An incarcerated woman at a California prison was an eyewitness to a rape of a fellow prisoner by a trans woman at the facility.
The prisoner witness, Mimi Le, saw the victim being taken to a medical-administrative building in the facility by staff after other female inmates reported that she had been raped.
The witnesses identified trans activist Syiaah Skylit as the perpetrator.
The rape allegedly occurred in May 2022.
A female inmate at the Central California Facility for Women has come forward with a sworn declaration of having been eyewitness to the aftermath of an alleged sexual assault that took place within the institution.
Incarcerated woman Mimi Le has provided a sworn declaration to lawyers at the Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) to be included in WoLF’s case against the State of California. The evidence was given exclusively to Reduxx for review in advance of WoLF’s latest filing.
According to Le’s statement, she was one of many eyewitness to the events surrounding what was described as a “sexual assault” committed by a trans-identified male against a female inmate.
There comes a time near the end of every PSYOP when the PSYOP has achieved its objective, or as much of its objective as it is going to achieve, and is becoming increasingly recognizable as a PSYOP, and so the focus shifts to damage control, and erasing the PSYOP from official history.
This is a crucial stage of the PSYOP, because, at this point, a significant percentage of the public have realized that they’ve been thoroughly mindfucked, and many of them are none too happy about it. Some of them are starting to ask awkward questions, like “why were we deceived and coerced by our governments, global health authorities, and the state and corporate media into submitting to a series of experimental ‘vaccinations’ that appear to be killing and injuring a lot of people?” Or “why are we occupying and torturing the residents of a Middle-Eastern country that never attacked us, and never had any intention to attack us, and which posed no threat to us whatsoever?”
At this point, it is way too late for those engaged in conducting the PSYOP to continue to deny the facts and gaslight the masses. That won’t work anymore. So, it is time to do some limited hangouts, and some whitewashing, and a little sleight-of-hand, and just generally confuse and distract the public, and send them off on various wild goose chases, while the official history of the PSYOP is written.
“I want to know how and why this book was ever allowed in our school, more specifically, that process that was just discussed and how books are approved,” Mrs Pangerl added.
She then proceeded to read out the following passages, as the board members squirmed in discomfort:
“I sucked him deeper into my mouth, almost to the base. And just when he moaned, I released him, gliding my tongue along the long, hard length of him, until his d*ck was glistening.”
Within days of the US and Germany approving heavy main battle tanks for Ukraine, including future deliveries of the advanced Abrams M1 and Leopard tanks, one Russian company has issued a bounty for their destruction.
"A Russian company has offered a cash bounty of up to 5 million rubles ($71,648) for the destruction or capture of Western-made tanks recently promised to Ukraine by its European and American allies," according to regional media reports.
Apparently the race will be on for Russian troops (or mercenaries, in the case of Wagner Group) to be the "first" - given the Yekaterinburg-based company Fores stipulated the $70,000+ reward for whoever destroys or captures the initial western tank, with a pay out of 500,000 rubles ($7,164) for each subsequent tank.
Fores said it is motivated by a patriotic desire to support the national army:
"The decision to transfer western tanks to Kyiv indicates that NATO is no longer supplying Ukraine with defensive weapons only and means that we need to consolidate and support our army," Fores said in a statement.
It comes after the Kremlin said that tanks provided by Washington will "burn" - and that ultimately they will make no different for Ukraine's chances on the battlefield.
NATO support for the war in Ukraine, designed to degrade the Russian military and drive Vladimir Putin from power, is not going according to plan. The new sophisticated military hardware won't help...
Empires in terminal decline leap from one military fiasco to the next. The war in Ukraine, another bungled attempt to reassert U.S. global hegemony, fits this pattern. The danger is that the more dire things look, the more the U.S. will escalate the conflict, potentially provoking open confrontation with Russia. If Russia carries out retaliatory attacks on supply and training bases in neighboring NATO countries, or uses tactical nuclear weapons, NATO will almost certainly respond by attacking Russian forces. We will have ignited World War III, which could result in a nuclear holocaust.
