Federal officials have leveled a discrimination lawsuit at the Sheetz convenience store chain alleging the company’s use of criminal background checks as a screening mechanism for employees falls afoul of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Although Joe Biden’s Department of Justice says it does not believe the company intended to discriminate, the fact that minority applicants are more likely to have criminal records places Sheetz outside of the law.

This action may seem absurd, but the lawsuit fits well within the logic of existing civil rights law and its standard of “disparate impact.” Sheetz employs a common screening method to protect its customers and employees’ safety, yet the Biden administration has made it clear that criminals’ rights hold more importance.

As Joe Biden faces abysmal polling numbers as he loses support from left-wingers over his support and funding for the Israel war, his administration is now considering extreme measures to keep his power locked in ahead of the 2024 election and beyond.

Are we about to repeat the COVID-style lockdown measures of 2020?

Are we about to see the Democrats claw in an unprecedented and unfair advantage once again and steal the election?

Fox News reported that the Biden White House is now considering defying the Constitution and declaring a climate emergency.

According to Fox guest Marc Morano, a former Republican political aide who runs a climate change skeptic website called ClimateDepot.com, Biden could implement the socialist Green New Deal along with up to 130 measures without approval from Congress.

And don’t forget to add the state capital gains tax: the Biden combined federal-state rate would exceed 50% in many states

President Biden has formally proposed the highest top capital gains tax in over 100 years.

Here is a direct quote from the Biden 2025 budget proposal: “Together, the proposals would increase the top marginal rate on long-term capital gains and qualified dividends to 44.6 percent.”

Yes, you read that correctly: A Biden top capital gains and dividends tax rate of 44.6%.

Under the Biden proposal, the combined federal-state capital gains tax exceeds 50% in many states. California will face a combined federal-state rate of 59%, New Jersey 55.3%, Oregon at 54.5%, Minnesota at 54.4%, and New York state at 53.4%.

The commander of a Palestinian armed group in the occupied West Bank who was thought to have been killed had attended on Sunday the funeral of fighters slain by Israeli forces.

Mohammad Jaber, also known as Abu Shujaa, was believed to have been killed by the Israeli military last week during a nearly 50-hour raid on the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank.

The raid killed at least 14 Palestinians – including a teenager – and wounded several more people, the latest in a series of deadly Israeli incursions in the West Bank since the start of the Gaza war.

But some Israeli media, such as Israel Hayom newspaper, said reports that Abu Shujaa was killed were inaccurate.

Joe Biden is strongly considering granting over one million illegal aliens amnesty by the stroke of a pen just in time for the 2024 Presidential election and amid the worst immigration crisis in American history.

The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that this executive order would grant legalization to illegals married to U.S. citizens who are barred from receiving green cards.

The pro-illegal alien FWD.us notes that 1.1 million illegal aliens are currently married to American citizens.

The Daily Mail reports that the primary reasons these illegals were denied citizenship in these cases are because the individual has repeatedly entered the country illegally or forged legal documentation in the past.

To get around this “problem,” the Biden regime is looking at a so-called “parole in place” program for spouses of U.S. citizens not initially granted citizenship.

This status would ensure illegal aliens could obtain work permits and a path toward U.S. citizenship.

Everyone says that they hate war, and most people really do, yet war has always been a part of human life. Nearly all societies throughout history have engaged in some form of warfare. And for as long as there has been war there have been good people trying to end it. Unfortunately, despite minor successes lasting peace has been a dream that has been impossible to realize. That dream has not died, however, and people continue the fight to end all war. A recent example is the new campaign called World Beyond War (WBW).

At the WBW website, the organizers call for new ideas and ask for feedback on the strategies outlined there. The group’s approach to ending war calls for “defeating the propaganda of war promoters and countering the economic interests of war promoters with alternative economic possibilities.” Furthermore, WBW stresses the need for “a combination of disarmament and investment alternatives.” This means that nations must disarm, stop selling arms, and negotiate disarmament agreements.

A 47-year-old man presented with visual loss in the right eye 8 h after the first dose of a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine developed by Pfizer/BioNTech (BNT162b2). The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/200. Fundus examination showed dilated and tortuous retinal veins at the posterior pole, retinal hemorrhages throughout the fundus, and macular edema. Fluorescein angiography showed multiple hypofluorescent spots that appeared to be fluorescent block due to retinal hemorrhages and hyperfluorescent leakage from the retinal veins. The eye was diagnosed with central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). For the treatment of macular edema, intravitreal injection of aflibercept (IVA) was administered and treated with one plus pro re nata regimen. Five IVAs were performed over a 10-month follow-up period, with resolution of macular edema, and the BCVA recovered to 20/20. The patient was young and had no history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or atherosclerotic diseases, and his blood tests showed no abnormal findings. Both antigen test and polymerase chain reaction test for COVID-19 were negative, and the antibody test was positive due to vaccination. The development of CRVO in this patient may have been related to COVID-19 vaccination, and the appropriate IVA treatment resulted in a good visual prognosis.

Dr. David Morens — a top advisor to Dr. Anthony Fauci when he was at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) — is being asked to hand-over documents from his personal email account related to Covid-19.

Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) of the Coronavirus Pandemic committee made the announcement. Morens has also reportedly agreed to testify in front of the committee at a public hearing later this year.

Recent whistleblower allegations reportedly revealed new, additional evidence that Morens intentionally used his personal email to hide conversations about the origins of Covid-19 and subvert federal transparency laws.

That’s according to the committee.

Recently, Morens’s self-proclaimed “best friend” — EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak — released four document tranches that are said to have confirmed the whistleblower’s allegations. Daszak is at the center of the controversy related to his group’s use of taxpayer dollars to fund risky gain-of-function research at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology where many believe Covid-19 was released.

“Let My People Go” Full Interview: Cyber Expert Harry Haury Reveals How Election Machines Error Rates Violate Federal Law, How Bill Barr Killed Massive Fraudulent Ballot Investigation, and How Konnech’s CCP Ties Have Devastating Consequences

Gateway Pundit continues to release full length interviews from the most censored film in the country “Let My People Go.”

In part 1 of this interview from “Let My People Go,” Cyber Security Expert and Co-Author of the Help America Vote Act, Harry Haury, breaks down how U.S. Election equipment vendors, clerks and Secretaries of State fail to comply with federally mandated error rates for ballots being processed through election tabulators — which only allow one error for every 125,000 ballots. This means virtually none of the states performing risk limiting audits are following HAVA.

Haury explains how the error rates are supposed to mirror stringent standards in the banking industry for check processing. In a surprise to no one, the error rates in elections are not only abysmal, but as a chief author of HAVA, Haury provides his expert opinion that the law has not been followed for nearly two decades. Haury also breaks down the legal deficiencies found under the National Voter Registration Act and his observation of voter rolls having tremendous error rates.

The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case has ordered another round of unsealing of evidence in the case, with the latest batch exposing that one of the Justice Department’s top lawyers went so far as to threaten the attorney of a Trump defendant.

Investigative reporter Julie Kelly revealed the previously redacted story of attorney Stanley Woodward’s meeting with DOJ prosecutor Jay Bratt where they met to discuss the trial of his client and former Trump aide Walt Nauta. According to one of the documents, which corroborates statements by Nauta’s defense team last year, Woodward was cautioned by Bratt against representing his client, and if he proceeded then his application for a judgeship may be tanked.

“Upon Mr. Woodward’s arrival at Main Justice, he was led to a conference room where Mr. Bratt awaited with what appeared to be a folder containing information about Mr. Woodward,” the document reads. “Mr. Bratt thereupon told Mr. Woodward he didn’t consider him to be a ‘Trump lawyer,’ and he further said that he was aware that Mr. Woodward had been recommended to President Biden for an appointment to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.”

“Mr. Bratt followed up with words to the effect of ‘I wouldn’t want to do anything to mess that up,” it goes on.

An immigration watchdog is crying foul after the Elon Musk-owned X, formerly Twitter, banned a post highlighting a problem with illegal migrants registering to vote across the country.

The Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, was informed by X Ads Policy Support that its post that raised the issue was "hate speech" and attacked a "protected group."

The post in question read, "Proof Noncitizens & illegals are a nationwide threat to US Elections! New Website Collection of Evidence at noncitizenvoters.com."

"I think they're objecting to anybody sharing the truth about noncitizen voters. That’s their real motivation. They're like, 'Oh, can’t be talking about that this close to the election,'" ALIPAC founder William Gheen told The Washington Times.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is pushing for the “24-hour monitoring” of the general public using “biometric sensors—on, or even inside their bodies.”

Details of the plan were revealed by Yuval Noah Harari, a senior advisor to the WEF and its founder Klaus Schwab.

According to Harari, a self-described “transhumanist” who is credited as the architect behind the WEF’s anti-human agenda, tracking the public 24/7 will help globalists provide them with “much better healthcare.”

Harari claims that the technology will give Big Tech companies, including Facebook and Google, access to the 24-hour flow of data.

Alarmingly, Harari also suggested that the Chinese Communist Party would “constantly monitor what’s happening” inside the bodies of the general public.

Political commentators and the media noted what happened, with much coverage focusing on the possible mistakes Bragg’s team might have made.

“Did the prosecution comprehend that they just looked silly?” “Their main witness just said that Trump didn’t even think of any of this,” a political analyst from Travis Media Group tweeted after the testimony.

“Pecker effectively testified today that he and Cohen drummed up this scheme, without Trump’s instruction. Not a good day for Alvin Bragg and Joe Biden!!!” Raheem Kassam of the National Pulse tweeted.

Mark Hamill, a veteran actor best known for his portrayal as Luke Skywalker in the original “Star Wars” trilogy, as well as the often criticized Disney trilogy, was roasted by Instagram users on his own page after he opted to post a cringe pro-Biden social media post.

In an Instagram post uploaded last month, Hamill posted a picture of a pro-Biden shirt that features the words “Nope… Not Again” with an image of former President Donald Trump’s hair replacing the O. The post was completed with a caption reading, “I voted for four more years of an Orange-free oval office,” followed by the “BidenHarris2024” hashtag.
