Fearing the development of bioweapons by U.S. enemies in the wake of 9/11, then-Vice President Dick Cheney paved the way for Dr. Anthony Fauci's little known rise in 2004 to the top of the nation's biodefense research apparatus, relates journalist Ashley Rindsberg in a new article at "UnHerd.com.
"In the aftermath of 9/11, and even slightly before 9/11, when the Bush administration came to power, Dick Cheney was especially looking to create a biodefense strategy," Rindsberg said on the John Solomon Reports podcast.

"And Cheney was very concerned about this," Rindsberg continued. "Bush was more concerned on the natural outbreak pandemic front, but Cheney was really thinking about how about the potential of enemies of the United States weaponizing biology, weaponizing viruses."
As a result of this, Cheney and Bush funded a huge infrastructure with a vertically integrated power structure and placed Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, at its pinnacle.
Multiple military intelligence offices have paid a data broker for access to internet traffic logs, which could reveal the online browsing histories of U.S. citizens, Sen. Ron Wyden said in a letter Wednesday, citing an anonymous whistleblower that had contacted his office.
At least four agencies within the United States Department of Defense, including the Army and Navy, have collectively spent at least $3.5 million on a little-known data monitoring tool with the reported ability to provide access to vast swaths of email data and web browsing activity. Team Cymru, the Florida-based cybersecurity firm behind the tool, claims its product provides customers with a “super majority of all activity on the internet” and “visibility” into more than 90% of internet traffic.

Breitbart has released a movie about Hunter Biden, including several fact-based events from his life.
Interestingly, it also tells us why he got kicked out of the Navy. Surprisingly, his claims that it was his life’s honor to serve our country aren’t backed up by his actions. Check out what really happened, as revealed in this new movie, My Son Hunter. The film was directed by Robert Davi, famous for movies like Goonies, License to Kill, and Die Hard.

Bombshell allegations by FBI Special Agent Steve Friend contained in a whistleblower complaint filed late Wednesday with the Department of Justice inspector general reveal a politicized Washington, DC, FBI field office cooking the books to exaggerate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using an “overzealous” January 6 investigation to harass conservative Americans and violate their constitutional rights.
Friend, 37, a respected 12-year veteran of the FBI and a SWAT team member, was suspended Monday, stripped of his gun and badge, and escorted out of the FBI field office in Daytona Beach, Fla., after complaining to his supervisors about the violations.
He was declared absent without leave last month for refusing to participate in SWAT raids that he believed violated FBI policy and were a use of excessive force against Jan. 6 subjects accused of misdemeanor offenses.
This American hero, the father of two small children, has blown up his “dream career” because he could not live with his conscience if he continued to be part of what he sees as the unjust persecution of conservative Americans.

A North Dakota law enforcement officer said there was no evidence that the teenager who was fatally mowed down over a “political argument” was a member of a “Republican extremist group,” according to a report.
Shannon Brandt, 41, told police he hit Cayler Ellingson, 18, with his SUV during a street party in the small city of McHenry early Sunday morning and fled the scene because the teen had threatened him. Ellingson was taken to a hospital and later died.
Brandt also claimed to police that Ellingson said he was a member of an unnamed right-wing extremist group.
Those activists across America who pledge loyalty to the transgender ideology already have demanded, many times successfully, that others submit to their agenda and use pronouns that obviously are wrong, such as "he/him" for a female.
It's because that female thinks she's male.
Now that level of fantasy is being expanded, with conference organizers requesting that men not use urinals at a meeting of the American Political Science Association.
There officials posted a sign promoting the transgender beliefs. It stated, "All gender restroom. This restroom contains stalls and urinals. Out of respect for all attendees, we ask that the urinals not be used."
The message also was posted in a second language.

Mohamed Yunus al-Menfi, head of the Presidency Council that administers the internationally-recognized Libyan government, told the U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday that his country remains fractured a decade after former U.S. President Barack Obama’s invasion, with constant threats of factional violence.
“Libya is going through a decade of suffering and hope,” Menfi said.
Although Menfi insisted his people have “demonstrated to the entire world that they represent a unified nation in spite of the challenges,” the rest of his presentation was a plea for the United Nations to intensify its efforts to stabilize Libya and make national elections possible, coupled with complaints about outside powers plundering Libya’s wealth and backing “intransigent positions” that “push our country toward armed confrontations.”
“Individual interests of different countries involved in the Libyan situation, as well as proxy wars and diverging views on how to solve the situation in Libya, have not given us an opportunity to develop our own national path,” he said.
Interim Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid lauded the moribund two-state solution for solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during his speech at the United Nations on Thursday, prompting political rivals including former Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu to accuse him of “endangering” Israel.
“An agreement with the Palestinians, based on two states for two peoples, is the right thing for Israel’s security, for Israel’s economy and for the future of our children,” Lapid said.
“Despite all the obstacles, still today a large majority of Israelis support the vision of this two-state solution. I am one of them,” he said.
Polls, even those conducted by Palestinian NGOs, show otherwise, with a minority of Israelis showing support for the notion of “two states for two peoples” side by side.
Lapid warned, however, that any Palestinian state must not become “another terror base from which to threaten the well being, and the very existence of Israel.”
“We will have the ability to protect the security of all the citizens of Israel, at all times,” he said.

Brandt later told State Radio that he punched the teen during an earlier argument about politics and believed Ellingson was part of a 'Republican extremist group', according to the arrest affidavit. But officials have said there is no evidence to support Brandt's claim.
