Ivermectin, a drug initially approved for use in the 1980s, has primarily been recognized for its role in combating parasitic infections, particularly in tropical regions. Given the drug's transformative impact on a myriad of parasitic diseases, its newfound prominence in global conversations warrants a deeper dive into its benefits and potential.

Historical Context and Uses

Originally developed by Merck & Co. in the late 1970s, Ivermectin was first used as a veterinary drug against worms in animals. In humans, its primary utility has been in the treatment of diseases caused by parasitic worms, like onchocerciasis (river blindness) and lymphatic filariasis. Due to its efficacy against these diseases, the World Health Organization (WHO) has listed Ivermectin on its list of essential medicines.

The Pioneers Behind Ivermectin:

The development of Ivermectin was not just a monumental leap in the field of medicine; it was also a testament to the perseverance and innovation of two eminent scientists – Dr. William C. Campbell and Professor Satoshi Ōmura.

Disturbing surveillance footage out of the Bay Area in California shows a serial shoplifter setting a store clerk’s hair on fire with stolen lighter fluid after he tried to stop the alleged thief from stealing.

Suraj — the store clerk who declined to reveal his last name out of fear of being targeted again — is seen on video tussling with Kendall Burton before Burton doused Suraj’s head in lighter fluid on Sept. 22 at the Appian Food and Liquor in El Sobrante, according to a video obtained by CBS News.

In the video, another worker is seen rushing to Suraj’s rescue with a baseball bat seconds before flames consume the clerk’s head after Burton ignites the fluid during the confrontation.

“I tried to cover his hand, but I don’t know. I don’t remember. He just lit the fire on me, you know,” Suraj told the outlet.

“I just rushed to the restroom, and I just splashed water on my face.”

Joe Biden is running for a second term in the White House. To date, however, he has done virtually no campaigning. His wife has attended numerous fundraisers. But with only a year before the general election, Biden is seemingly MIA.

Most of the party is behind Joe, despite terrible approval numbers and growing fears about his age. Biden is facing numerous headwinds against his 2024 aspirations. Cornell West is running as a third-party candidate. And Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is running as a Democrat in the primaries. Now, yet another Democrat leader could spell trouble for Biden’s second term.

From Axios:
Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) said in a podcast released Monday that he’s “considering” challenging President Biden for the Democratic Party’s nomination in 2024…

I am thinking about it. I haven’t ruled it out,” Phillips told political strategist Steve Schmidt on Friday for his podcast, “The Warning.” […]

“I’m concerned that there is no alternative,” he said.

Anyone not believing there is a culture war raging across America only has to look at California as a prime example. Lawmakers in this left-leaning state have repeatedly worked against the constitutional rights of citizens there.

The attacks against American rights and values extends all the way to Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) who this week readied his political hammer to slam down on school districts that dare disobey leftist edicts. Any district that doesn’t bow to laws that force the teaching of leftist ideals will be slammed.

Newsom has openly targeted conservative school districts and sought power from the state legislature to punish communities that don’t align with LGBTQ+ issues and “ethnic” studies.

From Breitbart:
Newsom signed a bill Monday that will enable him to slap fines on local school districts that refuse to obey state edicts on curriculum involving controversial subjects like race, gender, and sexuality.

California’s newest senator is a resident of the state of Maryland.

Democratic Golden State Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Sunday evening that he was tapping Emily’s List president Laphonza Butler to serve out the term of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who died last week at the age of 90.

However, records indicate that Butler has spent recent years far from the constituents she will represent for the next 15 months.

A Federal Election Commission filing from the end of August for the abortion rights advocacy group listed Silver Spring, Md., as Butler’s place of residence.

Individual donation records for Butler further indicated she had not lived in California since at least September 2021, when she was tapped to head up the powerful Democrat-supporting organization.

Bank investigators suspected Hunter Biden was associated with a 'sex trafficking ring' and falsified checks to pay prostitutes, Treasury documents reveal.

Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) reviewed by DailyMail.com show the First Son's accounts were being monitored as late as December 2019, after investigators found payments from Hunter and his companies to a suspected 'Eastern European prostitution ring'.

A previously unreported document, filed to the Department of the Treasury on December 17, 2019 by financial crime investigators at Wells Fargo, picked out 25 individuals linked to the suspected ring and almost $7million of suspicious transactions, some of which included checks from Hunter that they believed may have been falsified to hide his payments to hookers from his business account.

The report, shown to DailyMail.com by a confidential source, said 'Biden has sent money to individuals who may be part of an Eastern European prostitution ring', and that investigators were monitoring 'several [Wells Fargo] customers suspected of participating in a sex trafficking ring associated with Biden'.

Others associated with the ring included women with Russian passports and a China-based company to which money was funneled.

Webmaster addition: If Hunter brought those prostitutes across state lines, that's a violation of the Mann Act!
