“Democracy extends the sphere of individual freedom, socialism restricts it. Democracy attaches all possible value to each man; socialism makes each man a mere agent, a mere number. Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word: equality. But notice the difference: while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in restraint and servitude.” -- Alexis de Tocqueville

Joe Biden has “really gone to the basement now,” and the coronavirus diagnosis was likely an excuse to get Biden out of the picture for a few days, former White House physician Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) said during an interview on Breitbart News Daily, just two days after the 81-year-old president announced he will not seek reelection.

When asked by host Mike Slater where Biden is, Jackson replied, “Well, that’s a good question, right?”

“He’s really gone to the basement now. So I’ve been saying like, you know, look, this guy’s got COVID, and he’s got all these medical issues. You know, people forget he’s — he may have gone out of the race, but he’s still our Commander-in-Chief,” he said, reminding everyone that Biden is “still our head of state.”

Biden still has months go to in office, he continued, adding that he does not have any confidence that Biden can do the job.

No one clapped when Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) formally and emphatically offered his support — and that of fellow Democrats — for Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democrat nominee in place of President Joe Biden, and the awkward moment went viral following his announcement Tuesday in a press conference.

“President Biden’s selfless decision has given the Democratic Party the opportunity to unite behind a new nominee. And boy, oh boy, are we enthusiastic,” Schumer said at the beginning of the press conference, asserting that Harris has successfully earned the support of Democrats for the nomination, bizarrely claiming that this decision was from the grassroots up.

“In quick order, Vice President Harris has done a truly impressive job securing the majority of delegates needed to win the Democratic Party’s nomination to be our next President to the United States. The vast majority of my senators quickly and enthusiastically endorsed her,” he said, ignoring the fact that actual Democrat voters did not make this decision.

A Delaware private Catholic school teacher has been arrested for sending nude photos to a 14-year-old student on Snapchat, police said.

Alanis Pinion, 24, was teaching eighth grade at St. Mary Magdalen School in Wilmington when the New Castle County Police Department said she “had frequently communicated with her students via Snapchat and had sent sexually explicit photographs to one of them.”

A press release that the department shared on Facebook detailed how Pinion was arrested on Thursday on charges of sexual solicitation of a child under 18 and endangering the welfare of a child — both felonies — as well as a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure in the first degree:

According to a new report from the leading U.S. agency on Afghanistan reconstruction, $293 million in U.S. humanitarian aid to Afghanistan might have ended up in the hands of the Taliban.

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) report noted that only three of the five Afghan bureaus receiving funds from the U.S. provided the required documentation. Neither the Bureau of Democracy nor the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs were able to prove their compliance with U.S. regulations.

The recent data analysis from the Heritage Foundation has revealed new information about the 2024 assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Thomas Matthew Crooks, the man who reportedly shot Trump in the ear with an AR-15 during a rally at the Butler Farm Show in Pennsylvania, has been linked to secretive meetings, possibly with individuals from within the Secret Service and FBI, in or around Clyde’s Alley Bar. This posh establishment is just one-and-a-half blocks from the U.S. Secret Service Headquarters and the FBI Building. It has become a focal point in understanding the possible orchestration behind the attack and the purported shooter’s motive.

The Heritage Foundation’s meticulous examination of digital communication records has revealed that someone who personally knew Crooks frequented the area around Clyde’s Alley Bar in the weeks leading up to the botched assassination. His interactions with unidentified individuals tracked to this location are now raising serious questions about the nature and scope of the attack. These meetings, occurring so close to critical federal institutions, suggest a high level of sophistication and coordination inconsistent with the previously accepted narrative of Crooks acting alone.

Will Kamala Harris be able to overcome the American public's unhappiness over the U.S. economy and the role the policies of the Biden-Harris administration have played shaping it?

The vice president is famous for frequently speaking a mysterious phrase invoking "what can be, unburdened by what has been." In a bit of poetic justice, her hopes to win the presidency may turn on the American people forgetting her role and support for the economic policies and inflation that has been.

