On the heels of Biden’s September 12th Executive Order titled The National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative, I wrote two days later that it “is a complete capitulation of our government to Big Pharma, the biotechnology industry and the entire transhuman cabal that wants to create Humanity 2.0 by changing our genetic structure.”
The Initiative literally opens the floodgates of taxpayer resources and turns over government control to the biotech and Big Pharma industry. Some highlights include:
“We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers; unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale-up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster.”
“bolster and coordinate Federal investment in key research and development (R&D) areas of biotechnology and biomanufacturing in order to further societal goals”
“Building a Vibrant Domestic Biomanufacturing Ecosystem.”
“expand training and education opportunities for all Americans in biotechnology and biomanufacturing.”
“Federal investments in biological sciences, biotechnology, and biomanufacturing to enhance biosafety and biosecurity best practices throughout the bioeconomy R&D enterprise.”
According to Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, the Biden administration believes that “all children and adults should be afforded life-saving, medically necessary care” and “payers, both public and private, should cover treatments which medical experts have determined to be medically necessary.”
Becerra revealed this position in written testimony to Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.), which was obtained by The Daily Caller.
This position signals that the Biden administration is prepared to go after states that are protecting children from chemical castration and surgical mutilation at the same time other countries—like the United Kingdom, Sweden, and France—are no longer embracing the practice due to the permanent negative health effects these so-called treatments cause.
Recent polling suggests that a plurality of Americans oppose transgender treatments for minors.
Elon Musk, who paid $ 44 billion to take over Twitter in October, told listeners on an episode of Twitter Spaces that he had faced a higher risk to his personal safety because of his actions at the company. He did not elaborate on what those actions were but said that he had been advised by security experts to take precautions.
When he officially took over, he cut employees down by about half in the first week of November. This resulted in 3,700 people being laid off.
Just 24 hours after he released internal documents about Twitter’s censorship of Hunter Biden’s laptop story, the Twitter CEO was questioned about his personal safety on Twitter Spaces.
“I’m not suicidal,” Musk declared during another interview discussing potential retaliation for his “Twitter files” leaks.
The Biden administration is disbanding its newly formed national parents council after several advocacy groups accused it of violating federal law.
The National Parents and Families Engagement Council wasformed in June as a way to "facilitate strong and effective relationships between schools and parents, families and caregivers." Representatives were handpicked by the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) to help the agency engage with communities at the local level.
Less than a month later, the Biden administration was hit with a lawsuit by parental rights groups claiming the council was ideologically divisive. Plaintiffs Parents Defending Education (PDE), America First Legal (AFL) and Fight for Schools and Families (FFS) noted that members of the council included those who stood by a National Schools Boards Association (NSBA) letter that likened concerned parents at school board meetings to "domestic terrorists."
The lawsuit also argued the council failed to meet other various federal requirements, including open and transparent public meetings and public oversight.
Meta has threatened to remove all news content from its sites if Congress passes a law allowing news organizations to negotiate the terms of its content distribution with big tech.
Communications Director Andy Stone tweeted on Monday that if Congress passes the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act, Meta would be 'forced' to remove all news content from Facebook and Instagram.
The bipartisan bill would allow publications with fewer than 15,000 full-time employees to negotiate 'pricing, terms and conditions' whereby major tech platforms may distribute its content.
Webmaster addition: This law is clearly meant to put control of the news exclusively back in the hands of corporate media and shut out independent analysts.
The View's conservative co-host turned on her colleagues live on air on Monday, accusing the other presenters of being intolerant and fostering a culture of 'toxic femininity,' based on their disagreement of her decision to work in Donald Trump's administration.
Alyssa Farah Griffin, who joined the show in August after serving as an advisor and communications director to Trump's administration, lashed out at the other women during a discussion about whether 'toxic femininity' was holding women back.
'We've come a long way in critiquing some of the male practices that are not helpful, and need to be called out,' Griffin began.
Pfizer is set to ask US regulators to authorize its bivalent Covid vaccine for children under five - not as a booster but part of their initial shot regimen.
Children aged six months through four years are already supposed to get three extra-small doses of the original Pfizer vaccine. If the Food and Drug Administration agrees, Pfizer's bivalent omicron-targeting vaccine would be substituted for their third shot.
Few of the nation's youngest children have gotten their Covid vaccinations since the shots were OK'd in June: Just two percent of those under two and about four percent of two-to-four-year-olds have had their primary doses so far, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Adults have not been eager to get the bivalent shot either. Only 40million have received the shot, which is tailored specifically to the Omicron variant. This accounts for 13 percent of the US population.
