An MSNBC legal analyst responded to the Fulton County hearing over misconduct by Soros-backed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, prosecuting Trump’s election interference case, saying, “It’s game over for [Willis].”

“Don’t let the legalese fool you. This is epic; this is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court. It’s game over for her; she will be disqualified,” the MSNBC guest shared. “It’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate it.”

President Trump responded to this in a TRUTH Social post:

Russia's most significant opposition leader for the past decade, Alexei Navalny, has died in prison inside the Arctic Circle, the prison service said.

Seen as President Vladimir Putin's most vociferous critic, Navalny was serving a 19-year jail term on charges widely considered politically motivated.

He was moved to an Arctic penal colony, considered one of the toughest jails, late last year.

The prison service in the Yamalo-Nenets district said he had "felt unwell" after a walk on Friday.

He had "almost immediately lost consciousness", it said in a statement, adding that an emergency medical team had immediately been called and tried to resuscitate him but without success.

"The emergency doctors declared the prisoner dead. Cause of death is being established."

Two things have become painfully clear on Capitol Hill this week: Lawmakers and staffers say sexual harassment is “rampant” – but even members of Congress have no idea just how widespread the problem is.

The controversial and sensitive issue has taken center stage in Congress this week, with female lawmakers making fresh allegations of sexual harassment against unnamed members who are currently in office, and the unveiling of a new bill on Wednesday to change how sexual harassment complaints are reported and resolved. On Thursday, a woman shared her story of being groped and kissed without her consent by Sen. Al Franken in 2006.

So far, there’s been little specific data to help illuminate just how pervasive sexual harassment is on Capitol Hill, but one figure has emerged: the total that the Office of Compliance, the office that handles harassment complaints, has paid to victims.

On Thursday, the Office of Compliance released additional information indicating that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s. That includes all settlements, not just related to sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

Throughout the months-long brutal Israeli bombing campaign against Gaza and the accompanying ground assault, President Biden has been consistent in refusing calls (including within Congress) to impose conditions on US-supplied weaponry used by Israel.

Already at least one European country and NATO member has halted weapon supply transfers to Israel on fears they could be used for war crimes or to violate Palestinians' human rights. But all eyes remain on Washington, which remains the Israeli military's biggest supplier of deadly arms and munitions by far. Is the Biden administration finally about to change course? Or is it more of the same premature signaling for the sake of calming an international (and domestic) audience's concern?

The U.S. is investigating several Israeli airstrikes in Gaza that killed dozens of civilians and the possible use by Israel of white phosphorus in Lebanon, as part of a probe by the State Department to determine whether America’s closest ally has misused its bombs and missiles to kill civilians, U.S. officials told The Wall Street Journal

Claire's Observations:  More geopolitical sound and fury here, signifying.... nothing.  There  will most likely be no change whatsoever in the quantity - and deadly array- of US-provided weapons for Israel genocide in Gaza, and beyond.

The legal team for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange contends that District Court Judge Vanessa Baraitser erred by failing to recognize that it was an “abuse of process” for the U.S. to seek Assange's extradition.

Editor’s Note: Ahead of a major appeal hearing before the British High Court of Justice on February 20 and 21, the “Countdown To Day X” series will highlight key aspects of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s appeal against extradition to the United States.

The legal team for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange contends that District Court Judge Vanessa Baraitser erred by failing to recognize that it was an “abuse of process” for the United States government to seek Assange’s extradition for political offenses. They hope the British High Court of Justice will reconsider this aspect of the case.

Individuals accused of treason, sedition, or espionage have historically been protected from extradition because those offenses involve acts directed at a particular government. Such offenses are viewed in international law as “pure political offenses” and not “ordinary crimes.

UHT milk comes packaged in aseptic, sterile containers—it needs no refrigeration and has a shelf life of six to nine months—a boon to retailers. The process was developed in Europe—I remember seeing stacks of these aseptic containers in supermarkets in France when I lived there in the early 1980s and wondering why anyone would buy milk that didn’t spoil.

In the early 1990s, the Italian company Parmalat introduced its UHT milk to the United States. American consumers resisted purchasing unrefrigerated milk, so the industry packaged it in traditional containers and sold it from the refrigerator aisle.

According to Parmalat’s website, “UHT milk is the same as fresh milk but simply uses a different pasteurization process. It contains a lot of nutrients that are good for your body, just like fresh milk.” It adds, “With our special pasteurization process, our milk doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge until opened. This means you can store as many bottles as you want and never run out of milk.”

