"Everything went strictly ‘by the book,’ using means that were permitted by the constitution. At first there were ‘emergency decrees’ by the president of the Reich, and later a bill was passed by a two-thirds majority of the Reichstag giving the government unlimited legislative powers, perfectly in accordance with the rules for changing the constitution." -- Sebastian Haffner, Defying Hitler (paperback, Kindle, audiobook)
Most participants in the Army’s pilot program to help potential recruits who fall below acceptable academic and fitness standards meet requirements have sufficiently lost weight and increased their test scores, Army Secretary Christine Wormuth said at a fireside chat Friday.
Abortion activists have promoted claims that state-level abortion restrictions limit doctors’ ability to treat miscarriages, leading to instances in which some medical professionals have opted not to offer timely care for women experiencing pregnancy loss, experts say.
In September 2022, President Emmanuel Macron presented a plan for a six-month citizens consultation on euthanasia:
“France’s euthanasia legislation, known as the Claeys-Léonetti law, dates from 2016. This law has been criticised for many years by patients and politicians because it only allows a sick person to be sedated, and only if the prognosis is vital in the short term.”
The Mentor of President Macron Jacques Attali considers that euthanasia is an instrument of progress.
“Euthanasia will be one of the essential instruments of our future societies in all cases. In a capitalist society, killing machines, prostheses that will eliminate life when it is too unbearable, or economically too expensive, will emerge and will be common practice. ”Jacques Attali, 1981
What he says in a more recent statement is that as a socialist he is against extending the life of senior citizens. It’s too costly.
Social media platforms have become known for fact-checking. Leftists often proclaim that facts Republicans state are misinformation, and social media platforms quickly ban right-wing accounts. Twitter is taking a new spin on fact-checking, mainly impacting Democrats.
According to Fox News, “NewsBusters Executive Editor Tim Graham on September 28 published a study on the first year of Biden’s presidency. He found that ‘Biden was fact-checked 40 times, while Biden critics were checked on 230 occasions,’ a six-to-one disparity.” Previously, critics of the Democrat party were fact-checked at an unfair rate.
Now, Democrats are getting a taste of their own medicine. However, instead of Twitter banning accounts as previous owners did, the platform now adds comments to Tweets packed with misinformation.
The most famous and hilarious incident of this is what happened to the White House. According to Fox, “The White House on November 1 tweeted, ‘Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden’s leadership.’ That tweet was flagged with a note explaining, ‘Seniors will receive a large Social Security benefit due to the annual cost of living adjustment, which is based on the inflation rate.’”
“Due to security concerns, we do not make such on-chain wallet information and confirmation data publicly available through a cryptographic Proof-of-Reserve, or other advanced cryptographic accounting procedure,” said a statement Friday.
Following the implosion of FTX and its subsequent bankruptcy proceedings exposing that customer funds were missing, multiple crypto exchanges have jumped to release proof-of-reserve audits in order to assuage investor concerns over the safety of their funds. Others, like Binance, say they soon plan to do so.
Grayscale wrote in a tweet that it realized that failing to disclose a proof of reserves would be a “disappointment to some,” but added that a “panic sparked by others is not a good enough reason to circumvent complex security arrangements” that have kept its investors’ assets “safe for years.”
More than 18 million people were injured so badly by their first COVID shot from Pfizer or Moderna that they had to go to the hospital. That’s according to the CDC’s own internal data, which a court just ordered the federal agency to release to a watchdog group.
The CDC started a vaccine monitoring program back at the very beginning of the COVID shot rollout in December of 2020. You might remember it; the program was called V-safe. People were asked to install the V-safe app on their smartphones and then self-report if they have any negative effects from the experimental mRNA shots, which were released to the public under an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA.
A lot of people were eager to help, because world governments had scared many folks very badly over the virus. Many thought that the COVID shots were a medical miracle in late 2020. So, more than 10 million people downloaded V-safe on their smartphones, and then proceeded to get vaccinated.
That’s a huge sample size for a medical study. With 10 million people participating in the V-safe self-reporting system, it gives an extremely accurate statistical model to use when studying the 230 million Americans who have had at least one COVID shot.
Shortly after noon on November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated as he rode in a motorcade through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas.
By the fall of 1963, President John F. Kennedy and his political advisers were preparing for the next presidential campaign. Although he had not formally announced his candidacy, it was clear that President Kennedy was going to run and he seemed confident about his chances for re-election.
At the end of September, the president traveled west, speaking in nine different states in less than a week. The trip was meant to put a spotlight on natural resources and conservation efforts. But JFK also used it to sound out themes—such as education, national security, and world peace—for his run in 1964.
On November 18, the Polish foreign ministry stated that it will not allow a Russian delegation to attend the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) summit next month. OSCE is one of the most prominent regional security organizations in the world and its stated goal is to establish a viable security framework that would prevent conflicts in Europe and beyond. However, the reality is a bit different from the organization’s publicly altruistic intentions. The Associated Press asked the Polish foreign ministry if Russia would be denied entry to the OSCE’s December conference and Spokesman Lukasz Jasina responded that it would.
