Greg Price noted several mistakes that Biden whipped through in under a minute — from debunked claims about his alleged history as a professor to the assertion that the Second Amendment was written in a time when individuals were not permitted to own cannons.

“Joe Biden in less than a minute,” Price began, adding, “Claims he was a professor at Penn, which he never was; Claims he taught a constitutional law class on the second amendment, which he never did; Says that you couldn’t own a cannon when 2A was implemented, which you could; And ends by failing miserably to say the phrase ‘the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots.'”

Today, a federal jury in Wilmington, Delaware, found that the president’s son, Hunter Biden, violated the law when he lied about his drug use on a gun store firearms form to obtain a revolver, speed loader, and ammunition in October of 2018.

This was not a particularly close case. Evidence showed, among many other things, that Biden was texting his drug dealer the day before he bought the gun. The upshot, however, is that Hunter Biden becomes the first son of a United States president to become a felon in the history of the country. For much of the national news media, Hunter Biden’s trial and conviction is proof that the justice system is fair and impartial. Therefore, we should conclude that Donald Trump’s prosecutions are legitimate.

It’s fine to imprison the leading presidential frontrunner on a novel and untested legal theory, they say, because the current president’s son could potentially go to jail for crimes he obviously committed.

The New York Times took some heat on Tuesday for what amounted to a puff piece praising the “battle-tested” relationship between President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, who was convicted earlier that day on several felony gun charges.

The article, written by reporter Katie Rogers, focused on how Hunter Biden’s guilty verdict in a Wilmington, Delaware, courtroom could “weigh on” President Biden — who already worries about his son’s future and is himself facing the stress of a presidential campaign. The elder Biden, Rogers wrote, is “growing more resigned and afraid” of what may be in store for his embattled son.

The House is scheduled to vote Wednesday on holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for defying subpoenas related to President Biden's handling of classified documents.

The Republican-led House Judiciary and Oversight committees have demanded that Garland hand over the audio recordings of the president's interview with special counsel Robert Hur as part of their impeachment inquiry.

Mr. Biden asserted executive privilege over the recordings of Hur's interviews with the president and the ghostwriter of his book as the committees moved forward with contempt resolutions against Garland.

Georgetown University law professor Jonathan Turley commented on Hunter Biden’s conviction Tuesday after jurors handed down their decision, predicting that the first son’s legal problems were only just beginning.

Hunter was convicted on three felony counts in connection with the 2018 purchase of a .38-caliber revolver on Tuesday after jurors deliberated for slightly over three hours. Turley said that a criminal referral by the House of Representatives for perjury, combined with the tax case faced by President Joe Biden’s son, were still pending.

“His counsel has got to refocus on that tax case. They are going into that case now with a convicted felon,” Turley told Fox News “Faulkner Focus” host Harris Faulkner. “Now, these are very different types of claims, but there is a third front developing. Congress just referred, what I consider to be a very strong case, for a perjury investigation of Hunter Biden after his testimony before Congress.”

Americans living abroad face unique challenges. Olivier Wagner from 1040 Abroad explains what these reasons are and why some American expats want to renounce their US citizenship.

While the annual tax season can be stressful for filers, the burden is even greater for Americans overseas. About 9 million US citizens live abroad, the US Department of State estimates. Nearly a quarter of U.S. expats are "seriously considering" or "planning" to renounce US citizenship. For those looking to renounce citizenship, more than four in 10 said it was because of US tax filing requirements.

ecret recordings published Monday showed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts’s and Justice Samuel Alito’s thoughts on the politics of the court, with Alito predicting no easy solution to the country’s political polarization.

“One side or the other is going to win,” he said in a private conversation at the Supreme Court Historical Society’s annual dinner June 3.

The remarks were recorded by progressive filmmaker Lauren Windsor, who attended the event as a member of the society under her real name, though she posed as a conservative to elicit answers from the justices. The recordings were published by Rolling Stone and Windsor’s activist site The Undercurrent.

Alito appeared to embrace his role as a partisan, which liberals have long accused him of being despite the nominally nonpartisan nature of the court.

