Even Bernie Sanders has acknowledged that equality is about equal opportunity and differs from equity, which is about equal outcomes. He has stated that he is in favor of equality.

However, what today’s social justice warriors complain about has little to do with “equal rights” and more to do with unequal results. The extraordinary legal peril surrounding Donald Trump is reaching a fever pitch at the same time the former president is forging ahead in a 2024 Republican primary that is increasingly dominated by criminal investigations in New York, Washington and Atlanta.

But there’s no public information as to when or whether an indictment could be filed, leaving the former president and the public in suspense.

The Manhattan grand jury that has been hearing evidence in the Trump case will not meet Wednesday, according to a source familiar with the case.

The grand jury had been anticipated to meet and possibly consider an indictment as all eyes are on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is nearing possible charges against Trump over a hush-money payment scheme to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Bragg, a Democrat, has said little about the status of the probe or whether Trump will even be charged.

In another potential setback for Trump, communications between Daniels and an attorney who is now representing Trump, Joe Tacopina, have been turned over to the Manhattan district attorney’s office, Daniels’ lawyer told CNN. The exchanges – which are said to date back to 2018, when Daniels was seeking representation – raise the possibility Tacopina could be sidelined from Trump’s defense in the case.

Marching to the beat of the mainstream media’s drum, Joe Biden and Democratic presidential running mate, Kamala Harris, have called on the nation’s governors to order everyone in the United States to wear a mask while outdoors for the next three months “at a minimum.” It’s bad enough that such an order would violate basic liberty, but there is no good evidence that the wearing of such masks does the first thing to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

“Infectious viral respiratory diseases primarily spread via very fine aerosol particles that are in suspension in the air. Any mask that allows you to breathe therefore allows for transmission of aerosolized viruses.”

A number of studies have shown that even in the one place where one might think surgical masks must surely be efficacious, in the place that gives them their name, in operating rooms, they really don’t do any good in the prevention of the spread of disease. We do know for sure that they can do harm. “Schools in China are now prohibiting students from wearing masks while exercising. Why? Because it was killing them. It was depriving them of oxygen and it was killing them. At least three children died during Physical Education classes — two of them while running on their school’s track while wearing a mask. And a 26-year-old man suffered a collapsed lung after running two and a half miles while wearing a mask.”

Rumors are flying that some allies of President Joe Biden have suggested replacing Vice President Kamala Harris. The mainstream media has begun pushing this narrative of infighting and a potential 2024 shake-up on the Democratic ticket despite Harris saying she intends to run with Biden on the ticket.

Conservative writer Wayne Dupree has a theory of his own suggesting that Harris has been “hiding” behind the scenes and allowing Biden to take the heat publicly so that she may be able to show a “perfect record” going into 2024.

“Well, they can’t do it under the gun. So it won’t be immediate. If this was indeed a plan then Biden knows he was a patsy president and will be ready to resign probably next spring. If not, there could be some pushback from Team Biden directed at Team Obama/Harris. Biden may be just sentient enough to resent being pushed out of power. And it could be that Harris is being kept in the shadows to insulate her from criticism and keep her pristine for her chance at becoming president,” Dupree said with his opinion.

What a disgrace.

Alvin Bragg, the suddenly infamous New York district attorney, is set to indict and arrest former President Donald Trump, according both to the former president and independent press reports.

This is not simply some miscarriage of justice. This is a deliberate, willful political hit job that is a blatant corruption of justice. With one purpose only: to weaponize the law to rig the 2024 election by keeping Trump from winning.

And as pointed out by none other than Elon Musk: “If this happens, Trump will be re-elected in a landslide victory.” 

Bingo. 

And I will add, reelecting Trump is now no longer a political choice for Republicans, it is a national security requirement to ensure that something like this will never — ever — happen again.

The Democrat party has been a stain on the nation since its founding in 1828 by a virulently racist president, Andrew Jackson.  It was the party of slavery and the Confederacy, it initiated racial segregation by legislating and brutally enforcing Jim Crow laws.  It unabashedly aligned with and supported the Ku Klux Klan for over nine decades, thus promoting antisemitism, religious persecution and xenophobia.  Over the past 60 years, the Party has embraced and promulgated cultural Marxism which espouses the transformation of traditional American culture and society.  The Party has succeeded in undermining the family structure and religious freedom as well as mainstreaming abortions up to the point of birth and what was once considered deviancy.

The Democrat party’s two most exalted figureheads are the fervently racist Woodrow Wilson who set the Party on the path of undermining the Constitution in order to remold the United States into a “modern administrative state” (i.e., socialist) and Franklin Roosevelt who was enamored with and utilized Fascist principles in his “New Deal” thus permanently embedding them in the Party’s psyche.

