Kamala Harris could be just months away from being elected as the first female President of the United States, after Joe Biden announced he was dropping out of the 2024 race for election on Sunday.

The current vice president, 59, has been endorsed by Biden, 81, as the Democratic nominee to take on Donald Trump in November.

Despite receiving the support of the current president, Harris has been ridiculed since becoming VP for a series of blunders when addressing public issues in interviews, press conferences and even in statements.

From stumbling over her words when addressing the White House's Covid-19 strategy to confusedly repeating herself over the use of community banks, here are some of her most embarrassing slip-ups.

Joe Biden's phone call to former campaign staffers on Monday has sparked new theories on the president's health after an odd moment between the president and Kamala Harris.

The 81-year-old spoke in a scratchy voice from COVID isolation at his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, home and told Harris: 'I'm watching you kid'.

However, many noted a strange exchange between the vice president and her boss, who has not been seen in five days and since he shocked the world by dropping out of the race via a letter posted to social media on Sunday.

The new presumptive Democratic nominee Harris said: 'Joe, I know you're still on the rec… on the call.'

With many having wildly suggested Biden is seriously ill because of the way he announced his departure, conservative firebrand Marjorie Taylor Greene wondered if the game had been given up by Harris' slip of the tongue.

'Did Kamala spill the beans? Was it a recording? That's what she started to say,' Greene said Monday.

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk called it a 'very strange slip' which got Congresswoman Lauren Boebert's attention.

Submitted by QTR's Fringe Finance

Short of Joe Biden staying in the race while exemplifying the energy and lucidity of an empty bag of Lay's Sour Cream and Onion potato chips on the floor of a basement frat party, "passing the torch" to Kamala Harris is the best thing Republicans could have wished for — and simply "the next worst thing" for Democrats who, in their hail mary hour, reached into their quiver and pulled out the political equivalent of a Fran Drescher laugh track on repeat.

The entire party all of a sudden throwing their endorsement behind a woman who polled worse than a quart of cottage cheese that was left to sit in the sun for six months during the 2020 primary exemplifies the point I made a month or two ago when I argued that politicians have a talent for making the worst possible decisions.

QTR’s Fringe Finance is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber. Not only did Tulsi Gabbard publicly humiliate Kamala Harris on the debate stage during the 2020 primaries, but both polling and the results of Harris’ campaign forced us to one conclusion: most Americans find Harris detestable. And, in 2024, there doesn’t seem to be any indication that this attitude has changed.

Democrats’ disingenuous logic continues to whack them in the face when they least expect it like Chevy Chase in the attic, stepping on two-by-fours in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.

I can’t describe the pleasure I get from watching the stupid decisions the Democratic party makes—namely, selecting Kamala Harris based on her gender and race to be Vice President of the f*cking United States —come back to bite them in the ass

Claire's Observations:  DEI "hires" have a tendency to do that!!

The Democrat Party plot to get Joe Biden to drop out has been long in the works, a Biden insider claims.

That plan came to fruition on Sunday, when the 81-year-old president dramatically announced the end of his campaign before endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris

However, a source close to Biden's family is saying that the party put together a 'palace coup' over the course of recent weeks, with the president fighting it until he was threatened with being forced out.

The insider says that the disastrous debate against Donald Trump on June 27 - the earliest presidential debate in history - was part of the strategy, despite being publicly requested by Biden on social media.

'That debate was a set-up to convince Democrats that he couldn't run for president,' the source told the New York Post

White House staff got a pep talk on Monday morning, 20 hours after President Joe Biden dramatically dropped out of the presidential race, but it failed to acknowledge their frustrations with learning the news alongside the American public.

Chief of Staff Jeff Zients held a six-minute phone call with staff, which one White House official described as 'rah rah' in nature.

Zients praised the administration's accomplishments thus far and told staff there was still work to be done, according to a recording obtained by DailyMail.com.

But he didn't acknowledge that staff wasn't given a heads up on Biden's decision.

Biden pulled the plug on his 2024 reelection bid Sunday with an announcement on X, blindsiding most White House aides and his campaign staff.

On the call, Zients is heard telling White House aides that Sunday was a 'momentous day' and that the Biden administration would be remembered 'as one of the effective, consequential presidencies in American history.'

