"Rights aren’t rights if someone can take them away. They’re privileges. That’s all we’ve ever had in this country, is a bill of temporary privileges. And if you read the news even badly, you know that every year the list gets shorter and shorter. Sooner or later, the people in this country are gonna realize the government … doesn’t care about you, or your children, or your rights, or your welfare or your safety… It’s interested in its own power. That’s the only thing. Keeping it and expanding it wherever possible." -- George Carlin
The Department of Justice on Monday announced two federal criminal charges against David DePape.
“DePape was charged with attempted kidnapping, and with retaliating against a federal official by threatening or injuring a family member.” CNBC reported.
The US government will now control and hide the evidence – and shape the national media narrative.
MSNBC reported Monday morning that Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), is in the ICU surrounded by family as he recovers from a hammer attack to his head by an alleged intruder last Friday at the couple’s San Francisco home. Meanwhile, his accused attacker also remains hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Webmaster addition: When JFK was assassinated, there was no Federal jurisdiction. Legally, it was Dallas' case. The use of Air Force One to grab the body and take it back to Washington was a "getaway", as Jim Garrison pointed out. The Warren Commission was formed to be the supreme authority in the case, able to confiscate all evidence and decide what should be public, and what should be kept secret (some to this very day).
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wants answers regarding the mysterious “It’s done” iPhone message allegedly sent by then-Prime Minister Liz Truss to the US secretary of state moments after the sabotage attacks against the Nord Stream network in late September.
“To be honest, I don’t care who got this information and how. I’m interested in London’s answer to the following question: Did Prime Minister Liz Truss of Britain send a message to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken immediately after the Nord Stream gas pipeline was blown up with the words ‘It’s done’?” Zakharova asked in a Telegram post Tuesday.
The spokeswoman suggested that “millions of people around the world” were waiting for answers to the question of how the planet’s energy security was undermined, “and what role the Anglo-Saxons played in this terrorist attack.”
On Monday, a US defense and national security news outlet reported that among the information suspected to have been leaked from Truss’s “hacked cell phone” was the aforementioned text message between the now former UK leader and the US top diplomat.
Internet entrepreneur and free speech activist Kim Dotcom mentioned the “It’s Done” message in a Twitter thread Sunday, shortly after British media ran a piece on Truss’s hacked phone.
According to sources, Paul Pelosi was simply trying to enjoy a Subway sandwich in his underwear when another man in his underwear broke into his house and attacked him with a hammer.
"All I know is I was attacked by this MAGA Republican who is a registered member of the Green Party. Why would someone do this, especially right before the midterm elections?" said Paul Pelosi. "My only conclusion is that this must be a direct act of far-right political violence, as opposed to another crime committed by the rampant mentally ill."
"This far-right-leaning city of San Francisco just isn't safe anymore," continued Paul. "I'm not sure why there was no security present and nothing was caught on camera, but I have the hammer to prove it."
Local authorities also confirmed that all 52 security cameras on the property had been turned off during the incident and that their server data was purged with bleach while the security team was fast asleep.
At publishing time, Paul Pelosi had been once again injured while using Harry Reid's old exercise bike.
Randi Weingarten, president of the powerful American Federation of Teachers (AFT), backed a call by the Atlantic on Monday to declare an “amnesty” for those who pursued mistaken policies on COVID-19 that led, among other things, to harm to children.
The article, by economist Emily Oster, notes that policymakers were operating in a challenging environment: “Given the amount of uncertainty, almost every position was taken on every topic. And on every topic, someone was eventually proved right, and someone else was proved wrong.”
Oster has unique credibility on this topic, since she compiled her own data set on schools and the pandemic when the federal government declined to do so.
However, her call for amnesty — right before an election in which voters are about to deliver a verdict on Democrats’ aggressive pandemic policies, among other issues — triggered outrage and ridicule on social media.
Since the leftist da Silva's’s victory Sunday night, many truck drivers have jammed traffic in areas across the country and said they won’t acknowledge Bolsonaro’s defeat. Bolsonaro hasn’t spoken publicly since official results were released roughly 36 hours ago, nor phoned da Silva to concede.
The highway to and from the international airport in Sao Paulo – Brazil’s most populous state and largest economy – was blocked and dozens of flights were canceled. Videos on social media showed travelers rolling their suitcases at night along the highway to the airport. Access was partially reestablished as of 8 a.m. local time.
How much longer we can sustain the fiction that we live in a constitutional republic, I cannot say, but anarchy is being loosed upon the nation.
