Thought for the day
"If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear." -- George Orwell
The Biden Administration has proposed a new rule to use Title IX, the federal ban on sex discrimination in federally funded education, to advance its radical transgender and non-binary ideologies, unconstitutionally stifle dissent, and abrogate due process at American schools and universities.
The proposed rule expands the activities subject to discipline under Title IX and, except for members of teachers’ unions, eviscerates due process protections for those accused of violating the new expansive definition of “sexual discrimination,” even if the alleged violation has nothing to do with the university’s mission and occurs outside the United States. Because the enforcement sections of the rule incorporate similar Obama-era rules that have been rejected by hundreds of courts, the Biden administration knows its rule is unconstitutional and unlawful.
Enacted as part of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX provides that:
“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
In its 1979 opinion Cannon v. University of Chicago, the Supreme Court explained that the objective of Title IX is to “avoid the use of Federal resources to support discriminatory practices” and to “provide individual citizens effective protection against those practices.” In 1972, women comprised 43 percent of college students and generally less than a quarter of professional and graduate students.
Today's DNA testing services such as "23andMe" allow for normal people to provide a saliva sample which is tested in a lab.....and voila!....your ancestry can be broken down into percentages with quite accurate results.
My sister had it done, and the results were what we'd thought they'd be based on what we knew about the ethnicity of our parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. So how simple would it be for today's Ashkenazi Jews to take such a test en masse to determine their percentage of Semitic heritage, and thus verify their claim on Israel?
Well, that's been done already, and it's not surprising we haven't heard much about these studies.
Dr. Areilla Oppenheim of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, conducted the first comprehensive DNA study of Israelis and Palestinians in 2001. She concluded that Ashkenazi Jews were of Mongolian 40% and Turkish 40% genome.
There was no Semitic blood connecting them to the original Middle Eastern Hebrews of 4,000 years ago in Jerusalem or Biblical territory. Jews were found to be more closely related to groups in the north of the Fertile Crescent (Kurds, Turks, and Armenians) than to their Arab neighbors.
A deputy for Emmanuel Macron has put forward a radical constitutional bill aiming to grant voting rights to all foreigners in French municipal elections, with the move earning harsh criticism from conservatives who warn the entire country’s future faces dire consequences if such a bill passes.
Currently, only foreigners residing in France from the European Union have the right to vote in these types of elections. However, Sacha Houlié, an MP in the French city of Vienne for Emmanuel Macron’s Renaissance party — which was recently rebranded from La République En Marche! (LaREM) — says foreigners should not only be able to vote but also run for elected office.
But some parents, particularly mothers, seem to be whole-heartedly embracing the idea that their children are fully capable of deciding what sex they are — and some even encourage such behavior, as evidenced by recent news stories.
In June, the Today Show ran a story about a nine-year-old boy who believes he is a girl. His mother can be seen mouthing her son’s words as he answered the reporter’s questions as if she knew what he was going to say ahead of time.
Europe has been suffering through a drought of historic proportions, but with water being rationed across the region. As a result, climate activists are taking aim at golf courses.
France is in the midst of its fourth heat wave as authorities claim that it is the worst drought in modern history, the Associated Press reported last week.
Authorities are beginning to issue water rationing, and farmers are already reporting drops in the production of soy, sunflower, and corn, the AP added.
Unfortunately, the heat wave is also bringing wildfires that have become difficult to deal with. Wildfires in northern Spain and France, for instance, caused the evacuation of thousands of residents. Several were killed by the conflagration sending climate change activists to begin posting messages proclaiming “Climate change kills.”
The FBI has warned of a dirty bomb threat and increasing calls for civil war after agents raided Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
The Bureau said in a leaked memo they had received an uptick in violent threats on social media following the morning search last week.
The chilling note revealed thugs planned to put a dirty bomb in front of the agency's headquarters amid a suggested 'armed rebellion'.
The former FBI agent said he was threatened by 'some of the same people' who are heaping verbal attacks against the federal law enforcement.
Last Monday morning, agents executed a search warrant on Trump's resort linked to classified documents sought by the National Archives.
After mounting pressure to make the warrant public, it was unsealed in a deal between the former president's attorneys and the Justice Department.