U.S. military support for Ukraine began with the basics — ammunition and assault weapons. The Biden administration, however, soon crossed several self-imposed red lines to provide a tidal wave of lethal war machinery: Stinger anti-aircraft systems; Javelin anti-armor systems; M777 towed Howitzers; 122mm GRAD rockets; M142 multiple rocket launchers, or HIMARS; Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW) missiles; Patriot air defense batteries; National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS); M113 Armored Personnel Carriers; and now 31 M1 Abrams, as part of a new $400 million package. These tanks will be supplemented by 14 German Leopard 2A6 tanks, 14 British Challenger 2 tanks, as well as tanks from other NATO members, including Poland. Next on the list are armor-piercing depleted uranium (DU) ammunition and F-15 and F-16 fighter jets.
Since Russia invaded on February 24, 2022, Congress has approved more than $113 billion in aid to Ukraine and allied nations supporting the war in Ukraine. Three-fifths of this aid, $67 billion, has been allocated for military expenditures. There are 28 countries transferring weapons to Ukraine. All of them, with the exception of Australia, Canada and the U.S., are in Europe.
Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas) said that he believes a prediction made by four-star Air Force Gen. Mike Minihan that the United States will go to war with China in 2025 is correct.
A memo issued by the general, according to NBC News, said that “I hope I am wrong .. my gut tells me we will fight in 2025″ about the potential conflict. He added that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) will be looking closely at Taiwan’s 2024 presidential election that might prompt leader Xi Jinping to escalate military aggression against the region.
“Xi secured his third term [as CCP general secretary] and set his war council in October 2022. Taiwan’s presidential elections are in 2024 and will offer Xi a reason,” Minihan wrote. The 2024 U.S. presidential elections would also create a “distracted America” that could benefit the Chinese regime, he said.
“Xi’s team, reason, and opportunity are all aligned for 2025,” the general reportedly said. Copies of his memo circulated online over the weekend, and The Epoch Times has contacted the Air Force for comment.
On Sunday, McCaul, the head of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News that he believes the general’s prediction is accurate. “I hope he’s wrong,” McCaul told “Fox News Sunday.” “I think he’s right though, unfortunately.”
McCaul said that the CCP wants to take control over Taiwan, which he suggested could take place via influencing the island nation’s elections early next year. Adding further, he claimed that the current administration is “projecting weakness” that will create an avenue for the CCP to take military action.
“But if they don’t win in that one they are going to look at a military invasion, in my judgment,” he said. “We have to be prepared for this.”
The end of the PHE will also end the Title 42 policy at the border. The Biden administration said that while it has tried to terminate the policy, it currently remains in place due to court orders. Ending the PHE would “lift Title 42 immediately, and result in a substantial additional inflow of migrants at the Southwest border,” the Biden administration said.
Video-sharing platform Vimeo has removed a documentary titled “Dead Name” about parents and guardians trying to prevent their kids from getting gender-related surgeries.
Vimeo claimed that the video violated its policy on “hateful conduct.”
“We can confirm that Vimeo removed the video in question for violating our Terms of Service prohibiting discriminatory or hateful content,” the video platform said. “We strive to enforce these policies objectively and consistently across our platform.”
The documentary, deemed to be “hateful” by Vimeo, explores the stories of parents of three children facing gender surgery.
According to the maker of the film Taylor Reece, Dead Name is “subtly explosive but does not contain hate speech or anything hateful.
“All these people talk about is how much they want to protect their children,” Reece told The Daily Signal.
Reece said that transgender activists pressured Vimeo to remove the video and that it was only online for 34 days before it was removed.
“Parents are living in the Twilight Zone, they are beside themselves and don’t know what to do about it,” Reece said. “This film is an attempt to force a conversation, not just in Republican legislatures, but around the country.”
“In the transgender world, the name is the first thing that most of these children shed,” the filmmaker added. “The erasure of who they are, their name, their history, their identity, it erodes little by little until it becomes a physical manifestation — like double mastectomies.”
Reece also said that “unless you are the parent of that child, you have no idea what this journey actually is.”
Dozens of food processing plants were destroyed and/or damaged last year by "accidental fires." After several months of a lull in mysterious fires rippling through the food industry, the first major one of the new year was reported by NBC Connecticut on Saturday.
More than 100 firefighters battled a massive fire at a commercial egg farm in Bozrah, Connecticut, on Saturday afternoon.
Activist group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for all records and communications between the Surgeon General’s office and social media companies about COVID-19 vaccines.
Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after the HHS refused to adequately respond to a FOIA request filed in March 2022.
We obtained a copy of the complaint for you here.
