Thought for the day
"No one can terrorize a whole nation, unless we are all his accomplices." -- Edward R. Murrow, broadcast journalist
Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) kept up to $100,000 in rental income during the coronavirus pandemic despite calling on Congress to cancel rent, according to her most recent financial disclosures.
Rep. Liz Cheney’s (R-WY) husband, Philip Perry, is partner at a law firm that represents Hunter Biden in the Department of Justice’s grand jury probe regarding “tax issues.”
Newly-announced “Fox News Sunday” anchor Shannon Bream took to Twitter to celebrate her most recent career move — and she shared a dose of humility that helped to get her to where she is today.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation seized Trump records that fell under executive privilege and attorney-client privilege, according to an exclusive Fox News report that broke on late Saturday.
“The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News, adding that the Justice Department opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records,” the report stated.
“Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege,” the report added.
On Monday, the FBI executed an overly broad search warrant to find both classified and unclassified information at Donald Trump’s estate at Mar-A-Lago. The Feds carried off 15 boxes of items, as listed in a manifest, allegedly including 11 sets of ‘classified’ materials.
Prior to becoming the judge who signed off on the Mar-a-Lago search warrant, Bruce Reinhart was an attorney representing Jeffrey Epstein's employees. Yes, that Jeffrey Epstein. This fact was noted first by Miranda Devine at the New York Post before spreading like wildfire across the internet, sparking a hysterical meme. But Twitter, ever willing to spoil fun, has demanded the meme maker take it down, under penalty of account suspension.
The image was clearly marked as a meme, and the account clearly marked as a meme account. But Twitter has no sense of humor. "It is crazy that they are suspending political art and calling it misinformation!" @WhatIMemeToSay told The Post Millennial. "It says right in my bio that I am a digital art creator/meme creator."
"Delete Tweet," Twitter informed account @WhatIMemeToSay. The tweet was reported for "Violating the policy on promoting synthetic or manipulated media that are likely to cause harm. You may not share deceptively altered media on Twitter in ways that mislead or deceive people about the media's authenticity where threats to physical safety or other serious harm may result."
@WhatIMemeToSay had no intentions of the meme being considered anything other than in jest. "Basically," @WhatIMemeToSay told The Post Millennial, "since the judge used to be an Epstein lawyer I thought it would be funny to put the judge body on Epstein’s body getting a foot massage from Maxwell. I posted it as a quote tweet to the original photo so everyone can see the reference. It took off as a real photo & everyone left out that it was a QT showing the original photo."
One of the personal attorneys for former President Donald Trump is demanding to know why the judge who signed the warrant to search his private house had recused himself from a lawsuit against 2016 Democrat Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton.
The attorney, Alina Habba, said that this judge recused himself from the former president’s lawsuit against Clinton this year when she spoke to Fox News host Jesse Watters on Friday, The Daily Mail reported.
“They needed a little drama, so they throw this out there. They go to the judge that had recused himself in my Hillary case a month ago,” she said.
“I would like to know why he recused himself in that case, but then he was able to sign this warrant. I want to know that,” she said.
It was on June 22 when Judge Bruce W. Reinhart recused himself from the Trump lawsuit against Clinton.
Then, six weeks later, the same judge signed the warrant to search Mar-a-Lago.
"The Cradel" Indian companies are switching from the US dollar to Asian currencies to pay for Russian coal imports, according to documents reviewed by Reuters.
Steelmakers and cement manufacturers in India have been using the UAE dirham, Hong Kong dollar, Chinese yuan, and euro to pay for Russian coal in recent weeks.
Last month, Russia became India’s third-largest coal supplier after the South Asian giant dumped the greenback to secure deals, with imports surging to a record 2.06 million tons.
In June, Indian buyers paid for at least 742,000 tons of Russian coal using currencies other than the US dollar, equaling 44 percent of the 1.7 million tons of Russian imports that month.
The death business is booming in the age of the vaccines, unlike when funeral homes and hospitals were empty during the “pandemic.” The aftermath of destruction and death after being injected with the COVID-19 vaccines is far more severe than anyone could have predicted.
