According to the Brookings Institution, “There is no evidence that mail ballots increase electoral fraud.” USA Today purports to “fact check” the “False claim that mail-in voting is connected to bad actors, fraudulent ballots.” The Brennan Center for Justice informs us, “Extensive research reveals that fraud is very rare.”

While it’s important not to make claims about the existence of voter fraud you can’t prove, what’s also true is that nearly all of the analyses dismissing concerns about voter fraud and mail-in ballots rest on a logical fallacy: The absence of evidence is evidence of absence. In other words, the assumption is that voter fraud is not happening because there are very few criminal convictions related to voter fraud. Republicans, however, have long contended that those governing the areas where voter fraud is most likely to occur — Democrat-run cities with a high density of votes — have no incentive to root out and prosecute voter fraud because they benefit from it politically.

With that in mind, what just happened in the Democratic primary in Bridgeport, Connecticut is pretty incredible, and so far, a cursory search shows there’s not a single story from a national news outlet about it. Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim just won the Democratic primary, effectively securing his seventh term as mayor of the largest city in Connecticut. However, his Democratic opponent — John Gomes, a city employee fired by Ganim earlier this year — isn’t conceding. He claims Ganim stole the election by tampering with mail-in ballots, and he’s released video he claims proves that’s what happened.

On Monday, two elderly pro-life activists, 73-year-old Jean Marshall and 74-year-old Joan Bell, were convicted for violating the Federal Civil Rights Conspiracy and Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for obstructing access to an abortion clinic in northwest Washington, D.C. 41-year-old Jonathan Darnel was also convicted.

"The defendants each face up to a maximum of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $350,000," the Department of Justice said in a release. "U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, who presided over the trial, ordered the defendants immediately detained as required by statute. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date."

"As the evidence at trial showed, the defendants engaged in a conspiracy to create a blockade at the reproductive health care clinic to prevent the clinic from providing, and patients from receiving, reproductive health services," the DOJ said. "As part of the conspiracy, Marshall and Bell traveled to the Washington, D.C. area to meet with Darnel and participate in a clinic blockade that was directed another co-conspirator and was broadcast on Facebook."

Illinois has become the first state in the U.S. to entirely abolish cash bail starting today, September 18, 2023, a massive win for criminals.

The Gateway Pundit reported in July that the Illinois Supreme Court upheld the Pretrial Fairness Act provision of the Safety, Accountability, Equity, Transparency-today Act, meaning that cash bail will be eliminated in Illinois in 60 days.

The elimination of cash bail in Illinois was set to go into effect on Sunday, January 1, 2023, but the state’s highest court halted the reform.

Democrats in Illinois passed a new law to eliminate the cash bail system. The new law aimed at reforming the state’s criminal justice system.

This will result in the release on no bail while awaiting court date of those accused of certain felonies, such as “second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson without bail, as well as drug-induced homicide, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravated fleeing and eluding, drug offenses and threatening a public official.”

The Wall Street Journal editorial board released an opinion article on Friday conceding that there is, in fact, enough evidence for an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden despite countless liberal media organizations attempting to paint it as a purely political attack on the aging Democrat.

On Monday morning, the official House Oversight Committee X/Twitter account shared the article, calling it a must-read while highlighting a specific portion of the article.

“But there’s plenty of evidence that son Hunter and others in the Biden family received millions of dollars from foreign partners who believed they were buying influence with his father,” the article read. “The House has good reason to follow these leads about a President who is asking to remain in office for another four years.”

“Kentucky Rep. James Comer, the House Oversight Chairman, this week outlined the evidence that Republicans have already gathered,” it continued. “It’s some list.”

Layah Heilpern, a journalist and media presenter, and the host of The Layah Heilpern Show on YouTube, released the information on Monday afternoon via her Telegram account.

The back and forth began on Instagram, when Heilpern reached out to interview Cuban in 2021 on the topic of cryptocurrency, a shared interest of both individuals.