A 2019 study from China titled “Processing milk causes the formation of protein oxidation products which impair spatial learning and memory in rats,” indicates that UHT milk is not like fresh milk at all. The researchers subjected milk to four processing techniques: boiling, microwave heating, spray drying, and freeze-drying. (Boiling takes milk to 212 F—ultra-pasteurization is much hotter.)

All four techniques (even freeze-drying) caused “various degrees of redox state imbalance and oxidative damage in plasma, liver, and brain tissues.” Feeding damaged milk proteins to rats resulted in learning and memory impairment—why would any parent want to give UHT milk to their kids?

The researchers concluded that “... humans should control milk protein oxidation and improve the processing methods applied to food.”

Other researchers have noted that “The major protein modifications that occur during UHT treatment are denaturation and aggregation of the protein, and chemical modifications of its amino acids.” Damaged milk proteins are likely to cause allergies. Today, milk allergy is the number one allergy and according to statistics provided by the Asthma and Allergy Network, we can estimate that modern milk causes approximately twenty deaths from anaphylactic shock per year!

Most milk sold today in supermarkets is UHT milk—even organic milk is UHT. But it is not used in fermented products—check the labels for sour cream or cheese.  These products are made from pasteurized—not UHT milk—most likely because UHT milk is so dead that it will not ferment. That’s another way of saying that UHT milk is indigestible, as fermentation is a form of digestion.

A recent listeria outbreak causing two deaths and more than twenty hospitalizations initiated a Feb. 5 recall of pasteurized cheese, yogurt, and sour cream—an indication that pasteurization doesn’t ensure safety in fermented dairy foods.

UHT milk has served as a temporary fix for the dairy industry, but it will ultimately be its undoing. Milk consumption in the United States has declined by half since 1970, and the dairy industry has been unable to reverse the trend. It blames competition from sodas and plant-based “milk,” but won’t admit that UHT processing makes milk unpalatable, allergenic, and indigestible

Students in a Seattle English class were told that their love of reading and writing is a characteristic of “white supremacy,” in the latest Seattle Public Schools high school controversy. The lesson plan has one local father speaking out, calling it “educational malpractice.”

Lincoln High School in Seattle teachings on white supremacy leads to controversy. (School photo courtesy of the school district website; quiz images provided by a parent in the school district)

As part of the Black Lives Matter at School Week, World Literature and Composition students at Lincoln High School were given a handout with definitions of the “9 characteristics of white supremacy,” according to the father of a student. Given the subject matter of the class, the father found it odd this particular lesson was brought up.

The Seattle high schoolers were told that “Worship of the Written Word” is white supremacy because it is “an erasure of the wide range of ways we communicate with each other.” By this definition, the very subject of World Literature and Composition is racist. It also chides the idea that we hyper-value written communication because it’s a form of “honoring only what is written and even then only what is written to a narrow standard, full of misinformation and lies.” The worksheet does not provide any context for what it actually means.

I feel bad for any students who actually internalize stuff like this as it is setting them up for failure,” the father explained to the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH

Claire's  Observations:  This is absolute codswallop, and an intense intellectual "slap in the face" to any kid, of any ethnicity who loves to read and to learn.  To denigrate reading in this way, means that the people who put this policy in place, are terrified that kids may read something which logically shreds, and "disagrees" with their agenda, hence, a love of reading is a "bad thing".

Texas Republican Congressman Wesley Hunt is demanding President Joe Biden’s physician provide a plausible reason as to why Biden will not be taking a cognitive test as part of his upcoming overall comprehensive medical exam, “given recent events highlighting the president’s significant decline in memory,” arguing that “the American people have a right to know if the commander-in-chief is mentally compromised.”

On Monday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre cited Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the White House doctor who has served as Biden’s longtime physician, who insists that a cognitive test for the president is unnecessary, proposing that the president “proves his cognitive ability ‘every day [in] how he operates and how he thinks.'”

According to a letter from Hunt addressed to O’Connor and previewed exclusively in advance by Breitbart News, which is to be sent on Thursday, the Republican congressman seeks to clarify the rationale behind not including a cognitive screening test in Biden’s medical examination despite precedents and reports of memory lapses.

Wednesday’s shooting at the end of the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade was not an act of terrorism, but the result of a dispute between a number of individuals, police say.

The New York Post quoted Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves saying that they had “recovered several firearms” and two of the three individuals in custody are juveniles.

Graves said the incident “appeared to be a dispute between several people that ended in gunfire.”

She added, “We are working to determine the involvement of others, and it should be noted … this incident is still a very active investigation.”

The Kansas City Police department has a 24-hour window in which to charge the juveniles.

Police have not detailed the types of guns used in the shooting or how the guns were acquired.

