"Free people can say 'no'. Free people can refuse demands for their money, time, and children. Slaves cannot. There is no freedom without the freedom to say 'no'. If someone demands that you do something and you can say 'no' and refuse to do it, then you are a free human being. If you can be forced to do something or surrender something that you do not wish to, then you are a slave. No other test need be applied" -- Michael Rivero

The world economy could be on the brink of collapse once again as the US is barrelling towards another "devastating" financial crash.

The US federal deficit is expected to double to a huge £1.58trillion ($2trillion) this year alone, sending national debt skyrocketing to £26.4trillion ($33trillion).

It has triggered fears that Joe Biden's government will be forced to shut down if they are unable to pass a new budget or stopgap to stem the alarming financial flow.

This comes after the White House pleaded with Congress to accept a short-term funding extension to avoid such a disastrous government shutdown which would come into force in a matter of weeks.

The US is home to the world's largest economy, while the US dollar has been the world's principal reserve currency since the end of World War II and is the most widely used currency for international trade.

The last three men who were charged in a plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer have all been found not guilty. William Null, twin brother Michael Null and Eric Molitor were among the 14 charged in the alleged plot, and all three have been acquitted.

Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr. were convicted of kidnapping conspiracy in 2022. The two were also found guilty of conspiring to obtain a weapon of mass destruction such as a bomb to destroy a bridge near the governor's vacation home.

William and Michael Null as well as Eric Molitor were found not guilty of providing support for a terrorist act and a weapons charge, according to WLNS 6.

The three were accused of supporting the plan's leaders by participating in military-style drills, as well as traveling to see Whitmer’s northern Michigan vacation home.

According to MSNBC, two of the three testified that they took part in these drills but did not know of the plan until the end.

Adam Fox, the co-leader of the plot, was sentenced to 16 years in prison in December of 2022. Government prosecutors had pushed for a life sentence, but the judge said this was "not necessary" to achieve the purposes of providing punishment and deterrence to commit further acts.

Fox and Croft Jr. were convicted in a second trial after a Grand Rapids jury could not reach a unanimous verdict during the first.

William Null testified that he and his brother walked away when talks turned to obtaining explosives. Molitor said Fox was "incredibly dumb" and wouldn’t pull off a kidnapping.

Two others were previously acquitted of charges.

One of the men acquitted, Brandon Caserta, was found to be an anti-Trump anarchist who called the former president a "tyrant" and government employees "your enemy."

"Trump is not your friend, dude,” Caserta said in a vlog with an anarchist flag backdrop. “It amazes me that people actually believe that when he’s shown over and over and over again that he’s a tyrant. Every single person that works for government is your enemy, dude."

Michael Hills, an attorney for Caserta, claimed during the 2021 trial that the FBI told an informant to lie to the people in the group he had infiltrated.

A burglar made a big mistake by challenging an armed homeowner to try and kill him during a home invasion.

The Georgia homeowner confronted the crook in the basement of his property on Thursday, Fayette County Sheriff Barry Babb told WAGA-TV.

Before coming face-to-face with the unwelcome thug, the homeowner had called the police to report an intruder.

The home’s alarm system was also alerting the police about a break-in.

Babb says that the homeowner confronted the intruder in the basement and gave him a warning.

When the criminal refused to back down, the homeowner fired one gunshot and struck the intruder.

The homeowner then took up a position at the top of his staircase on the second story of the home while he waited for police to arrive.

Babb said that the suspect started going up the stairs to attack the homeowner.

The thug then yelled out the homeowner, warning him: “You’re gonna have to kill me.”

As the robber continued to approach, the homeowner was left with no choice but to shoot him a second time.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and other Democrats were loudly booed and heckled at a Friday press conference in New York City.

Fed-up New Yorkers blasted AOC regarding the migrant crisis as NYC continues to overflow with illegal border crossers.

As Slay News recently reported, NYC’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams has even warned that the issue is “destroying the city.”

The Democrats were speaking outside of a hotel in Manhattan that has become a relief center for the migrants.

However, AOC and others were shouted down by protesters chanting, “Send them back!” and “Close the border.”

“My name is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,” the congresswoman told the angry crowd,

“I’m here alongside Representative Adriano Espaillat, and we’re incredibly thrilled and excited to be here…” AOC started saying as the crowd let her have it.

“We have geographic diversity here, including representatives from California, Texas, Illinois, and New Jersey,” she said.

The crowd erupted:

“Close the border,” they yelled.

“Close the border,” the crowd continued chanting.

“Respect the constitution, AOC.

In order to comply with the globalist “Net Zero” climate goals of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and United Nations (UN), taxpayers will need to spend a staggering $75 trillion, a group of leading analysts has revealed.

To put the figure into context, in 2023, it is estimated that the total amount of money in circulation around the world is roughly $40 trillion.