Russia, one of the most important members of the organization, as well as a key player in European security, is being denied entry due to politics. The very fact that this is even possible calls into question the purpose of OSCE or any similar organization dominated by the political West. This year, Poland is chairing the 57-nation organization, with the annual ministerial conference scheduled to be held in the city of Lodz on December 1-2. When asked if Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would be attending the conference, Jasina responded, “We are not expecting a visit by minister Lavrov to Lodz.”
“Delegations should be adjusted to the current EU regulations and not include persons that are sanctioned by the European Union,” according to an announcement by the Polish OSCE Chairmanship. “…a number of Russian nationals were added to the list of sanctioned individuals, including Minister Lavrov,” it added.
Ukrainian troops have shelled Europe’s biggest nuclear power plant over the last two days, Renat Karchaa, an adviser at Russia’s state nuclear operator Rosenergoatom, claimed on Sunday.
Karchaa said the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant was targeted earlier in the day, following a barrage fired at the facility on Saturday, when six projectiles hit the cooling system of one of the rectors and two struck the radioactive waste storage. He added that the employees were unharmed.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the plant was shelled twice on Sunday, while 11 “large-caliber artillery shells” were fired on Saturday. The ministry said that projectiles fell close to the reactors, and that the fire was also directed at power lines.
“It is impossible to assess the consequences of the shelling because there is a danger of new attacks,” Karchaa said. The plant had not been targeted that much since late September. according to the official.
The board overseeing a southeastern Arizona county whose Republican leaders had hoped to recount all Election Day ballots on Friday delayed certifying the results of last week’s vote after hearing from a trio who alleged that counting machines were not certified.
The three men, or some combination of them, have filed at least four cases raising similar claims before the Arizona Supreme Court since 2021, seeking to have the state’s 2020 election results thrown out. The court has dismissed all of them for lack of evidence, waiting too long after the election was certified or asking for relief that could not be granted, in increasingly harsh language.
But Tom Rice, Brian Steiner and Daniel Wood managed to persuade the two Republicans who control the Cochise County board of supervisors that their claims were valid enough for them to delay the certification until a Nov. 28 deadline.
Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump were "potentially" moles who informed the Justice Department about classified documents being held at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago compound, the former attorney for Trump Michael Cohen claimed. Last week, Ivanka did not attend her father's announcement about his plans to run in the 2024 presidential elections, telling Fox News afterward "I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics."
The Biden administration and nearly 200 world governments agreed on Saturday to a framework that would have richer countries compensate poorer nations for damages allegedly caused by carbon emissions at the United Nations COP27 climate conference, according to Reuters.
A former GOP Senate aide was convicted Thursday for his role in “funneling” foreign donations from a Russian national to a presidential campaign in 2016, according to a Department of Justice press release.
Top law school universities may be pulling out of one of the most high-profile ranking systems in order to drop standardized testing requirements and keep a focus on diversity, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Election day tabulator or printer issues affected more Maricopa County, Arizona, voting centers than authorities had previously claimed, according to a memo by an attorney who observed the voting process.
The Vaccine Adverse Event Recording System (VAERS) has been a well-spring of information about the ugly reality of COVID-19 "Vaccines." This past week, the data in VAERS was "purged" of European information, at the request of "European Regulators."
The deliberate removal of European information caused the following data changes:
The "Cancer Signal," was halved
The "Myocarditis, Dose 3 Response Signal" was lost, AND;
994 "Spontaneous Abortions/Still-Births" were dropped.
A cover-up of Vaccine-related injury data is now in full progress.

Very few Americans are aware of this historical 1999 civil law suit of the King Family against the US Government. (Shelby County Court), Tennessee
Coretta Scott King: “We have done what we can to reveal the truth, and we now urge you as members of the media, and we call upon elected officials, and other persons of influence to do what they can to share the revelation of this case to the widest possible audience.” – King Family Press Conference, Dec. 9, 1999.
From the King Center on the family’s civil trial that found the US government guilty in Martin’s assassination:
The eruption of the Shiveluch volcano in Kamchatka began on November 20. According to the Kamchatka volcanic eruption response group, a plume of ash emissions spread 10 km in a north-easterly direction towards Ozernoye Bay. There are no settlements on his way.
Earlier in the day it was reported that Shiveluch is ready for a powerful eruption. The Institute of Volcanology and Seismology of the FEB RAS warned that it is dangerous to approach the volcano at a distance of up to 15 km. The ash emission can reach 20 km in a dimeter and reach the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky –Ust-Kamchatsk highway.
Shiveluch is one of the largest volcanoes in Kamchatka. It consists of three main structures: the Old Shiveluch volcano, the ancient caldera and the active Young Shiveluch volcano.