  • Wolf Blitzer: $15 million
  • Jake Tapper: $8.5 million
  • Chris Wallace: $8 million

Normal people watch these CNN losers operate and ask themselves, How can they lie so shamelessly? How do they live with themselves, spreading all this hate, division, violence, and racism? Well, now you know. These soulless propagandists are bought and paid for.

Legal analyst Chuck Rosenberg said on MSNBC special coverage of the Georgia hearing on Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis’ eligibility in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump that it was not going well for the state and Willis should consider removing herself.

Rosenberg said, “There is conflicting testimony. A woman named Robin Yeartie testified earlier this morning that she had been close friends with Willis and that she knew, saw, observed that Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade had a romantic relationship. She described seeing sort of the things you might see when two people are dating. You know, affection. Contrast that with what Mr. Wade just said on the stand, which was that they did have a romantic relationship, but it did not start as early as Ms. Yerdy said it started. It started, to your point, after he was hired by the district attorney on a contractual basis to work on this case. So, what is it that mean? You have two different stories.”

He added, “This is not going well for the state. It could turn out okay, and it might turn out worse. But I think a district attorney, a U.S. attorney, you know, a prosecuting official has a special obligation to the case. In fact, you know, I had grabbed some language from a 1935 Supreme Court case.”

Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis allegedly reimbursed her lover and fellow Trump case prosecutor, Nathan Wade, with cash for extravagant vacations they spent together, Wade said on the stand in a Georgia courtroom Thursday. Wade said the expenses were initially paid for with his business credit card.

If the presiding judge determines Willis engaged in an actual conflict of interest with her lover and fellow prosecutor, Willis would be removed from the case, handing former President Donald Trump a massive victory in the Georgia election interference case.

Judge Scott McAfee said during a Monday hearing that disqualification from the case is “possible” for Willis.

Trump and codefendant Mike Roman accused Willis and Wade of corruption for:

  1. Maintaining an improper romantic relationship
  2. Enriching themselves through the taxpayer-funded prosecution
  3. Meeting with Biden administration officials before indicting Trump and codefendants

Teachers are suing California Gov. Gavin Newsom and California Attorney General Rob Bonta in federal court over policies they say force them to conceal the transgender status of young students from parents.

The lawsuit comes after the governor signed several laws in September 2023 that expanded California’s protections for LGBT individuals.

One law establishes timelines for required so-called cultural competency training for public school teachers and staff. Another law creates an advisory body to determine the needs of LGBT students. A further law requires families to demonstrate willingness to meet the needs of a child in foster care, regardless of the child’s sexual orientation or gender identity. There is also a law requiring elementary and secondary schools to have gender-neutral bathrooms for students.

California is proud to have some of the most robust laws in the nation when it comes to protecting and supporting our LGBTQ+ community, and we’re committed to the ongoing work to create safer, more inclusive spaces for all Californians,” Mr. Newsom said at the time.

“These measures will help protect vulnerable youth, promote acceptance, and create more supportive environments in our schools and communities.”

At the same time, the governor vetoed legislation that would have compelled judges making custody and visitation orders to consider whether a parent accepts a child’s professed gender identity.

In the lawsuit, San Diego-area teachers Elizabeth Mirabelli and Lori Ann West, who are devout Christians, filed suit to object to policies they say mandate dishonesty.

The legal complaint in the case, Mirabelli v. Olson, was originally filed in April 2023 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against the Escondido Union School District (EUSD), in San Diego County, and officials with the California State Board of Education.

The lawsuit was prompted by the K–8 school district’s recent policies affecting transgender students.

The policies require teachers to assist in a student’s transgender “social transition” by accepting a child’s assertion of a transgender or gender-diverse identity and, during school hours, using any pronouns or a gender-specific name requested by the student.

At the same time, the policies allegedly require teachers to revert to biological pronouns and legal names when speaking with parents, in an effort to conceal information regarding a child’s asserted gender identity.

Claire's Observations:  If this does not cause California parents to either enroll their kids in private schools, or "vote with their feet", I don't know what will!!

The  "GACC!! " ( or "Gender Affirming Care Complex"), consisting of educators, drug companies, legislators and "medical professionals wanting  to change physical gender characteristics as soon as is medically possible", are all complicit in this racket.  And when I say "racket", as Deep Throat told Woodward and Bernstein during the Watergate Debacle, "Follow the Money"!!!!  As reported at bing.com this morning, via the 2022 study published in the Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics, these procedures can cost:

"...Between $6,900 and $63,400, depending on the precise procedures chosen."

And then, come the drugs for both pain from the procedures, and hormones for the rest of the client's life.

So, one has to wonder;  what kind of "financial killing" are the educators and legislators making, from stock portfolios deeply invested in the surgical corporations and drug companies whose services and products are supported by this legislation?!?

