The Arizona Supreme Court has handed down another decision regarding former GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s election complaint.
According to The Epoch Times, the state’s highest court has once again denied her request for an expedited review of her allegations regarding the manner in which the 2022 election was conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona’s largest.
Currently, her case is before the Court of Appeals, and on Friday, the Supreme Court decided to allow that lower court process to play out, writing, “as indicated by the Court of Appeals’ order setting an accelerated briefing schedule, the Court has no reason to doubt that the Court of Appeals appreciates Petitioner’s (Lake’s) desire for an expedited resolution.”
The high court also noted that it would again deny the petitioner’s request for transfer without prejudice “to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision after the Court of Appeals has had an adequate opportunity to consider the pleadings, conference the matter, and prepare a well-considered decision.”
I love how they claim it’s “Unverified”. Yet we all know they would never “verify” the claim.
He also specifically states that is Monkeys. This is just pure dishonesty
The Supreme Court did not disclose its longstanding financial ties with former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff even as it touted him as an expert who independently validated its investigation into who leaked the draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade.
The court’s inquiry, released last week with Chertoff’s endorsement, failed to identify who was responsible for the unprecedented leak. The decision to keep the relationship with Chertoff quiet is a reflection of a pattern of opacity at the nation’s highest court, whose rulings affect every American.
American M1 Abrams tanks that Washington has decided to hand over to Kiev as military aid have weaknesses that allowed wiping them out with Soviet weapons, including T-55 tanks, during the conflict in Iraq, armor expert, Candidate of Military Sciences, retired Colonel Sergey Suvorov told TASS on Thursday.
M1 Abrams tanks can also be hardly repaired in field conditions and are weakly suited for operation on dusty terrain like in Ukraine, the expert added.
US President Joe Biden announced on January 25 that Washington would hand over 31 M1 Abrams tanks to the Kiev regime. Earlier, Germany and Poland made the decisions to supply German-made Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. It was also reported that the United Kingdom would transfer Challenger 2 tanks to Kiev.

Given the gargantuan level of gaslighting going on globally, it is difficult for us to judge whether the following is the most serious reframing of the entire COVID crisis yet or the most satisfyingly satirical take on the farcical narrative-managers op-eds we've ever read.
They knew: why didn't the unvaccinated do more to warn us?
The unvaccinated knew what we didn't. Some of them said too little. Most said nothing at all. A lot of blood is now on their hands.
As the world struggles to come to terms with the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, one question that continues to surface is why the unvaccinated didn't do more to warn us about the potential dangers of being injected.
While well intending citizens lined up, did the right thing, and received their COVID19 vaccinations -- now seeming to do more harm than good -- their unvaccinated friends stood by and let them do it. Some of them said too little. Some said nothing at all.
Even though they knew what we didn't.
Our blood is now on their hands.
Webmaster addition: I suspect this was intended to be serious, because of the lack of obvious humor. Some media propagandist actually thought they could make the vaccine-hesitant the villains as this medical disaster plays out! The fact is that those of us who were concerned about the Covid shots were screaming warnings from the rooftops!
Official Data shows Germany recorded just under 1 million deaths between week 1 and week 49 of 2022. This sadly resulted in the country suffering over 102k excess deaths.
This represents a 276% increase on the number of excess deaths recorded in the year 2020, which was the alleged height of the Covid-19 pandemic, and prior to the emergency use authorisation of Covid-19 injections.
Does this prove that the COVID Vaccinated did go on to develop Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome as predicted in an official report published by the ‘Robert Koch Institut?
Unfortunately, the evidence strongly suggests this is the case.
Pfizer lied, causing fully vaccinated Germans to develop Covid-19 vaccine-induced AIDS, which then contributed to 976,838 Germans losing their lives.
Project Veritas, the greatest truth-teller of our time, records Jordon Trishton Walker, Pfizer Director of Research and Development, Strategic Operations mRNA Scientific Planner, while he describes Pfizer’s complete capture of its regulatory agencies and Pfizer’s plan to mutate viruses so that Pfizer will have endless profits from selling vaccines.
This admission is scandalous. Don’t expect to hear about it from the whore media. Don’t expect Congress to put its political campaign donations from Big Pharma at risk by investigating. Big Pharma and its federal regulatory agencies’ crimes against humanity will continue unabated.

Dr. Robert Malone describes the American pharmaceutical industry:
“Devoid of empathy. Avarice its purpose. It’s face glowing with joy, oblivious to the profound human tragedy it enables, reveling in the damage wrought to the web of humanity and the structure of a nation. Oblivious to the horror embodied in its words, in the very fabric of its language. Possessed by a deep belief in its own entitlement. Oozing dizzy narcissism. Celebrating corruption. Completely devoid of wisdom, introspection or self-awareness of the fundamental perversion of its soul.
The Jordanian Ambassador to the State of Israel was recently denied entry to Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem – the third-holiest site in Islam. This is an incident that is so severe and so dangerous that not only the Jordanian government but the entire Arab and Muslim world – as well as the West – should have reprimanded Israel severely. The governments of Israel and Jordan decided to downplay this incident, but there must be no mistake; it marks a dangerous new development for the Holy Sanctuary, or Haram Al-Sharif, where the mosque sits. With this “incident,” Israel – and particularly the new czar of national security – the racist thug turned minister – Itamar Ben-Gvir is telling the Arab and Muslim world, “there’s a new sheriff in town.”
