“That’s not the case with Jill Biden. She likes power. She wants to stay. She wants some sense of revenge,” he continued. “She teaches in Virginia Community College. This milieu around our building here, this is her home. And the idea of relinquishing it all after you’ve taken the slings and arrows of the last years of attacks, and at the last minute, just when you get all the delegates you’re going to say, I’m going to open it up to a bunch of people — it’s very childish when you read those kind of reports.”
If you have plenty of money and you are able to shield yourself from what is happening to the tens of millions of people that are wallowing in poverty, life in America is still good in 2024. Stock prices have been hovering near record highs, and companies that cater to the rich and famous have been raking in the cash. But for most of the rest of the country, things are not going so well. Homelessness has been rising at the fastest rate we have ever seen, crime is out of control all over the nation, and large companies are laying off workers at a very frightening pace.
It’s no secret that many states are trying to defy the federal government over the border crisis. Texas is leading the fight, trying to regain control as millions illegally enter the country. The Biden administration is opposing these states, working to let in more migrants.
Court battles are raging, but it is uncertain what will happen. Meanwhile, several Republican-led states have sided with Texas to secure the border.
Now, two Republican congressmen are working to give states more power in this ongoing fight. If this legislation goes through, it could shut down Biden’s border scheme for good.
President Joe Biden has not hidden his intentions when it comes to immigration. In one infamous video in 2022, he bragged about an “unrelenting” stream of immigration that would turn whites into a minority. Sitting next to him and smiling while he made this boast was current Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The DHS secretary is a former board member of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), which exists to move migrants into the United States at taxpayer expense. His intentions are hardly surprising either.
A new peer-reviewed study has confirmed that Covid mRNA “booster” shots are causing heart failure to soar in young adults and teenagers.
The study, published in the world-renowned European Heart Journal on February 15, found that a third dose of the Pfizer or Moderna injections is directly linked to the “increased incidence rate of myocarditis.”
Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle (myocardium), according to the Mayo Clinic.
The inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood, leading to blood clots, strokes, cardiac arrest, a potentially death.
Myocarditis is a known side effect of the Covid mRNA vaccines but most people are unaware that they have it, making it a potential ticking timebomb for sufferers.
Two teachers have added the governor and attorney general of California to a lawsuit. The suit claims that state policies have forced educators to lie to parents by hiding the transgender status of their children from them.
Elizabeth Mirabelli and Lori Ann West, two teachers at Rincon Middle School in Escondido, sued the Escondido Union School District in April, alleging violations of their First Amendment rights. They allege that the school district’s “Parental Exclusion Policy” prevents teachers from disclosing “the fact that a student identifies as a new gender, or wants to be addressed by a new name or new pronouns during the school day.”
The teachers added Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta to the lawsuit last month.
“The governor is the boss,” Paul Jonna, the lawyer representing Mirabelli and West, told The Daily Signal in a statement Friday. Newsom “has ultimate responsibility for setting education policy for those under his supervision,” Jonna, special counsel at the Thomas More Society and partner at the firm LiMandri and Jonna LLP, added.
What would happen if there were no laws? I believe the human conscience can help a law-abiding citizen remain lawful with or without the laws.
At first, total anarchy. People are made aware that no laws exist. All major highways quickly fill with crashes because a small minority of idiots go fast or in the wrong lane or both. Since, presumably, police have stopped policing, except for perhaps a few renegades who simply enact vigilante justice on anyone they disagree with, the crazies start running the asylum within hours. Hate crimes increase by orders of magnitude, with nobody bothering to stop lynch mobs from going on witch hunts.
Corporations are initially hit quite badly (more on this later), with people looting and overwhelming their mostly deterrent-based security. Because people are not generally psychos, even armed security does not generally shoot looters.
MSNBC host Katy Tur surprised her show guests on Friday by questioning whether former President Donald Trump received a fair shake in New York.
On Friday, a New York judge ordered Trump to pay $355 million in a civil fraud case. The total penalty, when interest is calculated, is approximately $450 million. New York Attorney General Letitia James — a Democrat who campaigned on targeting Trump — celebrated the judge's unprecedented and highly controversial penalty.
To frame her question, Tur cited an Associated Press analysis that exposed the unprecedented nature of the case and how New York's treatment of Trump is incongruent with past cases. She explained:
They went back over 70 years and looked at all the cases that have been tried under this rule — [New York Civil Practice Law] 6312, which is used here — which doesn't have to show harm done. That's not the burden. You don't have to show that anybody was hurt by your practices. There's nobody you defrauded specifically.