Heilpern, who remains outspoken against the mRNA experimental gene therapy injections, offered to bring Cuban on for a debate on bitcoin and digital tokens.

Shocking details have been revealed as part of the investigation into the Rocky River School District principal who was placed on administrative leave in June after a complaint was filed by the parent of a former high school student. 

Dr. Heath Horton continues to be on leave from his post as Kensington Intermediate School principal and is barred from school district properties during the investigation. 

Earlier this week, the Rocky River Police Department released a redacted 66-page report detailing a long series of text messages between the 42-year-old Horton and 17 former students with ages ranging from 17 to 23. In those messages, Horton said "we can never share our relationship through education." He said he had to be viewed "as their uncle or family friend."

From June 27, 2022 to May 11, 2023, Horton sends several text messages to a male asking for sexual videos. One interaction outlined in the report has Horton saying, "Don't tease me with a three-second video. I want a longer video." He adds, "Get me a good nut on face or ass vid/pic."

So, they go into the bacteria they replicate there, they replicate antibiotic-resistant genes…it can cause sepsis, it can cause cancer, all sorts of issues.”

A missile strike on the city of Kostiantynivka in eastern Ukraine on September 6 killed at least 15 civilians and injured over 30 others. The missile struck a market, causing extensive damage to windows and walls. President Volodymyr Zelensky quickly blamed Russian “terrorists” for the attack, but evidence collected and analyzed by the New York Times suggests that the strike was actually caused by an errant Ukrainian air defense missile fired by a Buk launch system. The missile appears to have veered off course, with Ukrainian authorities now claiming they are investigating the incident.

Witness accounts and evidence, including missile fragments, satellite imagery, and social media posts, indicate the missile that hit the market in Kostiantynivka came from Ukrainian-held territory, not from behind Russian lines. Security camera footage shows four pedestrians turning their heads towards the incoming missile, facing the camera and the direction of Ukrainian-held territory. The missile’s reflection is also visible as it passes over two parked cars, confirming its northwestern trajectory. The timing of two surface-to-air missile launches from the town of Druzhkivka, just minutes before the strike, coincides with the timeframe for the missile that hit the market. The launches were witnessed by residents and recorded by a member of the New York Times team.

At the time, global media outlets include the Times itself blindly reiterated Zelensky’s false claims.

Officials at the Joint Base Charleston announced Monday evening that debris from the F-35 fighter jet that went missing on Sunday has been found in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.

In a series of posts to X, formerly Twitter, the military base said that parts of the missing aircraft were located roughly two hours north of Joint Base Charleston with the help of local authorities and the Marine Corps Air Station in Beaufort, South Carolina.

"Members of the community should avoid the area as the recovery team secures the debris field," read the statement shared online. "We are transferring incident command to the [U.S. Marine Corps] this evening, as they begin the recovery process."

The aircraft—an F-35B Lightning II stealth fighter jet used in atraining squadron with the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing—was reported missing on Sunday after it was "involved in a mishap," military officials said in a previous statement. Members of the Joint Base Charleston said that the pilot on board "ejected safely and was transferred to a local medical center in stable condition."

In the past, the film industry was perhaps the only industry (besides politics) in which abject failure has been met with consumer empathy and largesse.  Ever since the days of the Great Depression, the American public has wanted Hollywood to succeed; to continue to entertain us with tales of adventure and drama.  For if Hollywood survived, so did people's hopes for American culture.  

There was an era when Hollywood celebrities and film creators were treated as a kind of modern royalty, a representation of the heights to which the average person could strive and “make it big.”  The glitz and the glamour were viewed as the culmination of the American dream.  But as with all fantasies, the story must end and reality must return.  Was the movie business always a farce?  Yes.  However, it was a farce that the public held up even in the worst of times as something of value; something more than frivolity.  