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

Awesome! I had tons of energy. I have 3 kids and work full time as a wildlife biologist and botanist. I also do art as a hobby. I have never been sick in my life, except for a minor cold sometimes.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

I got pressure from work, pressure from family, pressure from friends, pressure from co-workers. It was brutal, and I gave in. It was the greatest mistake of my life.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

I got the shot after work on May 13, 2021 (worst day of my life). The nurse told me I was so lucky, because it was the last Moderna shot for the day. Within an hour I was tired and had horrific diarrhea. I went to sleep and woke up and felt an elephant on my chest. I also felt like acid was running from my left arm to my chest over and over and over. I took my temperature, and it was 106 (I don’t even know if that was correct). I called the doctor saying what happened, and she was listing off side effects. I couldn’t talk, because she wouldn’t stop listing minor side effects, and I think she hung up on me. At this point, I don’t remember, because I got so weak so fast. I just passed out and could only feel acid burning from my left arm to chest over and over and over, but I couldn’t move. I couldn’t even reach for my phone. I was so weak.

The Kremlin today warned the United States 'not to test Russia's patience' by continuing to fly drones over the Black Sea, a week after two Russian fighter jets downed an American drone.

The tour kicks off in Bossier City, Louisiana, from Sept 29-Oct. 1 and then goes to Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Maryland, Michigan, Indiana and ends the year in Oklahoma. It restarts in 2024 in Florida, home to Feld Entertainment.

The United States has offered Slovakia 12 new military helicopters as compensation for the MiG-29 fighter jets the European country is giving to Ukraine, Slovakia's defense minister said Wednesday.

Under the offer, Slovakia would pay $340 million for the Bell AH-1Z attack choppers in a deal worth about $1 billion that also includes 500 AGM-114 Hellfire II missiles and training, Defense Minister Jaroslav Nad said.

U.S. foreign military financing would cover the other $660 million, he said. The European Union also would send Slovakia $213 million in additional compensation, Nad said.

For a long time, massive propaganda has been the way for the US Government to influence public opinion for or against one cause or another. It is deliberately spread by both the government and the mainstream media to mold the public opinion in favor of our government’s particular agenda. Throughout our violent history, the propaganda by our government has played a vital role in molding the public opinion in favor of its nefarious policies whether it was the created war with Mexico in 1846, or the coup d’état against Queen Lili’uokalani of Hawaiian Kingdom in 1893 and its ultimate annexation in 1898 or war with Spain in 1895 resulting in the acquisition of territories in the western Pacific and Latin America or resulting in the acquisition of Gaum from Spain in 1899, just to name a few. We Americans are led to believe that America’s intentions were and always are noble and peaceful. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Georgia has become the latest state to pass a bill banning doctors from prescribing cross-sex hormones or conducting surgeries related to a gender dysphoria diagnosis on minors.

On March 17, 2023, SB 140 passed the state house with an amendment that allows for doctors to be sued civilly and criminally for violating the law. On Tuesday, the bill passed with the amendment in the State Senate and is heading to Governor Brian Kemp's desk, where he is expected to sign. Monday Trans Rights activists filled the capital as the Governor issued remarks in support of the bill. 

At the Italian Indoor Masters Championship in Ancona on March 12, a biological male, Valentina Petrillo, achieved a personal milestone, winning an eighth women’s championship title in track and field.

According to statistician Marco Alciator, who witnessed the 200m race for women ages 50 to 54, the difference in physicality between Petrillo and the four female athletes was immediately apparent. At the finish, Alciator noted cheers of "Brave Cristina" from the crowd, followed by applause, which angered Petrillo. Had Petrillo competed in the men’s division, Alciator estimated he would have placed 14th, more than two seconds behind the winner.

A new lawsuit accuses Mark Zuckerberg and other Meta Platforms executives and directors of failing to do enough to stop sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation on Facebook and Instagram.

The complaint made public late Monday by several pension and investment funds that own Meta stock said Meta’s leadership and board have failed to protect the company’s and shareholders’ interests by turning a blind eye to “systemic evidence” of criminal activity.

Given the board’s failure to explain how it tries to root out the problem, “the only logical inference is that the board has consciously decided to permit Meta’s platforms to promote and facilitate sex/human trafficking,” the complaint said.

Meta rejected the basis for the lawsuit, which was filed in Delaware Chancery Court.

The Department of Justice has reacted to video revealing that the “insurrection” on January 6 was more peaceful than the average Black Lives Matter demonstration by announcing there will be as many as 1,200 more arrests. A thousand people have already been arrested. Those who did anything remotely worthy of incarceration are already sitting in jail. The Democratic Party is rounding up political prisoners.
