President Trump was back in court on Wednesday morning in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ show trial in New York City.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

Judge Merchan is allowing the jurors to choose ONE of the three predicate crimes. Jurors do NOT have to unanimously agree on which of the three predicate crimes Trump committed.

Of course, this will make it easier to convict Trump.

Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann on Wednesday gushed over Judge Juan Merchan as the jury deliberated in the lawfare trial against President Trump.

Recall that Andrew Weissmann was Robert Mueller’s “pit bull” during the Russian collusion inquisition. Weissmann was unable to take out Trump during the 2+ year Russian collusion hoax so he has been chomping at the bit ever since.

Tzachi Hanegbi, head of the Israeli National Security Council, said Wednesday that he expects Israeli military operations in Gaza to continue for at least another seven months into early 2025.

“We expect another seven months of fighting in order to deepen the accomplishments and achieve what we have defined as ‘the destruction of the governmental and military capabilities of Hamas,'” Hanegbi said.

Israel faces the prospect of being placed on a UN  "list of shame" of states which kill children, The New Arab’s sister publication Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported, citing the Hebrew Channel 13.

"A marathon of discussions are currently taking place in Israel ahead of a dramatic decision within days that will decide whether or not Israel will be listed on a blacklist of countries that kill children" the channel reported.

The report said that the Israeli army could likely be declared an entity that harms children and abuses their rights. This has caused "great concern" among senior officials as it comes amid growing worldwide outrage over Israel's war on Gaza and could harm arms supplies to the country.

The UN secretary-general publishes an annual "list of shame" which contains serious abusers of children’s rights and is a designation that lasts four years.

The list mainly focuses on those involved in child recruitment, sexual exploitation and killing of children, attacks on schools or hospitals, and other violations.

China’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning has agreed to attend next month’s Ukrainian peace conference in Switzerland with one proviso, that Russia be invited. Mao said that Beijing supports the “timely convening of an international peace conference that is recognized by both the Russian and Ukrainian sides.”

That sounds reasonable, after all, one would expect that peace negotiations would include the representatives of the warring parties. But that is not the case here. And while more than 90 countries have confirmed that they will attend the upcoming meetings, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has excluded the one nation whose presence might make a difference. Russia.

Naturally, many analysts are puzzled by Zelensky’s omission which precludes any possible settlement or end to the hostilities. Simply put, the fighting will continue until Russia and Ukraine conduct bilateral negotiations and reach an agreement.

So, what is going on here?

What’s going on is that Zelensky is perpetrating a fraud. Clearly, there is no intention to strike a deal with Russia or to end the fighting. How could there be, after all, Russia wasn’t invited. So, we must assume that the peace conference will be used for some other purpose, like demonizing Putin or drumming up more support for the war.

The United Nations, which has warned of famine in Gaza, said on Wednesday the amount of humanitarian aid entering the enclave has dropped by two-thirds since Israel began its military operation in the enclave's southern Rafah region this month.

"The amount of food and other aid entering Gaza, already insufficient to meet the soaring needs, has further shrunk since 7 May," the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said.

A daily average of 58 aid trucks reached Gaza from May 7 to Tuesday, compared with a daily average of 176 aid trucks from April 1 to May 6, OCHA said, a drop of 67%. It said those figures excluded private sector cargo and fuel.

For nearly a decade, Israel has been surveilling senior International Criminal Court officials and Palestinian human rights workers as part of a secret operation to thwart the ICC’s probe into alleged war crimes, a joint investigation by +972 Magazine, Local Call, and the Guardian can reveal.

The multi-agency operation, which dates back to 2015, has seen Israel’s intelligence community routinely surveil the court’s current chief prosecutor Karim Khan, his predecessor Fatou Bensouda, and dozens of other ICC and UN officials. Israeli intelligence also monitored materials that the Palestinian Authority submitted to the prosecutor’s office, and surveilled employees at four Palestinian human rights organizations whose submissions are central to the probe.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday hinted that the US may allow Ukraine to strike Russian territory with US-made missiles, which would risk provoking a major response from Moscow.

Blinken made the comments during a visit to Moldova and repeated a line that he’s said before about the issue, that the US doesn’t “encourage or enable” Ukrainian attacks inside Russia and that where to strike is ultimately up to Ukraine. But he added that the US would “adapt and adjust” his position on the battlefield.

When asked if that meant the US would support Ukrainian attacks inside Russia, Blinken replied, “Adapt and adjust means exactly that.”

Blinken’s comments came a week after The New York Times reported that he was leading the charge within the Biden administration to lift restrictions on Ukraine’s use of US weapons so they can strike Russian territory. The push to escalate the proxy war is a response to Russia’s offensive in Kharkiv, which was launched from Russia’s Belgorod Oblast.

Senator Lindsay Graham was bursting with contempt for the International Criminal Court (ICC) when he grilled Secretary of State Blinken at a May 21 Congressional hearing. Wagging his finger, he warned that, if the ICC gets away with issuing arrest warrants for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, “we are next.”

