it has only been used to ban someone doing business when it's been shown that somebody was hurt — say you're selling cosmetics that are poisoning you. There's somebody that was hurt there; the cosmetics company gets banned.

"Is this fair to go after Donald Trump like this in this environment, is my question," Tur said.

The camera then panned to MSNBC legal correspondent Lisa Rubin and New York Times reporter Susanne Craig, both of whom appeared flabbergasted that Tur dared to ask that question.