The request was for: “All records, including, but not limited to, electronic mail, texts, memoranda, and handwritten notes, of, regarding, referring, or relating to any efforts of Alexandria Phillips, Communications Director, Office of the Surgeon General, to contact any employee of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tumblr, and Pinterest concerning COVID-19 vaccines.”
Surgeon General Vivek Murthy has previously called for censorship of Covid misinformation. In 2021, he published a report titled “Confronting Health Misinformation,” which aimed to “slow the spread of health misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.”
The report encouraged platforms to censor vaccine misinformation and other misinformation related to the pandemic.
In March 2022, Murthy ordered social media platforms to hand over information about accounts spreading Covid misinformation.
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said, “Biden’s Surgeon General is abusing his office to pressure Big Tech companies to censor Americans. This lawsuit aims to uncover the details of this government attack on the First Amendment.”
Polish officials said Monday that Warsaw is willing to send US-made F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine but only in coordination with NATO.
“We will act in full coordination here,” Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said. Since the US and Germany announced last week that Ukraine would be receiving Abrams and Leopard tanks, Ukrainian officials have been demanding Western-made fighter jets as the next escalation of military aid.
When asked on Monday if the US would be sending F-16s to Ukraine, President Biden simply replied, “No.” But US officials previously said they wouldn’t provide Kyiv with M1 Abrams tanks and other equipment that Washington ultimately sent.
Ukrainian officials appear confident that they will receive F-16s or some other kind of fighter jet. A Ukrainian Air Force spokesman said work was being done to prepare Ukraine’s airfields for advanced Western-made fighter jets.
In order to send F-16s, Poland needs the approval of the US under export rules. The Netherlands has also signaled that it might be willing to send Ukraine F-16s, with the Dutch foreign minister saying his country would have an “open mind” if asked to make the transfer.
Unverified reports have said that two more airstrikes were launched in eastern Syria on Monday near the Iraqi border following a strike in the area that was reported on Sunday night. Israel is suspected of being behind the attacks since it has previously launched similar airstrikes in the region.
According to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the second strike took place Monday morning when an “Iranian-backed militia leader,” likely referring to an Iraqi Shia militia leader, was inspecting the site of Sunday’s strike in the Al Bukamal border region.
The SOHR said that the leader and two of his “non-Syrian escorts” were killed in airstrikes launched by drones. Later in the day, SOHR said an airstrike hit an oil tanker in the same region that was allegedly carrying weapons, killing at least one person.
A warning by a US air force commander that a military conflict with mainland China could come as early as 2025 implies the American military is gearing up combat readiness over Taiwan, according to analysts, who said the People's Liberation Army (PLA) would also boost its deterrence capabilities.
The latest warning was from Mike Minihan, the head of the Air Mobility Command, who said war over Taiwan might happen as soon as 2025.
In an internal memorandum that first emerged on social media on Friday, Minihan, a US four-star general, urged his commanders to push their units to achieve maximum operational battle readiness this year.

Thanks to the latest release of the “Twitter Files,” we now know without a doubt that the entire “Russia disinformation” racket was a massive disinformation campaign to undermine US elections and perhaps even push “regime change” inside the United States after Donald Trump was elected president in 2016.
Here is some background. In November, 2016, just after the election, the Washington Post published an article titled, “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say.” The purpose of the article was to delegitimize the Trump presidency as a product of a Russian “disinformation” campaign.
“There is no way to know whether the Russian campaign proved decisive in electing Trump, but researchers portray it as part of a broadly effective strategy of sowing distrust in US democracy and its leaders,” wrote Craig Timberg. The implication was clear: a Russian operation elected Donald Trump, not the American people.
Among the “experts” it cited were an anonymous organization called “Prop Or Not,” which in its own words claimed to identify “more than 200 websites as peddlers of Russian propaganda during the election season, with combined audiences of at least 15 million Americans.”
The year was 2008. Italian investigative reporter Stefania Maurizi had lost contact with one of her sources; the source believed they were being wiretapped illegally. The source was spooked and failed to even show up for one last meeting.
Following Maurizi’s source’s cutting off ties, the journalist began to research the best ways to protect a source. Given her background in mathematics, she became particularly interested in encryption. An expert on the subject told her about an upstart media outlet — WikiLeaks. “You should take a look at those lunatics,” he told her.