Pfizer's request comes as Covid cases begin to rise once again in America. Officials in Los Angeles may even bring back its indoor mask mandate in the coming weeks.
Internal Twitter emails uncovered appear to indicate that another top Democratic candidate’s campaign colluded with staffers on the platform to block accounts that contained so-called election misinformation.
According to reports, the internal Twitter emails reveal that Arizona Democratic Gov.-elect and current Secretary of State Katie Hobbs allegedly teamed up with former Twitter staffers and executives to flag certain users and accounts. The bombshell revelation comes on the heels of Twitter boss Elon Musk, via journalist Matt Taibbi last week, revealed internal company communications showing the platform worked with the Democratic Party to censor conservatives.
According to an email on January 7, 2021, the communications director for Hobbs’ Secretary of State office emailed the Center for Internet Security (CIS), a 501 nonprofit cybersecurity organization, saying they are “flagging” an unidentified Twitter profile for review under the subject line titled “Election Related Misinformation.” The email also included an unknown employee at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a branch under the federal government’s Department of Homeland Security.
A CIS representative forwarded the message to a Twitter staffer saying, “Please see this report below from the Arizona SOS office. Please let me know if you have any questions.”
The Twitter employee then responded in another email: “Thank you … both tweets have been removed from the service.”
Losing a child is the most painful trauma any parent will ever experience.
Cornelia Hertzler of Hot Springs, Montana, gave birth to Alexander on January 3, 2022. Unfortunately, Alexander died on February 17, 2022.
Mrs. Hertzler told The Gateway Pundit that her one-month-old baby died from a blood clot caused by receiving “COVID-vaccinated blood” during a blood transfusion.
“He died after getting a blood transfusion of vaccinated blood,” Hertzler claimed. “He got a blood clot instantly after receiving his transfusion. A blood clot that no blood thinner could resolve.”
“It got steadily worse until it went from his knee to his heart and his organs shut down. That’s why his body swelled up and his veins looked like they were exploding,” she added.
Alexander was born with a throat problem that can only be treated with surgery. Hertzler claimed that her son was given the blood by the doctor at Sacred Heart in Spokane, Washington, without her or her husband’s permission.
Expected incoming House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan believes there’s been a seismic shift regarding the ongoing federal investigation of President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
In an interview on Fox News with host Sean Hannity, the Ohio Republican suggested “something is up” with the probe because of a new interest in the story by many of the same media outlets that initially dismissed reports of corruption evidence stemming from materials and emails obtained from a laptop he reportedly abandoned at a computer repair store in Delaware in 2019.
“Well, what happened to that is you had 51 intelligence officers sign a letter saying that this Hunter Biden story was Russian misinformation when it wasn’t, and that changed — I think anyone can make a credible argument that that altered the outcome of the election and we no longer have Donald Trump in the White House because he was doing that, he was pushing back on China for the first time. And now, we have Joe Biden there and it’s exactly the opposite direction,” Jodan said.
Disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti was sentenced Monday to 14 years in prison for embezzling millions of dollars from four of his clients and obstruction.
Avenatti pleaded guilty earlier this year to four counts of wire fraud for each client he stole from and one count of endeavoring to obstruct the administration of the Internal Revenue Code. Prosecutors said he obstructed the IRS’ effort to collect $5 million in unpaid payroll taxes for Tully’s Coffee.
The sentence handed down Monday by federal district Judge James Selna will begin after Avenatti completes a five-year prison term he’s currently serving after being convicted in two separate trials in New York.
Eighteen Democrat attorneys general have joined in an amicus brief against a Catholic high school who fired a substitute teacher in a homosexual “marriage.”
The brief, filed last week, argued that the Catholic high school does not have a right to not hire individuals that live a lifestyle incongruent with Catholicism. A federal court ruled in September 2021 against the high school and this case is now on appeal.
The liberal attorneys general sided with Lonnie Billard, a homosexual substitute teacher who was let go from his job at Charlotte Catholic High School after “marrying” his partner. The Democrat attorneys general wants the Catholic high school punished for firing Billard, despite him living in open opposition to the teachings of the Catholic Church, values which the Catholic school is bound to uphold.
“Employees have a right to work free from discrimination, including the right to marry whom they love,” Connecticut Attorney General William Tong wrote in his news release.“The First Amendment is not a license for employers to discriminate. The North Carolina district court got this one right, and the defendants’ extreme and expansive theories here must be rejected.”