While the fact-checkers are hard at work making sure the official narrative gets out, others are sounding the alarms about these shots and what they have done to humanity. Sadly, one segment of the economy is now booming, and that’s the death business.
North America’s leading provider of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services says business is booming ever since the COVID-19 “vaccines” were introduced under Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed. Between 2020 and 2021 when Donald “father of the vaccine” Trump paved the way for a quick and highly profitable launch of the injections, Service Corporation International (SCI), which handles some 450,000 corpses per year, saw a massive increase in earnings, according to to report by Natural News.
“Funerals are a solid but slow-growth business, and the trend toward cremations hasn’t helped,” writes Alex Berenson on his Substack. “But between 2019 and 2021, SCI’s earnings per share more than doubled, from $1.90 to $4.57.”
For a very long time, Disney films were Rated-(Golly)G promotions of America’s most conservative values. But times have changed, and the company has kept up. In fact, it may have run substantially ahead.
Apropos of evolution, a cast addition to an upcoming Marvel series has been announced.
As reported by EOnline, “Shea Couleé is bringing her charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent to [Disney’s] Marvel Cinematic Universe.”
You might remember Shea from another show:
The RuPaul’s Drag Race star has landed a role in the upcoming Disney+ series Ironheart, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. And that’s a BFD.
Even though there were many warning signs that the drinking water in Illinois is tainted with “forever chemicals” that can stay in a person’s body for years and cause cancer and other diseases, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency didn’t begin testing the state’s water utilities for the chemicals until August 2020.
This is according to a new investigation by the Chicago Tribune, which reported that even after finding out the results, state and local officials downplayed them, “burying notices filled with technical jargon on government websites.”
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances — known as PFAS — are long lasting chemicals found in many different consumer, commercial, and industrial products that break down very slowly over time.
The most mind-blowing of these tweets is by Reich, who should know better. If I were Trump, I absolutely would fundraise off being investigated under the Espionage Act. By pursuing him under this provision, the Justice Department just did Trump the mother of all favors, adding his name to a list of some of the most famous political martyrs in our history.
“Ellsberg, Hale, Winner, Snowden, Assange, and now Trump,” Gabriel Shipton, brother of Julian Assange said this morning. “Incredible.”
Maybe Reich can’t see how this will play politically, or doesn’t care, but anyone thrilled at the prospect of trying to prosecute a former president under the Espionage Act has blacked out the recent history of this law. How much does this Act suck, and shame us all? Let’s count the ways.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new maritime doctrine that stamps a significant warning on the United States. This new legislation spells out the “dangers” of the US Navy and its “course to naval dominance.”
Putin signed the 55-page document before he gave his speech at the Russian Navy Day in St. Petersburg. The port city of Saint Petersburg, sitting right on the Baltic Sea, represents a Russian area that feels threatened by the USA and the NATO.
Russian news agency Tass explained the thinking behind the document: “Russia will be ramping up the Navy’s operational capabilities to ensure national security and protect its interests in the World Ocean, as follows from the new Maritime Doctrine.”
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) is demanding that the documents supporting the application for a search warrant for President Donald Trump’s Florida home be released to the public. He is also calling on FBI Director Christopher Wray to provide answers about the raid on Mar-a-Lago that saw several boxes of documents removed by federal agents.
Grassley, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, sent Wray a letter containing a list of questions about the first-ever federal search of a former president’s residence.
The documents that have been released so far indicate that the Justice Department was seeking documents that Trump allegedly removed from the White House when he left office last year.
Many Americans can remember now-former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) from the 2020 Democratic primary election.
On the debate stage, Gabbard called out then-presidential candidate Kamala Harris for her history of locking people up over marijuana possession, despite previous admissions to smoking marijuana herself.
After being called out, Harris appeared visibly shaken, accusing Gabbard of betraying Democrats due to appearing on Fox News and criticizing former President Obama.