The Democrats are preparing to switch out the only candidate they have permitted to run. The mainstream media has begun reporting on Biden’s faults in a calculated move to prepare the public for the big switch. The Democrats believe Hillary Clinton is the only one who could beat Donald Trump. She secured the popular vote in 2018, and they know she is not merely aligned with the establishment but is also one of the ringleaders. Why else would a “former” politician begin releasing merchandise?

Hillary took to social media amid the Trump witch hunt trial to boast that she was right all along. “Turns out she was right all along” has become Clinton’s new catchphrase and reminds the public why they simply cannot stand this smug woman. Her merchandise features her new phrase along with an image of her sipping tea.

“We recently had some new merch made based on a phrase I hear a lot. The design happened to be finalized today. With your purchase, you’ll support Onward Together groups defending democracy… and get a pretty great mug to sip tea from,” Hillary Clinton wrote in a post to Instagram.

Clinton is also poking fun at her past illegal activities that Trump attacked her on to downplay their seriousness. “But her emails,” is another catchphrase that people can purchase on hats, shirts, tote bags, or mugs. She also has released a number of items highlighting abortion as she believes that one-issue voters will automatically vote her in. “It shouldn’t be harder to obtain an abortion than an AR-15,” one of her slogans says. “None of us should accept a future in which our daughters and granddaughters have fewer rights than we do,” another reads.

Authorities in the Hawaiian capital of Honolulu have urged beachgoers to take their valuables into the ocean rather than risk them being stolen by criminals.

In a message posted in the run-up to King Kamehameha I Day, a public holiday in the state of Hawaii, the Honolulu police department said people should instead invest in a “waterproof bag” in which they can keep their valuables safe.

“For those enjoying the beach, don’t leave valuables unattended on the sand,” the message read. “Instead, use a waterproof bag that you can take into the water with you.”

Webmaster addition: Crime was already out of control when we left Oahu. Our Honda had been stolen THREE times the final year, the last time stripped and totaled. There was drug dealing in our next door apartment and drug dealing and making on the other side! But the worst case was when we found this Japanese family on vacation (with a new baby) whose rental car had been broken into and all their belongings taken, including their passports and cash. The family spoke no English and I was just starting to learn Japanese but I finally got them connected with the Japanese embassy.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., is vowing to force a vote on Attorney General Merrick Garland's arrest if the Department of Justice (DOJ) fails to act on a criminal contempt resolution backed by House GOP leaders.

Luna told Fox News Digital on Tuesday evening that she would plan to force a vote on her "inherent contempt" resolution against Garland after the full House of Representatives weighs the Biden official's fate with a separate measure.

"As of right now, we fully intend to bring it," Luna revealed. "I don't really have much faith in the Department of Justice. And I don't think the American people do either. But we are trying to bring back a level playing field and show that, you know, there should be accountability all the way up to the top."

For years, critics have raised concerns about Joe Biden’s mental state. The man has shown many signs of cognitive decline. Even at his best, Biden appears lethargic and confused. Many polls suggest voters doubt his fitness to lead, even as he fights for a second term.

To the shock of many, neither the White House nor the Democratic Party are willing to admit this. The evidence seems overwhelming that Biden is too old to function as president.

Yet, liberals continue to maintain that he is perfectly fine. Just this week, President Biden attended a large Juneteenth event at the White House. He stood beside Kamala and many other attendees as they sang along with a performance. That’s when Biden showed the worst sign of decline yet.

Real estate tycoon Truong My Lan was sentenced Thursday to death by a court in Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam in the country’s largest financial fraud case ever, state media Vietnam Net said.

The 67-year-old chair of the real estate company Van Thinh Phat was formally charged with fraud amounting to $12.5 billion — nearly 3% of the country’s 2022 GDP.

Lan illegally controlled Saigon Joint Stock Commercial Bank between 2012 and 2022 and allowed 2,500 loans that resulted in losses of $27 billion to the bank, reported state media VnExpress. The court asked her to compensate the bank $26.9 million.