A bill to require public and charter schools in the state to socially “transition” children who request using a different name than their birth name is making its way through the Colorado legislature.

The bill, introduced in January, would require public schools and charter schools to use a child’s “preferred name” and label the refusal of a school to do so “discrimination.” It would also create a task force within the Colorado Department of Education to “provide recommendations” to schools on how to implement “non legal name changes” for children.

In a press briefing earlier this week IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi said, "We know that it is more difficult for us to fight in an environment where there are over a million people and another 10,000 Hamas operatives" - as we highlighted previously.

There are now some 1.5 million people crammed into the far southern city, which is more than six times its pre-war population, according to UN estimates. Egypt is now fearing the crisis will spill over its border, and is racing to erect a large walled compound to physically keep refugees from Gaza out, amid fears a bigger Israeli ground assault is imminent.

The Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit against the state of Tennessee Thursday over a law penalizing prostitutes for spreading the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), insanely claiming it is a “prohibited form of discrimination” under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The Tennessee law, which was passed in 1991, characterizes intentionally spreading HIV as “aggravated prostitution.” Specifically, this occurs when a person “engages in sexual activity as a business or is an inmate in a house of prostitution or loiters in a public place for the purpose of being hired to engage in sexual activity” despite knowing that they are infected with HIV.

A person convicted of “aggravated prostitution” faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Most of Tennessee’s prostitution occurs in the Memphis area.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division released a statement claiming the law targets HIV-infected individuals because of their “disability.” Yes, in the eyes of the Regime, having a deadly, infectious disease counts as a disability.

On Thursday, special counsel David Weiss charged a former FBI informant who claimed President Biden was bribed by Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma. The indictment claims the informant lied about Biden's alleged role in the business dealings.

Alexander Smirnov, 43, was arrested on Thursday at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, per CNN.

Smirnov has been accused in the indictment that his story to the FBI "was a fabrication, an amalgam of otherwise unremarkable business meetings and contacts that had actually occurred but at a later date than he claimed and for the purpose of pitching Burisma on the Defendant’s services and products, not for discussing bribes to [Joe Biden] when he was in office."

The informant, who has now been identified as Smirnov, provided testimony to House Republicans and their investigation into the Biden family's alleged illegal foreign business dealings. He claimed that Burisma executives paid President Biden and his son Hunter Biden $5 million each to have a Ukrainian prosecutor fired who had been investigating Burisma at the time.

Britain is in recession, official data showed Thursday, dealing another blow to embattled Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, whose Conservative party is forecast to lose a general election expected this year.

Gross domestic product shrank 0.3 percent in the fourth quarter of 2023 after contracting 0.1 percent in the prior three months, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said in a statement.

That places the economy in recession, which is defined as two quarters of falling GDP in a row.

While economists predicted that the recession could be short-lived, the data is a big setback for Sunak, who has placed economic growth as a key priority.

It comes as the Conservatives badly trail the main opposition Labour party in polls.

Robin DiAngelo, the woke white author of White Fragility, has called Michelangelo’s painting of the creation of man in the Sistine Chapel an icon of “white supremacy.”

DiAngelo recently spoke with Jalon Johnson on his “Not Your Ordinary Parts” podcast, in which she slammed Michelangelo’s portayal of God creating Adam as “white supremacist.”

“The single image I use to capture the concept of white supremacy is Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel God creating man,” she said, “you know, where God is in a cloud and there’s all these angels and he’s reaching out and he’s touching — I don’t know who that is, David or something — and God is white and David’s white and the angels are white.”

“That is the perfect convergence of white supremacy, patriarchy, right?” she added.

Webmaster addition: So, a white artist living in a white country portrays God as a white person, and now it's racist?!?

Remember when Democrats advocated for working-class Americans?

My maternal relatives were all Irish Catholic Democrats in decades past. They were deeply conservative in their personal lives and social views, and concurrently deeply committed to the party of John F. Kennedy and Tip O’Neill.

Those days now seem like an era of antiquity compared to the radical, even Marxist, Democratic Party of the 2020s. The Biden-Harris Democrats push secular humanist ideology while acting fully in concert with the economic ruling class of America, all at the cavalier expense of middle- and lower-income citizens.

This observation is not merely my opinion, but rather the widespread view of working-class Americans, as revealed by the latest battleground state polling conducted by my labor advocacy organization, the League of American Workers. These surveys of swing states, conducted by North Star Opinion Research, reveal a stark and consistent class divide in America. Those who are already financially successful are thriving under Biden and approve of his job performance, while the masses of wage earners fall behind, endure economic anxiety, and blame Joe Biden and the Democrats