After Gabbard pointed out Harris’ track record of imprisoning people over marijuana possession, Harris fell in the polls and her presidential campaign tanked. Eventually, this led Harris to join Joe Biden’s campaign as his vice presidential candidate.
Today, Gabbard has remained active in politics, calling out the Biden administration and the dangers of wokeness. Although as much as this displeased the left, Democrats are now even angrier with Gabbard over a different matter.
The road to full-blown tyranny in the US, to abolition of what remains of greatly eroded freedoms, is well advanced.
Fourth US President, James Madison, once said the following:
“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands…is the definition of tyranny.”
According to Jefferson, “those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.”
Montesquieu said that “(t)here is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.”
All of the above and what relates to it reflects disturbing reality in the US today.
THE COMING GLOBAL REVOLT: A HANDFUL OF NOBS VERSUS EVERYBODY ELSE
The positive aspects derive from the miscalculations of the elites discussed in the article and from the exponential growth of the grass roots liberation and unity movement they have catalysed.
In short, too many people have seen what lies behind the propaganda curtain and from here on the world is going to change for the better.
It is not the degraded sociopathic utopian tinkerers and self-appointed herdsmen of a bovine humanity who will be pulling us out of the digital/biochemical Dark Age and building our new civilisation. It will by you and I and millions like us, my friend.
The so-called elite, the planet’s covert and insidious monied aristocracy, on the other hand, is a dying monster, dangerous only in its death throes due to its thrashing tail.
More and More Are Seeing Through the Lies
As Amnesty International confirms the inconvenient truths, which many independent journalists and political observers already knew, about the Ukrainian army’s behavior in Donbass, it’s worth examining how manipulating the truth has become—not only an everyday occurrence but a central element of the West’s proxy war in Ukraine.
An increasing number of mainstream journalists, commentators and ordinary individuals who had rushed to “Stand with Ukraine ” are finding the inconvenient truths about the Zelensky regime and its Army harder and harder to ignore.
It was the icon of American democracy, President Abraham Lincoln that said “You can fool part of the people some of the time, you can fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time.” Of course, even though Lincoln’s astute observation has been widely misquoted, it certainly has a particular resonance when we consider the recent misadventures and persistent foreign policy failures of his beloved United States.

Most particularly are American efforts to maintain an increasingly skeptical public’s support for its faltering and hugely costly geopolitical ambitions in Ukraine.
Students and staff in the School District of Philadelphia will be required to wear face masks for the first 10 days of the upcoming school year.
A Georgia man called 911 to complain about getting cold fries from McDonald's on Friday. However, the man seems to have forgotten that he is a murder suspect on the run from police. Bodycam video shows the man eating pavement instead of fast food.
Conservatives posted plenty of barbs on Twitter in reaction to the news that CNN chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin was leaving the network.
The Idaho state Supreme Court will allow the state’s abortion laws to take effect.
The mass exodus sparked by the August 2021 Taliban takeover compelled Afghanistan’s new rulers to issue a call for Afghans to stay and help rebuild the country. But after a year of Taliban rule, the economy is in tatters, confidence has been shattered, and Afghanistan’s best and brightest are not returning – they’re fleeing in droves.
A few days before her interview with a US university admissions officer, Huma Usyan went to her local internet service provider in Kabul to try to ensure her connection would not be cut during the much-anticipated online meeting.
It comes as G7 nations, fearing a nuclear catastrophe, called on Moscow to withdraw its forces from the plant.
Ukraine and Russia have traded accusations over multiple recent incidents of shelling at the Zaporizhzhia facility, Europe's largest nuclear power plant. Russian troops captured the station early in the war.
Five Americans, including a family from New York, were among the eight victims wounded when a gunman opened fire at a bus full of Jewish worshippers on their way home from Jerusalem's Western Wall at the end of Sabbath this morning.
The shooting happened as the bus waited in a parking lot near David's Tomb on Mount Zion, just outside the Old City walls.
The U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Tom Nides, confirmed in a tweet that American citizens were among the wounded, and added that he has spoken with the families and continuing to monitor the situation.'