We are witnessing the unraveling of the American dream one injustice at a time.
Day after day, the government’s crimes against the citizenry grow more egregious, more treacherous and more tragic. And day after day, the American people wake up a little more to the grim realization that they have become captives in a prison of their own making.
No longer a free people, we are now pushed and prodded and watched over by twitchy, hyper-sensitive, easily-spooked armed guards who care little for the rights, humanity or well-being of those in their care.
The death toll is mounting. The carnage is heartbreaking. The public’s faith in the government to do its job—which is to protect our freedoms—is deteriorating.
With alarming regularity, unarmed men, women, children and even pets are being gunned down by the government’s standing army of militarized police who shoot first and ask questions later, and all the government does is shrug and promise to do better.
Brazilian protesters shut down the road to the airport in Sao Paulo following the controversial election on Sunday night.
Socialist Lula da Silva allegedly defeated Jair Bolsonaro in the election Sunday.
Matthew Tyrmand joined Steve Bannon on Tuesday to discuss the latest developments following the controversial election in Brazil on Sunday.
As Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, the Brazilian Presidential Election resembled the 2020 Presidential Election in the US. The operation looks like what we referred to at the time as the Drop and Roll.
The Sunday Brazilian election looked a lot like the 2020 Election in the US, where conservatives cleaned house across the board in legislative and in governor races. Yet Bolsonaro somehow lost the presidency to a socialist tied to China. It did not make any sense in the US and it doesn’t make sense in Brazil.
Taken with the reports from the general elections in 2020 and 2018, Republicans and no-party-affiliate voters show a steady increase in voter registration.
But from 2020 to 2022, Democrats lost 331,810 voters. That loss translates across all major ethnicities too.
Most of Florida’s third parties also saw an increase in voter registrations from 2020 to 2022 as well, except for the Libertarian Party, which saw a slight drop in voters, from 39,538 in 2020 to 39,451 in 2022.
No political party saw a bigger drop in supporters in Florida than the Democrats.
News 6 political analyst and UCF professor Dr. Jim Clark says the problem can be laid at the feet of the Florida Democratic Party.
After international organizations and domestic non-profits cast doubt on election security measures favored by conservatives in the 2020 US Elections, they boasted about how they undermined election laws in various states, and ran coordinated stealth efforts, to change the turnout of the election to favor Democrats.
In the now infamous TIMEpiece entitled, “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election,” Molly Ball (a favored scribe by American oligarchs), detailed how they were “fortifying” the election for Joe Biden.
That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.
Well, here we find ourselves again, two years later, in a different country but with many of the same players.
In the wake of the Pelosi attack, the federal government and its allies are stepping up their strategy. You could call it censorship. You could call it defamation. But it’s more than that.
It’s the method of EQUATING. A equals B equals C equals D — and ABCD are all bad, and the people who are launching ABCD must be stopped and silenced.
Here’s what I mean:
Criticisms of the COVID vaccines EQUAL parents showing up at school board meetings to protest porn and transgenderism in schools EQUALS criticism of the government’s policy in the Ukraine War EQUALS climate change ‘denialism’ EQUALS criticism of Black Lives Matter EQUALS January 6th ‘insurrection’ EQUALS claiming a secret cabal is running the world EQUALS anti-Semitism EQUALS anti-immigration EQUALS MAGA people EQUALS domestic terrorism EQUALS white supremacy EQUALS violent political online rhetoric EQUALS violent attacks against our elected leaders…
The United States has undergone a coup. Having observed no martial conflict, you might think that I have gone off my rocker. But not all coups are physically violent. They can occur because poisonous ideas take hold and subvert the society. The United States is defined by the Constitution, and when the Constitution is eroded away, so is the United States.
The Constitution has been eroding away for a long time. The liberals said the Constitution had to be a living document, which means that it is forever changing, which means redefined, which means eroded.
The Tenth Amendment was lost to Abraham Lincoln. George W. Bush got rid of habeas corpus in the name of national security when he declared that the “terrorist threat” gave him the power to hold American citizens indefinitely without presentation of evidence to a court, without trial and conviction. And he did. Obama one-upped Bush. He said he could execute American citizens on suspicion alone without due process of law. And he did. Bush and Obama were not held accountable for their violation of the US Constitution.
Today free speech and association are dead letter rights. Everyone can now censor our free speech–employers, school boards, people claiming they are “offended,” social media, print and TV media. People who say something “offensive” can be erased and never heard from again. What this means is that whoever controls the right to be “offended” can cancel the free speech of those who cannot claim to be “offended.” Without free speech, there is no debate, just the imposition of approved views.