Nevertheless, the public will have to dig even deeper to cover the demands of the global elite to achieve aggressive international “climate change” goals.

The impossible “Net Zero” goals for “carbon emissions” set forth by the United Nations (UN) Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) are expected to be met by 2050.

However, according to a new report from energy consultancy and research firm Wood Mackenzie, investments would need to total $75 trillion to meet the targets.

Retired Ukrainian Major General Sergey Krivonos slammed Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview for presenting inexplicably optimistic reports on the situation at the front. In his words, Zelensky presents the situation “optimistically” even though the expert consensus, except among the most extremist corners in Ukraine and the West, is that the much-lauded counteroffensive has been a catastrophic failure. The failure of the counteroffensive, which has contributed to half a million Ukrainian deaths, will inevitably lead to an eventual diminishing of Western support for Ukraine as financing the war will be a major topic in next year’s US presidential election runup.

“The president speaks optimistically, but I don’t know who writes these texts for him. At certain times, I get worried,” said the retired general.

According to Krivonos, Zelensky speaks about what is happening at the front by using a tone as if Ukrainian forces have practically won. He added that Zelensky should not count on a process of demoralisation among Russian troops and warned that the Russian Army is experienced and well-trained.

The revelation by Krivonos comes after it was recently announced that Ukraine had already lost around half a million troops since the start of the Russian special military operation in February 2022. According to the advisor to the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DRP), Yan Gagin, the numbers were projected through intelligence, open data, and sources.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has claimed the world is transitioning to a new diplomatic order in which Washington must lead the way in overcoming increasing threats from Russia and China.

“One era is ending, a new one is beginning, and the decisions that we make now will shape the future for decades to come,” Blinken said on Wednesday in a speech at John Hopkins University in Washington. He said the “post-Cold War order” ended as “decades of relative geopolitical stability have given way to an intensifying competition with authoritarian powers.”

Those powers are led by Russia and China, Blinken said, adding that “Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine is the most immediate, the most acute threat to the international order.” China poses the biggest long-term challenge, he claimed, because it aspires to reshape the international order and is developing the economic, diplomatic, military and technological power to do so.

Predictably, Joe Biden, along with his advisers, economists, and media mouthpieces, has been embracing what was supposed to be a negative phrase — Bidenomics — and spinning it as something good. But no matter how you try to spin it, portraying Bidenomics as a positive economic force is the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig.

Mark Twain once said (with attribution elsewhere): “There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.” You can pull up all kinds of charts, graphs, and other amalgamations of numbers to try to prove almost any point you want, but that doesn’t replace reality.

You don’t need charts, graphs, economists, or anything else to see what is going on.

Biden is trying to brand Trump’s presidency as MAGAnomics, saying Trump’s fiscal policy was inferior to his own. If we take out the COVID-19 debacle that was so poorly handled but certainly an exceptional situation to be normalized for, and we ask people if they were better off in 2019 or 2023, what do you think the answer would be?

Never mind the administration’s talking points about job “reclamation” or “creation”; when did people have more fear of losing their jobs — today or 2019?

Looking at personal savings, when did Americans have more in their bank accounts? Notably, the personal savings rate was in the high 8% to mid-9% range in 2019. As of July 2023, it was just 3.5%.

When did Americans have more crushing debt loads, today or 2019? Well, we know the answer to that is today, with credit card debt alone exceeding $1 trillion.

Hunter Biden was indicted on three felony gun charges on Thursday. The development, a far cry from the prior sweetheart plea deal, drew scrutiny and raised more questions than answers.

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, for instance, called the indictment a "fig leaf" and urged Americans not to "fall for it."

"Don't fall for it," Ramaswamy said. "This is a fig leaf designed to deflect attention away from the real problem: the Biden family is selling out U.S. foreign policy for their own family’s private financial gain. That's really what’s wrong, and we must hold politicians in both major political parties when they use our foreign policy to enrich their family members."

An increasing number of Christian and conservative organizations say they’re being ‘de-banked.’ Accounts are closed, payment processors are turned off, or some are placed on a donor ‘blacklist.’

According to CBN News, Banking and financial services have become weaponized. Christian and conservative groups labeled ‘high risk’ can be denied financial services, and it’s happening under the cover of federal banking laws.

Among the victims? Indigenous Advance Ministries, which helps orphans and widows in Africa. Its account was closed by Bank of America.

Family Council of Arkansas, which promotes traditional family values, was canceled by JPMorgan Chase. The pro-family Ruth Institute lost its payment processor after being targeted as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

“We received an email saying, ‘We’re not going to do business with you anymore,'” said Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, founder of the Ruth Institute. “My colleague went right then and looked at our bank account and it was gone. The credit card processing was gone.”

And what qualified The Ruth Institute as an alleged “hate group”? Morse says, “The dream of the Ruth Institute is that every child be welcomed into a loving home with their own mother and father married to each other.”

