Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake (R) excoriated Maricopa County leadership over reports of vote tabulation machines breaking down.
“I don’t like the embarrassment of every election having problems. I hope you don’t either,” she told reporters at a press conference Tuesday afternoon.
“Within minutes of the polls opening up, I started getting people calling, voters in tears, calling my personal number, saying ‘What’s going on? The tabulators aren’t working. They told me to put my my ballot into a box and they would drive it downtown to county,'” Lake said. “This is not normal stuff. We don’t have to have elections run this way.”
“They got to fix this problem. This is incompetency,” she added. “I hope it’s not malice.”
That line prompted NBC News’ Vaughn Hilliard to lash out: “To be clear, the lines are not acceptable. At the same time, there is no evidence to suggest this is not going to be an accurate election.”
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told cheering supporters late Tuesday that they would wake up to see Democrats and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the minority, on a night when a forceful 'red wave' hadn't materialized.
In a normal time, in a normal country, voters would reject record gas prices, record inflation, record crime rates, war and corruption.
But not today.
Once again, Democrats proved they can survive anything as long as they have their fraud.
Americans reject every single dish the Democrats served. Yet, Democrats shocked Americans on Tuesday to win the US Senate, steal battleground states, and possibly keep the US Congress in Nancy Pelosi’s control, one of the most corrupt and dishonest politicians in US history.
You all know what happened next. In a never-before-seen development in American politics, counting in key states went on for days on end. Over the course of those extra days, Trump’s leads in Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania shrank and then vanished. Legal efforts to block what was unfolding and contest certain questionable ballots went nowhere, and on January 20, it was Joe Biden who took the oath of office.
Republicans have rightly complained about evidence of fraud, whether it was mysterious pauses in counting, unmonitored ballot drop boxes, or mass harvesting of mailed-out ballots. But the truth is, if there was a steal, it was one that the GOP enabled through its own incompetence.
China’s state-run Global Times propaganda outlet predicted on Wednesday that Republican control of the U.S. House of Representatives was “highly likely to trigger an impeachment” against leftist President Joe Biden.
Democratic consultant and political commentator James Carville said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that former President Donald Trump was the reason Democrats did not lose up to 57 seats in the House of Representatives.
Webmaster addition: The reason the Dems did not lose those seats is simple. Because nobody fixed the cheat in 2020, the Democrats felt emboldened to cheat again!
The voters of Uvalde County soundly rejected Texas Democrat gubernatorial candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke Tuesday despite making the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School a central theme of his campaign.
In a shocking turn of events, data analysts at Fox News have called the gubernatorial race in Arizona for Stacey Abrams.
"Yes, we are aware that Stacey Abrams isn't even running in Arizona, but we have top analysts working on this and the data does not lie," said Fox News polling expert Arnon Mishkin. "Stacey Abrams is your new governor. The election is over. You can all go home now. Goodnight!"
Poll workers were reporting pandemonium at several key voting locations as voting machines mysteriously stopped working, but the chaos immediately subsided after they announced that Abrams had won so there was no need to vote.
"Whew! I thought I was going to have to wait in line all day for them to fix the machines, but then Fox News called the election! What a relief!" said one local voter who asked not to be named. "Thanks, Fox News!"
At publishing time, Fox had also revealed that Joe Biden had been elected governor of Georgia.
Western intelligence services played a key role in organizing mass riots in Iran and spreading further disinformation about the situation in the country, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said on Wednesday.
“We note the key role of Western intelligence services in organizing mass riots in Iran and the subsequent dissemination of misinformation about the situation in the country through the Persian-speaking Western media controlled by them. We perceive this as blatant interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state,” Patrushev said at a meeting with Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) of Iran Ali Shamkhani in Tehran, as cited by the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper.
On September 16, a series of protests against the current political regime of Iran broke out throughout the country. Riots were ignited by the reports of the death of a 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who had been arrested by morality police for wearing a hijab improperly.
U.S. professional basketball star Brittney Griner was moved to a forced labor camp in Russia, her attorneys said Wednesday.
Griner, 32, was sentenced in August to nine years in prison after she was found guilty on drug possession charges for carrying cannabis vape cartridges at a Moscow-area airport.
Her legal team said Friday they do not know where the WNBA player is, nor do they know where she will be placed after she left the detention center Friday for a penal colony, the Associated Press reported.
They will be notified when she reaches her final destination but such transfers take days.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said early Wednesday morning that President Biden "has directed the Administration to prevail on her Russian captors to improve her treatment and the conditions she may be forced to endure in a penal colony" as the U.S. works to secure her release.
Comedian and former Democratic Congressman Al Franken said he was worried that Republicans would investigate Hunter Biden and impeach President Joe Biden if they took control of Congress in the midterm elections.
Authorities released the name of the teenage suspect believed to be involved in the atrocious slayings of two North Carolina teens in September, the New York Post reported. According to a report, the suspect released rap songs online that described the murders.
Although a red wave did not flood the nation as foretold, Republicans nevertheless made a significant splash Tuesday night. What follows is a rundown of the results as they stand early Wednesday morning.
If you’re too scared to vote because someone across the street has their phone out and the camera is pointed toward the voting ballot drop box, then maybe you are up to no good and simply don’t want to be caught. Democrats call this phenomenon (syndrome) ‘voter intimidation,’ much like if you filmed a bank robber going into a bank and then coming out after robbing it, suddenly the person videotaping is the criminal, not the actual criminal committing a crime. How about, then should all security cameras everywhere be banned by Democrats? Or maybe ban all police body cams?
Democrats are the ultimate election deniers who cried about Russian collusion conspiracies for 4 years, now it’s “voter intimidation” and “voter suppression”
How quickly the narrative for the Democrats changes, as if nobody remembers their hypocrisy that lasted 4 LONG years, when they suffered ‘election denial’ claiming somehow everything Russian caused an upside down election. Now it’s “election deniers” if you challenge any election, since the ‘Demon Dems’ figured out how to cheat on the grandest scale.
Update (1535ET): Former President Trumphas called for protests over voting irregularities across the country.
"The Absentee Ballot situation in Detroit is REALLY BAD. People are showing up to Vote only to be told, “sorry, you have already voted," Trump wrote on Truth social. "This is happening in large numbers, elsewhere as well. Protest, Protest, Protest!"

... the mass layoff wave has finally come to the even-better paid Wall Street where, as Bloomberg reports, Citigroup is the first bank to eliminate dozens of jobs across its investment banking division this week.
A Georgia judge on Monday agreed to have the ballot return deadline extended for about 1,000 Cobb County absentee voters who didn’t have their requested mail ballots sent out by elections officials.
The consent order (pdf) from Cobb County Superior Court Judge Kellie Hill means that the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration will send replacement ballots to the 1,046 affected voters overnight on Monday.
It also means that the absentee ballots have a return deadline of Nov. 14, although the ballots must be postmarked and out in the mail by Election Day, Nov. 8, to be counted.
Nov. 15 is the date that counties in Georgia, a battleground state, must certify their election results.