On Friday, a federal judge denied a request by a retirees’ association to issue an injunction and restraining order against a group for monitoring Arizona ballot drop box stations.
The group, Clean Elections USA, and its founder Melody Jennings had been accused of voter intimidation and threatening the exercise of free and fair elections by the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans (AARA) and Voto Latino.
U.S. District Judge Michael T. Liburdi dismissed Voto Latino from the case, saying the group had not provided evidence of being harmed by Clean Election USA’s alleged conduct.
Liburdi, an appointee of former President Donald Trump and former counsel for Republican Governor Doug Ducey, also denied the AARA’s request for an injunction and restraining order, stating that the retirees’ association had “not provided the Court with any evidence that Defendants’ conduct constitutes a true threat.”
Elon Musk has responded to Stephen King’s horrified reaction at his reported plan to charge for a blue checkmark — and in the process, confirmed that the surprising and controversial idea is in the works.
On Monday, King went viral with his reaction to a report that Musk wanted to charge verified users a whopping $20 per month to keep their blue checkmarks. “$20 a month to keep my blue check?” King tweeted to his 6.9 million followers. “Fuck that, they should pay me. If that gets instituted, I’m gone like Enron.” When a reader told King he could afford the fee, he replied, “It ain’t the money, it’s the principle of the thing.”
Elon Musk has dissolved Twitter's board of directors, eliminating all remaining administrative obstacles to the realization of his plans for the social media giant. This comes just days after Musk was reportedly looking at axing "around 50%" of Twitter's staff — a claim the African billionaire has denied.
Twitter verification is one of the platform's strategies to keep fake accounts from spreading false information. When an account is verified, it receives a blue checkmark to let others know that the account is official.
James Suh, owner of Car Care Auto Spa in Chicago's Portage Park neighborhood, was on a conference call for his daughter’s school around closing time earlier this month when a masked man walked into his store, pointed a gun at him, and demanded money from the register, WMAQ-TV reported.
"Upon consideration of the application of counsel for the applicants, it is so ordered that the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, case No. 21-5289, is hereby stayed pending further order of the undersigned or of the court," Roberts’ order states, requesting that the committee respond before Thursday, Nov. 10, by noon.
In 2021, the Justice Department said Congress should be able to review the records, a decision Trump and his legal team have appealed.
The votes are in, and the Florida Board of Medicine has spoken.
On Friday, board members of the Florida Boards of Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine Joint Rules/Legislative Committee Rule Workshop held a hearing to decide what actions will be allowed for children’s sex changes in Florida, according to a report by The Post Millennial.
Joseph Ladapo, Florida’s Surgeon General, said that the state should not permit sex changes, whether it be via drugs or surgery.
The decision came after testimony from adults who have gone through a transition, parents of children currently going through transition, and parents who lost their child due to gender transition.
The board voted against using surgery, cross-sex hormones, and puberty blockers as treatments for minors experiencing gender dysphoria. The recommendation for disallowing these types of procedures goes to the entire board next week for a vote.
The guns used in the Roxborough High School shooting have surfaced again in a disturbing manner. The shooting at the high school on September 27 claimed the life of 14-year-old Nicholas Elizalde, whose family has been hoping for arrests and justice. An arrest has now been made, but rather than being in regard to the shooting it is of the fate of the guns used.
A deputy sheriff has been arrested by federal agents in Philadelphia after the law enforcement official was caught on video selling two guns that were used in a school shooting. The two guns were used in the deadly shooting after a football scrimmage at Roxborough High School.According to court documents, both of the firearms sold during that transaction were traced by law enforcement and were found to have been used in the Sept. 27 shooting in Roxborough that killed a 14-year-old boy and injured four other teens.
Deputy Sheriff Samir Ahmad then tried to cash in on the tragic shooting by selling the guns used in the attack. Ahmad was a deputy sheriff in the city of Philadelphia from 2018-2022.
CNN now claims, without a shred of credible proof, that Kanye West admires Adolf Hitler. Blue-check social media influencers believe basketball star Kyrie Irving committed an act of anti-Semitism when he retweeted a graphic promoting a Black Hebrew Israelite documentary.
Michigan State Spartans head coach Mel Tucker made good on a promise to "take swift and appropriate action" after unsportsmanlike conduct turned violent in Ann Arbor on Saturday. Four MSU athletes have been suspended for their alleged involvement in the assaults on Michigan Wolverines players Ja’Den McBurrows and Gemon Green.