Ukrainian Major Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk declared Saturday that God is on the side of the Ukrainians since he always supports the “unjustly aggrieved.”
As he has done on numerous occasions, Archbishop Shevchuk, head of Ukraine’s Greek Catholic Church, sent a video message chronicling the progress of the war with Russia, which saw its 171st day Saturday.
Over the past two days, Russia launched a massive missile attack on Kramatorsk, in the Donetsk region, and on the city of Zaporizhzhia, killing and wounding many, the archbishop noted. It also attacked Ukrainian defenders near the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region and various locations in the Kharkiv and Mykolayiv regions.
Despite the immense suffering from “this unequal, bloody battle with the Russian aggressor,” Shevchuk said, “Ukraine is standing. Ukraine is fighting. Ukraine is praying.”
He also took the occasion to thank “God and the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the fact that we met this morning alive again, we see the light of day and can stand in prayer before the face of God.”
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) is demanding answers from Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray regarding Monday’s raid of former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
On Thursday, the conservative titan and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee sent Wray a list of questions concerning the unprecedented raid in Palm Beach, Florida, among other topics, including Hunter Biden. The FBI’s execution of a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago was reportedly about documents Trump may have taken with him when he left office last year.

Grassley began by asking Wray about his knowledge of the raid before it happened, what potential role he played in approving it, and the investigation more generally. He then delves into questions concerning the equal application of the law regarding government records, citing the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s “mishandling of highly classified information.”
Despite claims from actor Alec Baldwin that he never pulled the trigger on the gun that he was holding when it fired a fatal round on the set of his movie “Rust” last year, an FBI forensic report has concluded the gun could not have been fired without pulling the trigger.

If you think that people are getting pretty crazy now, just wait until the cost of food skyrockets to levels that hardly anyone ever anticipated. Most people don’t realize this, but to a very large degree we are still eating the food that was grown in 2021. Unfortunately for all of us, far less food is being grown in 2022 than originally projected, and that is going to cause immense global stress in 2023. Nightmarish droughts are absolutely devastating crops in the United States and Europe, the major war that is happening on the other side of the globe is greatly restricting the flow of agricultural goods from Ukraine, and the fact that some fertilizers have now more than quadrupled in price is deeply affecting farmers all over the planet. In 2023, there is going to be a lot less food to go around, and we are all going to pay a lot more for it. Needless to say, this is not good news.
Of course the cost of living has already gotten completely out of control. According to Zero Hedge, the median rent in the United States has now surpassed $2,000 a month for the very first time…
The cost of rent in the U.S. is moving higher at the highest pace in three decades, the report notes, blowing past a median of $2,000 per month for the first time ever. Rents are now above where they were prior to the pandemic in most major cities.
The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago pulled people from supporting a presidential bid by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, back to former President Donald Trump.
A loud noise audible over much of Utah left citizens seeking answers from their leaders.
COINTELPRO, an abbreviation for Counter-Intelligence Program, was the illegal brainchild of the F.B.I.’s first and longest-serving director, J. Edgar Hoover, whose obsession with communism and “subversion” allowed him to justify violating the civil rights and civil liberties of millions of Americans.
Under COINTELPRO, which Hoover initiated in 1956, the F.B.I. surveilled, infiltrated, discredited, disrupted, burglarized and harassed American citizens and organizations as diverse as the Communist Party USA, anti-Vietnam War protestors, the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Black Panther Party, the Nation of Islam, the American Indian Movement, environmentalists, animal rights organizations, Puerto Rican nationalists and even the National Lawyers’ Guild.
The program continued until 1971, when a group of progressive activists broke into an F.B.I. field office in Media, Pennsylvania, stole documents related to COINTEPRO, and sent them to the press. Nobody in the F.B.I. was ever punished for the program’s many illegalities, but the “burglars” who revealed the program were hunted for decades. None were ever caught.
And now, 51 years after it ended, a bill has been introduced to the U.S. Congress that would expose still classified details of the F.B.I.’s abuse of power.