In the spans of around 7 years Hollywood has lost every ounce of social capital they had gained in the past century.  That takes an epic level of ignorance and arrogance.  It takes criminal levels of malicious intent and an unprecedented display of stupidity.  The populace was willing to put up with almost any level of degeneracy from Tinsel Town as long as they could make compelling movies, and yet, they couldn't even do that.

Today, the consequences of their hubris are punching them right in the nether regions as the business collapses in on itself.  And this time, no one seems to care.  In fact, many people are cheering their inevitable demise.

In the past 4 years alone theaters across the country have seen a 50% plunge in box office attendance.  Meaning, the industry somehow lost half its consumer base from 2019 to 2023.  The media attempted to play down the crash as a symptom of the covid pandemic, but the fact is that the decline started well before the lockdowns, the closures in red states ended quickly, and some movies (such as Spider-Man: No Way Home and Top Gun: Maverick) had explosive success while most other films lost hundreds of millions of dollars in the midst of the covid hype.

It should be noted that a large percentage of celebrities and Hollywood corporate interests supported and promoted the covid lockdowns.  They also joined the online lynch mobs seeking to shame and destroy anyone who defied the mandates.  Now they're pretending like none of that ever happened, but the public has not forgotten.    

Cars with foreign plates have been showing up in Africa in staggering numbers, with the majority hailing from Canada and the United States.

A whopping 80 percent of stolen vehicles in Canada are said to leave the country's ports and most end up in countries like Ghana.

Authorities have also noticed an increase in the number of stolen cars departing the United States for West Africa. An ongoing investigation has seized cars at major shipping ports like New Jersey and Baltimore.

In August, Homeland Security said it had already seized about 300 stolen vehicles at the Port of Newark this year, marking a a 32 percent increase from last year.

Many vehicles are carjacked, a process that is becoming easier with push-to-start technology. Syndicates will retag a stolen car by altering its Vehicle Identification Number, or VIN, a unique serial number.

The international gangs may then obtain a counterfeit Certificate of Title, which serves as the official proof of ownership, to match the new VIN. The cars are then sold to people who will ship them overseas.

Simply put, Bidenomics is borrowing trillions from China, to spend on a green new deal and to enrich China and its U.S. and international supporters.  As part of this green new deal, cut off as much oil and gas production in the U.S. as possible to drive prices higher.

In addition, part of the green new deal is to enact a host of regulations on everything, including alcohol, beer, cars, ceiling fans, fertilizer, gas stoves, lawnmowers, light bulbs, plastics, vaccinations, etc.  Essentially regulate for the American people everything from alcohol to zoos.

And, as they are spending and splitting trillions and they have raised prices on everything, they have put a few programs together that might save the American people millions.  Remember, trillions for them, millions for the rest of us.

Open the border, and allow millions of illegal aliens into the country to supply cheap labor.

Stigmatize white Americans into unemployment just for being white.

Therefore, money is drying up for corporations that embrace it, and the cash they dole out to downstream institutions, such as universities, think tanks, activist groups, and big white-shoe foundations. The Bud Light fiasco pretty well shows what happens to those who dive in to embrace woke.

It's not just scandal-plagued groups like Black Lives Matter, which has done little but riot in cities (hitting black-owned businesses hard) and feather its leaderships' nests, that has suddenly seen both a drop in public support and incoming funds.

Now it's the fancy stuff, the university think tanks, such as Boston University's Center for Antiracist Research, led by Ibram X. Kendi, which is seeing big layoffs.

In what critics are denouncing as a full-on assault on parental rights, California has passed a battery of bills that all take aim at families who disagree with gender ideology.

The schedule of pro-“trans” legislation includes AB 957, AB 665, AB 5, and AB 1078, all of which have passed in both houses of the state legislature. The related SB 407 passed in May in the State Senate by a landslide margin. It is currently being considered by the State Assembly. 

In a commentary piece for The Daily Signal, Tyler O’Neil called the series of bills a “transgender inquisition,” remarking, “‘We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children’ might as well become the new slogan of the Golden State.”
