President Trump was back in court on Tuesday morning for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ show trial in New York City.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Alvin Bragg didn’t explain what exactly he wanted to convict Trump of in the charging documents. Bragg still has not clearly stated the predicate crimes. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.

Judge Merchan made it easier for the jury to convict Trump when he sided with Bragg’s prosecutors and ruled the jury does NOT need to unanimously agree on the “predicate” crime Trump committed.

The Democrat-led city of Denver, Colorado, is offering a how-to guide to help other cities turn into immigrant sanctuaries at the expense of taxpayers.

The guide is titled “Newcomers Playbook: A Guide to Welcoming Newcomers into Your City,” and its authors say they are “thrilled” to offer their guide on how to plan and implement a sanctuary city.

The guide exclaims:

We are thrilled that you are interested in creating a welcoming environment for migrants in your city. As part of Denver’s welcoming approach, we use the term “newcomers” to refer to migrants, recognizing that they are new to our city and embracing a more inclusive language. This playbook is a guide divided into two sections, offering recommendations and strategies for successfully integrating newcomers into your city.

The guide credits the “Office of Mayor Mike Johnston” and several of his migrant agencies. Even though the 22-page booklet celebrates turning cities into immigrant sanctuaries, it is supposedly written by the same mayor who has attacked outside groups and states for sending immigrants to Denver, claimed the wave of immigrants was unsustainable, sent officials on trips to discourage immigrants from coming to Denver, spent millions shipping immigrants to other cities, cut funding and services, and worked to evict immigrants from city-sponsored shelters.

Tuesday, a jury in Manhattan will hear closing arguments in the trial of former President Donald Trump. Local prosecutors allege Trump committed bookkeeping offenses as part of a conspiracy to corrupt the 2016 presidential election. The former president’s specific crime, prosecutors say, was labeling a nondisclosure agreement negotiated by his lawyer as a “legal expense” in Trump Organization books.

But bookkeeping offenses, even when done by Trump, are misdemeanors in New York, so prosecutors sought to raise the seriousness of the charge by alleging an additional crime. They haven’t said so precisely, but in court papers, they have offered a “theory” in which Trump, in addition to the bookkeeping, violated a New York state election law barring the “conspiracy to promote or prevent election … by unlawful means.” That is also a misdemeanor, but Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg argues that the two misdemeanors, when taken together, add up to 34 felony charges and a maximum sentence of 136 years in prison for Trump. Such is the state of the justice system in New York.

It doesn’t take a brilliant legal mind to see that it all depends — Trump’s future and the hopes of Democrats who seek to jail him and cripple his presidential candidacy — it all depends on that second misdemeanor, which the attorneys usually refer to as the “object crime.” So it is not surprising that there has been furious debate between the two sides about how Judge Juan Merchan will instruct the jury to consider the object crime when they decide Trump’s fate.

The debate has covered several questions. Among them, in no particular order, are: What is the object crime? Is there only one, or are there more? Does the object crime actually require an object crime of its own? What level of proof on the object crime do prosecutors have to reach before jurors can find Trump guilty? And most basically: Does the object crime even have to be a crime?

The most recent debate over the object crime took place last Tuesday, after testimony ended, when both sets of lawyers met with Merchan. There was much discussion of the prosecution’s most frequently mentioned possible object crime, the New York state election law outlawing promotion of an election by “unlawful means.” That, of course, requires a definition for “unlawful means,” and there has been a lot of discussion to suggest that the “unlawful means” prosecutors cite will be an alleged violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act.

Trump’s lawyers raised a question. Violations of FECA are often dealt with as a civil matter. How could a civil matter be the crime by which Trump is sent to prison? Can’t Trump only be convicted of those 34 felonies if the jurors decide that the object crime was a crime? That led the group to a discussion of the word “willfully.” The Trump defense wanted the judge to tell that jury that to convict they must find that Trump “willfully” violated the law — that is, he specifically knew that what he was doing was a crime and that he did it anyway.

A disturbing new study has uncovered evidence from official government data showing that deaths among people vaccinated for Covid have been recorded as being unvaccinated.

The move apparently sought to make the Covid mRNA injections appear “safe” while also stoking fear among the unvaccinated by showing a false spike in deaths of people who purportedly hadn’t received the shots.

The alarming discovery was found in the database of the UK government’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) for mortality rates in 2021.

Initially, the official figures suggested a large spike in deaths for the non-Covid vaccinated.

These figures appeared to support the narrative that people were more likely to die by not taking the “safe and effective” injections.

However, researchers discovered that the vaccination status of the dead had been altered.

A jolting new study has found that deaths surge by over 1,200 percent among people who have received at least one Covid mRNA shot.

The study was conducted by a group of world-renowned epidemiologists, cardiologists, and data experts.

The pre-print paper for the study, co-authored by celebrated cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, was published Monday.

The study, titled “Excess Cardiopulmonary Arrest and Mortality after COVID-19 Vaccination in King County, Washington,” sought to investigate concerns about major spikes in serious cardiovascular adverse events, including myocarditis, myocardial infarction, and venous thromboembolism, all of which can lead to cardiopulmonary arrest.

The team of experts analyzed data on deaths in King County, Washington between 2020 and 2023.

The county has one of the highest rates of vaccinations in the United States.

Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev is convinced that the United States, headed by President Joe Biden, is deliberately trying to distort the facts of history, he told TASS.

"Biden, like a complete ignoramous, said that the American military defeated fascism and liberated Europe. And this is not senile dementia, but a conscious policy to correct history. This is a war against our country," Medvedev said.

"Millions of our citizens who fell at the hands of fascists are behind us. We have no right to betray their memory," Medvedev emphasized. "Especially in the face of efforts to try to erase this memory and rewrite history," he added.
