At 16, Jasmine Comeau was an active, outdoors-loving high school student who played sports, loved kayaking, and had her whole future ahead of her. In order to stay on her school’s sports and photography teams under provincial mandates, she received her second COVID-19 vaccine. Within days, severe numbness set in, leading to the loss of mobility in her legs, painful seizures, and a complete disruption of her youth.