They went back and they looked at cases over 70 years — I believe it's about 150 cases — and found there was no case where there was a ban on doing business where there wasn't harm shown. So even though the threshold is "harm shown," in the past, it has only been used to ban someone doing business when it's been shown that somebody was hurt — say you're selling cosmetics that are poisoning you. There's somebody that was hurt there; the cosmetics company gets banned.
"Is this fair to go after Donald Trump like this in this environment, is my question," Tur said.
The camera then panned to MSNBC legal correspondent Lisa Rubin and New York Times reporter Susanne Craig, both of whom appeared flabbergasted that Tur dared to ask that question.
A coalition of trucker drivers is threatening to refuse deliveries in and out of New York City to protest the $354 million civil fraud penalty leveled against former President Donald Trump last week. According to one “Trucker for Trump,” who goes by the name “Chicago Ray” on X, drivers are already beginning to decline New York City delivery jobs to express their outrage with “mother*****g leftists” and the policies of President Joe Biden.
“I’ve been on the radio talking to drivers for about the past hour, and I’ve talked to about 10 drivers… they’re going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday,” Chicago Ray said in a video posted hours after the ruling was made public. “I got about three drivers that I drive with… they already fought with the boss telling him they ain’t going to New York City.”
“I don’t know how far across the country this is or how many truckers are going to start denying loads going to New York City, but I’ll tell you what—you f**k around and find out,” he continued.
A new research paper in pre-print circulation at the open access journal Medical & Clinical Research raises the horrifying possibility that certain Covid-19 patients were euthanized during the pandemic.
The research paper has not been peer-reviewed; but it does provide data and documentation that is leading to pointed accusations directed at the National Heath Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom that doctors pursued a deliberate policy of euthanizing certain Covid-19 patients, particularly those patients struggling with pulmonary-respiratory issues.
Excess Deaths in the United Kingdom: Midazolam and Euthanasia in the COVID-19 Pandemic explores the stark lagged correlation between patient injections of the palliative sedative midazolam in certain regions of the United Kingdom and Covid-19 excess mortality rates.
The most striking dataset compares the monthly U.K. England excess deaths with monthly midazolam injections. Reported excess deaths follow upon injections by one month.
‘Shark Tank’ mogul Kevin O’Leary announced he is boycotting New York City following Judge Arthur Engoron’s $355 million ruling against former President Donald Trump. The decision was labeled as “corrupt and baseless” by O’Leary, who criticized both AG Letitia James and Judge Engoron for their roles in the case.
“I’m shocked,” O’Leary told Fox News. “There’s no rationale for it. I can’t even understand or fathom the decision at all.” He extended his criticism towards the state of New York, branding it a “loser state” alongside California due to unfavorable policies, high taxes, and uncompetitive regulation.
“[New York] was already on the top of the list of being a loser state. I would never invest in New York now, and I’m not the only person saying that.” The reality TV star and entrepreneur also highlighted the impact of the ruling on future investments, particularly in high-end data centers, which are a booming asset class in the real estate sector.
For years, California Democrats have been hostile to gun owners. California Democrats frequently attempt to erode Second Amendment rights in the state.
A bill in the Democrat-controlled California State Assembly that was introduced on February 16th, would force homeowners and renters to disclose information about firearms they own. Assembly member Mike Gipson, and State Senator Catherine Blakespear are the two leading California Democrat lawmakers pushing this legislation.
Section 2086 will be an addition to the Insurance Code pertaining to AB-3067.
The questions include information as to the number of firearms in the home, the method of storage, and how many firearms are stored in vehicles on the property. The questions include whether or not the firearms are in locked containers or not.
Russian LNG supplies to Spain have soared whilst France increased by 41% over the year. At the end of 2022, Russia became France’s second-largest natural gas supplier after the United States.
Between January and September 2023, French LNG purchases from Russia were 41% higher than purchases during the same period in 2022, TF1 reports. Despite the sanctions, there is simply nothing to replace Russian gas in France.
Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents omitted nine boxes of potentially classified records, according to Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin).
The senators made the existence of the records public after the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) responded to their oversight queries. NARA reportedly confirming that, at DOJ’s urging, it retrieved the 9 boxes out of concern for the sensitivity of their contents.
NARA further acknowledged to the senators that the FBI had reviewed the contents of the boxes. But it is unclear if NARA or the FBI shared their findings with Hur.
Grassley and Johnson are pressing Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Hur on this “significant factual omission.”
A growing recognition of and antipathy for an entrenched ruling aristocracy with more allegiance to fellow globalists from the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, et al. than to fellow citizens from America’s heartland is causing widespread discussions of how to rid our beloved country of this detestable unaccountable bureaucracy.
There have been murmurs since Obama first spoke of his “fundamental transformation of America”—late 2008 or early 2009—about the potential for civil war in the United States. Polls depict half the country believes that future conflict is likely.