Today, many major media outlets use encryption to allow sources to anonymously submit information. But when WikiLeaks launched in 2007, no one else was doing so. WikiLeaks wasn’t just technologically savvy — it was bold. In late 2007, the site published the operating procedures for the US prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, which depicted psychological torture and methods for keeping certain prisoners from communicating with the Red Cross. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) had attempted to uncover this same information through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request but was blocked. The Pentagon demanded WikiLeaks take down the documents; WikiLeaks refused.
Months later, WikiLeaks published the secrets of Swiss bank Julius Baer. The bank pursued an aggressive legal strategy to purge the information from the internet, and a US judge issued an order to shut down the WikiLeaks website. But WikiLeaks set up mirrors of the site containing the forbidden knowledge. Traditional civil libertarians, like the ACLU and the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), came to the aid of the digital upstart, arguing that the First Amendment protected what they were doing. Ultimately, the First Amendment saved the day. But Julius Baer would be only the first in a long line of powerful actors who would pursue the destruction of WikiLeaks at all costs.
Nearly one year in, that notion has officially been dispelled.
“We are fighting a war against Russia,” German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said this week.
Baerbock was trying to assuage NATO allies’ frustration over German reluctance to send Leopard 2 tanks into Ukraine. She can now claim vindication. In a reversal of its initial position, the German government has announced it that will deliver Leopard 2 tanks to the Ukrainian army.
A group of Jewish settlers attempted to climb onto the roof of the Armenian Patriarchate to remove the flags of the Patriarchate and the Republic of Armenia, but were prevented from doing so by young Armenians standing outside the monastery, the Middle East Monitor reported.
Christians in East Jerusalem have complained of increasing attacks by Jewish settlers on their sites in the city in recent months.
Settlers also attacked Armenians in occupied East Jerusalem late Saturday.
The settlers were protected from Israeli police as they broke into the third-holiest site in Islam, local sources told the Palestinian Wafa news agency.
Israeli provocations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque are not uncommon. In early January the new Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir formed the holy site, drawing widespread international condemnation.
The settlers raided the site from the Al-Maghariba gate and performed provocative tours and Talmudic rituals in its compounds, the sources said.
oe Biden is in big trouble. He is hellbent on spending as much of your money as possible. But with Republicans in charge of the House, he can’t get anything done. His only hope is to negotiate with men like Speaker Kevin McCarthy. But Biden has not once worked with Republicans since taking office.
Worse yet, the White House continues to spread lies against the Republican Party. One of the biggest lies Biden has spread is one that has been disproven again and again. In fact, McCarthy himself said recently that he wants to do the very opposite of what Democrats accuse Republicans of doing. Did that impress Biden? Is he now willing to work with the GOP?
Of course, not.
For the most part, Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (CA) has been relatively quiet in recent months.
She wasn’t particularly vocal during the contentious midterm elections, despite the fact that she remains one of the farthest left politicians in the country. It also makes her highly controversial in political circles.
But now she’s getting headlines again — and this time, she really stepped over the line.
During an interview on MSNBC’s “Ayman,” Rep. Waters was asked if there was a possibility of police reform in Congress after the latest scandal.
Anchor Ayman Mohyeldin specifically pointed out the shift in control in the House, and wanted to know if the Republican-led chamber would take strides to overhaul law enforcement in the future.
Waters first said “we’ll do everything we possibly can,” but the problem is people like Marjorie Taylor Green.
Then she said (via Breitbart):
We have these right-wing conservatives who are, you know, we have domestic terrorists in the House of Representatives.
Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing battle plans along the frontline as a Russian spring offensive could be ahead. Western countries are sending main battle tanks and other vehicles to thwart the coming escalation in fighting.
Last week, President Biden announced 31 M1 Abrams main battle tanks (without secret armor) would be sent to Ukraine. Germany, Norway, Poland, and other NATO countries will send other tanks, including the Leopard 2. Even Morocco will send older T-72 series tanks, currently in use in the war-torn country.
All of these 'donated' tanks sound great, but if they don't make it to Europe and race across the battlefield by spring, then the Ukranians might have trouble repelling the Russians.
A press release via the US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), a segment of the US military responsible for transporting equipment worldwide, detailed last week that a large roll-on/roll-off vessel named "ARC Integrity" loaded 60 Bradley Fighting Vehicles destined for Ukraine.