First of all, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa, yes, I did a quick house cleaning yesterday. Forgive me, readers, for I cleaned, and as we all know when I clean things go weird.

Not that this is all that weird, except for the fact that it has all the appearance of a palace coup. As in, one does wonder if Biden knows he dropped out of his campaign. One does wonder, at that, if Biden is alive, or sufficiently compus mentis to know that he has dropped out. And that’s if he knew he was running in the first place, which one very much doubts.

Some people on Twitter are horrified that someone other than Joe Biden is obviously acting as president. I want to scream, vomit, laugh and hit my head on the wall. First of all, if they don’t think that’s been happening since 2020 they are such wishful thinkers they’re not even in this reality. Second, apparently they’re horrified because the people running the country “weren’t elected” which implies they think Joe Biden WAS elected. Despite the campaign run from the basement, which no one would do unless they were SURE they could win, and the only way to be sure was to have it fraud-locked in place; despite the obviously and clearly hackable voting machines; despite the kicked out poll observers, despite the glaring mathematical impossibility of the vote count; despite the way the democrats acted immediately after, like they were afraid the American people would catch on and tear them limb from limb. Despite all this, these people believed. Because they wanted to believe.

Running a new candidate less than 100 days before the election may be 'less than ideal' for Democrats, but they seem optimistic that replacing 81-year-old Joe Biden with Vice President Kamala Harris will fire up their base.

Harris is the frontrunner for the nomination after Biden's momentous withdrawal, having lined up endorsements from the president himself and most big-name Democrats.

But worries remain about whether the VP - who is still trailing behind Trump in recent polls - is up for the uphill sprint Biden left her with as he resisted calls to step aside for weeks.

'I can't go backwards. Obviously, it's less than ideal. But we are where we are,' Rep. Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla., told DailyMail.com about Harris' 100-day timeline.

President Biden did not appear at the convention, or any of his scheduled events later that afternoon. Instead, he left town, departing Las Vegas on Air Force One for Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, where he remains today.

Since that trip to Las Vegas, President Biden has announced over social media that he would not seek a second term as president, while throwing his support behind Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic nomination. President Biden has not been seen in photos or on video since he touched down in Delaware Wednesday night, though he did participate in a phone call with Kamala Harris earlier this evening.

The president’s communications staff and doctor said that the president had tested positive for Covid-19, declaring that it was the reason for the cancellation of his schedule and his change of plans in Las Vegas.

This is strangely an open question tonight. Ostensibly to be answered soon when Joe steps back into the White House Tuesday, if that happens. The controversy as to whether or not the President is alive or on his death bed has spurred a "delete your account if you're wrong" war between two competing breaking news accounts on X, with the one asserting Joe is undergoing hospice care and soon to perish forwarding the bet AND calling on Elon Musk to enforce it. Talk about having skin in the game, especially given the weight of the claim.

More than anything else, the elite want a president that is easy to control. That is why they love Joe Biden and that is why they hate Donald Trump. It all comes down to control. No matter what happens, the elite want to feel confident that whoever is in the White House is going to be a team player. So the elite are really excited about the possibility that Kamala Harris could become the next president of the United States. Whenever she makes a public appearance, it is clear that she is in way, way over her head, and if she actually makes it into the Oval Office she will be exceedingly easy to manipulate.

The percentage of adults who believe God played a role in creating the first humans reached a 40-year low in Gallup polling released Monday.

Among those responding to the polling company’s latest survey, 37% said God alone created human beings fully evolved within the past 10,000 years. That’s a new low since Gallup first surveyed the issue in 1982, down 1 percentage point from 2017.

Gallup described participants holding this view, which is common among conservative Protestants without a college education, as “creationist purists.”

Another 24% of respondents embraced the strict evolutionary view that humans evolved from less advanced life forms over millions of years without God’s involvement. That’s up 2 percentage points to a new high since the company last surveyed the issue in 2019.

Kamala Harris is quickly taking over from Joe Biden after he was deposed as the Democrats’ presumptive presidential nominee on Sunday. As Biden remained incommunicado at his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware beach house while recovering from COVID, Harris presided over a White House ceremony honoring NCAA athletes. Harris also posted she would visit the Wilmington, Delaware campaign headquarters of the former Biden campaign, now the Harris campaign, to say “hello” to staff. Harris did not say whether she will meet with Biden.