Despite mitigating circumstances — this was a first-time offense and Lan participated in charity activities — the court attributed its harsh sentence to the seriousness of the case, saying Lan was at the helm of an orchestrated and sophisticated criminal enterprise that had serious consequences with no possibility of the money being recovered, VnExpress said.

Webmaster addition: In the old west, Native Americans relied on the Buffalo for their meat. But the cattle ranchers wanted the Native Americans to buy their meat from the ranchers. So, they offered bounties for buffalo, triggering a mass slaughter that almost drove the buffalo to extinction. And the Native Americans were forced to buy their meat from the ranchers! We are seeing the same dirty trick being played again; destroy natural/farm food to force us to buy lab-grown food sold by corporations (along with 'ze bugs').

On June 12, the Massachusetts House is expected to vote on a bill that would allow mothers to exchange their children for money—that is, engage in baby-selling—under the name of “parentage equality.”

The “Parentage Equality” bill seeks to redefine parenthood. Parenthood is recognized on its natural biological basis, or in cases of adoption, justice for a child who has suffered loss by providing them with a safe, loving home. This bill redefines it on the basis of a “person’s intent to be a parent of a child.” In doing so, it strips all mention of mothers and fathers from parentage law, replacing these vital familial roles with gender-erased language.

Finally, and most concerning, under H.4672, Massachusetts would allow for commercial surrogacy both in cases wherein the woman carrying the child is genetically unrelated to the child and in cases where she is exchanging her biological child for money.

The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) is sharply divided over a proposed amendment to ban affiliated churches from allowing women to serve as pastors and elders. A vote on the amendment will take place at the annual SBC meeting this Tuesday. While there is a general theological consensus that senior pastor roles should be exclusively filled by men, opinions vary widely on the broader implications of what is being referred to as the “Law amendment.”

The amendment, proposed by Arlington Baptist Church pastor Mike Law, would insert new language into article three of the SBC’s governing document, which outlines the requirements for churches in the SBC.

“A church [is] in friendly cooperation with the Convention . . . which . . . ‘6. Affirms, appoints, or employs only men as any kind of pastor or elder as qualified by Scripture,'” the amendment states.

Webmaster addition: Large churches are being split up. Is this by design?

On X, the British military's United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations said, "The vessel was hit on the stern by a small craft" about 66 nautical miles southwest of Al Hudaydah, Yemen.

The Biden administration “strongly opposes” a proposal to raise the pay of junior enlisted service members in the military — even after nearly spending seven times the proposed amount on Ukraine and the broader region’s security.

The House Armed Services Committee’s (HASC) draft of the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) would give all junior troops a pay raise, representing a rough total of $24.4 billion over five years, according to the Congressional Budget Office. The Biden administration said in a statement on Tuesday that it does not support the proposed “significant, permanent” pay hike until it has had a chance to conduct a compensation review.

These are the first pictures of the seemingly unassuming American tourist whose secret double life as an alleged assassin-for-hire was exposed after a jammed gun saw her botch a contract killing in Birmingham.

Aimee Betro, 44, flew over from her native Milwaukee to kill boutique clothing store owner Sikander Ali on the orders of rival Mohammed Aslam, 56, and his son Mohammed Nazir, 30.

A trial in the UK heard how the hitwoman, who worked as an administrator for the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team, disguised herself in a hijab before trying to gun Ali down outside a house in Acocks Green, Birmingham on September 7, 2019.

She fled the scene when her gun jammed, but later returned in a taxi and fired three shots at the property before texting their principal target - Mr Ali's father Aslat Mahamud: 'Stop playing hide and seek' and 'Where are you hiding?'.

Katherine Watt has been corresponding with a reader who is researching the history of US public health and regulatory agencies. Records before 1973 are difficult to locate. However, what has become clear is that the origins of these agencies are not what they make them out to be. Why are they lying about their origins? Because, Watt says, “they have maintained a bunch of empty office buildings that serve only as mailing addresses … There are no technicians in the buildings, there’s no equipment and no sample testing occurs.”
