But WaPo continues to spread lame 6th grade level stratagems... pardon, I mean BS.
The US devised a plan to commit M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine in order to provide “cover” for German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who was reluctant to send the country’s own tanks to help Kiev, the Washington Post reported on Saturday, citing more than a dozen people familiar with the matter. Relying on sources “on both sides of the Atlantic,” the report details how the White House struggled to win over Scholz who initially resisted delivering the Leopard 2 tanks to fight Russian forces in Ukraine unless the US agreed to commit the Abrams. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and the Pentagon reportedly were against sending American main battle tanks that they believed would be too difficult for Ukrainians to operate and maintain.
LOL, the US cannot devise a plan how to run anything anymore, let alone come up with at least believable excuse. There was no any "cover" for anything BUT:
On the front lines in Ukraine, a soldier was having trouble firing his 155 mm howitzer gun. So, he turned to a team of Americans on the other end of his phone line for help.
“What do I do?” he asked the U.S. military team member, miles away at a base in southeastern Poland. “What are my options?”
…a rapidly growing group of U.S. and allied troops and contractors are providing real-time maintenance advice….to Ukrainian troops on the battlefield.
In a quick response, the U.S. team member told the Ukrainian to remove the gun’s breech at the rear of the howitzer, and manually prime the firing pin so the gun could fire. He did it and it worked.
The exchange is part of an expanding U.S. military help line aimed at providing repair advice to Ukrainian forces in the heat of battle….
Webmaster addition: "Pull the damned trigger!"
The American taxpayers’ money will not help the apartheid Israeli regime to survive in the face of its “huge domestic crises,” says Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman.
In a series of tweets on Sunday, Nasser Kan’ani pointed out that each of the last five Israeli cabinets lasted less than one year and predicted that the current administration led by prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu “will probably have the same fate.”
“The US government may support the apartheid #ZionistRegime out of American taxpayers money, but this will not help the regime’s survival,” Kan’ani wrote.
“This regime suffers from huge domestic crises,” he said, adding that the occupiers are losing all hope of survival and this is raising Palestinians’ hope of victory and liberation.
The Ukrainians cut off the heads and hands of the dead to cover up their number and nationality. According to the information from the mercenaries’ phones, they are supposed to have come to Ukraine from Poland and Israel.
Earlier, there were also reports from other locations of the conflict that AFU soldiers were doing the same to the bodies of fallen foreigners when they could not evacuate them.
Neil Oliver — a Scottish television presenter, historian, and author — is one of the courageous people willing to let his “no” mean “no.” At the height of his impressive career as a TV presenter, he realized the people promising the solutions to our problems are the same people responsible for them. But instead of bending the knee to the status quo, he became a modern “Braveheart” hero and defiantly said, “No,” to the tyranny of BLM, woke politics, and COVID lockdowns: “We're not extreme, THEY’RE extreme.” On this episode of "The Glenn Beck Podcast," Glenn talks to Neil about the difficulties he has experienced ever since he began standing up for what's right and details how you can stand up as well. They also dive into Neil’s fiery reactions to BLM, the rewriting of history, and the odd phenomenon of “excess deaths.” On any and all of it, Neil’s stance could not be any clearer: “I just believe in freedom.”
On January 16-17, NATO Force Integration Unit (NFIU) Latvia hosted a counter-mobility workshop which allowed participants to build partnerships…and discuss military engineering plans specific to Latvia, including regional barrier activities of territorial forces.
The workshop brought together around 40 military engineers and infrastructure specialists from the Latvian Armed Forces, the Canadian-led enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) Battlegroup, NATO entities, including Joint Force Command Brunssum, Multinational Corps Northeast, Multinational Division North and other Allied countries.
The purpose of counter-mobility operations is to slow down an enemy’s advance, increase the required time for target acquisition and to offer a compelling military advantage to the defending force….
Ukraine and its Western allies are engaged in “fast-track” talks on the possibility of equipping the invaded country with long-range missiles and military aircraft, a top Ukrainian presidential aide said Saturday.
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said Ukraine’s supporters in the West “understand how the war is developing” and the need to supply planes capable of providing cover for the armored fighting vehicles that the United States and Germany pledged at the beginning of the month.
Sometimes children break things when they don’t get their way, and life goes on. When adults break stuff, many times, the police get involved.
According to Sebastian Daily, a 22-year-old Palm Bay, Florida-based Wendy’s restaurant worker was reportedly so distraught that he couldn’t clock out of work earlier than his scheduled clock-out time that he apparently felt the need to break thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment.
And if he thought his day was terrible for whatever reason he wanted to get out of work early, his life became significantly worse now that the cops are involved.
“Wendy’s worker breaks equipment when told he couldn’t go home early in Palm Bay, Florida,” the Sebastian Daily Twitter account wrote.
Palm Bay police responded to the restaurant at the manager’s request after they reported employee Carlos Morales for causing the disturbance and breaking numerous pieces of electronic equipment in the process.
The procedure combining medical assistance in dying (MAiD) with donations after circulatory determination of death (DCDD) is known as organ donation after euthanasia (ODE). The first international roundtable on ODE was held during the 2021 WONCA family medicine conference as part of a scoping review. It aimed to document practice and related issues to advise patients, professionals, and policymakers, aiding the development of responsible guidelines and helping to navigate the issues. This was achieved through literature searches and national and international stakeholder meetings. Up to 2021, ODE was performed 286 times in Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium, including eight cases of ODE from home (ODEH). MAiD was provided 17,217 times (2020) in the eight countries where ODE is permitted. As of 2021, 837 patients (up to 14% of recipients of DCDD donors) had received organs from ODE. ODE raises some important ethical concerns involving patient autonomy, the link between the request for MAiD and the request to donate organs and the increased burden placed on seriously ill MAiD patients.
Undercover video that purportedly shows a Pfizer executive explaining the company's "directed evolution" plan to keep COVID-19 a "cash cow," then furiously backpedaling when Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe exposes the ruse, has drawn intense curiosity from members of Congress but intermittent Big Tech throttling and a partial media blackout.
Despite the fact that the figure identified as Jordon Walker belatedly called himself a "liar … trying to impress a person on a date," played the race card in requesting police involvement, and physically attacked O'Keefe and the film crew, a prominent tabloid inexplicably removed its article on the sting.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) demanded a congressional investigation of "vaccine manufacturers and the entire COVID vaccine approval process," while Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) asked Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to explain the company's actual or possible plans to mutate SARS-CoV-2 and any related discussions with industry peers or government officials.
The FDA declined either to answer whether it was following up with Pfizer for an explanation of the figure's comments or give the agency's interpretation of the video, telling Just the News to contact Pfizer, which has not responded to queries going back to Thursday afternoon.
RAND Corp is a government and industry financed large research institute. Founded shortly after the end of the second world war it mostly works for the Pentagon by developing policies and strategies.
In April 2019 RAND published a report about Extending Russia (pdf).
The report summary explained its purpose:
As the 2018 National Defense Strategy recognized, the United States is currently locked in a great-power competition with Russia. This report seeks to define areas where the United States can compete to its own advantage. Drawing on quantitative and qualitative data from Western and Russian sources, this report examines Russia's economic, political, and military vulnerabilities and anxieties. It then analyzes potential policy options to exploit them — ideologically, economically, geopolitically, and militarily (including air and space, maritime, land, and multidomain options).