While blue states advocate for gender treatment for toddlers and mutilating children, red states take significant steps in the other direction.
Utah Governor Spencer Cox just signed bills banning gender-affirming care for minors and making it easier for families to get scholarships so that children can attend private schools. Both are significant steps in combatting the current movement to mutilate children we see throughout the nation.
The Washington Times reports, “Utah’s measure prohibits transgender surgery for youth and disallows hormone treatments for minors who have not yet been diagnosed with gender dysphoria. The state’s Republican-dominated Legislature prioritized the ban and considered a first draft of the measure less than 10 days ago, two days after the Legislature opened this year’s session on January 17.”
Cox stated that it’s essential to stop the treatments for now and to wait until we understand more about the long-term consequences of gender-affirming treatments on our young people.
The death of Tyre Nichols remains shocking to the nation.
Video footage of the incident is difficult to watch, pointing to the officers’ severe lack of training. Officers are seen brutally beating Nichols, who was not armed, at the traffic stop.
They beat him with a baton, sprayed him, and kicked him in the video. However, because Tyre Nichols is black, it has been deemed another racist injustice by many.
Activists quickly called this a social injustice as they flocked to Twitter. According to Fox News, “Activist, non-profit executive, podcast host, and educator, Brittany Packnett Cunningham posted a tweet Friday morning ahead of the police surveillance and body camera footage. ‘What’s clear about some of the reactions to the murder of #TyreNichols is that we’ve failed to understand race fully and its construction as a *systemic tool.* The entire system of policing sees the Black body as a problem. No matter who pulls the trigger,’ Cunningham wrote.”Supporters of this belief quickly jumped on the post in agreement.
Russian military officials have claimed that the Pentagon has been transferring U.S. bioweapons projects out of Ukraine to Asia and other European countries.
Russia’s Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense (RCB) Chief Igor Kirillov claims the Russian military has accumulated a collection of over 20,000 documents related to the U.S. military’s alleged biological program in Ukraine.
RCB Troops first accused the Pentagon of running a U.S. bioweapons program in Ukraine last spring.
Washington initially dismissed the allegations.
Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland later confirmed that the U.S. government is “aware” of biolabs in Ukraine.
However, Nuland did not admit that the labs are American, as Russia claims.
“There are biological research laboratories in Ukraine,” Nuland said.
“We are currently concerned that the Russian militants may take control of them.
Following an attack carried out by Antifa members on businesses in Hollywood, one member of the group, 22-year-old Ezequiel "Zeke" Jorge Riesgo, was arrested. It has been revealed that Riesgo was previously featured on the popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok for talking about Riesgo's "gender-neutral baby."
According to a press release from the Los Angeles Police Department, a group began to gather in the 1500 block of Vine Street at around 7:30 pm. The attack was one of many carried out across the country following the release of bodycam footage related to the death of Tyre Nichols.
"The group started to march through the surrounding area, walking in the roadway," the press release read. "Around 8:15 pm, a man dressed in all black clothing with a gray backpack, later identified as 22-year-old Ezequiel Riesgo, used a tool in his hand to shatter the window of a business in the 1500 block of Cahuenga Boulevard."
Project Veritas claims to have obtained internal documents from an employee at Google showing the company’s scramble to do public relations fallout for Pfizer, Inc.
The internal documentation was shared on Twitter on Monday:
The document reads “URGENT GUIDANCE: Project Veritas video on the Pfizer vaccine, 27 Jan 2023.” It states:
WHAT: A clip unloaded by Project Veritas featuring a Pfizer official is rapidly spreading on the platform. The video, when uploaded in its entiretly contains a timestamp that violates the COVID-19 Vaccine Misinformation policy for making a categorical claim that COVID-19 vaccines are ineffective, and should therefore be removed unless it contains sufficient EDSA/CRC.
The document than proceeds to direct employees to “check the 4 corners and metadata for EDSA that clearly contradicts, refutes or countervails the violative timestamp without additional promotion (generalization, aggregation, repetition, affirmation).”
It then states to “Action the content” with a “STRIKE” if “no sufficient CRC is present in the 4 corners, title or description.”
“It is important that we remove violative reuploads of this content as it spreads harmful misinformation about approved vaccines against COVID-19,” the directive adds.
The Memphis Fire Department on Monday fired three emergency responders who responded to the scene after 5 Memphis police officers beat motorist Tyre Nichols.