The audience at the hearing, stacked with CODEPINK pro-Palestine supporters, burst out in applause at the notion of the US being hauled before the world’s highest court. “You can clap all you want,” an angry Graham retorted, “but they tried to come after our soldiers in Afghanistan.” Graham was thankful that in the Afghan case “reason prevailed” when the case was dropped, adding that the US must level sanctions against the ICC “not only to protect our friends in Israel but to protect ourselves.”

Graham was referring to the 2019 efforts of former ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to hold both the Taliban and the US accountable for war crimes in Afghanistan. When Graham said that “reason prevailed,” he really meant that US thuggery prevailed because the Trump administration brazenly imposed sanctions against ICC officials, denying them visas to the US and freezing their assets in US banks. President Biden lifted the sanctions but did so with the tacit understanding that the court would not resume the probe of US crimes in Afghanistan. The message from both Democratic and Republican presidents was clear: Do not dare hold the US to the same standards you use for others.

I’ve written about this before, and I’m sure I’ll write about it again.

We’re told that the RNA COVID vaccines force the cells of the body to produce a foreign “spike” protein.

There is a little thing you may have heard of called EVIDENCE.

In other words, show me a well-done study, using a few thousand people who have been vaccinated, which proves that all these people’s cells ARE producing that foreign protein and ONLY that foreign protein.

There isn’t such a study.

But if there were—

“Look, a few hundred people didn’t produce the spike protein at all. Wonder what they DID produce.”

“I see a hundred people out of two thousand who produced a huge excess of the spike protein. Wonder what effect THAT is having.”

“I see two hundred people who produced the spike protein plus a bunch of other foreign proteins. A few of those foreign compounds I’ve never seen before. That’s not good at all.”

In fact, show me a large-scale study in which an injection is designed to force the human body to produce ANY specific protein. Let’s see the results.

Can’t find that study, either?

Believing what genetic researchers tell you is like believing what a grifter tells you about how to win at roulette.

Russia has increased its submarine presence in the Atlantic at a higher level than ever in recent years, the top U.S. officer overseeing operations in Europe said Wednesday, citing one of several examples contradicting conclusions that the military loyal to Russian President Vladimir Putin has been severely degraded by his war in Ukraine.

“The Russians have been more active than we’ve seen them in years,” Army Gen. Chris Cavoli, the top commander for NATO and U.S. military operations in Europe, told Congress on Wednesday of Moscow’s undersea capabilities.

“Their patrols into the Atlantic and throughout the Atlantic are at a high level most of the time, at a higher level than we’ve seen in years,” Cavoli testified before the House Armed Services Committee. “And this, despite all the efforts they’re undertaking in Ukraine.”

In case of an attack, Russia will act ‘as the situation demands,’ and its response may be truly devastating, said Konstantin Gavrilov, head of Russia’s delegation to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control.

"On the doctrinal level, we deliberately maintain a certain degree of uncertainty regarding the nature and scope of our possible nuclear response to an aggression. A potential aggressor needs to realize that, if attacked, we reserve the right to act ‘as the situation demands,’ so to speak, and use all our capabilities," reads the transcript of his speech at the 1079th Plenary Meeting of the Forum for Security Cooperation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), published by the Russian Foreign Ministry’s website.

"Russia has clearly designated its "red lines," and we strongly recommend not to cross them. If an adversary decides to infringe upon them, the response may be truly devastating," he added.

It is no secret that the Biden family has a checkered history. Republicans have long accused Joe and members of his family of conducting bribery schemes. For years, Biden’s brothers have allegedly used his influence to secure deals.

But his son Hunter has frequently been named over major scandals involving foreign actors.

On top of this, Hunter is facing his own scandals and problems. He is currently facing a trial regarding a gun charge. Anything that hurts Hunt could end up hurting Biden and his shaky reelection campaign. And now, it looks like he might have been caught trying to undermine the upcoming trial.

From Breitbart:
President Joe Biden visited Hallie Biden, the former wife of Beau Biden and Hunter Biden’s former lover, before she will likely testify in Hunter’s gun trial, the White House press pool reported Sunday.

The White House said Joe Biden’s visit with his daughter-in-law had nothing to do with Hunter’s pending gun trial…

Hallie is expected to testify as a witness in Hunter’s gun trial. A 2018 police report showed she tossed a gun owned by Hunter in a dumpster behind a grocer, a source told Fox News.

Recently, Hollywood actor Dennis Quaid celebrated Donald Trump. During an interview, he praised the Republican candidate for reaching people in their neighborhoods. Quaid, an icon in Hollywood for years, rocked the liberal boat with this comment.

You can just imagine the outrage from people online over this. Quaid respected Trump for his ability to go to (predominately liberal) neighborhoods in New York.

Now, the actor is doubling down on his comments. While leftists rage over Quaid’s compliments of Trump, he just dropped the gauntlet on the election. And he is revealing the biggest reason he is making such a critical statement.

From Fox News:
Dennis Quaid argued during a recent television interview that, rather than politics, it was the “weaponization of the justice system” and his policy record that ultimately convinced him to vote for former president Trump.

“People might call him an a–hole, but he’s my a–hole,” the Hollywood actor declared…

According to recent polls, Trump is beating Biden in several key swing states. These are states Biden won in 2020 and had been leading in the election polls leading up to the election.