A hit-and-run accident that happened outside of Jefferey Pub in Chicago early on Sunday morning resulted in the deaths of three men and one in critical condition, according to the Chicago Police Department.
A group of men appeared to be having a dispute in the street outside of one of the city’s oldest LGBTQ bars on the south side of Chicago when a sedan was seen speeding up the street and plowing through 4 of the men.
The craziest, most radical people in society are now teaching your kids.
Think of that?
The latest Minnesota Teachers Union contract stipulates that the white teachers will be laid off first.
This has nothing to do with seniority or quality of work. It is now all about skin color.
Democrats now believe it's hate speech to criticize the FBI.
While speaking on Sunday about Republicans denouncing the FBI's raid on Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago, Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) told MSNBC's Symone Sanders, "Hate speech leads to hate violence. We know that the number one national security threat is domestic terrorism, which is fueled by white supremacy."

Even local media are now actively censoring the race of murderers, so details on some of these month’s Black-On-White killings are sparse. But apart from the usual toll of police officers (in ironic contrast to the massively celebrated Breonna Taylor police lynchings) and of white women in relationships with black men, home invasions seem to be a growing Thing, as we noted last month. Additionally, anyone involved in any kind of an “altercation” with blacks over even the most trivial thing seems to be taking their lives in their hands in 21st century America.
- Jailene Holton, 21, was killed when disgruntled bar patron fired 15 shots into a Philadelphia bar where she was standing.
Anthony Nelson, 47, was arrested by the US. Marshall’s Service in Atlantic City NJ after interstate flight. He was reportedly angry becaise he had been evicted from the bar. He had no known connection with Holton.
Ever since the 3rd Precinct in Minneapolis was allowed to be burned down Black Lives Matter terrorists on May 28, 2020, our entire society has been dismantled in the name of fighting systemic inequality, implicit bias, and white privilege.
Dead White Males, long revered by their posterity in America, have seen their statues desecrated, pulled down, or destroyed.
And yet the lawlessness ushered in by the capitulation by the state, who surrendered their monopoly on violence to BLM terrorists, is still somehow the fault of white people, despite the black bodies being impacted almost unanimously being targeted by other black individuals.
Remember, in 2022 America, every difficulty non-whites face is obviously due to white privilege and the legacy of slavery in America. Oppression, persecution and the fear of annihilation is a fear all black people have historically faced in the USA in not just the past and present, but the future.
But to remind black people it is fellow black individuals responsible for the wanton violence plaguing the black community, particularly in Minneapolis is also just another example of perpetuating white supremacy. [Minneapolis gunfire claims Black victims at disproportionate rate, data show, Yahoo!, August 12, 2022]:
Former President Donald Trump's niece, Mary Trump, has suggested his son-in-law Jared Kushner could be the mole in the Trump camp who tipped off the FBI about confidential documents that were being held at Mar-a-Lago.
Monday's raid was approved by Attorney General Merrick Garland, but it's believed a confidential source first gave information to federal authorities.
Speaking with SiriusXM host Dean Obeidallah, Mary Trump was asked if she had any idea who the suspect might be.
In the midst of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a major climate crisis, a stalled Iranian nuclear deal, and numerous other international developments, headlines around the world are reporting yet another crisis: the feud between Israel and Russia over Moscow’s move to close down the Russian branch of the Jewish Agency.
The headlines, however, are only partly right: there is indeed a crisis, but it has little to do with the Jewish Agency, the largest Jewish non-profit organisation in the world.
Lawyers for American basketball star Brittney Griner on Monday filed an appeal against her nine-year Russian prison sentence for drugs possession.
Griner, who had played for a Russian club, was arrested at a Moscow airport on Feb. 17 after cannabis-infused vape cartridges were found in her luggage.
She pleaded guilty to the charges but said she had made an 'honest mistake' by entering Russia with cannabis oil, which is illegal in the country. She was convicted on August 4.