Preventing the Jordanian Ambassador from entering the Al-Aqsa compound was unacceptable on several levels. As a Muslim, he has the right to go and pray at the mosque at any time he pleases; as an ambassador and representative of another country, he should be afforded courtesy and respect; and as the ambassador of the state which is the custodian of the entire compound, the entire Holy Sanctuary, he is entitled to visit at any time and needs no permission from any other authority.
They have been making firearms since 1886 and have an extensive history of producing smaller, more easily concealed guns.
Despite making some amazing pistols, Walther still seems to fly under the radar of much of the gun community.
This is partly because European views on police firearms, especially in the first half of the 20th century, were a bit different than ours.
They preferred small guns, which led to the creation of the Walther PP series. This gun evolved into the PPK, which helped pave the way for future concealed carry pistols.
I doubt that many Americans — even the masses sunk in vaccine smuggery and obsessive Trump-o-phobia — believe that America’s Ukraine project is working out for us. Of course, to even begin thinking about this debacle, you must at least suspect that our government is lying about virtually everything it has its hand in. Name something it is not lying about, I dare you.
So, what is the Ukraine project about? To use that sad-ass country as a vector to disable and destroy Russia. You can’t over-state the stupidity of that objective. And why did we want to do that? Because… reasons. Oh? And what were they? Well, Russia was… there. Oh? And what was it doing? Trying to take over the world? Uh, no. It was actually just trying to be a normal European nation again after its traumatic 75-year-long experiment with communism, which ended in 1991.
And then, after that, coming along pretty well under Mr. Putin. Did I say that? Yes, I did, because it is a fact. Russia wrote new private property laws, made commerce legal again, and allowed its citizens to do business. Russia wasn’t threatening any other nations, most particularly not its former province, Ukraine. It had even invited Ukraine to be a sovereign member of its trade association, the customs union, with a bunch of other regional states who had rational interests in good regional relations. That’s what set off the maniacs at the US State Department — under Secretary John Kerry, a.k.a. the haircut-in-search-of a-brain — who, in 2014, decided to overthrow Ukraine’s government.
Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel won re-election on Friday, bringing to an end nearly two months of barbs and accusations amid a major fight for the future of the GOP.
"With all of us united, the Democrats are going to hear from us in 2024," McDaniel said from the podium after the results of the ballot was announced.
McDaniel won the support of 111 committee members who cast ballots in a secret ballot vote for chair, more than the majority of the 168 members needed to secure a fourth two-year term steering the RNC, which is unprecedented in modern times. The vote took place on the final day of the RNC’s winter meeting, which was held this year at a luxury seaside resort in Southern California’s Orange County. One vote went to former New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin, who considered running but was not nominated in the race.
In the weeks before President Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan , the Pentagon insisted the Afghan military would withstand the Taliban’s offensive. Kabul wouldn’t fall, Gen. Mark Milley reassured us.
After the Afghan military crumbled, many started to suspect the Pentagon had lied. Obviously, the tens of billions of dollars we spend on intelligence should have given us the ability to detect this sudden collapse. Milley's excuse was that the Pentagon wasn't dishonest — just incompetent.
“There was nothing that I or anybody else saw that indicated a collapse of this army and this government in 11 Days,” Milley told reporters.
Pentagon leadership would rather we think they are incapable than dishonest. Unfortunately, they are both. Take, for example, the claims made by both Milley and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin that the military has not been captured by Leftism. If that is so, then what do you call a $90 million research and development contract awarded based on race other than “woke”? Because that’s what just happened with the Pentagon's newly announced five-year, $90 million research contract awarded to Howard University.
iSteve commenter Twinkie asks about the Memphis police scandal in which five black cops beat a black motorists resisting arrest to death:
Less explored and more salient question here is the discipline rate of police officers by race. Blacks in other professions – law, medicine, etc. – are disproportionately sanctioned for misconduct, which confirms the notion of mismatch due to affirmative action. Does this also apply to law enforcement? I would think so, but I’d like to see the data.
Charles Murray’s 2021 book Two Truths features many examples of how black affirmative action hires tend to get in serious trouble for screwing up, just as The Bell Curve would predict.
The population of Memphis is 65% black while the police force is 58% black and the surrounding hinterlands are somewhat whiter. This high percentage of black cops suggests a fairly strong degree of affirmative action in Memphis Police Department hiring, maybe something like a 100 IQ for white applicants and an 88 IQ for black applicants.
I’ve always felt that affirmative action could be more reasonably be justified in police hiring than in just about any other field. As etymology would suggest, the police are inherently political. While 65% of Memphis residents are black, 93% of 2021’s known homicide offenders were black. Presumably, crime witnesses fall in between the two figures.
On the other hand, there is a definite price to be paid for police departments scraping the bottom of the barrel harder for black applicants, such as black cops screwing up more.