“No one should be fired because of who they love,” Massachusetts’ Attorney General Maura Healey wrote. “We are filing this brief to ensure that our LGBTQ+ workers have equal protections and opportunities in the workplace.”
Former White House immigration adviser Stephen Miller says President Joe Biden may be committing an “impeachable offense” by resettling large numbers of illegal immigrants in the country. During an interview on Fox News, Miller spoke about the “crisis” on America’s southern border.
“So there’s very little — I mean, you have an organization that is using the law to try and stop this. It’s happening in real-time, it’s been happening for six months without the knowledge of the 320 million American citizens whose country this is, but there is someone who can stop it, and that’s Greg Abbott, who’s the governor of Texas, who commands the Texas National Guard, and of course, it’s his border over which a lot of these people are coming. Why wouldn’t he shut the border tonight with Mexico and stop this?” Carlson asked.
“Perhaps in the history of the world, in terms of the number of illegal border crossers being resettled into the interior of our country in violation of plain law. I would argue that the appropriate constitutional remedy is Article IV, Section 4, which says that the government clearly has the obligation to protect any state in this country against invasion and domestic violence. It does not say that that has to be in the form of a nation-state actor. In other words, the Constitution doesn’t say it has to be a state-led invasion. It’s any large-scale, unwelcome, uninvited entry into a country,” Miller said.
On Monday, the Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of 303 Creative LLC v Ellen’s, a case relating to a Colorado website designer’s claims that the state’s discrimination laws would violate free speech rights protected under the First Amendment.
According to SCOTUSblog, 303 Creative LLC owner Lorie Smith, a devout Christian, wants to expand her business to include building wedding websites but does not want to design websites for same-sex weddings and announce publicly on her website that the company would not be undertaking these projects.
Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), states that "Coloradans are entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of all goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations offered to the public, regardless of protected class."
Smith argues that "applying CADA to her would violate the First Amendment because it would require her to create messages that are inconsistent with her religious beliefs, and it would bar her from announcing those beliefs on her website," according to SCOTUSblog.
Smith has said that her decision to undertake a project is not related to the identity of the person requesting the work, but rather the message that would be conveyed. For example, Smith said she would "happily" design a website for an LGBTQ customer running an animal shelter, but would not take on clients promoting messages inconsistent with her Christian beliefs, like promoting same-sex marriage.
In an unusual step for the military, the Army has invaded favelas of Rio de Janeiro and killed top leaders of the Comando Vermelho (Red Command) drug cartel, which supports the Communist criminal Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Observers take this to indicate the beginning of a federal military intervention. The drug gangs were the only ones to celebrate the alleged election victory by criminal Lula Oct. 30, firing automatic weapons in the air in the favelas. President Bolsonaro cracked down hard on the Brazilian drug gangs.
Left-wing so-called “journalists” responded to Friday’s bombshell internal file release showing Twitter executives deliberately censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story at the behest of the President’s campaign with weirdly consistent and specific talking points.
While Musk’s revelations were unwisely dumped on a Friday evening, (the old “Friday news dump”) no doubt most consumers of real news already know about the saga. Even as the mainstream liberal media largely ignores or dismisses the epic First Amendment violation.
In brief, the internal files revealed officials at Twitter actively censoring the Biden story prior to the 2020 election, doing so at the command of Joe Biden’s campaign staffers, and effectively swaying the outcome of a presidential election if polls on the matter are accurate.
Insider documents released on Friday confirm Twitter’s decision to suppress the New York Post’s legitimate reporting about Hunter Biden’s laptop mere weeks before the 2020 presidential election was a political one.
“The Twitter Files,” passed by the Big Tech giant’s new CEO Elon Musk to independent journalist Matt Taibbi, prove Twitter censors, which have a history of interfering with elections, colluded to throttle news of the Biden family’s deep corruption. The documents also demonstrate those leftist censors happily excused the company’s election meddling on behalf of President Joe Biden using a weak and manufactured “hacked materials policy.”
TIME Magazine has published an extraordinary investigative piece titled, “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election,” detailing how an extensive network of powerful and wealthy people ran a “shadow” campaign in order to save the election.
The column, authored by Molly Ball, lays out a scenario involving “a well-funded cabal of powerful people” who worked in concert to change election laws and control the dissemination of information before and after the election.
And now they seemingly want credit for their actions.
Those entities “want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream,” the column reads.
“A well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage, and control the flow of information.”