Even the National Committee for Religious Freedom, a multi-faith organization headed by former U.S. Senator and Religious Freedom Ambassador Sam Brownback, had its bank account closed by JPMorgan Chase.

Brownback told us, “I went in to make a deposit at a branch here in Kansas about three or four weeks after we’d opened up the account, I think. And the teller there said ‘That account’s been closed.’ And I go, ‘What?’ and they said, ‘That account’s been closed. Your funds will be being sent to you in a couple of weeks.'”

During Thursday night’s Hannity, host Sean Hannity reacted to the big news of the day: Hunter Biden’s indictment on federal gun charges. He also pointed out one very important tidbit about the charges.

“Three felony accounts against zero-experience Hunter Biden. But interestingly, no tax charges, no money laundering indictments, no FARA violations, or public corruption crimes. Instead, Special Counsel David Weiss indicted Hunter on three gun crimes,” Hannity told his amped-up studio audience.

But then Hannity made an interesting point.

“This gun incident is the only one not connected to his father —in other words, this is the low-hanging fruit.”

A week and a half into the impeachment trial of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the case against the conservative fighter is falling apart in spectacular fashion.

Witness after witness, all called by the House Board of Managers, have testified under oath that they either have no direct evidence against the attorney general or explained that the articles of impeachment were simply untrue.

All this after Rep. Andrew Murr, R-Junction, chief manager, promised the people of Texas that the trial in the Senate would be the place where the supposed evidence of horrific misdeed would be finally brought to light.

Instead of convincing evidence showing that Paxton abused his office beyond a reasonable doubt, those watching the trial have been met with overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The witnesses closest to Paxton, who had the most opportunity to see wrongdoing, have repeatedly testified under oath that they never saw the general do anything wrong or had no evidence to speak of that proved wrongdoing.

For example, the prosecution called Drew Wicker, Paxton’s former personal assistant. Wicker had previously told investigators that he was worried that an Austin-based businessman had paid for renovations to Paxton’s Austin residence, which forms the basis for impeachment Article 10.

However, Wicker explained on the stand that he had never seen any agreement between the two men and even testified that he had not and would never accuse Paxton of bribery. On cross-examination, the defense provided pictures of Paxton’s home from before the 2020 renovations and from August 2023, which showed Wicker that the renovations he had been concerned about never even took place.

The Wisconsin Senate on Thursday voted to fire the administrator of the state's elections commission (WEC) amid frustrations with her handling of the 2020 presidential contest.

Wisconsin was one of a handful of states that drew scrutiny of its elections due to former President Donald Trump's assertions that mass fraud influenced the outcome. WEC Administrator Meagan Wolfe drew particular criticism due to her office, The Hill reported.

The vote to oust her is likely to draw constitutional scrutiny due to questions as to whether Wolfe had been technically nominated to serve another term. Three Republican members of the WEC nominated her while three Democrats abstained. Republicans in the chamber interpreted that decision as a unanimous nomination and subsequently voted that she not continue in the post.

Democrats, meanwhile, contend that the Senate vote was illegitimate. Gov. Tony Evers has directed the state Department of Justice to support Wolfe and argue for her maintaining her post.

Do Not Declare a “Climate Emergency”

Rising CO2 levels are:

  1. Not dire: Humans are safer from climate than ever.
  2. Not temporary: They will rise for decades.
  3. Not in our control: We emit 1/7 of CO2—and falling.

“Climate emergency” declaration = endless dictatorship

  • As many leaders obsess about summer temperatures that are predictably a little warmer than they used to be—given the gradual warming trend and El Nino year—we are hearing more calls for the Biden Admin to declare a “climate emergency.”

This would be a catastrophic decision.

  • A government “emergency” declaration is a temporary increase in power that should only be used if a problem meets 3 criteria:

    • Dire: Unusually deadly
    • Temporary: Of limited duration
    • In our control: Actually solvable by our government

“Climate emergency” is none of these.

All is fair in politics and impeachment. This time, it is the Democrats’ feathers that are ruffled.

As House Speaker Kevin McCarthy officially announced the House’s intention to investigate President Joe Biden, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi must have regretted her decision to forgo a House impeachment vote in 2019 in the case of President Trump. So excited was she to commence an inquiry leading to a Trump impeachment, she forgot herself, it seems.

Now, the Democrats are getting their just deserts. As Pelosi so flippantly dismissed McCarthy’s formal request for an impeachment inquiry vote back then, McCarthy is now doing the same to the former speaker and her Democratic counterparts. President Joe Biden’s fate is now at the mercy of a Republican majority.

McCarthy is demonstrating the danger of using momentary power advantageously to both parties. Unfortunately, for the Democrats, it’s their turn to squirm. With the pressure he is receiving from his own party, he’s not backing down.