Although President Biden's physical and mental infirmity took center stage in the weeks after his debate with Donald Trump, it is important not to forget that Biden was already deeply unpopular, Americans considered the economy to be in a bad place, and his economic leadership was seen as a failure. Now that Biden has anointed Harris as his favored successor, she will face an uphill struggle to separate herself from Biden's failures.

US Vice President Kamala Harris is the favorite to become the Democratic nominee to take on Donald Trump in November’s election following Joe Biden’s withdrawal, something the European Union was certainly not expecting, let alone prepared for, which raises the question of what the Europeans can now expect. Harris’s rise as the Democrats’ leading potential presidential candidate coincides with the revelation that a top EU official believes she “would never win an election.”

“Speaking candidly, centrist European politicians and officials suggested Harris has yet to convince them she can beat him,” Politico reported on July 22.

The Europeans are not optimistic that Harris can overcome Trump, and judging by past statements, she has never been a popular figure in the Old World.

Isabel Schnabel, an executive board member of the European Central Bank, in a private conversation but unaware that her remarks were being live-streamed ahead of a panel event in February, slammed Harris for being “invisible” and predicted that she would never win an election.

For months before and after the special military operation (SMO) started, the mainstream media ran several propaganda narratives simultaneously. One of the first doom and gloom claims was that Russia would take Kiev in three days and most of Ukraine in a week or two. However, this didn’t happen for the simple reason that Moscow never planned to take the largest country in Europe in such a short period of time, particularly not with less than 200,000 soldiers. Still, the mainstream propaganda machine went full afterburner with the ludicrous claims that the Kremlin was now losing, that the Neo-Nazi junta forces are unbeatable and inflicting enormous losses, that the Russian military was now in disarray, suffering from extremely low morale, while also running out of missiles, shells, fuel and so on, and so forth.

These laughable myths continue to this day, even after the failure of the Kiev regime’s much-touted counteroffensive last year. Its inability to defeat Russian forces resulted in a somewhat more realistic assessment of the situation on the battlefield. However, as this less propagandistic tone didn’t have the desired effect on the populace in Western Europe and North America, soon followed a prompt return to the most ridiculous war propaganda one could possibly imagine. Even now, the mainstream propaganda machine keeps fantasizing about some sort of grand counteroffensive that would “push back the evil Russians”, despite the fact that the Neo-Nazi junta simply doesn’t have the manpower, equipment, logistics and firepower to even defend efficiently enough, let alone launch offensive operations.

A private phone call between Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was unintentionally made public, revealing Trump’s confidence in his election prospects and sparking controversy. The call was leaked when Kennedy’s son, Robert F. Kennedy III, accidentally posted a video clip online.

In the conversation, Trump voiced his assurance of defeating Biden in the upcoming election. “We’re going to win; we’re way ahead of the guy [Biden],” Trump said, to which Kennedy Jr. responded affirmatively. The exchange was first reported by the Daily Mail, highlighting Trump’s belief in his lead.

Trump also shared details of a recent call with Biden, where he humorously misunderstood Biden’s question about his head movement during an assassination attempt. Trump explained that he turned his head to show Biden a chart on immigration. “I just turned my head to show the chart and something wrapped me. It sounded like a giant … like the world’s largest mosquito. … What do they call that? An AR-15 or something,” Trump said, adding humor to the situation.

On Saturday, Taiwan’s defense ministry reported heightened vigilance as it monitored a series of missile tests conducted by China’s Rocket Force in Inner Mongolia. The early morning tests have put Taiwan’s air defense forces on alert, with officials closely watching the situation. These missile tests, taking place about 1,200 miles from Taiwan, highlight the ongoing tensions between the two sides.