Now, the script has been flipped. Trump is leading in states Biden has to win if he wants another four years in the White House.

But a bigger problem is brewing for Biden. As he loses many Mid-West states, another state is breaking away. According to polls from this year, Biden could face extermination in this normally “blue” state. And all the ad money in the world might not save him.

From Washington Examiner:
While the Keystone State remains very much in the toss-up column, it is slowly trending toward former President Donald Trump, who leads President Joe Biden by 2.3 points in the RealClearPolitics average of polls in the state. Trump’s lead was bolstered last week by a poll from Cook Political Report that showed him up by 3 points.

The Biden campaign is in a panic over the results in Pennsylvania — and with good reason. The state could decide the presidential race. If Trump holds all the states he won in 2020, wins the swing states where he is now decisively ahead, including Arizona (+4.1 in the RealClearPolitics average), Georgia (+4.0), and Nevada (+5.3), and captures Pennsylvania, he will return to the White House.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has suggested the United States is contemplating allowing Ukraine to use American-supplied weapons to directly strike Russian territory, given the changing dynamics on the battlefield in Ukraine.

It's the first time a senior Biden administration official has indicated there could be a potential shift in policy.

Until now, the U.S. had prohibited Ukraine from using U.S. weapons, like ATACMS missiles, to target Russian territory.

But Blinken's comments align with recent statements from European officials who support Ukraine using Western weapons against Russian sites used for the invasion.

A Democratic lawmaker has delivered an impassioned plea to push through a bill to send pedophiles who buy sex with children to prison.

California State Senator Susan Eggman declared 'we have a moral responsibility to say, enough, enough' as she rallied the chamber to unanimous approval.

Antiquated state laws mean people who solicit underage prostitutes can only be charged with misdemeanors and only get two days in jail.

The bill SB 1414 would make it a felony punishable by two to four years in prison, a $25,000, and registration as a sex offender.

However, a group of rogue Democrats led by State Senator Scott Wiener watered down the bill in the Senate Public Safety Committee.

You're about to meet a group of New York University graduates with fresh degrees, likely burdened with a few hundred thousand dollars in debt unless their elite liberal parents footed the bill. Many companies are increasingly viewing woke degrees as liabilities rather than assets.

If these graduates are lucky—and don't end up as Starbucks baristas—they will have a bright and colorful future at some woke mega-corporation. There, they will be placed in non-productive managerial roles to advance destructive ESG and DEI movements.

It all starts at NYU classrooms indoctrination camps, where the kids are being uploaded the woke mind virus by activist professors. These kids are being brainwashed into not improving society but, in fact, being managers to spread wokesim to dismantle Western society.

In return, these corporations can out woke each other - and they have. Remember the Bud Light incident more than a year ago?

The brewer's pro-trans marketing executive nuked the brand by featuring transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney in a TikTok promotional ad in April of 2023, an attempt to score high brownie points with DEI & ESG indexes. Again, these woke degrees are not productive and are only a means to spread wokeism, which is at risk to the company's brand.

The problem with these useless degrees is that they're based on a woke system. With an anti-woke tide sweeping the nation and wokeism falling apart, some degrees are worthless

In recent times, there has been growing concern over the valuation of the US stock market, with many experts warning that it is currently overvalued. This post delves into the reasons behind this assessment and explores the various factors contributing to the perceived overvaluation. By understanding the basics of what 'overvalued' means, analyzing key indicators, and examining historical instances of overvalued markets, we aim to shed light on the potential risks and consequences of an inflated stock market in the United States. Join us as we unravel the complexities of this pressing issue and delve into the implications it may have on investors and the broader economy.

Understanding the Basics: What Does 'Overvalued' Mean?

The term 'overvalued' refers to a situation where the current price of an asset, in this case, the US stock market, is believed to be higher than its intrinsic or fundamental value. In other words, the market price of stocks is considered to be inflated beyond what can be justified by the underlying financial performance of the companies.

To better comprehend the concept of overvaluation, it is essential to grasp the idea of intrinsic value. Intrinsic value represents the estimated true worth of an asset based on factors such as earnings, cash flows, dividends, and other relevant financial indicators. It reflects the underlying economic value of the asset, independent of market sentiment or speculation.

When the market price of stocks surpasses their intrinsic value, investors may perceive them as overvalued. This means that stocks are trading at a premium, leading to a potential disconnect between their market price and their actual worth. Overvaluation can occur in both individual stocks and the broader stock market as a whole.

It's important to note that the determination of overvaluation is subjective and can vary based on different valuation models and perspectives. While some may argue that the market is overvalued, others may believe it is fairly valued or even undervalued. Assessing overvaluation requires careful analysis of various factors and indicators, which we will explore in the subsequent sections of this blog post.

Factors Leading to Overvaluation of the US Stock Market

Several factors contribute to the overvaluation of the US stock market. These factors are complex and interconnected, creating an environment where market prices may exceed the intrinsic value of stocks. Understanding these underlying factors is crucial for comprehending the current state of the market. Let's explore the key factors leading to the overvaluation of the US stock market:
