"Give a man a gun and he can rob a bank. Give a man a bank and he can rob the world." -- Jim Truther
A small chemical processing plant hidden in a quiet neighborhood of New Jersey has an exclusive license to import coca leaves into the US on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company and manufactures as much as $2 billion of pure cocaine every year.
The leaves are used to produce a 'decocainized' ingredient for the iconic soda and the cocaine byproduct is sold to the nation's largest opioid manufacturer, which markets the powder as a numbing agent and topical anesthetic for dentists.
The unassuming facility in Maywood has been processing coca leaves for Coca-Cola for over 100 years and is now run by a chemical manufacturer called Stepan Company.
Alvin Bragg, the far-left Manahattan district attorney who obtained a grand jury indictment of President Trump, probably over a payment and a nondisclosure agreement with a stripper over an affair both have denied happened, is being accused of adopting the promise that was made, back in the day, by Stalin's secret police chief.
Margot Cleveland, a longtime veteran of the federal court system and now a senior legal correspondent at The Federalist, identified that chief as Lavrentiy Beria and his promise as, "Show me the man and I'll show you the crime."
With the indictment and impending arrest of President Donald Trump on flimsy charges in the state of New York, lots of people have pointed out that America look like a banana republic
Why do people make the “banana republic” comparison? Because historically in the U.S., presidents and party leaders don’t get arrested. By contrast, the use of a “novel legal theory” to arrest a declared presidential candidate is substantially more routine in the more, er, “flawed” democracies of the Global South. It’s the sort of behavior that the U.S. has a long history of lecturing other countries about — and don’t worry, they’re definitely happy to remind us of that.
But as America has invited the rest of the world inside its borders, it has also become like the rest of the world. Here are seven other countries that share America’s newfound love of incarcerating opposition political leaders.
Links to shady websites advertising logins for porn platform OnlyFans have reportedly been found by researchers on an EU website.
Security researchers have reportedly found a number of dodgy links to illegal streaming websites and account-creating services on the website of the European Commission, including one shady site advertising accounts for porn platform OnlyFans.
The links have been blamed on the allegedly poor cybersecurity standards of the Commission, with EU bodies as a whole having a history of cyberattacks and security blunders over recent years.
According to a report by POLITICO, analysts from Nord Security reportedly found various links to questionable sites on the education.ec.europa.eu subdomain of the Commission’s website, with services promising users the ability to create accounts for platforms like OnlyFans, Playstation, and Fortnite reportedly listed as featuring on pages hosted by the EU.
NATO’s military buildup in the Black Sea region, the Baltic states, and Poland is unprecedented, the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) said on Friday following an enlarged meeting of senior staff at the association’s headquarters.
"There is an unprecedented build-up of NATO military capabilities in the Baltic states, Poland and the Black Sea region," the statement reads.
CSTO Secretary-General Imangali Tasmagambetov stressed that "the current international situation is characterized by growing in global and regional contradictions," in which the member-states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are also involved.
German mercenaries were reported to appear along the Zaporozhye frontline, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the We Are Together With Russia public movement, told TASS.
"Germans appeared at the Zaporozhye frontline, they are young, literally 20-something years old," he said.
Rogov also stated that that Polish speech is often heard during interceptions of radio talks at the Zaporozhye line of engagement.
On March 27, he told TASS that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had assembled up to 75,000 people in the Zaporozhye Region following the attempted offensive on March 23 that was repelled by Russian forces, which eliminated up to 400 militants.
Ukrainian law enforcement units can attempt to storm the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra in the early hours of Saturday or at the weekend, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the ‘We are Together With Russia’ movement, told TASS.
"No doubt there will be attempts to storm the Lavra either at night or at the weekend. They formally declared that they would come to evict the monks on Monday, or to take over in fact, but it is highly likely that at the weekend people’s attention will wane and they (law enforcement units - TASS) will storm into it, so no one should lower their guard," he said.
Rogov emphasized that the remarks of Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the office of the Ukrainian president, about "physical purges" of the clergy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) falls even under the articles of Ukraine’s Criminal Code.
A California Judiciary Committee heard testimony on Tuesday for and against a bill that would allow a mental health professional to place a child as young as 12 in a residential shelter facility without parental knowledge or consent and without there being any prior allegations of incest or child abuse.
Assembly Member Wendy Carrillo said she was proud to present AB 665 to expand access to mental health care for young people as communities face a mental health crisis, but Erin Friday, attorney and co-founder of parent group Our Duty, called the bill “state-sanctioned kidnapping.”
Should we be surprised? As our society comes apart at the seams all around us, Satan and Satanism are becoming extremely popular. Videos featuring Satan are getting millions of views on TikTok and YouTube, millions of Americans are watching shows that feature Satan as a main character on Netflix and other streaming services, and the Satanic Temple has become one of the fastest growing religious organizations that the United States has ever seen. As you will see below, traditional American values are declining at a very rapid pace, and it was inevitable that something would fill that void. In fact, it turns out that Satanism’s “values” correspond almost perfectly with the “values” that much of the population has already embraced in this day and age.
Minneapolis Public Schools are hosting a “gender resource fair” featuring a drag queen story hour event and a doctor who will speak on the importance of “supporting young transgender children.”
Loring Elementary, which teaches kids from preschool to the 5th grade, will be hosting the event on April 13. They are urging parents to bring their “gender creative young ones” to the event where they can be indoctrinated into a satanic lifestyle that includes chemical castration and the mutilation of their sexual organs.
A flier for the event can be seen here:
Douglass Mackey, also known as Ricky Vaughn on Twitter, has been found guilty on charges of election interference by a federal court in the Eastern District of New York.
The charges stem from a meme Mackey posted on Twitter in 2016, jokingly encouraging supporters of Hillary Clinton to vote by text.
The Department of Justice alleged that this constituted election interference, despite being unable to provide evidence that anyone was deceived by the meme. Mackey argued that he was simply trying to create a viral meme, and that other Clinton supporters had posted similar memes encouraging Trump supporters to vote by text without consequence.
An expert witness for the defense withdrew from the trial after being contacted by a reporter from the SPLC.
Federal prosecutors claimed that Mackey worked with fellow meme makers to create the Twitter posts and make them as real as possible.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) team studying the health impacts of the Ohio train derailment fell ill themselves during the investigation.
Seven of the team suffered sore throats, headaches, coughing and nausea in early March — the same symptoms experienced by residents following the train derailment on February 3, which released a toxic soup of chemicals into East Palestine and beyond.
The government investigators were carrying out door-to-door surveys in the area to determine the effects on residents' health.
Despite the massive earthquake that devasted parts of Syria and Turkey, the US and its allies continue their war against the Syrian government. US troops still illegally occupy northeastern Syria since the war began on March 2011 to remove its President, Bashar al-Assad and destabilize the country to effectively balkanize the secular state on behalf of Israel’s expansionist agenda. It all began in 2010 during the Arab Spring when anti-government protests had spread across most of the Arab world which led to protests in Syria and that’s when Washington’s war planners decided to add fuel to the fire and arm terrorists to further destabilize and ultimately destroy the Syrian government.
At the start of the civil war, one of the very few media organizations that reported on pro-Assad demonstrations was Al-Jazeera who could not deny that Assad had popular support, the report ‘Thousands rally in support of Syria’s Assad’ said that
“tens of thousands of Syrians have rallied in central Damascus in show of support for President Bashar al-Assad, who is battling a six-month uprising against his rule in which the UN says about 2,900 people have been killed.”
Al Jazeera’s report said that the Syrian people do support Assad “America, out, out, Syria will stay free” chanted the crowd on Wednesday, many of them carrying pictures of Assad and Syrian flags.”
In the US Congress Senator Rand Paul proposed an amendment to drop the Emergency Measures provision that became law a week after the events of Sept. 11, 2001. 86 of the 100 Senators in the US Congress voted down Paul’s initiative to discontinue Public Law 107-40 22 years after it was invoked. The post-9/11 law “authorized the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks launched against the United States.”
The blank check given by Congress in 2001 to the US Armed Forces and its Commander-In-Chief helped push along the agenda that put in 2019 the Department of Defence in charge of a biowar against humanity that is still underway.
The main weapon so far in this war is a military device still speciously presented to the public as pharmaceutical vaccines promoted as remedies for COVID-19.
In the early hours of 31 March, Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes against the Syrian capital Damascus for the second night in a row, state-media outlet SANA reported.
“At about 12:17 am on Friday, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial aggression with bursts of missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a site in Damascus countryside,” SANA quoted a Syrian military official as saying.
Syrian air defense managed to intercept the strikes, shooting down some of the missiles launched by Israel, the source added. The attack resulted in minor material damages.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the death of IRGC military officer and advisor Milad Heydari as a result of the aggression.
As the U.S. government, tech companies, the media and urban developers double down on the idea that future cities must be “smart,” critics warn the technology-driven urban projects will turn cities into “data farms.”
U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg last week announced $94 million in grant awards to fund 59 smart city technology projects across the country.
Despite widespread and mounting pushback against biometric surveillance and control systems associated with smart city technologies and the failure of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) previous attempt to grant-fund smart city transformation in Columbus, Ohio, Buttigieg told The Verge he thinks “smart city technologies matter more than ever.”
Cities just need to take a different approach — experimenting with and testing out different technologies first, rather than implementing a “grand unified system” all at once, Buttigieg said.