The Rocket Force, tasked with managing China’s missile arsenal, has been increasingly active, especially since Taiwan President Lai Ching-te took office in May. Despite Lai’s repeated offers for dialogue, Beijing has ramped up its military pressure, dismissing his overtures and labeling him a “separatist.” China’s defense ministry has yet to comment on the latest missile tests.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris Tuesday over her role in immigration law and for allegedly misleading the public on President Joe Biden‘s condition.

The two articles of impeachment, obtained by the Washington Examiner, come two days after Biden dropped his reelection bid and endorsed Harris to take his place at the top of the Democratic Party’s ticket.

The first article of impeachment, “willful refusal to uphold the immigration laws,” stems from her alleged “inaction” with border security and immigration law as the “border czar.” The second article of impeachment, “breach of public trust,” alleges that Harris “knowingly misled” the public and Congress about “the physical and cognitive well-being” of Biden.

Biden’s shaky debate performance against former President Donald Trump last month, which exacerbated concerns over the commander in chief’s age and mental acuity, was the catalyst for Democratic calls for him to end his reelection campaign, which he did on Sunday.

The Republican-led House of Representatives has opened an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden and has impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas during this Congress. Mayorkas’s impeachment articles were quickly dismissed by the Democrat-led Senate earlier this year, and the investigations into Biden have stalled.

A California woman was left 'flabbergasted' when her bank refused to deposit $6,000 in cash she had found after misplacing it four years ago.

Mary Venegas, 66, told CBS Sacramento she put down an envelope containing $6,000 in cash somewhere in her yard back in 2020.

After four years of searching for the cash - which she had initially planned to use to pay off her taxes - she found the envelope on the ground, covered up by cardboard.

'It was such a good feeling because we had been looking for it for so long,' Venegas said.

But when she went to deposit the cash at her local Bank of America branch - where she has been a loyal customer for decades - the bank refused to accept it because some of the bills suffered water damage and had their corners torn off.

Kamala Harris's decision to stay away from Benjamin Netanyahu's address to Congress has irritated officials in the Israeli prime minister's administration.

She is due to travel to Indianapolis on Wednesday, but is expected to meet him a day later.

Dozens of Democrats plan to stay away in protest at the way Netanyahu is waging war on Gaza.

An Israeli official told The Daily Telegraph that Harris's decision to press ahead with a pre-existing appointment was 'disappointing.'

'The free world cannot afford leaders who are unable to distinguish between good and evil,' said the official.

An elderly Trump supporter has been seriously hurt in a 'politically motivated' incident after being run over by an ATV while he was putting up a campaign sign in his yard.

The 80-year-old Michigan man sustained critical injuries after the vehicle plowed into him in front of his home in Hancock on Sunday.

The suspect was identified on Monday after he called police to confess to 'a crime involving an ATV driver in the last 24 hours', according to their statement.

However, when cops arrived they discovered the 22-year-old driver dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police alleged the driver had vandalized two other vehicles prior to the hit and run, and was linked to three 'politically motivated' cases in total.

Is it okay for the U.S. government to pay for scientific experiments involving bizarre mouse/human hybrid creatures that were created by grafting aborted baby parts on to mice?  Needless to say, the answer to that question is self-evident.  Our tax dollars are being used to fund experiments that are so sickening that it is difficult to find words to describe how evil they are.  What you are about to read is deeply unsettling, but we must get the word out about this, because most Americans have no idea that this is happening.  And we must do everything in our power to stop this, because there is no future for any nation that engages in this sort of extreme evil.

By this point, most people know that Planned Parenthood sells aborted baby parts to the scientific community.  But now we have learned that sickening experiments are being performed that involve fusing aborted baby parts on to mice.  The following comes from a bombshell report by the Sun

ABORTED babies are being used in macabre experiments in the US that involve grafting dead fetus parts onto mice which are then used to test drugs.

Documents seen by Sun Online outline procedures that involve cutting out glands and livers of unborn children and then fusing them onto lab rodents.

As a result of these experiments, the “humanized mice” actually develop “human-like immunity”.
